Dear team,

In reference to the reference number: in[protected] on flipkart raised on 4th of april 2018 there is no appropriate answer and the problem still remains the same. The executives are simply changing on their statements. One of them saying the tat is 24 hours the other saying 48 hours and so on. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis as huge losses are being suffered on our end.

        Very very worst seller without informing to me phone got returned. This is very very worst experience i had with flipkart. There shipping blindly to other cities and cancelling the orders. There not able to ship the goods city like nellore and misrouted to kurnool. There shipping the good with sleeping mode. So please awake and ship propertly next. I don't believe this flipkart going to ship property.

        I tried to reach them in toll free number then there saying that parcel went to misroute that why seller cancelled that Order.How come without intimation there cancelling the order.This is my worst experience with flipkart delivery.

        Kindly change the Complaint status to unresolved.I did 't get any resolution for Cancellation of my Order from Flipkart. I have planned many things based on receiving this order.I never hope on this seller & Flipkart sleeping delivery.

          Last 3 day (6 april 2018) i m waiting for my order redmi note 5 pro, everday i ot messge that today (10 apri; 2018) my order will be deliver but still not deliver and in the end of day status of resceduled. Can any one tell me what the hell i going on il. I tried to contct with fipkart but no one is ready to take the responsibility. Flipkart making fun with all o[censored]s and it can not handle the sale of mi.

            I received product on 08.03.2018 (Alcatel tablet) from date till now. I send so mail and calls for return request to flipkart. Flipkart not accepting the any return request from my side. They inform only replacement no return. If replacement product same problem means. What i should do. That tablet is not good performance once i open the package that day itself i send return request to flipkart. Its very slow and poor quality working condition also very worst.
            If i put charging 30minustes it will be charged just 4% only. Flipkart multiple technicians came to check the device; they are also accepting that its bad quality and poor build. That product very worst is compare to basic 3g mobile is fast than that tablet. Am not satisfied the product.

            So my request is that please return this item and refund my money also
            Please solve my issue as soon as possible

            Flipkart not give importance to customer satisfaction. Past one month i spend my time request to them for return.flipkart not consider anything.that is huge Amount i spent of rs.9999/- .But they Give importance to there seller return policy . I don't ask money in my account. Alteast they take return and refund money in my flipkart wallet . I buy anything that money. What i do product performance very bad means How i use. They Don't think about customer situation.

            From date when I purchase i keep on sending mail to flipkart they not take return product. After flipkart not accept my product. they informing to give service center finallyI give authorized service center alactel tablet on JULY 28th 2018 . Now Alcatel tell service center informed IMEI NUMBER is Vary From INVOICE AND ALCATEL TABLET. Now they not do service . Flipkart cheat my money and sell duplicate product.I have proof for this now I attached INVOICE and TABLET BOX MENTIONED IMEI Number Vary. Regarding this i send mail to flipkart on 27th Sep 2018 . They get back this query on 10TH OCT 2018. HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT .Already i wait to more than five months. Am not use the product even single day . Flipkart not get any loss. I only get loss money, time, energy all.I am middle class Family they cheat money and product . Pls return back my money.

              I ordered lg ac in flipkart.

              In website it was mentioned as 2018 model year but when they delivered it was 2017 model year.

              I raised this is a concern to flipkart and they made a technical visit with the help of jeeves consumer service and realised that they have delivered 2017 model and they agreed to replace a new product which will be b which will be 2018 model year.

              That even the second time they delivered the 2017 model.

              Why did they provided the wrong information in the flipkart website or why did they deliver the wrong model a product that to continuously second time.

                I was purchased above mentioned mobile on 6 april 2018 this mobile not good condition and its display problems i m doubt about about flipkart that they were may sell all defective, old and problems product to people because its happening many time with me last december-2017 i was purchased infinix hot 4 pro mobile this is also having defective mobile after purchasing any problems arise you people arranging service man all replaced and return depending on your assigned service man in that terms you 10days returns or replacement policy may over then what can i do? Now days flipkart fooling all people to with dealing defective or useless or senconds products i am sorry to say that flipkart is cheating people flip kart is big cheater i think in future any purchase better with amazone
                I don't want to any your service man i need hand to hand replacement otherwise i will go to consumer court because its happening many times with me.

                Flipkart sending a service man but I am not want to service man because of I m not used any single bit on mobile even though flipkart customers executive convention to me service man only check the mobile and what happen in current problems that only reporting to us anything he will not do service in mobile thats why I m allowing service man to check the mobile and report to flipkart I m not allowing any kind of service in new mobile

                    From flipkart i ordered ivoomi i1 mobile with order id - od[protected] on dated mon, apr 2nd '18 9:37 am. As usual it delivered on delivered on tue, apr 3rd '18. From the very begining the phone started hanging... While charging the phone geberated exccesive heat as a result unable to talk, the volume key was pressed... So that the volume adjustment was interupted. On wed, 4th apr 10:21 pm i decided to give another chance to flipkart by its 10days return and replacement policy. Mean while i talk to the customer care named mr vishal regarding the replacement of the item near about 45 minutes and assured me that as the product was defective (Generate excessive heat, take much time to charge, volume key was defective, unable to talk as all the time it was heated, automatically hanged continuously 4 to 5 times a day) they will replace it by monday i. E 9th apr 18 by hand to hand at cost.. But it is mandatory that the service engineer have to visit from the seller side they can't avoid the same. On 7th the service engineer came to my house... He was so incapable that even he did not check the things well... He just note the imei no and walk away.

                    When today morning i call the customer care flipkart... They simply told me that they are unable to trace my details due to system issue and instucted me to call after 2 hours.

                    I received call from flipkart on my phone no -[protected].
                    Resolution - refund my hard earn money of rs 5999 from flipkart.

                    And when i saw my order status... The replacement order got cancelled and rejected. Now there is no replcement option are avalable in the website.

                    It is really irate me a lot... Totally a unfriendly transaction with flipkart.

                    Unexpected product and service provided by flipkart.

                    Total wastage of time, money even dissatifactory experience too in the fild of online transactions.

                    Now i want my money to be refunded.

                          Biggest mistake of my life.
                          I bought 2 acs.. Micromax 1tonne and another 1.5tonne.
                          The acs were installed by flipkart authorized - friends services, sonarpur, mr. Swapan pradhan [protected] and bapan dandapath [protected] at a service charge of rs 14000.. Both the acs are defective.. Water is continuously dripping from both the acs.. When asked to check they said to return the 1.5tonne ac and eventually in the evening when 1tonne started dripping water, they refused to come and said "do whatever u want"
                          Moreover, the service bill provided by them has a false address.. We searched the entire area and spoke to everyone.. The address is vague and inconclusive.
                          I am completely stunned at this sort of attitude.
                          Will not buy again from flipkart.

                              My order id OD[protected] and i already return this product on 18 march 2018 after that i have receive notification for refund process 29 march 2018 but i have not receive any refund amount.

                              On 29 march i have raise another compain and receive notofication for 3rd april 2018 and after 3rd april 2018 i have not receive any refund amount from flipcard so let me know when will you process

                                Hello!
                                I’ve purchased a Addidas shoe pair from FLIPKART which was delivered on Sunday 15th Jan 2017
                                Order ID - OD[protected].
                                Price - INR 3498.00
                                And Because it’s a shoes it’s hard to understand if it’s original so i used it and later i get to know that this product is completely fake because the sole part is completely torned out. It breaks down in pieces and I could feel the stones and normal pieces under my feets. I’ve used this ADIDAS and other brands as well but never had such problem. Like right now I’ve 3 other shoe pairs from PUMA and NIKE and they were purchased in 2012 and 2014 respectively but they are still in amazing condition. I can send you the pictures of them in case needed. And in this case because I’ve purchased to the third party ‘Flipkart’ they refused to resolve this. Because I believe Addidas is a good brand and I’ve never faced such issues earlier in Addidas products, so FLIPKART is the one who cheated in between coz it was the third party who took DUPLICATE PRODUCTS in lower prices and sell them at the ORIGINAL PRICE SHOES. Coz generally we can get such duplicate products in our local market within INR 500 and FLIPKART take the 500%. I want you to take against action regarding this.
                                I tried contacting them but they refused to do so.

                                  I had ordered items through flip kart . they advertised item as 3 in 1 hair trimmer but when i received it, it came as 2 in 1 trimmer as per box as well. even after asking for replacement i continued to get 2 in 1 trimmer only. there was no resolution from company at all. i feel this is cheating. even after contacting company they are willing to give refund but thats not it is about. it is about advertising wrongly and then not accepting it.

                                  it was hassle to get replacement as well. they gave wrong colour and when i asked for replacement i had to go through multiple hassles.

                                    I bought a redmi note 4 from flipkart on 17th march 2018 via Invoice no FABBA[protected]. Its been only 20 days since i bought my phone and now it is giving me a lot of troubles. My phone's display is gone all of a sudden. I will going out of india in 4 days, i will be needing my phone there very much and now its display is gone all of a sudden. kindly look into the matter and replace my handset asap.

                                      The Ekart courier service brought the pack. But did not hand it over to us. As I had doubt on the courier people( they were nervous and blabbering) I wanted to see the product and then pay for it and give the exchange mobile. But those two persons did not accept it. I was ready to open the pack in front of them, but they were very nervous to do that and said company policy will not allow me to open the pack at all..They were urging me to give money and the old mobile soon. I am very very dissatisfied and annoyed to the core because of this idiotic delivery service. I once got a big stone instead of the ordered product. How can I trust you and give money without seeing the product? Should I waste time in asking refund and undergo that process for weeks, after loosing money ? Why flipkart is having such a worst delivery process? I want you people to enquire about this and take necessary action immediately.

                                        I ordered Redmi 5A in sale on 5th April 201 from Flipkart with Payment option COD and order id OD[protected]. As I checked order status yesterday evening (6th April) it showed that order is approved, packed and taken up by the courier company but yet to ship. But, at same night I received a mail that "You have cancelled your order" whereas I did not cancel any order.

                                        There is no 24*7 customer care no. available on Flipkart site, tried many but could not connect.
                                        Again in morning found some numbers and called on one of them, the person said server is not responding and he will give a call to me.

                                        In the mean time my father received a message (coz his no. was given in receiver's no.) that your order is cancelled due to bulk orders. Supply exhaust is reason.

                                        I called another customer care no. [protected], the person told me we will deliver the product, you just make the payment. I said yes when I will receive the product I will pay the courier person. He said you might be having some bank ATM card right now just tell me the details I will activate your product delivery. I told him ok I will get the details and call back.

                                        I was in shock thinking its some Spam no. and called the same no. I called up in morning ([protected]), the person said that he was just about to call me. I told him whats the problem with my order, he said its now been cancelled but can only be shipped on payment. I said can I make payment online he refused and said pls give me your debit card details and I will do it for you. I told him I dont have card, you tell me the way I will do it using net banking . He replied it cannot be done at your end, I can do it if you provide me debit card details. He cut the phone down when I asked him to give authorities e-mail id.

                                        I was not aware that Flipkart is that much fraud that the person sitting their breaches account info. from innocent customer.
