Hi,
From flipkart i ordered ivoomi i1 mobile with order id - od[protected] on dated mon, apr 2nd '18 9:37 am. As usual it delivered on delivered on tue, apr 3rd '18. From the very begining the phone started hanging... While charging the phone geberated exccesive heat as a result unable to talk, the volume key was pressed... So that the volume adjustment was interupted. On wed, 4th apr 10:21 pm i decided to give another chance to flipkart by its 10days return and replacement policy. Mean while i talk to the customer care named mr vishal regarding the replacement of the item near about 45 minutes and assured me that as the product was defective (Generate excessive heat, take much time to charge, volume key was defective, unable to talk as all the time it was heated, automatically hanged continuously 4 to 5 times a day) they will replace it by monday i. E 9th apr 18 by hand to hand at cost.. But it is mandatory that the service engineer have to visit from the seller side they can't avoid the same. On 7th the service engineer came to my house... He was so incapable that even he did not check the things well... He just note the imei no and walk away.
When today morning i call the customer care flipkart... They simply told me that they are unable to trace my details due to system issue and instucted me to call after 2 hours.

I received call from flipkart on my phone no -[protected].
Resolution - refund my hard earn money of rs 5999 from flipkart.
I lodge a complait here because from flipkart no one responded with the issue. I feel panelised by purchasing the product ivoomi i1 (Platinum gold, 16 gb) and placing the order with flipkart.
Please help me out.

As it is mandatory that the service engineer have to visit from the seller side they can't avoid the same but assure that replacement will done with a good product. On 7th the service engineer came to my house... He was so incapable that even he did not check the things well... He just note the imei no and walk away.
At night i got a sms that ur issue has been solved by our service engineer...
And when i saw my order status... The replacement order got cancelled and rejected. Now there is no replcement option are avalable in the website.
It is really irate me a lot... Totally a unfriendly transaction with flipkart.
Unexpected product and service provided by flipkart.
Total wastage of time, money even dissatifactory experience too in the fild of online transactions.
Now i want my money to be refunded.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that we tried reaching on [protected], [protected] but we were not able to reach you. We have sent an email with details to your registered email Id: [protected]@gmail.com, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
As informed, power bank is not working/ not able to charge pl respond and replace or refund on urgent basis
