Someone made a fraud transaction from flipkart of rs 22900 today at 10:22 ist on 2nd may using my credit card ending digits 4006. Could you findout who did the transaction. I had to block my credit card due to this. This is so samefull that flipkart customer care number does not allow to report a fraud. Are your solution architects so out of their mind that they cannot anticipate such issues. Shame on flipkart. This is why companies like amazon are successful.

    I had ordered a product from flipkar on 25th and as per their commitment the package was suppose to reach by 27th. Till date i've not received any package. From 28th till date i would request for 7.5% interest on the money used by flipkart. Called customer service several times but they have shown inevitability to understand and address my issue. They have cheated me and i'm scared to accept that package. Please help.

      I ordered apple ipad from flipkart because they were providing no cost emi.. I ordered the ipad on 18th april and got on 24 april.. When i got the apple ipad after that 28000 was credited into my credit card account and there was no cost emi option i called customer care of flipkart they told that it takes time 5 working days and i also called axis bank credit card customer care they told after 5 working days we will call the flipkart.. Today i called the flipkart and asked why was my emi not done to no cost emi.. They said you have not opted for it. I only agreed to buy because of no cost emi.. I already purchased iphone x last month and i was paying emi with interest on that so i bought ipad on no cost emi.. Today they told we cannot process your no cost emi so i told i don't want ipad while paying emi with interest and i said return my order if you cannot do.. Neither they are refunding my money nor they are converting my emi into no cost emi... I am helpless even axis bank credit card is not responding so kindly help me out..

      Spoke to customer and informed that he has made payment as a normal credit card payment and did not choose EMI while making payment. Closing the case.

        Flipkart delivered defective moto phone. C. Care is saying sorry. Every time i am calling since june 2017 they only telling we are calling you back. But no one calling. Please replace the defected phone at once. I have not yet heard from either the vendor or you with regard to my telephonic request again and again since june 2017 for replacement. Please see that my claim receives your immediate attention. Otherwise, my only recourse will be to have my lawyer instigate proceedings against you. Thus it is requested you take immediate action in this regard and send/forward request/email to the correct department with cc at once.

        Customer had called regarding the issues faced in the handset. Since the product was delivered to the customer on 21/3/2017, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill his return request. However, we have shared the authorized service center details and customer can visit there for mobile servicing.

          I purchased a window air conditioners of blue star, on 28/4/2018, i received delivery on 29th, and got installed on 30th. But i didn't recieved invoice.in called up on flipkart and asked for invoice which they provided, but i wanted them to update my gst number which they are denaying, their seller partner has taken 4870/-rupess as igst, they are not updating nor they are providing their partner contacts. Please suggest me what to do?

            Sennheiser cx 180 headphone is very bad product. Now flipkart is not returned the product. I called customer care executive, who told me that he is not returned and refunded. I called same day of product delivery yet he is not returned.
            Its voice is not good, bass is also very less. Due that i want to return and refund the money back in my account

                This is ashish kumar mishra i got damaged symphony air cooler on 14 april 2018. After that technician visit it was approved by him dat product was damaged and then by your side product pick up date was 23april 2018. But very shame full things by your side dat product has not picked up till today. How is shameful service by your side. You have no successful communication with your courier partner.. And emi has also initiated by bank bajaj finserv. On 2nd may emi 2167rs will auto deduct from my account. How it is shameful service by flipkart. Customer is struggling and also hopeless. For that's types of services by customer has loosen trust on online product and dat worst types of services... So i want to say plz pickup the product as well as possible.

                    I buy shoes from flipkart around 13-14 days ago on cod but pay on 19/apr/18 via pay now button after shipping of item using phonepe. But transaction gets unsuccessful and balance deducted from account. Again i tried payment on flipkart's own payment page using debit card details, not via phonepe. But again same thing happens and balance deducted for the second time too and order remain same as cash on delivery. Both time i get mail and sms o[censored]nsuccessful transaction. I complaint it, then they said that first payment was received but due to technical issue it not updated. Delivery person demand for cash at delivery time so i cancelled it. Then they promise me to refund with 24-48 hours for the only first transaction. But still not getting any refund. Whenever i call them, they told that it still require 24-48 hrs to refund. Very bad service. I never ever prefer online shopping.

                      I have order assembled cpu. But the cpu that i received was not what seller has mentioned in product detail so i have giving replacement for oder for the same. For seller is rejecting my replacement order every time without mentioning any reasons. This i had faces twice. I have raise replacement for that product 2 time but both the times seller had rejected my order unnecessary without mentioning anything. For regarding this problem i had contact with flipkart many time i call flipkart executive and senior executive but all of them failed to resolve my problem.
                      Please provide solution. I really need help. And please take strick action regarding such seller who does time pass with customers & sells their product give fake details.

                        I purchased yu yunique 2and it is having volte connecting issues so i raised refund request as per flipkart refund process technical visit has to be done in prior to refund technician haven't visited me always postponed so i my self again contacted jeeves services for technical visit happened on april 30 2018 5:32 pm and technician confirmed device is faulty and as per my complaint i was not receiving incoming calls but flipkart closed my return request before technical visit which states that issue sorted out as issue solved by trouble shooting that was completely false statement why because technical visit completed around 5:32pm before that how they will get status and more over no flipkart customer support team has supported me at least to resolve the issue as i said to them that even technician who visited me was here you can speak with him also i said to them at that time because technician was in front of me only but customer support team without listening to me they cancelled to me is that correct method to do like that all are false statement and false promises do refund for me and verifiy the technician given status clearly i will attach screen shots with this request i'd is: return id :[protected] please check the difference in attached screen shots when technician has allotted and by what time service has completed why making customer a fool in providing refund i need my refund i contacted n number of times to flipkart but with out listening to me they cancelled my refund my contact number :+91-[protected]

                          I unfortunately happened to purchase Symphony Diet 35T Tower Air Cooler (White, 35 Litres) on 15th April 2018 which got delivered on 18th April 2018. To my dismay, the product doesn't serve the purpose as per the description mentioned about the product on flipkart website.

                          Issues:

                          1. As per the product description, the cooler should give cooling up to 1750 sq feet of area. Unfortunately, it doesn't even cool 100 sq feet of area. A little cooling is available only if you sit right in front of the cooler.

                          2. As per the product description, the cooler should throw air up to 30 feet. Unfortunately, it hardly throws air up to 10 feet.

                          I have had enough of tech visits, escalations and promises given and I am fed up with the same. It has been almost two weeks since I am struggling with this product and finally today the product has been returned. I am being given only a replacement and not a refund.

                          I am fine with the replaced product if it will give me 1750 sq feet of cooling and 30 feet of air throw (which I am quite sure is not possible). So if your product is not fulfilling the description as mentioned then I kindly request you to give me a refund which is fair enough.

                          PS: Summer is at it's peak and I have purchased this product to get some relief from heat. unnecessarily don't make me suffer just because I trusted Flipkart. I can't keep arguing over calls and get unreliable promises all summer and finally get to the see that summer is over. Just to reiterate - I have purchased this product to get relief in Summer. By the time you actually deliver what is promised, summer will be long gone.

                          I believe that Flipkart doesn't cheat and are sensitive towards their customer's needs and make customer satisfaction their top priority. Hence I humbly request you give me refund as the product is not going to fulfill the description mentioned. Otherwise if you claim that this cooler can give really give 1750 sq feet of cooling and 30 feet of air throw, then please prove it.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            I bought one mobile on Republic day sale. Offer was 10% cashback on Citi Bank credit card,

                            As per terms and condition Cashback should be credited before 10th Apr 2018. But the same not happened.
                            I talk with your customer service agent atleast 10 times. everytime they used to say like "we have received your complaint and will resolve soon."

                            On 11th Apr 2018 even though your customer executive sent a mail to me saying we have sent the cashback amount to your bank.

                            so you can imagine how your customer executives are misguiding us. So now you can imagine how pathetic customer service is being provided by your customer executive.

                            This is the worst customer service i have ever got. As Flipkart is a Indian Company so we used to prefer this but with this type of customer service i can clearly tell i will never ever suggest Flipkart to anyone.

                              I ordered a intex jogger bluetooth headphone on 21st april and the expected date for delivery was 30th april. The product reach in the arjansar (Which is delivery address) but they didnot call me single time and also update the status that delivery attemted fail. So what is this. How they can update the status without any attempt. Now i will get the product or not.

                                I am receiving messages from flipkart that i have ordered a product which i haven't.
                                At first i got an sms that the order was placed for some product.
                                And when i logged in to the app and saw my orders, it showed that there was no such order placed via my account.
                                I haven't ordered a single product yet on flipkart but i still received that message.
                                I believe you will look into my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    I had purchased a Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile phone. After trying for several weeks, I was finally able to place the order on the 4th of April 2018. The phone had speaker issues and hence I had to replace the same. The replacement device reached me on the 24th of April.

                                    Unfortunately, the device has scratched display and smudges which I immediately reported to their customer service and social media team. I clicked photos of the unboxed device in front of the delivery person and shared the same over Twitter via direct message.

                                    In spite of counteless number of follow ups and requests from my side, Flipkart customer service team is unwilling to provide me a brand new replacement phone. They are insisting for a refund instead and explaining me the policies. From a customer's perspective, it is not possible for me to go through the hassles of flash sales over and again.

                                    Being a student staying away from hometown, I do not have any alternate phone at hand and hence I am unable to place a new order atleast not a flash sale again. I should clarify again that I am not willing to go for a refund and that too after one month of placing the order. Flipkart is expected to understand my concern and should provide a proper new / unused replacement at the earliest.

                                      We had interacted with the customer, as per customers complaint, delivered the product, hence closing the case.
                                      I have ordered a powerbank (i pro 3600mAh) from Flipkart order id OD[protected]. The powerbank is not charging any device. I have troed yo lodge a complain but there is no store near me. The device is only two months old and carrying 1year warranty... Nobody is helping ne on this.

                                        I ordered a washing machine in flipkart last 2months back i received the product (Id:od[protected] days later it's fully damaged i placed the replacement they accepted that day only from that day onwards every 2days they are sending one message with in 2days your problem will be solved it's almost 45 days completed still they are saying same this and the product price also 2000 less now every day am contacting with flipkart customer care they are managing with dates but no proper result. Don't but flipkart products in online because we have to spend more time with flipkart customer care don't waste to buy big items in flipkart. I want my money back
