I order a fountain ball for my fountain and i placed order before 1 week and the estimate time of delivery is within in a week and i complain in customer care they told that you will get it after five days of estimate time of delivery i am having a big trust on flipkart but i knew at this order that the flipkart is not the best app for ordering an order

    You delivery executive called me to today and asked me to come out of my building and should receive order from where he is standing. I line on 4th floor. I told him that i can come downstairs i am not well.. Your delivery executive started shouting and threatening me started talking to me rudely.. He said tujhse lena hai to le nahi to bhad me ja.. Really... You guys hire illiterate and unprofessional people to deliver products to female customers.. I don’t even feel safe to order from flipkart now. I don’t want any delivery executive to deliver to product because i don’t feel safe.. I want my money to be refunded. And after this i will not order anything from flipkart and will make sure no one from my family do that.

      I live in uttar pradesh from rampur i purchased some e-gift voucher for rs 10000 &3000&1000 total 14000 from flipkart but after 2 days when i was using the voucher i found that the voucher has no balance... Then i called at flipkart customer care they told me that someone else has used the voucher who lives in bihar.. Also show my flipkart has 2 number in same email attachment in 1 account the fraud case is not solved by flipkart yet.. I want my money back.. Flipkart or you solved my problem or i had bad action to you

But they said that we make re delivery. Till now i didn't get my oder. Very bad service. N ot happy with their courier service.           Hi, i recently bought redmi 5 3gb 32 gb. I was facing hanging issue so i raise a complaint for this. Flipkart arranged a technician visit and technician said you need to update your software and you issue will be resolved. He kept my phone for update and went. Once it got updated then also it was behaving same. I again called to flipkart and asked for replacement of this product. He requested and faced some technical issue at backend and asked me to wait for some time. Now after 4 days, they are asking me to visit service centre and denying to make a return request. Why, same thing they can ask me before 4 days also. And why they are denying where there is return policy for it. Last moment, they are denying for replacement. You engaged me in all these for 10 days and now tomorrow once again i will call you then you may deny by saying that now you already spent 10 days, now we can't do anything. Now you are asking me to keep this faulty product.

          Hi, I have bought Redme 5a and I have received this today on 6th may 18. After all the set up and charging the phone the phone has heating issues. The phone is heating a lot. When I called the customer service they told me to follow some troubleshooting steps, and their executive don't know how to speak they are very rude. First I don't understand a new phone received an hour before and u need to do the troubleshooting that proves that you don't trust your products. And they are not ready to replace it. Is this a joke?

            I have place order for panasonic eluga mobile battery. I have received my order on 03rd of may 2018, when i have opened the parcel, i found that, instead of panasonic it have samsung, used and defective battery. Immediately i have filled return request, but flipkart representative refuse to take battery back by mentioning that wrong specification given. Again i spoke with flipkart customer care representative on 04th may 2018, they have filled online return request for the same, but again today i. E on 05th may 2018, pick up person of flipkart has refuse to take it.

            Requesting you kindly look into and do the needfull.

              i called flipkart 7 times and they hung up on me i asked them to connect me to a manager no body transferred me to a manager as they were following their protocol from executive to senion executive and then they will connect to a manager which they never did.

I returened the order 4 times but flipkart rejecet my order all time. I talk customer representive he said to me i lodged the complain and i got the message some time your return request rejected.

                      We have purchased the ac from flipkart which is received as damaged. The very next day best offer posted for the item which is almost rs.3500 less since we received the damaged product flipkart customer care accepted for replacement but i have requested to replacement the item with the current website offer which is not accepted by them. So i informed to pick up the item and issue the refund since they does not care about the customer who is a regular buyer from their website. Almost called 10+ times none of them ready to help me instead they can only one answer is i am sorry we do not have option. Worst experience ever. Amazon is far far better than flipkart.

                        I have purchased 1.5 ton window ac of lloyds and its installation was scheduled on 3.5.18 vide ticket number 8e3-27013. Flipkart reference number was flpkrt 5400259. But the ac has not been installed yet. Now i have received a call from bw jeeves. They have asked me to pay rs. 750 on account of installation whereas standard installation was free of cost as per detail available on flipkart. Please resolve this issue.

                            I have ordered a Bagpack and Flipkart has promised to give the delivery by 3rd of May, 2018. But I didn't receive anything.However I made multiple calls to the team asking when it will get delivered ans they said to wait till 7:00pm and it will get delivered. JUST SETTING WRONG COMMITMENTS.
                            Also, They haven't mentioned the number of the Delivery boy by whom it will get delivered.

                            Now today, the app is showing that the delivery attempt was failed due to my mistake that is I haven't responded their phone numbers whereas I haven't received any calls regarding the same.BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS.
                            Whereas In email they mentioned the delivery is delayed.
                            This is not the first time this has happened previously and he scenario was same.

                              I purchased a air cooler from Flipkart on 22nd April for RS.3299.It was delivered on 23rd April and I found that it is very small in size so I applied for a return on 23rd itself.Then they scheduled a technician visit who came and told that he will update and Flipkart will pickup.But latter it was rejected.I keep on trying everyday for the refund and they keep sending technician to my house and wasting time.After 10 days they are telling that your time is over we cannot do anything.Kindly help me in getting the refund as I have not used the product at all

                                Hello Flipkart Team,

                                I ordered an online LG TV on 25/04/2018 from flipkart (OD[protected] the product was delivered by the company on 27/04/2018. As, on 27/04/2018 installation engineer visited our home for Installation, he opened the box and saw that piece is defected and keep it back into the box. Immediately I placed a return request to flipkart for this. Flipkart told me that a technician will visit first and after checking the product then we will decide.

                                Technician visit date by flipkart:[protected] to[protected]. But no technician visited till date.

                                Again I called customer care and they told me that technician will visit between[protected] to[protected] for checking. On[protected] technician visited and told me there is screen defect in the product and should be replaced or repaired by cost (22000). So, he suggested me that you can replace this product under replacement policy of flipkart.

                                But it was shocking to see that my replacement has been cancelled by the flipkart and they are giving fake excuses that technician has reported the product is OK and customer is happy.

                                But I called LG technician department and talked to that technician, but he confirmed that he has not given any such report to flipkart and they are lying. Already I complained to Consumer Affairs. Below I am attaching all the important papers related to it. Please take necessary action to resolve the issue ASAP.

                                  I am filing this complaint against you to bring into notice that my product BMS Lifestyle shoe rack which i ordered on 13th april 2018 and received the product on 17th April 2018 and on the same day i have requested for replacement since i didn't received exactly as the displayed image .

                                  As per the order tracking they told me on 19th April 2018 they will uninstall my product and replacement will be done by 2nd May 2018 but am really sorry to say that till now no one has turned up to uninstall or replace by product . Every time i call customer care center they just postpone two days and fool me .

                                  I really need a fair judgement for this because the shoe rack cost is "Rs.1299/-" which is not a small amount .I want an earliest response when my product will replaced .

                                      I have purchased a TV from Flipkart.com on 21st January 2018 with Order No OD[protected] It was purchased during Republic Day 2018 Sale period. There was a cashback offer on citibank card for the order amount more than 5000 INR. My order was eligible for cashback and now flipkart is refusing to provide the cashback amounting to 2000 INR.
                                      Flipkart.com is refusing to provide the cashback with an excuse that it does not meet the terms and conditions of cashback. On such response I asked Flipkart.com to provide the terms and conditions that were put up on the website during the sale period. Flipkart.com again failed at providing such an evidence. On the other hand I have directed the customer care escalation team to the terms and conditions of the sale period put up live on citibank website at https://www.online.citibank.co.in/portal/Standalone/Jan18/flipkart.htm. As per which my order is clearly eligible for cashback. Flipkart.com is providing all the random reasons for not providing the cashback. This is very disappointing of Flipkart.com

                                        We ordered lenova k8 note mobile phone in flipkart. After receiving the phone we know that mobile phone having flash light problem. Then we decided return or exchange the product, then we go through the flipkart site start the return process. After that we got call from flipkart they told that service man come & check ur product then we process the next step. Service engg come & check the product, he not resolve the product issue. Still we not getting any msg from flipkart. Please exchange the product as early as possible other wise we will go to the consumer court complaint on you.
