Flipkart tried their best to make the customer suffer more and that the problem is left unsettled. Flipkart has cleverly made the customer fool in the name of tackling the problem. I had processed an order number od[protected] which was done on 03 my 2018 under the flash sale. When this order was ordered, flipkart was exchanging the old mobile phone in it and giving 1000 rupees more in the value of the old phone. For this reason, the price of this phone was quite impressive. And because the phone was coming for the first time its price was also kept low. This phone was being promoted on flipkart long before it was launched and i was quite eager to take it. I was eagerly waiting for 3 may 2018 and i wanted to take this phone as soon as it was launched. But as soon as the phone came on flipkart, it sold out in a few seconds and after that i tried to get it for several hours. After several hours of effort, this phone came in my flipkart bag and i got all the offers related to it. Like no cost emi, exchanged price and smart protection all offers were successfully availed at the time of placing of the orders. On may 12, 2018, i received the call of delivery boy and he told me that your packet has come, please take it. I told your delivery boy that the address given to the packet which is my office address should come and give the product.
Your delivery boy said that he does not want to pay parking, so this packet has to be collected by me only from the on road parking. When i went down i said to him that you should have delivered only at the mentioned address and you cannot force the customer to take delivery on elsewhere. Even i don’t want any argument but unfortunately i had an argument with your delivery staff on the same. Perhaps your delivery staff did not pay the parking t because of this parking attend was kept asking him to remove bike again and again. Due to this, delivery boy was willing to complete delivery soon.
The matter was not serious until that time and i came to the issue and asked about the product from delivery boy. Delivery boy only asked me exchanged mobile and nothing else.
I gave him the phone and as soon as he was checking the phone, after a few seconds, phone slipped from his hand. As soon as the phone dropped down, some dents were appearing on it and a little out of the volume key was visible. As soon as he picked up the phone from the road, he thought it would be difficult to exchange. He then asked for some more things such as a charger, headset and original box.
But i knew about the exchange process and all these things are not necessary in flipkart's exchange policy. Still i wanted to give him the original box as it was available with me and the rest of the things i did not have. When i told him about the exchange policy, he again examined the phone.
Then he started to say that the scratch on screen is high and i said it has a screen guard on it
And i can remove it now, you will not get a single scratch on the screen. That scratchy screen guard still placed on the phone. All these things which are not part of the exchange policy, maybe he sought so that the delivery could be stopped for any reason. Because it’s clear it was a delivery boy’s mistake and to cover that he was tasking for these things. As i said that i was aware of the process, it was not possible for him to fool the customer. Then he politely asked me to order the new phone as it will not be possible for him to exchange the product as of now. An heated argument started with your delivery boy and few people came to spot and advised him to resolved the issue. I have some people as witness who have seen the entire drama and it can be used as a proof of incident. Finally he fled from the spot by handing me the old phone. Some camera of third. Some third-party cameras might also have been covering the incident; this may include a bank's camera. If possible i may provide you more proof of incident but eyewitnesses for sure. As incident occurs in open so i am looking for more proof to support my case. Straight away incident was reported on flipkart helpline but i was shocked because he refused to register a complaint. Aafter that i had spoken to the next level and explained him all the things finally after a log chat flipkart has taken a complaint and on the same call i was assured by flipkart my order will not be cancelled and it will be reattempt for delivery. I was also assured by flipkart on the same call on 12th may 2018 afternoon order will not be cancelled until appropriate resolution will provided. But i was surprised flipkart hasn't taken any action on the complaint but they cancelled the product and dispatch the same to the seller on 14th may 2018 around 2 am. I have many call recorded conversations with me to support the case. Many deadlines missed by the flipkart to resolve the issue. Since then i am contacting regularly to flipkart at my own and every time a new deadline comes from flipkart. I request you to provide me appropriate solutions. Otherwise i have to take a legal route. As you desired i am attaching exchanged product images without removing scratch guard. First you go through all the recorded calls you may feel that justice is not done with the customer.
I have a lot to write but many things i will disclose after your response. But i have come to understand that this is not all that easy because you are a big company. The way your customer care changes your statement, it seems that you have no credibility. Sometimes the ant also defeats the elephant. You are the elephant. I know it.
I also realize that you have a large legal team that will suppress the voice o[censored]s. But i will fight the battle of my right till the end because the fight is now between truth and lies.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that prexo order was cancelled as exchange mobile damaged by flipkart delivery staff, we contacted customer and informed that delivered has been cancelled due to prexo order has been damaged and has received the confirmation from Courier service provider end Wish Master has not Damaged the product, hence closing the case from our end.
