I have order assembled cpu. But the cpu that i received was not what seller has mentioned in product detail so i have giving replacement for oder for the same. For seller is rejecting my replacement order every time without mentioning any reasons. This i had faces twice. I have raise replacement for that product 2 time but both the times seller had rejected my order unnecessary without mentioning anything. For regarding this problem i had contact with flipkart many time i call flipkart executive and senior executive but all of them failed to resolve my problem.
Please provide solution. I really need help. And please take strick action regarding such seller who does time pass with customers & sells their product give fake details.

    I purchased yu yunique 2and it is having volte connecting issues so i raised refund request as per flipkart refund process technical visit has to be done in prior to refund technician haven't visited me always postponed so i my self again contacted jeeves services for technical visit happened on april 30 2018 5:32 pm and technician confirmed device is faulty and as per my complaint i was not receiving incoming calls but flipkart closed my return request before technical visit which states that issue sorted out as issue solved by trouble shooting that was completely false statement why because technical visit completed around 5:32pm before that how they will get status and more over no flipkart customer support team has supported me at least to resolve the issue as i said to them that even technician who visited me was here you can speak with him also i said to them at that time because technician was in front of me only but customer support team without listening to me they cancelled to me is that correct method to do like that all are false statement and false promises do refund for me and verifiy the technician given status clearly i will attach screen shots with this request i'd is: return id :[protected] please check the difference in attached screen shots when technician has allotted and by what time service has completed why making customer a fool in providing refund i need my refund i contacted n number of times to flipkart but with out listening to me they cancelled my refund my contact number :+91-[protected]

    Issue: Defective Product (network connectivity related issue)
    Resolution: Seller had arranged tech visit, later which the product was picked up and refund was initiated by the seller. Customer even confirmed that the refund is credited. Hence, closing the case from our end.

      I unfortunately happened to purchase Symphony Diet 35T Tower Air Cooler (White, 35 Litres) on 15th April 2018 which got delivered on 18th April 2018. To my dismay, the product doesn't serve the purpose as per the description mentioned about the product on flipkart website.

      Issues:

      1. As per the product description, the cooler should give cooling up to 1750 sq feet of area. Unfortunately, it doesn't even cool 100 sq feet of area. A little cooling is available only if you sit right in front of the cooler.

      2. As per the product description, the cooler should throw air up to 30 feet. Unfortunately, it hardly throws air up to 10 feet.

      I have had enough of tech visits, escalations and promises given and I am fed up with the same. It has been almost two weeks since I am struggling with this product and finally today the product has been returned. I am being given only a replacement and not a refund.

      I am fine with the replaced product if it will give me 1750 sq feet of cooling and 30 feet of air throw (which I am quite sure is not possible). So if your product is not fulfilling the description as mentioned then I kindly request you to give me a refund which is fair enough.

      PS: Summer is at it's peak and I have purchased this product to get some relief from heat. unnecessarily don't make me suffer just because I trusted Flipkart. I can't keep arguing over calls and get unreliable promises all summer and finally get to the see that summer is over. Just to reiterate - I have purchased this product to get relief in Summer. By the time you actually deliver what is promised, summer will be long gone.

      I believe that Flipkart doesn't cheat and are sensitive towards their customer's needs and make customer satisfaction their top priority. Hence I humbly request you give me refund as the product is not going to fulfill the description mentioned. Otherwise if you claim that this cooler can give really give 1750 sq feet of cooling and 30 feet of air throw, then please prove it.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I bought one mobile on Republic day sale. Offer was 10% cashback on Citi Bank credit card,

        Order Number- OD[protected]

        As per terms and condition Cashback should be credited before 10th Apr 2018. But the same not happened.
        I talk with your customer service agent atleast 10 times. everytime they used to say like "we have received your complaint and will resolve soon."

        On 11th Apr 2018 even though your customer executive sent a mail to me saying we have sent the cashback amount to your bank.

        so you can imagine how your customer executives are misguiding us. So now you can imagine how pathetic customer service is being provided by your customer executive.

        This is the worst customer service i have ever got. As Flipkart is a Indian Company so we used to prefer this but with this type of customer service i can clearly tell i will never ever suggest Flipkart to anyone.

        I request you to dig the issue properly because this small small thing can effect the Company's Revenue a lot.

          I ordered a intex jogger bluetooth headphone on 21st april and the expected date for delivery was 30th april. The product reach in the arjansar (Which is delivery address) but they didnot call me single time and also update the status that delivery attemted fail. So what is this.             I am receiving messages from flipkart that i have ordered a product which i haven't.
            At first i got an sms that the order was placed for some product.
            And when i logged in to the app and saw my orders, it showed that there was no such order placed via my account.
            I haven't ordered a single product yet on flipkart but i still received that message.
            I believe you will look into my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                I had purchased a Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile phone. After trying for several weeks, I was finally able to place the order on the 4th of April 2018. The phone had speaker issues and hence I had to replace the same. The replacement device reached me on the 24th of April.

                Unfortunately, the device has scratched display and smudges which I immediately reported to their customer service and social media team. I clicked photos of the unboxed device in front of the delivery person and shared the same over Twitter via direct message.

                In spite of counteless number of follow ups and requests from my side, Flipkart customer service team is unwilling to provide me a brand new replacement phone. They are insisting for a refund instead and explaining me the policies. From a customer's perspective, it is not possible for me to go through the hassles of flash sales over and again.

                Being a student staying away from hometown, I do not have any alternate phone at hand and hence I am unable to place a new order atleast not a flash sale again. I should clarify again that I am not willing to go for a refund and that too after one month of placing the order. Flipkart is expected to understand my concern and should provide a proper new / unused replacement at the earliest.

                  I have ordered a powerbank (i pro 3600mAh) from Flipkart order id OD[protected]. The powerbank is not charging any device. I have troed yo lodge a complain but there is no store near me. The device is only two months old and carrying 1year warranty... Nobody is helping ne on this.

                    I ordered a washing machine in flipkart last 2months back i received the product (Id:od[protected] days later it's fully damaged i placed the replacement they accepted that day only from that day onwards every 2days they are sending one message with in 2days your problem will be solved it's almost 45 days completed still they are saying same this and the product price also 2000 less now every day am contacting with flipkart customer care they are managing with dates but no proper result. Don't but flipkart products in online because we have to spend more time with flipkart customer care don't waste to buy big items in flipkart. I want my money back

                      I order honor 9 lite from flipkart on 19th april, 2018. Though my order was unsuccessful, they still deducted the amount. They have been stalling me for past 10 days saying that amount will be reverted within 8 business days. But now, the say to talk with the bank about it. The bank says the transaction was successfully settled at the merchant end. I need my refund asap.

                      Recently, I have brought a zebronics noble 3 w bluetooth speaker from flipkart. It's not been a month that I'm using it. And now the product is not working completely. Never expected such a bad product from such a reputed site.

                        I have ordered a power bank of syska from your shopping app, the model number is x-110, capacity 11000mah/40.7wh.
                        It was working nicely but from a few days its not working properly. I am not able to charge my phone.                         Resolution: Brand details were shared with the customer, and customer replied to us stating she is now getting an help from the brand to resolve the issue and hence she is happy with the services, also she says if no proper support received from the brand she will get back to us. What the hell is going on, requesting u all guys not to purchase any thing from this pothetic site. No resolutions provided by customer service care.                           they are only giving unwanted dates to me n saying you will definitely get a call from our escalation desk, we already registered your complaint but on that both dates i never got a miss call from ur bloody escalation desk.After such indecent i myself make a call to u people then i got a reply that w are having only replacement policy
                          u people are good for nothing, even not able to track any complaint. only u are good in telling seller policy.

                            Dear sir, i have ordered voltas 1.5 ton 5 star bee rating 2018 window ac - white (Order id od[protected], item has been delivered timely and installed by jeeves team after so many followups at 6th apr also they charged rs 750 for installatin, post installation we observed ac is damaged and logged a returned request for same, technical visit has been done on 16thapr and return was approved by flipkart, uninstallation was also scheduled and done by jeeves team at 17th apr, pickup of ac was scheduled at 23rd apr, but at 20th apr my returned was canceled and i call to confirm why my packed ac was not pickuped for returned, but customer care is escalated the issue and give me assurance my problem will resolve within 48 hours, but till date problem is as it is, my ac is packed and waiting for pickup, after that whenever i am calling to customer care they are giving me time for 48 hours to resolve my issue, but today till 29th i didnt get any single call from flipkart to resolve my issue. This is pathetic behavior to customer. After spending thousands of rs i am feeling cheated by flipkart. Requesting you please resolve my issue at earliest it is already 1 month gone suffering due to flip kart and my problem is as it is, please do necessary action to resolve my problem.

                              Its very difficulty to order mi tv on flash sale, even though my dad ordered. But ekart guys didn't even call my dad properly only once they contacted. It may be not reachable. # fraud ekart guys delivered to someone else or they have purchased for themselves. My dad ordered tv it should ours, but ekart # guys sold to someone else, they didn't return, we want that tv back.

                                I odered redmi note 5 of rs 9999 through cod option, later i try to pay the amount through pay now option and i try twice but both the time amount was deducted from bank account and flipkart informed me through message that the payment was unsuccessful both the time.. I want refund regarding this as soon as possible and when i contact filpkart coustomer care i got different information when i make call

                                Revert as soon as possible, as it was urgent need of money to me as i alredy paid twice and amount was deducted from my account and i have no more money to pay the delivery boy and the promise date for delivery is 30 april 2018

                                  I want to buy hero spirit spunky but the delivery is not in any city. Cities like kuk, kaithal, cheeka, ambala, panipat, karnal, nissing etc you have good products but you can't deliver them then what will be the benifit i am completely unsatisfied with flipkart. Amazon is far better than you just go to hell. You must take care about the stocks are available in a particular city or not.

                                    I am unable to login into my account from 4-5 working days... I have to return a product whose replacement have 10 days. Due to this error i am unable to return my product. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Or give me some extra time to return the product. So this will be greatful for me.                                         Buying a book at competitive price does not mean buying a pirated book. Ordered a book on flipkart and seller sent a pirated book. I don't want to return book just to seller and get money return. Flipkart to act on seller but they will not allow customers reach anybody beyond customer care number. Not ready to give mail id. Now going to report and forward book to publisher to take legal action on flipkart and seller
