Issue - camera quality and battery
Badly treated like animal by flipkart.
So today this is my last contact with you not expected anything from you liars, illiterates.
I already deactivated my flipkart account.
I have purchased lakhs amount of products from your company.
But from last 25 days i was harassed, humiliated, treated like animal by illiterate professional executive of flipkart.
I have the paper where technician stated my issue.
I have his voice recorded where he confessed the issue about the product.
I have technicians number and i know his name.
I have prepared a document of this proofs and conversation where flipkart lied to me and my father he is feeling irritated now and we want to file a case against flipkart by tomorrow especially amreen taj.
Flipkart illiterate executives told me after two tech visits that my replacement period is gone.
Then one day called my father and told him that this product is having inbuilt camera issue if replacement given the product will have the same issue.
Next call where illiterates told my father that they are ready to provide replacement its clearly tells that flipkart don't give a damn about customers even if the product having inbuilt camera issue then why flipkart is ready to give me replacement.
Took 48 hrs
Took 24 hrs
Then called and told us they will not provide us the replacement nor refund.
Amreen taj head may be i don't know she told me that after tech visit refund process will be done, from that day i have not seen her number till now.
Games you people already played and still playing now see what i do, see you in court. Now don't you dare to call i am telling you only call when u give me my money or rather i must expect nothing from illiterates they cant understand what is written in a paper then what to expect from them.

Customer raised a complaint for defective issue for which seller arranged for a technician visit to confirmed the defect but there is no defective issue found from the technician side so informed the same to customer. Closing the complaint from our end.

    I have purchased mi redmi note 5 mobile through flipcart order no od[protected]. After delivery there was no adopter which has been informed immediately to deliveryman. There is another issue of hanging this mobile. The return for mobile request has been launched to flipcart site but still not exchanged the mobile by flipcart company. We are suffering.

      I ordered canon eos 1500d from flipkart on 23rd april 2018. I got message on 25th morning stating that my order will get delivered today. But it didn't and i got it
      Delivery on 26th april 2018. As my home was under renovation phase i called delivery boy and he asked me to meet him at landmark. I was about to pay with my credit card, but his swiping machine was not working so he asked me to pay in cash. I went to atm and got him cash, i took delivery and got back to home. I opened the parcel and i found 2 locally branded shampoo bottles and one conditioner bottle. I complained to flipkart customer care same day but they didn't took any solid actions and just kept giving me eta. My pick up scheduled 2 times but got rejected by logistic stating they will need additional permission to pick up as the actual product is missing. Finally when i told flipkart to go to consumer court, they created a request on high priority, assigned a technical inspector and asked me to provide 12 days to work with seller. That guy, technical inspector named "ajit" behaved with me like i have stolen that camera and blamed me that i have placed shampoo and conditioner bottles. After that again
      Flipkart is just keep giving eta and no resolution. Then i posted my complain on their facebook handle, i got call from flipkart and convinced seller for refund. Now when my pick up scheduled for 3rd time (11th may 2018) by that time pick up person rejected my request stating that according to return policy last date was 6th may 2018 which is already gone. And my return request also got rejected and i left with 2 locally branded shampoo bottles and 1 conditioner bottle which is not worth more than 500 ₹. The seller who sold me camera on flipkart is "retailnet" kept posting the days so that replacement deadline got exceeded and he do not have to provide refund or replacement.

          Order purchased : DeskUp manning engineered wood coffee table, Order no- OD[protected].product was delivered on 19.4.18 & same day after checking a product I request for return the product because of not proper quality as well as very very difficult to assemble a coffee table. But they telephonically do enquiry and not done refund. And again I raised the same issue that either return or send someone technical person to check. They raised issue & send will resolve on 7th’may’18. But no one called or came to my house and on 7th they again send a sms that by 9th’may’18 they will resolve. But till today 11th’may ‘18 I have not get any call or person came to my home.
          Product value -4199/-. For middle class family it’s difficult to manage & flip kart sellers are technically cheating with me. Please do needful with us. Or I will go to legal forum.

            I have purchased a pleshey vr box on 11 april 2018 from flipkart using cod but i returned my order because of some defect issues. My order id : od [[protected] ] and they returned and return id : od [[protected]]. But i didn't get any refund from flipkart. When i called flipkart they said that "your problem will be resolve as soon as possible" and now it's one week.

              They are the worst online shopping portal. Don't every buy products through them. I bought a laptop, they replaced it and have kept delaying the process of return as the product was faulty. They call and give me the same information of return will be resolved and nothing is done. There is no dedicated account person to handle the queries and escalations. They harrass people and don't return the money even though everything is withing policy period. They are the most unethical online websites and have little of no value for customers. They suckk! And i hope walmart knows what they're doing... Coz their acquisitions could cost them their reputation. Binny bansal, i hope you can make some changes with your products and your customer service and vendors.

                You are not selling original indhulekha hair oil... And mixing it with some other thing and selling as indhulekha hair oil.. And saying no return policy for that are you people think that we are fools... Why are you selling such products by naming original products... You just respond for us...                   Last few months my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                  Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                  Entered the code successfully.
                  After that it was asking please set a new password.

                  Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                  That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    I have order mitashi ac 1 ton but i have recieved 1 ton outdoor unit and 1.5 ton non inverter indoor unit on 28th of april 2018, i have recieved a wrong product from the flipkart and purely its not a my mistake, i have contacted flipkart customer care for several times and i asked them to keep my case open but still i didn't get any help from them, i have order this ac for my recently born baby as he cannot survive in this summer, but now the date is 11th of may its been almost 15 days, if you dont take any action within 24hrs i will take this very seriously, its upto you guys how soon you will react on this issue.

                    This is the last time i am contacting you after 24hrs i will proceed legally and will lodge a complaint against flipkart in consumer court.

                      I ordered a 4 door spacewood classy engineered wardrobe from flipkart order id is od[protected]. The item was faulty and i ordered for replacement which flipkart agreed but they emailed me to ship the item back to them which is totally harassing the customer as i am not liable for arranging a return pick up. Flipkart is liable for arranging the return pick up through their courier and send me replacement. I lodged a complaint with them and i got an email that the return pick up will be done by 11th may 12.30 pm and i got a call from flipkart executive too regarding return pick up within 24 hours which was not done. I have tweeted thousand times called them mailed them but no return pick up done yet. The product has been uninstalled and packed by their partner jeeves but flipkart has not yet picked up the product for return which is their responsibility. I have paid 20000 for product and am being harassed as flipkart is not picking up my product. Please help in replacing and arranging a return pick up from flipkart of my faulty wardrobe.

                      Flipkart has not yet picked up the product for return and replacement. There is no clause in the product return and replacement policy which says that customer has to himself pack the product and return it back and give me new product.

                          Flipkart is duping me of delivering a production, which i placed on 3r may, after 30 customer care complaints and 11 days later they cancelled the order. So i re ordered the product again, and again it got delayed, they are cancelling the orders without notice, the delivery team never called me but in the app it says - (Delivery attempt failed because of no response from customer) which is not what happened

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              My order id: od[protected]
                              I bought panasonic eluga i7 mobile phone and it delivered on 24th april 2018. As it was overheating from day i requested for return on 25th april. But flipkart sent technician to check. Technician
                              Visited on 27th april, didn't resolve the issue and given fake update to flipkart. And flipkart rejected my return request. Then again i requested for return on 29th and same technician visited and without solving the issue mentioned in report "issue resolved". This time i mentioned in remarks that issue not resolved. Pleasr find the attached copy of report. But still again flipkart rejected my return. I requested again for return on 1st may but flipkart rejected saying that "check with authorised service centre". But still the phone was under "10 days replacement" policy.in between i have sent over 50 mails but not getting any proper response. Then my phone started with many other problems like hanging/freezing, 4g network issue etc. Then finally on 4th may i requested again for return. Technician visited on 10th may and couldn't resolve it. Technician left my place without informing me and without preparing any report. When i called him he didn't respond to my calls. Immediately i called flipkart and explained everything and they assured me to wait till getting the update from technician. And then to be my surprise i received a message that my issue resolved and return rejected. Then i sent multiple mails. Also called and tried my best to explain that my issue is still not resolved and technician has given fake update but everything went on vain.

                              Literally disappointed the way flipkart team is handling this issue.
                              Its pity to say that flipkart is associated with such agencies with
                              Incompetent technicians and believes them blindly.

                              Kindly look into this incident on high priority and resolve this issue as after investing my hard earned money i am not able to make use of the mobile phone from day one.

                                    During the flash sale on 10 May 18 of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                                    I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                                    This is complete cheating of customers.

                                    The offer lasts until the stocks lasts with the seller, request you to check out as soon as the product is added to cart. Request your understanding.
                                    The same has happened multiple times on Flipkart for the Redmi Note 5 pro sale as well. Its a terrible flash sales experience. A product should not go out of stock for at least 5 - 10 minutes after being added to the cart. We are not playing 'fastest fingers fast' with Flipkart.
                                    Stop the concept of flash sales flipkart. It doesn't help at all. Please stop this marketing gimmick for heavens sake. Customers are desperately logging in at 12pm during flash sale just to get disappointed.Today I had logged in well before time which by the way is the 4th time that I'm tryjng and the moment the clock struck 12, Zenfone max pro went out of stock, that's absolutely nonsensical and ridiculously insane. If you want to increase sales revenue and your wallet share please allow customers to buy normally without creating artificial shortage, else you'd lose all your loyal customers to your nemesis.
                                    Same has happen to me today I was waiting to order Zenfone max pro M1 from 11 am. When it was 12 noon
                                    I selected the product and was about to enter my payment details it was showing Sold out by 12.01PM.

                                    Flipkart is cheating the customer by giving false flash sale advertisements. It looks like they are promoting the brand.

                                    They are making big money out of this flash sale concept where there will be more no of visitors to there website and more not clicks, this will generate revenue from the service providers.

                                      I have placed an order (Od[protected] on 5th may 2018 and supposed to receive on 7th may. Every day i call customer care but they are saying they have no information from logistics/vendors and cant help. Some times they keep me on hold for more time, today (10th may 2018) i asked them to transfer it to escalation team if they are not able to resolve the issue. I am still on hold now while submitting the compliant, it's been 1hour 26 minutes, but no one is attending. Flipkart is cheating customers. Very poor service and cant resolve the issue for more than 4 days.

                                        I have buy a 24" led tv of marq company (Od[protected] from flipkart and after only 05 days it's not working. I have placed replacement to flipkart within 10 days but they don't agreed to replace the product. Second time i facing this kind of problem of defective piece.

                                        Flipkart is fraud company whose playing with poor people money!!! Garibon ka paisa lootana band karo flipkart, baduwa lagegi flipkart ke owner ko aur family kabhi sukhi nahi rahegi...!

                                        Customer raised a complaint that screen goes blank. We interacted with the customer and arrange for the technician visit and issue is resolved. Customer told sometime he face an issue so informed customer to keep the TV under observation for few days and if issue persist get back to us. Closing the complaint from our end.
