Dear sir
I have placed a ordered on 2nd june 2018 for mobile oppo f3 plus online through flipkart order id is od[protected].

But this order was not delivered and returned.

Before this i have placed a order for the same. But that was also not delivered to my and returned the same.
I humble request to flipkart managing director to look into the matter personally and investigate the same. So in future any body could not face the problem same.

Kindly deliver the same.

    Dear flipkart,

    As i ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 on 24th may. And i received it on 30th may. The mobile was not working fine and i am not satisfied with the camera quality and the battery. Battery power automatically goes down 30% to 5%. Bad camera clarity and i compared with another zenfone max pro m1, that mobile is better than my phone. So i need to replace my zenfone max pro m1. Is there any possible way to change the zenfone max pro m1 to redmi note 5 pro??? Please clarify my doubts and i'm waiting for a positive reply. I need to replace my zenfone max pro m1 to redmi note 5 pro. Please kindly consider my request and reply me as soon as possible. Hope my request will agree...

      I am not concern about the money but the the thing which flipkart is doing is not atall correct.

      I have been using flipkart since long but it never happen like this
      They have launched a 'paylater' service were in you can pay by 10th of evrymonth.

      But the catch is i have order 5 items under paylater and you wont belive all the items are diffected. And the worse was the 1 which i have highligted.
      I have order a mtris serum and flipkart have actually send me rose water inside the bottle and the bottle was not packed properly and it was opened already.

      And the starange and funny part is this perticular product doesnt have any return policy as per seller.

      This is so insulting for me that i recommended flipkart to all my known peaple.

      I want this # product to be replaced as soon as possible

        Hi, i have ordered shoe rack from flipkart and it was delivered on 8th may and installation supposed to happen on may 10th. Product is lying in my living room from may 10th and no installation is happening. I reached out the customer care multiple times (5 times) and they say that it will be escalated but there won't be any action and every time i call, it will be 24-48 hrs sla and there wont be any action after that.

        As installation is not happening and product is lying in my room for quite sometime i requested for the return if they do not provide installation service.

        Same case happened with almirah where the installation supposed to happen on 12th may but they showed up finally in may last week and when it was unpacked it was broken. So these are going on for more than a month.

          I have ordered my product (Mi note 5pro) 30th of may 2018. The delivery date is 31st of may 2018. Every day delivery date is postponing. But still my product is not yet delivered. I called customer care several times but they not responding properly.

          Worst service from flipkart.. I am not happy with your service. Please deliver on time.

          Please make a complaint of this issue and resolve early as soon as possible.

            I have returned liviya 1080lvsb 16 l small backpack (Black) with order idod[protected] on 23 april 2018. I have done payment by debit card via phone pe on 23 march 2018. By which debit card i have done payment, that bank account is closed on 9 april 2018. Before returning i asked flipkart due to my account is closed, so how i get refund. Flipkart executive told me that it comes in your phone pe wallet you will transfer any other bank account. That's why i have returned product. I have returned product on 23 april 2018, after many calls to flipkart, phone pe still i didn't get refund. Due to my bank account is closed bank told me that, any transaction is not possible in closed account and refund goes reverse to credit source. But flipkart is telling me visit your bank. I have visited 4 times in bank and i also share account closure letter to flipkart for their confirmation. But each and every call i told them to share transaction detail of your seller or my refund amount is not goes back to seller in written. But they are not sharing seller transaction detail with me. I thnik flipkart is not willing to give me refunf. Flipkart is doing cheating with customer in giving refund.

                  Issue was supposed to be resolved by 17th may 2018. On 17th, i got a message saying it will be resolved by 19th. Then it was rescheduled again and again. On 28th may, i was told that the issue will be resolved by 4th june 10:30 am. Again, i got a message saying that it will be resolved by 8th. The team has rescheduled the deadline for the 8th or 9th time.

                  1 emi has already generated and i had to make the payment. Now the 2nd date is approaching and there is no progress in the refund. Every time i contact the customer support they have the same reply saying the issue has already been escalated to the concerned team and they are working on it.

                  It doesn't take a # month to post a refund. ₹10, 813 is a huge amount and each month i am paying ₹3682.69 for no reason. On top of that i had to pay around ₹70-80 as interest for the purchase which this # company is not going to reimburse me with! Please escalate this issue to the higher level. I am expecting a call back in the coming days.

                    With reference to the above subject, yesterday (June 4th-2018) there was 2 unauthorised transaction done through my icici bank which have note done

                    One transaction done rs. 15090/-
                    Second transaction done rs. 5940/-

                    Total 21000/- rupees debited from my account through flipkart, as it showing in account details.

                    Above mentioned those two transactions have not done anything and have not received any bank info like otp, messages and 3d secure pin for this transaction.

                    Requesting kindly help me out of this issue.

                        I have ordered hitech ro service kit from flipkart.
                        While installation serviceman found that one part is damaged from inside.
                        When i called customer care, they told that only un-used item can be replaced and you need to return complete unused kit. One item from the kit can not be returned or replaced. But while installation, some parts have already fitted so that count as used item.
                        I want to complaint that there should be an option to replace some parts from the order if any item is damaged or replacement should be valid for used item.

                        lekin mujhe paisa refund nahi mila.
                        Damage product delivered and replacement is denied...
                        From 15 days nobody came to pick up
                        Flipkart is giving daily new dates
                        And finally the date comes
                        Then they forward the date...
                        Continue this problem happens

                          I had ordered a dry iron on date: mon, may 28th '18 7:23 pm, order id: od[protected] item). I am giving payment for my order and shipping charges, but still my order is not delivering at my place. Instead after one week today june, 03rd '18 i got a message on phone, flipkart saying i have to go to the delivery hub and collect my order. Then what is the use of placing the order online if i have to go out to collect my order. I can go to near store and buy from there also. Also this thing should be mentioned earlier when i was placing the order. I entered my area pin code and they never told me that i have to go to delivery hub. Completely dissatisfied with the service.

                          I ordered combo product that is delivered quickly. But what i see when placing an order is not received.
                          When i request To return The delivery Boy said brand name is not there on the product so I can't accept to return .
                          This is not First time.
                          I purchased loreal absolute repair shampoo. Flipkart fooled me for this. When I opened up the bottle, i ts a very dilute liquid, no loreal fragrance. Moreover..the print on the bottle got washed away in first wash of the bottle!
                          And i am sure flipkart wont solve my problem too. They dont have ethics and who cares if loose a customer.
                          Home theatre is small and it's sound is low very low

                              I ordered redmi note 5 pro cost 15000 in last flash sale, that is 30 th may. Order not placed... But money was deducted from my account. Im trying to place complaint in flipkart but that help center was not taking mail id... I tried that process in different mobiles, actually that help center was not working and i called to customer care but that call connected only to the automatic recorded voice calls nd not connect to the direct. They haven't send my money back to my account till now.

                                My order is delayed due to same city misrouted. It is supposed to be delivered on 1st june 2018, but now the tracking is also very poor. When i called customer care yestreday they told me that they will deliver it within 2 days. When i called again today they are telling that it will be delivered within 1pm, june 7. Why it is getting extended always and why there is no proper tracking system. It will not take more than 1 day to reach from medavakkam hub to chennai sort facility. Still tracking shows that item dispatched to chennai sort facility after same city misrouting. And the customer care guys are unaware about where the item actually is and what is the real issue. Totally disappointed with the flipkart delivery service.

                                  I bought a water purifier and it was mentioned that installation will be provided. When i got the product no installation was provided and flipkart customer care keeps on lying to me that they will resolve it in 1 day or 2 days.

                                  Finally they told me that they cannot do anything and i should contact manufacturer. They further added that manufacturer said that no installation will be provided.

                                  I have attached a snippet showing that free installation will be provided.

                                    I ordered a pack of loafers named "oricum blue-722 with order id - od[protected] on may 29th 2018. Here is the below mentioned incident that occur soon after that.

                                    1. Flipkart promised delivery date of 1st june friday 2018.

                                    2. E-kart logistics division misrouted my shipment to different pin code in same city, hyderabad on 1st june 2018.

                                    3. I received a call from customer care stating that my shipment has been misrouted to different area in hyderabad and hence may get delayed for 2 more days.

                                    4. The same was confirmed by flipkart hyderabad division where a lady called from land-line[protected]. I asked them to tell the hub address where i myself will go and collect the shipment by showing my original i-card or pan card.

                                    5. Straight forward refused.

                                    6. After 4. Pm on 1st june i received an update stating shipment damaged in transit. We cannot deliver.

                                    7. Flipkart says to cancel the order and pre-book and also told to wait for 4 more days.

                                    8. If not cancelled, we will cancel it says flipkart support team from pune and bangalore.

                                    Is it the way flipkart treats the customer?? Horrible.

                                    Customer raised complaint regarding delivery of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product is damaged in transit, due to which the courier service provider is unable to further process the order. Closing the complaint from our end.
                                    Wrong flipkart first misrouted my shipment.. If assuming so it may have got damaged in wrong location where e-kart people misrouted.. How a damaged shipment can be sent through courier by home location??? And how many products get damaged, flipkart???

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have ordered a redmi note 4 from flipkart and it was to be delivered on 2nd june. On the day of delivery, i got phone call from the delivery man that he does not have card swiping machine. So i paid it using my card on its app. Firstly, its app is showing some error and showing payment failed, i got sms from my bank that amount has been deducted and thirdly is it is not delivered. Now as the product is not delivered, i want my money refunded. I can't see refund option cuz i don't know why its showing payment failed in my flipkart app everytime. Refund my money please.

                                        There is fraud happend with my dad some one as used a bajaj fiananc emi and we were not knowing about it as on 2nd june 2018 a amout of rs 7665 was debited as emi for the product whic we never orded from my dad's accont but we never shop online and this as be happning from 2 month i came when i checked with my bank that last month also the same amont of rs 7665 as been debited so i want to what have been recived and by whome so that we can get a help we also have fir i need a qick response on it its a request please
