I had placed a order on 3 april 2018 for books worth 2968. Due to some technical problems my order was cancelled but money has been debited from my account. Its been a month and i have yet to receive any update or my money back please look into the issue immediately. I have lost a lot of time due to your pathetic service and my complain seems to be unresolved.

      I have ordered two items of pooja things & vinayagar wall mount also make a online payment too in flipkart on 28th april 2018. The amount debited in my bank a/c but order not placed. Still that two items are in my flipkart cart. While making payment the comments as follows transaction declined. Still amount not recover. So please clear this problem of payment issue and get back my amount.

        He said you are selected. Pay for unfiorm and shoe ruppes 1500

        I paied it after i paied money he didn't accept my call

        Please flipkart somepeople are doing this in your name

        I don't know how many peoples they have done the same

          Subject: review of return/refund/exchange/replace policy.

          Dear mr. Bansal,

          I must say, your customer care staff is a polite but potent firewall. I took me more than two weeks to extract your email id from them. Here is why i am writing to you!

          I purchased a laptop hp-15au623tx, order od[protected], from flipkart, on 2nd april. It’s a hp pavilion series laptop (I5 7gen 8gbram 4gb graphics; excellent reviews). But when it arrived i found out that this laptop had a fiber body and not the metallic body (As it looked in the images), which i required. So i checked out with hp world store near me and they told me that what i had bought is a pavillion au series laptop and the metallic body laptop is available in pavillion cc series.

          So i tried to obtain return/exchange on this laptop, which i was denied citing that the seller doesn’t have a return/exchange policy. (Please note, your competitor amazon.com, do have a 3 days return policy on this laptop) now my point is:

          I bought a branded product (Hp pavilion laptop) from a branded company (Flipkart.com, worth $ 11 billion), then why is this anonymous seller coming into loop. I bought the product on your brand trust, why should i care for your seller or their policy. (Even though i know it’s mentioned in website).
          Here in my case, evidently i got misled by the images, and ordered the laptop on pretext that it comes in a metallic body (Please also note, even the product description doesn’t describe the body texture and details).
          Also please note these days laptops come with lots of different models & series. As in my case hp pavilion au series with fiber body and cc series with metal body. So there is every possibility that a customer might make a mistake during an online purchase. And i sincerely believe that you should have some window of return (Even if limited to 2-3 days as with amazon.com) for such costly products.
          Finally, even if the seller has no exchange/return policy, i think an 11 billion company like flipkart should inculcate some loss bearing capability when it comes to genuine customer request to boost the brand confidence. Remember online buying experience is not always the same as buying from a store and sometimes the customer is bound to make a mistake.

          And finally hoping that my return/exchange request would be granted, i wish you all the best.

            As per flipkarts flash sale for honor 9 lite was going on as per flipkarts commitment the sale timing was 12 noon. So i ordered my honor 9lite 3gb/32gb variant and i have paid full payment online i. E ₹11, 000 but after a while it appears an e-mail that your order is not successful and your refund has been processed so after 2 days i had called flipkart.. For my refund but they told that it will come in 2-3 days.. After two days again i have called so again they send me an e-mail with respect to solve my issue till 3rd may and also today they havdnt processed my refund

                The order was placed on 8th april, 2018 and i received it on 11th april 2018

                I filed a return request on 18th april, 2018 and still i do not see any update from this.

                I have also called the customer care and they keep saying that the return will happen

                Also, i have not received the refund for the order number od[protected]

                I have also contacted the bank and they say it is pending from flipkart.

                One representative comes to my place and he says he does not know it is a tv stand and leaves.

                No update after that, request you to kindly do needful

                  I recently purchased a new boat earphone which is not working properly. It's right earpiece is not working properly. I bought it from flipkart on 1 april.                         I would like to inform you that yesterday on 25.04.2018 I received a call from Bajaj Finserv with Mobile number [protected] and they asked for OTP number. As I was busy in office work, I erroneously shared my OTP to the fradulent person subsequently amount of Rs. 35900/- was deducted from my Bajaj Finserv EMI card. I received a message of shopping from Flipkart through Transaction reference No.[protected]. I have also talked to the Customer Care regarding this issue for which the reference ID is[protected]. Therefore, I request you to kindly cancel the order and do not supply the item/goods to the miscreant/fraudulent person and also initiate to return the amount to Bajaj Finserv EMI Card. I have already lodged an FIR with Cyber Crime Police Department in this regard.

                          Bought lenovo ideapad 320 APU Dual Core E2 8th Gen-(4GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/512MB Graphics) worth Rs. 22750, with a 4.5 rating. The laptop was delivered without the CD ROM instead there is a dummy plastic plate inserted inside which looks like a CD ROM whereas in the product description it was mentioned. I did not notice it initially. While installing the softwares I noticed there is no CD/Dvd drive. I immediately called up the Flipkart customer care and highlighted and also asked for a replacement, the telecaller executive very coldly said technician will visit at home and check the laptop first and then the process of replacement will carry forward. Instead the next day flipkart courier guy came down and picked up the laptop and in a few hours of time I got message that return has accepted and refund has processed. Man I never asked for a refund. What would I do with a refund when my intention is to buy a laptop. It got refunded without any prior notice. And the price of the laptop has increased now. Why in the earth will you refund my money without asking me or without seeking my permission. Is the money yours' and who has given you the authority to refund my money. When I called again(tele caller ececutive- himanshu Rajput) to bring it to flipkart's notice they simply said refund has already processed through system and they can not do anything now. I want a clarification
                          1. Why would you refund my money without my permission
                          2. When the telecaller executive on my first complaint call said that technician will come and check the laptop why would the flipkart guy will come for the pickup. I gave the laptop thinking I will get a replacement.
                          3. Why would flipkart not replace my product which has a part missing whose description is mentioned in the product description
                          4. I want a replacement of the product
                          5. I also want an apology on why my money is refunded without my permission
                          This is a real harassment and callousness from the flipkart's end.

                                    My name is mayank shukla, i have purchased a philips head phone order id : od[protected] from flipkart and its not working properly so when i called flipkart for the addressal they have provided address of service centre nearby to my place but when i reached there they said they are not dealing with the product with which i have an issue. So i am being doomed by the executive of flipkart for providing misleading information to the customers. Now they are saying sorry and providing me details of another service centre. Please resolve my issue.

                                      I have cancelled this order and then i got the message that u will get ur refund in flipkart wallet within 6 working days, what the hell it is?
                                      If we r making payment from their own wallet, then they should refund the amount instantly.. Whats the benifit of having their wallet? Instead we should make payment from dc/cc or net banking..
                                      Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.. I want it asap, and please change this policy or close your wallet.. All sites have their own wallet, and they process the refund instatntly when paid from their wallet.
