I was ordering oppo f3 plus from your website at that time the price was 14990 inr but in the cart the price was 18990 inr... When i saw this i contacted ur customer care and communicated with sitaram he told me u can file a complaint and you have to pay 18990 only but i have the proof that the price was 14990 and then they changed to 18990... This is how you cheat with your loyal customers.. This is a shame for such a organisation... I wan strict action to be taken against him and the company for doing this.. I was planning to gift that phone to my mother yesterday on mothers day but they did this to me i want a reason and a new phone (Oppo f3 plus) as an apology...

    Along with this i had also purchased an extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect vide order no. Od[protected] dated[protected], having invoice no. #0xvw[protected] dated[protected], sold by jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd., bangalore.

    The tv has developed a problem of vertical black lines on the screen. This is a serious problem and i wish to have my tv replaced.

    customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and arranged for the technician visit and customer states that the technician has visited and they have informed customer that Television will be replaced within 10 days and customer states that he will follow up the case with jeeves and brand hence closing the compliant from our end.

      I have tried to login with my credentials, however i have forgotten my passwords. Hence, i have tried to change the password. While clicking the it does not open the next page.

          I ordered an intex irist smartwatch on 10 may and it was delivered to me on 11th may. I ordered it because i was having an exam on 11th and i needed it. Before the exam it was delivered so i was happy but when i opened it, my level of anger was at top as the box was having every accessory except the watch. It was very disappointing and at the last moment when i was ready to go for my exam. The box was heavy as it was having all the accessories and the packaging was also heavy. It doesn't seems that it would be ab empty box. I don't know that it was a mistake or someone did it willingly but my experience was very bad. I immediately went to the market and bought some other brand watch and went for my exam.

          When i returned i dropped an email to flipkart stating all this and they filed a return request and they are giving me a replacement even i stated that i want a refund not a replacement as i have bought it from outside. What will i do with the replacament when you people are not able to give services on time. I do not want replacement, kindly cancel it. I'll not take a replacement.

          This was worst customer service provided by flipkart. If i'm not getting what i wanted then seriously you are losing a customer and many more.

            The subjected product is not as described in flipkart product category. It claims to be an air cooler but doesn't give cool air at all. I called to customer career asking for exchange but was refused and they advised only replacement would be possible and i asked to log the replacement request. I had been following up with the replacement request since 10 days and the status says technician visit scheduled and it is being rescheduled for every 2 days just by pushing out the date.

            An executive called me few days ago and promised me that a technician will visit on 18th may to facilitate repair/replacement. Now when I check the app for status it show that it is rescheduled to 22nd May. And this reschedule is what happening since day one and nothing else..

              I purchased google pixel 2 xl from flipkart.com on 22nd january 2018 with order no. Odxxxx (Mentioned above).
              It was purchased during republic day 2018 sale period. There was 10, 000rs cashback within 90days offer on purchase of google pixel 2 xl with hdfc credit and debit cards.
              Under that offer every pixel 2 xl buyer was supposed to get rs.10, 000 cashback on hdfc bank credit/debit card. But till now i haven't received my cashback from hdfc because of them. I raised a complaint to the hdfc bank team, after 5 days hdfc tells me that the merchant "flipkart" has denied the offer saying my name was not part of the lottery.

              What lottery when it's explicitly stated on your website and my order details page.

              As we can clearly see in the screenshot that the offer was applied when i ordered the mobile. This is very disappointing of flipkart.com

              According to flipkart representative they had initiated cashback on 4th May. So I called hdfc again today and they are saying that cashback has not been processed by flipkart yet.

              So why are you people giving me false information on phone.

              Please answer when will I receive my cashback. This is really disappointing.

                    I purchased a cycle in flipkart on 25/04/18 (Prepaid). It is supposed to deliver on 8th may. My product was already dispatched on 28th april and reached madurai hub on 30th april. But still it is not yet delivered.

                    This item stayed at the madurai hub for over twelve days, lying stagnant. It did not move at all. I would check everyday and that got me frustrated

                    I was trying to contact flipkart customer care but the call goes to ivr only. Very poor customer support.

The delivery person had told to me that he had many item to deliver so the item want to collect where he is in. For what i want to collect the item on his way?                           The phone was supposed to be on sale on 10 may '18 at 12 noon. But from 12:00 to 12:03, the product was still showing 'coming soon' and later at 12:04, the product was out of stock, which means that the phone was never open for sale. This is a clear case of black-marketing done by flipkart and possibly by asus as well. This makes it impossible to buy the phone without having to pay an extra sum of money unnecessarily. Please look up to this matter. Thank you!

                            I ordered a Milton Executive 3 containers lunch box (Order ID:OD[protected], which was delivered today. However, the delivery person did not deliver the item to the delivery address as mentioned while ordering. Instead, I was forced to walk quite a distance to get my product. Please make sure that such incidents donot recur in future.

                              I already waited and contacted you since 21st april today its 11th may. My registered email is - [protected]@gmail.com

                              Issue - camera quality and battery
                              Badly treated like animal by flipkart.
                              So today this is my last contact with you not expected anything from you liars, illiterates.
                              I already deactivated my flipkart account.
                              I have purchased lakhs amount of products from your company.
                              But from last 25 days i was harassed, humiliated, treated like animal by illiterate professional executive of flipkart.
                              I have the paper where technician stated my issue.
                              I have his voice recorded where he confessed the issue about the product.
                              I have technicians number and i know his name.
                              I have prepared a document of this proofs and conversation where flipkart lied to me and my father he is feeling irritated now and we want to file a case against flipkart by tomorrow especially amreen taj.
                              Flipkart illiterate executives told me after two tech visits that my replacement period is gone.
                              Then one day called my father and told him that this product is having inbuilt camera issue if replacement given the product will have the same issue.
                              Next call where illiterates told my father that they are ready to provide replacement its clearly tells that flipkart don't give a damn about customers even if the product having inbuilt camera issue then why flipkart is ready to give me replacement.
                              Took 48 hrs
                              Took 24 hrs
                              Then called and told us they will not provide us the replacement nor refund.
                              Amreen taj head may be i don't know she told me that after tech visit refund process will be done, from that day i have not seen her number till now.
                              Games you people already played and still playing now see what i do, see you in court. Now don't you dare to call i am telling you only call when u give me my money or rather i must expect nothing from illiterates they cant understand what is written in a paper then what to expect from them.

And main point is the technician who visited me was not Flipkarts technician he told he that he works for amazon flipkart outsourced him such a shame, flipkart don't even have there own technicians, worst company ever wasted my time and harassed I will not sit I want my money back.

                                I want to pay our flipkart paylater amount pending on march 2018month, but when i click that link they show me try another time,
                                Because flipkart block our account for high return issue,
                                But there is not my fault, i want to pay our due before due date but flipkart blocked our account,
                                Manytimes we send mail on flipkart for that issue and also call customer care executive but there is no one resolve that issue,
                                If flipkart doesnt solve this issue so why they send me sms daily for issuing legal notice,

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      When i used to talk to the my phone, the person who used to talk to me did not hear my voice clearly. There was sound problem in my phone due the same i have raised return request on 03/04/2018. Flipkart representative collect my phone on 04/4/2018 around 12:00 pm. Neither did my mobile come nor its refund so far. I talked to the customer care center very often but still my query is same. Therefore my humble request to you please look the matter and return my phone phone on priority basis.

                                      Whenever i use to flipkart website to place the order or cancellation. I do not know Which courier company will bring me delivery or pick up the thing. I trust on flipkart. As you know very well that I raised return request on 3/4/2018. Your representative Mr. Shambhu Kumar
                                      came on 4/4/2018 from Delhivery courier and received my mobile phone. He did not give me any acknowledge receipt, but he opened Delivery courier mobile application and asked to do the signature. I signed on the mobile screen. When I talked to your representative Mr. Shambhu Kumar regarding my mobile. He told that the day on which I handover my mobile phone, He deposited it on the same day in their office at 5:00 PM. Mr. Shambhu also accepts this. You may confirm to Shambhu his mobile no is [protected].

                                      There is issues with your courier partner. my humble request to you please communicate with your partner to resolve my query as soon as possible.

                                        Humne ek lenovo z2 plus mobile rs 13999/- me flipcart se online 25th february 2018 ko purchase kiya tha. Jiska order id :- od[protected] hai. Joki 25t feb, 2018 se 25 feb, 2019 tak warranty me hai.

                                        Flipcart company ne fraud karke jo lenovo z2 plus mobile provide karwaya hai wo pahle se hi out of warranty hai. Matlab pahle se used mobile hai jiska status hume lenovo cervice centre se prapt kiya hai. (With proved). Isiliye hume jo new phone ki asa thi wo pahle se used hai joki bilkul galat baat hai.

                                        Dear, sir aapse request hai ki aap flicart par sakt se sakt karwai karte huae f. I. R or customer ko dhoke mein rakne ke liye fine ki jaye or ek new lenovo z2 plus mobile ke sath replacement kiya jaye. Or kanooni roop se flipcart owner ko saja di jaye taki customer ko koi bada nuksaan na ho.

                                        flipkart member/owner ka koi uchit response ni mil raha hai, complaint kiye huae 6 days ho gaya hai ab F.I.R ki karwai kare..
                                        Or me v F.iR karwane me ab intrested hu qki ye bohot hi complicated problem h..
                                        Ab matter consumer court me jana chahiye.
                                        Aap koi uchit suggestions de sakte hein to de dijiye.Taki aage ki karwai me koi v problem na ho 🤔🤔
