Hello I am your one of regular customer. I got this product before 1 month. I used it 2-3 times and follow the instructions given in book to how to use. Now it is not started. I tried lot of time with proper charging but still not started. So pls replace it or provide me a good service. I hope you will provide me satisfactory response.

    I have ordered MI LED SMART TV 4A 32 inch on flipkarts flash sale on 8th May 2018, payment mode was cash on delivery. Product was delivered on 19th May 2018 by Gati Courier, i paid 14, 000 cash to the delivery person. As it was instructed not to open the package, i waited for the installation from Jeeves technician who arrived the next day. He opened the product, and when it was turned on, the LCD panel was faulty. The technician took pictures of the faulty tv and told me not to worry as it will be replaced. I raised a replacement on flipkart on 20th May, 2018, and i got a pickup date on 21st May, 2018. After waiting for too long, i called flipkarts customer care number i.e. [protected], and when i told them the issue and asked them when will the pickup take place, they told me that their will be no pick up and i personally will have to courier the tv to an address given by flipkart by message.

    I agreed to it because i didn't have any other option left so i went today evening to courier services named Fed Ex, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc., some of them told me that the address where i have to ship the product is not serviceable by the courier and some told me they cannot ship a TV.

    I came home, called flipkart customer care again, and told them the problem, and they just hang up. After two to three calls, they all just hanged up, and didn't gave me a single solution on how i can courier the product when no courier service is available to operate.

    I am here to register a complaint that if they had this policy that i have to courier by myself if i had a replacement raised, why didn't they mentioned it before. Now i need to know how i will get my 14, 000 back because what am i gonna do with the TV. I cant courier and flipkart is also hanging up on me.

    The issue was resolved by MI India, they delivered me a new TV and i have retured the broken one to them. Really hated flipkarts way of responding my issue.

    I am updated by flipkart that i was given a wrong information of doing the shipping of the TV by my own because of some technical fault They told me my problem will be resolved on or before 24th May, 2018, and the pickup will be done by flipkart manually.

    Today, i.e. 6th June, 2018, it was the date i was provided for the pickup of my product for replacement. It's 7 pm now, but nobody came, i called flipkart, they told me to wait 24hrs more.

    I was given a pickup date of 6th June after the seller cancelled my replacement and he raised the replacement by himself. I am waiting for the pickup guy. I have called flipkart, they told me to wait till the end of the day, you product will be picked up.

      I have received defective and used washing machine from flipkart. Now i got notification saying that my problem has been resolved by haier technician. But actually no technician visited us.
      Only person for installation visited us and we cancelled installation since i don't wanted this washing machine.
      Request to flipkart:
      Please don't loot people. Keep some integrity. Please return my money back.

        Hello Team,

        I have ordered TWO HELE XXXL Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling on April 21-2018, but i have received only ONE instead of TWO. for this i have raised a complaint in flip kart for three times, everytime when i raised they are saying this will resolve in the next 15 Working days. but issue still not at resolve, i have already payed the money Rs: 3818 /- for TWO Bags. But now they are saying Return policy ended on May 12th '18. now we cant do anything.

        Without resolving the issue how they can close my Return policy. i need an immediate solution for this.please need your inventory and resolve my issue.

        Iam also facing an issue with another product ID:[protected]. this also not at resolved. please make justice for me on this issue.

          Flipkart its been 9 days there is no refunding for my money. I had ordered one jeans costing 944 and the money i had payed by debit banking, due to some personal reason i have cancelled the purchase. I didnot get the refund even after 8 days.
          But in the flipcart site they are showing that refund is completed. But when i check my bank account, the money has not refunded yet.

            1) some time display disappears but cpu light is working

              I have ordered 3 quantity of the above said item pricing rs. 523 each on 14 may 18 and 15 may 18 respectively with order id's as follows :- od[protected], od[protected], od[protected]. All the three items were not as described in the flipkart site. They had sent me smoothing cream bath instead of repairing cream bath in all the three packings and also they have filled all the purifying concentrate bottles (8ml) with normal water. When i asked the flipkart personnel for help they simply turned down with a silly reason "it's a non returnable item". Flipkart is cheating the customers and gaining profits in this manner. Because of this kind of change over they even selling their company to wall mart (Personal view)

              Customer complain was she got a fake product in which the concentrate pack was having filled with water, so we provided return, but when wish master went to collect the order customer said she used the product due to which return got cancelled, customer also agreed for the same, so closing the complain from our end.

                Now I am very disappointed with your recent return/replacement policy.
                Because of the technician named Bikramjit Routh, phone number - [protected],
                a fixed appointment with me to meet twice, but he didn't turn up and made
                me wait for 2-3 hours and didn't receive my call. I am harassed a lot
                because of him, moreover now he has demanded some money to meet and replace the cell phone.
                I didn't know, that Flipkart has started services like this too. Now, I don't want to replace my phone but now, I want my money back. Now, I don't want this phone from Flipkart, it's better to buy it from Mi.com.
                But Today Flipkart Customer Care finally cancel my replacement complain with inappropriate resaon.

                Even i register a replacement within 10 days of purchase but if technicain not visit and this type of pblm occur then its not my fault.. Even all pblm i share with customer care of flipkart but they said i frw your issue to our concern team but they cancel my replacement request. i dont not why u hire untrained people in customer care team.

                  I had placed order to upgrade my oppo f1s to f7 and paid in full during flipkart sale during may 2018 but once delivery person came he said the old phone is not acceptable he wasn't sure what to look for since apart from minor wear and tear which is there in any old mobile phone there was nothing unusual maybe he expected me to exchange with a brand new phone. I have original invoice brought from flipkart earlier and box with accessories approximately 1 year back, so i'm not at all satisfied with their exchange program it's totally fake and it's trap just to get your money. Please avoid

                    This is a complaint i made last week. Other than offering to revert on the subject i have not heard from you in a week. This is not professional...

                    Along with this i had also purchased an extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect vide order no. Od[protected] dated[protected], having invoice no. #0xvw[protected] dated[protected], sold by jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd., bangalore.

                    The tv has developed a problem of vertical black lines on the screen. This is a serious problem and i wish to have my tv replaced.

                      I have ordered a bluetooth headset from your site, when i received it i was shocked to see the product which was totally different. I haven't received what i ordered.
                      Very disappointing.
                      If this is so, i will never order from flipkart.
                      I wanted it to gift someone and the thing what i have got from the flipkart. This is so upsetting.
                      We place a order bcoz we dont have time to go out and buy things thats we do online shopping.. Dont about we.. This is what i do.

Very worst customer care. They don't understand the problem and no proper solution. They have given one service engineer number. I called the person but he told that he is assigned to that work.                             I have return product of flipkart but not received my payment .

                            I have continue follow-up with axis bank and flipkart but my amount not received till now . As per flipkart commitment amount refunded but not received . I am claim on axis bank we need the following documents from flipkart end to process the dispute further:

                            1. Acknowledgment for cancellation of the transaction by merchant

                            2. Any refund confirmation from merchant for cancelled transaction

                            customer has raised the issue with regards to the refund not received as we tried to interact with the customer but there was no response from the customer and customer has reverted us back through mail stating he has received the refund hence closing the complaint from our end.

                              I bought a peps mattress two days ago. It is bit short to my cot and asked seller to replace it with the best fit to the cot. The seller also has the mattress which is a best fit to my cot. I am also ready to pay if any extra charges. I don't understand what is the problem he can face by doing so? The mattress is as like as how it was delivered.

                              Flipkart should deliver the product what customer wants and should not force the customers to use the product which does not meet his/her requirements

                              Now I can’t use this product. This brings me a question to my mind that I should think twice before I order anything in Flipkart.

                                  Od[protected]. But the received products are not original. Bottles contains some local shampoo, masque and serum. I get it crossed checked from the original store. Really shocked to see that flipkart is doing fraud with their customers.

                                    We had received billion ac on on 16 of may 2018
                                    Installation was done on 17 by jeeves which is a flipkart tie up.
                                    Everything was done perfectly next day when we started the ac and the room was not getting chilled we realized compressor starts and shuts in like 2 mins even before coming to the required temperature, we request flipkart to please return this ac and refund, we are also giving this in media publications & consumer court if flipkart doesn't take action at the earliest.

But flipkart cancelled one of the order which is in exchange offer.. And asks me that this is due to address mismatch. But one is delivered properly. But the both order is at same address. So why one address is mismatch.
                                      This is the only that they cannot provide me the phone on larger discount. They why they show the big billion deals, if they not have product to customer then why they show offers. Please match these two order..

                                        I ordered this laptop called acer predator helios 300 which actually costs 84990/- but on an offer i got it for 60490/-. Now after almost a week of waiting the tracking details say that the order is undelivered because of damage. The amount is paid. I contacted flipkart regarding this issue but they just say that they're "sorry" for this and i have to order a new one now for 85000/-. When i asked for contact with higher authorities they made me wait for almost 30 minutes and still provided no contact. What is the use of big offer days now? The seller is retailnet and the courier service is ekart logistics. It just seems like they're joining to dupe consumers like this. I need answers immediately.

                                        UPDATE: I just received an update that my package has been "received at fkl-Whitefield". Is that in Bangalore? My location is Pune, and it was last received at the nearest hub near me. Why is it sent back? ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT FROM FLIPKART! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! NO MORE FLIPKART FOR ME!
