I have ordered MI LED SMART TV 4A 32 inch on flipkarts flash sale on 8th May 2018, payment mode was cash on delivery. Product was delivered on 19th May 2018 by Gati Courier, i paid 14, 000 cash to the delivery person. As it was instructed not to open the package, i waited for the installation from Jeeves technician who arrived the next day. He opened the product, and when it was turned on, the LCD panel was faulty. The technician took pictures of the faulty tv and told me not to worry as it will be replaced. I raised a replacement on flipkart on 20th May, 2018, and i got a pickup date on 21st May, 2018. After waiting for too long, i called flipkarts customer care number i.e. [protected], and when i told them the issue and asked them when will the pickup take place, they told me that their will be no pick up and i personally will have to courier the tv to an address given by flipkart by message.
I agreed to it because i didn't have any other option left so i went today evening to courier services named Fed Ex, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc., some of them told me that the address where i have to ship the product is not serviceable by the courier and some told me they cannot ship a TV.
I came home, called flipkart customer care again, and told them the problem, and they just hang up. After two to three calls, they all just hanged up, and didn't gave me a single solution on how i can courier the product when no courier service is available to operate.
I am here to register a complaint that if they had this policy that i have to courier by myself if i had a replacement raised, why didn't they mentioned it before. Now i need to know how i will get my 14, 000 back because what am i gonna do with the TV. I cant courier and flipkart is also hanging up on me.

Complaint marked as Resolved The issue was resolved by MI India, they delivered me a new TV and i have retured the broken one to them. Really hated flipkarts way of responding my issue.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by aslamk421 I am updated by flipkart that i was given a wrong information of doing the shipping of the TV by my own because of some technical fault They told me my problem will be resolved on or before 24th May, 2018, and the pickup will be done by flipkart manually.

Updated by aslamk421 Today, i.e. 6th June, 2018, it was the date i was provided for the pickup of my product for replacement. It's 7 pm now, but nobody came, i called flipkart, they told me to wait 24hrs more.
