Hello team,
I am from hyderabad. Od[protected]
I am complaining about delay in order delivery and update of wrong details on website that customer was not reachable by delivery team of flipkart though i was present through the day and delivery window provided for 16april from 4pm to 8pm. If flipkart cannot deliver the product on time they can state the valid reasons for the same but don't mention lies that customer was not reachable.
I can provide that no one from flipkart attempted delivery at my door step today as we in and out register in our society and we have security cameras in our block.

    I have ordered a puma women black colour artif from flipkart on 11 april 2018. It delivered me on 16 april 2018. But the ordered thing is damaged and i need replacement of the thing i ordered from flipkart.

      Hi, on13.04.18, Rs1374/- Deducted from my SBI credit card without any order placed on Ur Flipkart.

      After lot of follow up with u ..no body ready to take care this matter and morning u send emails issue resolved today 16 April and evening again drop message this issue resolved on 18 April.

      Kindly resolve this issue asap or else this matter escalate tommorw morning to consumers form and RBI grevinces form.

      Flipkart deduct fund without any concerns of customer.

        I had ordered mega star portable notebook water bottle 3 packs of each containing 5 pieces I.e 15 pieces in total for the cost of 2127( order ID: OD[protected] .. But I received only 12 bottles but I was charged for 15 bottles... Its so annoying... That Flipkart is cheating people and no contact details to file a complaint.. I need the rest 3 bottles or refund my money... I hate Flipkart.. Will never shop from it again

          This is to inform you that, i ordered one red mi note 5 dtd 11, 04, 18. As per the confirmation the product will delivered by 13.04.18. But i didn't receive the product on the day. While i checked the product status my courier was in the new delhi, but my delivery location is at cochin. Then i complained. As per the confirmation from them the courier will be delivery on 16.04.18. But my order is not delivered yet by evening. This is second time major problem with courier services on same courier, first time the courier were misplaced, now the courier reached on the early morning in my location, but still not delivered. I am loosing my trust with flipkart.

Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 1398 whereas I tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can I pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 1000rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for[protected]rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart.

And the location sent in the massage is wrong. Flipkart customer care said that they dont have any contact no. Of the courier hub. Very bad service!!. I mentioned the area pincode while giving order.                           I ordered tv on 23rd march from flipkart app using no cost emi where flipkart gave me discount equal to my interest cost (Rs.1, 063/-) that will be charged by hdfc.

                          The expected delivery of the product was on 30th march but even after constant follow ups and talking to customer support supervisors all i got was false assurance and empty promises. Finally i received a call on 12th april almost 2 weeks after expected delivery where flipkart representative asked me to cancel my order which will result in me taking the hit of interest charged by hdfc for cancelling order. I told them i won't cancel and i am ready to wait for few days if flipkart delivers my order but i get a message from flipkart next day stating my order has been cancelled by seller.in between me getting charged my first emi and interest.

                          After talking to multiple customer support representatives and supervisors about the whole situation after cancellation i get directed to '[protected]@flipkart.com'. The call i received from the person from this team was not at all apologetic about the whole instance and more like an investigation where he kept telling me i need to call my bank and tell them i shouldn't be charged since flipkart processed the refund even after telling him that it is almost a month and bank already charged me emi and interest. It felt like i was asking for something that i looted from them leave all the mental trauma i went through for almost a month and wasting my time following up with flipkart and now resolving this issue to get refund of my interest and charge from hdfc.

                          This was a horrific experience and total waste of time buying something on flipkart for an occasion for someone which will pass soon and i might end up buying new tv from offline market and might pay more (Another loss to me for choosing flipkart). I wish i would have chosen amazon none the less learnt my lesson and will neither use flipkart nor recommend to my enemies ever.

                          I so want to sue flipkart for all the mess and mental trauma they are causing me from a month, time i wasted, product i didn't get on time which was a gift and money charged by my bank for cancelling emi.

                          Received another call from Sajith ('[protected]@flipkart.com') today and after wasting 4 days of email chain and discussion he asked me to check terms and condition. I am just surprised as to what lengths Flipkart can go to give their customers worst experience of lifetime and when asked who can i escalate this further Sajith mentioned he is the last contact and nothing further can be done.

I claim that this product is faulty/duplicate/not original product. Sinca i also have original silka soap which is very different from this... Also this is very harsh n smell is also different...                                 flipkart customer care agents are saying that this is non returnable product but if they supply me duplicate product in place of original they should take that back.Also the smell of the product is of lux soap.

                                  I am not able to change my password of flipkart account. I am getting a verification code on my phone and after verifying my account the app is not accepting my new password. It is telling "some error occured, try later". Even after trying again and againy problem remains the same. I am a very loyal costumer of your company, please provide me with solution and stop furthur inconvenience.

                                    Sir, i had placed an order of "spectrum a brief history of modern india" book on 18th march but unfortunately i received wrong book i. E previous edition (2016) and what i ordered for 2017 edition on 21st march. I then assured by your executive that i would get right book till 28th march as i requested for replacement of wrong book but i didn't get any book till 28th and i thought i should wait for more days but they cancelled my order on 31st march without informing me or without contact to me. I called to executive and request him to lodged a complaint of no delivery and resolve my issue. He assured me that my issue will go to concerned team and i should wait till 7th april. Concerned team didn't contact me and i got new msg that i should wait till 8th april 5:30 pm. I agin called to executive and he accepted my return request once again and again assured my to get my order till 13th april. Again i called him on same day two times and on 14th he again told me that your issued will escalated to concern team. Today is 15th and i got new mail at 4:19 am that my ordered is cancelled. I called to executive again today and she assured me that my issue escalated to concern team and resolve by 18th april 4:30pm.
                                    Sir what i should do right now. What is going on with me. I am your regular customer with different accounts. I always prefer flipkart. This is my worst order. I m really very disappointed with this. I m preparing for civil services and this book is very important as far as this exam is concerned. 1month hv already wasted my time on this issue. 10-12 executive assured me to solve this issue. Please dont do this with student atleast. I m very upset sir plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    Customer has raised the complaint stating he has received the book of different edition. We have interacted with customer, apologized and informed seller has approved for replacement. Customer has confirmed that replacement is delivered with correct edition. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                    1 month has gone today when i placed my order and I did not get my book that I ordered .

                                      Dear sir/ mam

                                      This is to share my disappointment with the overall buying experience from flipkart. I bought an lg automatic washing machine (Order id - od[protected] last month. Delivery date of the machine was delayed from 17th march to 23rd march.

                                      It's been almost a month that i have still been waiting for the installation. My old machine has been picked and i can't use the new one as installation hasn't been done. This has caused me extreme inconvenience. I have made numerous calls to flipkart and still my issue has not been resolved.

                                      Every time i call on the flipkart customer care, i get a new timeline for the installation from 2nd april to 10th april to 16th april. And now i am told that it will take more time. Even talking to senior customer care managers is futile. I am unable to understand what is taking so long to get a simple installation done. I even asked for the seller's contact details so i can coordinate with the seller directly. This request was also denied stating that flipkart's policy doesn't allow so.

                                      I am extremely sorry to have made a purchase through flipkart.

                                      The way this matter has been handled shows that flipkart doesn't care a bit about its customers. I am tired of making calls and continuous follow ups.

                                        I ordered two products (Pampers dipper & lotus cream) on 15/03/2018 but unfortunately, i cancelled the order by 16/03/2018 and its got confirmed from flipkart side and they said i will get my refund back by 19/03/2018 in my bank which i paid through now it’s been almost one month and i didn't get my refund every time i call them they said that we register your compliant and forward to concern department but no solution please help me i already lost money with amazon
