I have returned liviya 1080lvsb 16 l small backpack (Black) with order idod[protected] on 23 april 2018. I have done payment by debit card via phone pe on 23 march 2018. By which debit card i have done payment, that bank account is closed on 9 april 2018. Before returning i asked flipkart due to my account is closed, so how i get refund. Flipkart executive told me that it comes in your phone pe wallet you will transfer any other bank account. That, s why i have returned product. I have returned product on 23 april 2018, after many calls to flipkart, phone pe they gave me 28, 30 april 2018 date for resolving issue, but still i didn't get refund. Due to my bank account is closed bank told me that, any transaction is not possible in closed account. So, your refund goes reverse to credit source. Plz kindly resolve my issue.

    As u promised before 15th may I'll get refund, still I didn't receive my refund, customer support simply telling refund is completed from seller side, please I want to talk with grievence officer and higher authority, I'm not going to leave flipkart untill k receive my refund ... remember I'm a trusted customer of flipkart using flipkart for more than 4 years...dint lose a customer like me, please refund my money

I have complained to you multiple times but mine issue is still not resolved. I spoke to your costumer care also they promised me that it will be resolved but not yet resolved

        Flipkart gave 100rs gift card on 18th jan'18 as a compensation for the inconvenience caused that time and was informed that i can use it wen ever wanted. Today when i try to utilize it, it is not showing. Raised a complient and the service rep contacted me. I am not happy with the solution provided so requested for manager but rep disconnected the call after on hold for few minutes. My issue still not fixed. I like to have the gift card as promised before because the expiration was not mentioned while provided.

          I have ordered the MI Smart Tv 32 inches at[protected] and amount paid through Credit card of Rs 13, 999/-. my wish is to take tv through EMI basis but by confusion i have paid through credit card. Later i have asked filpkart team to adjust amount to EMI. They are not responding well. Excepting deliver date is[protected]. so i have plan and take a leave on[protected]. But afternoon i.e[protected] received a message, product will be delivered by today. So i have taken leave by loss of pay. At the delivery time, the delivery boy was asked money for handling the product. I informed to delivery boy i have paid amount through credit card so y u are asking. They informed that payment mode is COD. So unless amount received from you we wont delivery the product to you.
          after that i make a cal to to customer care, they informed that mistake is from filpkart side only. In mean while the delivery boy was left the place we dont delivery the product to you by today
          I explained my situation to filpkart team, i want the produt by today only. otherwise i loose loss of pay in my office. so pls arrange delivery by today . But they response is very bad. i have waited at almost from 30 mints in line no one has answered to me.

          Delivery boy response was not good. I feel very badly.

            His cheating easily i don't no how u are leaving
            What he is doing
            Example;
            He will order from different mobile and mail i'd 1 dress or shoe once get delivered he will do immediately return that product, while returning his exchanging the product like he will put stone or waste clothes
            Like this his doing from many years
            Now he started own shop imagine how is earning.
            Now my question is if like this person are doing simple cheating have you aware or your leaving simply?

              I ordered an ro from flipkart, https://www.flipkart.com/ao-smith-z8-10-l-ro-water-purifier/p/itmexqbabczxubze which was delivered on may 2, 2018. Order id is od[protected]. The product page mentions 'free installation and demo'. Since then, we have made hundreds of calls to them for the installation, i have pasted hundreds of comments on their facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/flipkart but they are not sending anybody for the installation.

              They have a 10 day return policy which means if they send somebody after 10 days for the installation and the product is found to be not working, then they won't take it back. Their customer care is saying it's not their responsibility to get the installation done when their product page says so. Not sure what to do now. I have spent rs 22.3k on the ro.

                I placed an order around a month ago for a skates for my niece. As the quality of the skates was very poor so i asked for the return the very next day of delivery which was on 16th of april. Since then no action has been taken seriously from there end and i have raised the request for three time already. The order id is od[protected]. On 18th april i received notification for return cancelled after which i raised the return on call with flipkart help center. After 10 days of waiting i raised the complaint again with flipkart help center and they ensured that they are raising the request again but still no action has been processed. My money is hanging with them from almost a month. Kindly take action as soon as possible and do the needful.

                  I tried to buy the redmi note 5 pro 6gb ram version through flash sales on flipkart twice. Every time i try to buy it flipkart says theres a surge in number of customer and the request cannot be processed. My question is why flipkart or flashstar commerce would organise a sale if the servers are not capable of handling the traffic?
                  I also found out that the phone is available in the open market for 2000rs. More than the price. Are flash sales organised to raise desperation among buyers and eventually force them to buy the phone at a higher price?

                    Ekart wishmaster did not make a delivery at the given home address. He demanded me to come to a place saying he will be there in 10 minutes. I reached the place he said within 5 minutes but he did not show up. He kept me waiting for around 40 minutes. Meanwhile i was trying him on phone but he did not answer the call. Later when he came he did not have a reason for this act. He said he lost the updation app from his handset. He was rude and asked me if i have a pen. He did not apologise. He did not have an answer for any of my queries. I was totally dissatisfied.in fact i git really angry. Total dissatisfaction.

                          1) i requested for refund of a kurti. The page says that the amount has been refunded but i didn't receive the amount yet. The customer care person says it's the duty of the bank to make sure that i got the money
                          2) baby musical walker is delayed for 3 days. I received a message today saying that it's out for delivery. When i called the person, he answered that he is on leave and he doesn't know anything. Very unhappy with the service.
                          3) i cancelled the diapers which has to be arrived a week before and am not sure the money will be paid back. Will never come back to flipkart

                            Ordered a bean bag as a gift for a family friend and got the worst kind of product delivered. The bean bag beans started talking and the stitches were falling apart as soon as it was opened. This was a month back. Even after a return initiated the damaged product has not been picked up and my money is lying with you guys. I have filed 2 complaints since then but still the damaged product has not been picked.

                            Firstly the location is thane and not some remote village that it's taking 30 days for the seller to pick the product

                            Secondly two times since the complaint has been filed a deadline date has been given. It's called a deadline for some reason!!!

                            How about you refund my money back and let the seller take as many days, weeks, months or years to pick up the product. I promise you, you shall not be bothered. Coz in the meanwhile i can buy something good for my friend and gift them.

                            Awaiting for a new date to be published for the pick up and the refund.

                            I do not care what your policies are i would like my refund back. Provide a resolution at the earliest.

                              On May 3, around 2:20 P.M, i have done a transaction with Flipkart for
                              Rs 12569(EMI based loan for 6 months).
                              Transaction got cancelled in the middle, i have attached the proof for it.

                              When I contact flipkart, they are claiming that amount did not reach
                              the seller.
                              Flipkart has not initated any refund as they are claiming that they
                              didnt receive the amount.
                              Flipkart is asking to contact the HDFC bank.

                              When I contact HDFC they are claiming that amount is recieved by Flipkart.
                              Please See attached statement - Rs 12569(EMI based loan for 6 months).

                              Where is the amount then, whethether it is with HDFC or Flipkart

                              Kindly trace the Amount Rs12569.

                              Kindly Refund my amount back.

                              As I am not getting anyconfiormation from both HDFC or Flipkart about
                              the refund .
                              This is causing a lot of stress to me.

Even though Online transaction was not successful HDFC bank is continuously paying the No cost emi to flipkart . I have HDFC contacted the bank. Bank is telling that merchant has to cancel the No Cost EMI loan which was availed from flipkart website. Again and Again I am asking Flipkart. But they are not taking any steps to cancel the no cost emi. Again this month EMi amount of Rs 2174.98( 2060.91 + 114.07 ) is paid to flipkart on 18th June2018 Similarly last month Rs 2174.98(2038.82+136.16) was paid to flipkart on 18th May 2018 Request you to cancel the No Cost EMI loan which was availed from flipkart website. Also refund the Rs 4349.96( 2174.98 + 2174.98 ) back. Please help. Transaction was done on May3rd 2018, today is June 19 2018. I have not recieved my money. My Issue is not yet resolved. I am heavily stresses because of this issue. kindly Help. Thanks, J Balaji

                              till Now I didn't receive the Refund.,
                              Bank claim that Merchant has not yet Initiated the refund.
                              This is causing a lot of stress to me.

                                I ordered a redmi note 5 on may 1. It was a standard order and it took many days to reach. It reached my nearest hub on may 6. They assured to deliver on may 7 and the item went for delivery on may 7, 3:14 pm... I waited till 10:00 pm and the product was rescheduled to deliver on may 8 and now it's gonna be 6 pm and the product isn't delivered. I need an answer. This is the first time i'm having such an experienced and i need the delivery by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

                                The item got rescheduled again for the second time. I don't know what is happening, when I checked the logs yesterday I saw 'Item went out for delivery at 10:45 PM" and the next update was 'Item rescheduled to May 9 at 10:50 PM". Seriously??

                                  I have purchase single bed through zest money voucher of rs.3939/ i got delivery of bed around 11/04/2018, i contact to flipkart after one day for refund or exchange because it was not comfortable for me i am disable person of age 55 years till today it id unused.                                   Yesterday i have complaint regarding my single bed exchange, today morning one call has come from flipkart, some Mr. Rajan was talking he is refusing to exchange he is saying about supplier policy that there is no a policy of supplier to exchange the product, i ask them to give me supplier details that also they are not giving only name supplier they have given i.e. is Furniture kraft.

                                    Placed some orders on April month. After that My FLIP-KART account was not opening, i tried so many times lo login that account. At-last "It was showing your Account was blocked".
                                    After that i took my ordered products on may 3rd. Those products were not good.
                                    I want to return those products.I called to customer support so many times from past 5 days. But still the problem is didn't resolve. so, can you please raise a return request for those products or else unblock my account, so that i will raise the return request.
                                    I sent so many mails to customer support team regarding this issue. they didn't reply even for single mail.

Flipkart played with my patience wasted my days I want my money back as soon as possible I waiting too long, and I wanted to talk to Amreen Taj, head of flipkart. Flipkart loves to make stories instead of selling defective products they should write stories how they treat their customers like a dog and hungry about money, employing professional illiterates in their office good job flipkart.

                                      I purchased infinix hot s3 from flipkart, and i found the camera quality was worst whenever i click picture it automatically blurs and shows a disgusting picture. Front camera is of 20 megapixel but quality is like 1megapixel. I complained about this and they arranged me a tech visit and technician even told me that the phone overheats and camera is bad he wrote a letter and submitted it to flipkart. That day only i called flipkart and asked about the process flipkart told me that technician told them that customers problem is solved and customer is happy, i was shocked how is it possible i called technician at that moment and he refused that he didn't uploaded any such to flipkart. Complain raised by flipkart 15 days are gone i got a call from head amreen taj the way she told me i thought my problem would be solved may be she understood what problems i was facing but oh dear god i was wrong she arranged another tech visit and the same technician popped he visited me and he was even shocked seeing me for the second time he again wrote a complain in a paper and this time i clicked the picture of that paper as a proof and he submitted. After that day i again got a call from flipkart they told me the same thing technician mentioned you are happy i was like this is # are they professional illiterates they just can't even understand what is written i send them the picture i clicked as proof after seeing that paper also they are telling me the same thing and after wasting my 22 days they are expecting me to visit service center i won't go i will go to consumer forum right now because i want justice flipkart has found a new policy of lying to customers until the customers get frustrated. But i am not one of them i want my money back at any damn cost and i will fight for this every minute the way flipkart cheated and lied they have to pay for this harassment. I called technician and recorded his voice even where he confessed that this phones camera having a issue and customer is not at all satisfied. Flipkart played with my patience. Enough is enough either you return my money or i will case. Thank you professional illiterates. L

                                      Flipkart has not solved my issue they are ignoring and avoiding my problem. I faced and still ffacing problems in this phone flipkart after tech visits and after wasting my 25 days they are telling me to go service center i will not go flipkart have to solve my problem i have voice recorded as a proof and paper written by technician i won't sit down flipkart played with my patience wasted my days and days now its my turn i want my money back or else i will contact higher department.

                                        Flipkart is the worst company which has cheated and committed fraud by selling me used laptop.

                                        On may 21st 2017 i purchased hp 5th gen laptop worth 32990. It has 1y year warranty and on april when my battery got dysfunction i claimed my warranty in hp care they reverted back me that the warranty is expired in march 2 2018 which is not possible because i purchased it in may 21st 2017 and they told me to contact flipkart.

                                        After that i filed my complaint in flipkart in april 10 they said they will solve the issue within 28 april. Such long time, i thought atleast my issue will get resolved but these # employees of flipkart has not solved till yet.. They neither reply to my emails neither call..
                                        After filing case in national consumer forum in april 25 they called me once and said we will work on it. And solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        Its been over a month they had not even courtsey to call hp and resolve it. Flipkart employees are liars flithy cheaters.
                                        Hope they all die soon.
