    I bought Moto G5s Plus from Flipkart (Order Number : OD[protected] and same got delivered on time.

    When I started using it, it gets overheated in only 15 min while talking. I have raised a return request for the same and next day Flipkart has rejected it without providing any reason.

    Next day again I raised the return request, it is again rejected by stating that they were unable to contact me but I didn't get any call or SMS from any Flipkart person.

    So again, I raised a return request and this time a technician has been assigned to visit. When technician came and checked the phone, he said it is not heating but actually it was.

    Technician has given me some paper on which I have mentioned that the problem is not resolved and I am not satisfied with it and signed on that paper. Still my return request has been cancelled by Flipkart.

    When I again raised a return request again same thing happened, they have assigned a technician. When I called Flipkart asking about this, they replied that according to technician there is no problem with the phone.

    Now I know that either technician is lying or he has manipulated the report. I have told to flipkart customer care also that seller who sent me this phone have lots of negative feedback on flipkart but still flipkart guys didn't listen to me.

    I have called flipkart many times but each time they ask for some more time to resolve this issue. Every time I have given them the time whatever they have asked for. After some days I get mail like we have tried to contact you but unable to reach you so we have cancelled your request. But I didn't get a phone call indeed.

    When I called to flipkart again, they said you have to go to Lenovo service center to get it fixed we cannot process your return and they have cancelled my returned request.

    My question is Why should I go to Lenovo Service Center if I have purchased phone from flipkart and phone is defective.

    This complete drama went for almost a month and I am left with no choice but to complain.

      It's very unfortunate despite being your customer for years you have sold
      me a product with duplicate parts. As already conveyed to your via phone
      that I purchased a phone MI A1 on 18/10/2017 under order
      no OD[protected] from you. The phone was working well for me till
      yesterday when because of faulty buzzer/ringer I took it to the Mi service
      centre at Srinagar for repair. Shockingly my phone was returned back by the
      authorised service centre citing the reason that the phone has copy display
      installed in it, which I didn't noticed till then and the service centre
      also showed me the phone with the original display and the quality of that
      was far better than mine. I had to pay the service charges for getting
      phone back without repaired.
      The service centre not only will charge me about RS 5300 for the repair but
      also the warranty of the phone has been declared as void. I m attaching the
      declaration of the authorised service centre that my phone has copy display
      installed in it and also the phone has never been repaired/opened till now.
      Now it's my humble request to get my issue solved and replace my phone with
      a original one having original parts.
      I am afraid all or most of the phones sold by the seller might all be
      having the copy parts in it which you as a responsible company will
      investigate yourself or allow me to get it done with the intervention of
      court. I tried to mail the customer care from another mail id as I don't have access to the registered mail now, though access to the account and phone no. But unfortunately again instead of solving my issue I am asked to prove my identity only through mail, else my request can't be entertained.

      The product was never duplicate, it was because of service centre who gave me wrong declaration and I had to raise to complaint. My phone has been repaired now. Thnx Flipkart

      I recieved a call from Flipkart claiming the issue can't be solved as I haven't returned back phone e in 7 days. How can I know the phone is not in warrant before, how could I know the parts inside it are duplicate without contacting authorised service centre, moreover I need you to send the same here in writing or on mail id [protected]@gmail.com not telephonically so that I can lodge a complaint in the court and also forward the same to press to educate the masses about this fraud also I demand an inquiry on all the phones sold during that period by the seller.

      You have been continuously messaging me taht you tried to call be but can't be reached even when my phone is very much active and also the last ticket raised by me have been marked as resolved, this may be a routine issue for you but for me this is a serious concern and last time you gave me a deadline of 9th may forresolving issue and not I had to raise another ticket you are saying it will take upto 14th may. Hope you will sincere toward the issue.

          It is very unfortunate that flipkart customer service crossed all limits to fooling customer .i ordered my chimney on ending of march 2018 it was delivered 4 april sadly i found defective product at i claim for return policy their return policy is so vast as a customer i called them to take away after so many times they come and took away i wait for another 20 days to delivered new product but they are so blunders and bloody fukers they cant even delivering my product. i approached for cusumer court for this .

            Hi,

            I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on Flipkart on Jan 22nd 2018 with HDFC Credit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cashback on HDFC credit card and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date as Flipkart promised and it's been 90 days I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000.

            Please look into the issue and do the needful.

            I have attached the Invoice and offers showed in Flipkart.

                    Flipkart commited wardrobe sale, installation and demo.
                    But they did not do the installation and demo, they juts delivered the package and. Till date installation not done. Today they have confirmed on order details section that they have completed installation and demo, i am clueless that why they are lying.
                    Flipkart can do this is something i never imagined, but now since they have done this. Great. I will never order anything on their portal.

                        I have been advised to talk to costumer support but the grievance numbers are not working.in coming calls are barred on them.

                        My account is [protected]. Mehul patel many flash sales passed but i didn't get any device. The phone is added to my buying cart status. But on the flash sale day when i click continue. The processing never ends. And ultimately gets out of stock. The company is least bothered. How come every time the order is not completed.

                          I'm chandrakant goyal my registered mobile number is [protected].
                          I placed an order for honor 9 lite mobile 24 april 2018 and i was promised to deliver it on 25 apr. Suddenly they changed delivery date to 27.
                          Now i called their helpline and they are saying my product is miss routed and it would take 2 more days.
                          1st let me tell you their cc team is not helpful, i spoke with rupesh he was so annoying and his way of talking was really bad, please take appropriate action.
                          2nd i want to have my product delivered today at any how at any cost else i would have to cancel it and i'll sue flipkart for wrong promise.
                          I hope you understand my situation it's very urgent for me to have it today.

                          Please please please deliver it today on urgent basis i really don't want to sue you.

                          I would really appreciate your prompt action.

                            Flipkart cancel my mi led 43 inches tv which was booked order on 17 the april i had made payment by credit card till now product not yet delivered. They cancelled my order with out my consent or prior intimation worst service my pin no is 104.
                            The executives didn't take my complaint instantly they promised to delivered for last three days but the delivery is delayed, they failed to fulfilled the promise it is comes under deficiency of service on flipkart.

                                I received my order no: od[protected] today containing red hot polyester long door curtain 270cm pack of 4cream crush cream crush 3 eyelet. I had placed order for 2 qty of the said order but when after paying rupees 1702:00 i opened the packet but the packet contained only a pack of 4 curtains while i ordered & paid for 8 curtains... Kindly clarify the reasons why the other pack of 4 curtain is not delivered

                                  I had purchase for thomson smart tv with order id od[protected].
                                  I was so happy that i got delivery with in 2 days. But when installation engineer came he said wifi issue is present & i am going to submit report and you will get replacement. After this i got call for second engineer visit from flipkart after waiting and follow up for 3-4 days. Every i got answer that your phone was not answerable.
                                  Yesterday again 2nd engineer (Same person which was earlier) visit and again said i am going to give report again and you will receive tv with in 2-3 days. Again today i am getting massage that troubleshooting problem solved and return cancelled.

                                  Now i am getting frustrated with flipkart service. Either give me a replacement with fast delivery neither request you for return. Or else send replacemend tv and engineer together. As i don't have capacity to tolerate this thing.

                                  now it is 2nd may till date i did not get any response from flipkart. Everyday they are saying new date for engineer visit. Please suggest way forward

                                    It is requested that i placed order for guardian net secure 3 pcs on dated apr 16th '18 4:43 pm. The delivery date was shown 20th april 2018. The products had been arrived fatehabad on 19th april. But the products didn't delivered me. After this i am requesting daily to your team. But no response. It seems your delivery team sold it to another customer. I am facing a big trouble due to this. I am very unhappy with your services. Please confirm me about delivery or i have to purchase another.

                                    A person visited my office today. He gave me a packet and ask for 972.00. I paid him and ask him to open the packet. As he opened the packet, we shocked to see a pair of ladies sleeper. Your delivery boy return my payment and ran away. Its very shameful for a company like Flip-kart. Now I am not interested in your services. Please cancel my order and delete my account forever.

                                      Sir, my order id od[protected] for sansui 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2017 inverter ac - white deliverd on 02/march/2017 by prepaid rs.29449/-. The product was installed on the same day of delivery and afer installation i found that the remote which i recived with my ac is a universal remote (Jeeves technician told me) so i have raised a request on 4th or maybe 5th march to proivde the replacement of the product as part replacement is not possible as per flipkart. So, flipkart have scheduled a tech visit on 14th march (9 days) but no one came, again they have scheduled a tech visit on 18th march (4 days) this time also no one showed up again for the 3rd time they have scheduled a tech visit on or before 31st march this time also no one showed but i don't know somehow they have updated that the tech visit had been completed and they started with uninstallation process which was done on 6th of april and i got replacement for the same on 11th-apr-2018 for the replaced ac installation was scheduled on 14th-apr-2018. The service engineer came to my place and unboed the ac and i found the same remote which i reviced last time. So i have raised a complainet again and asked for refund again they have scheduled a tech visit on 18th, 21st and 24th april but like last time no one showed and its been almosr 2 months and whenever i am calling flipkart they are just giving me extend dates. Now i am suffering alot as they are continuously asking me to wait again and again and my money is stuck with them.

                                        Flipcart send me damaged saree without price tag. When we want to return then your flipcart wisher refused. When he delivered item at that time i told him to return after seeing product condition. Then he said first make return from your id thrn i took after 3 days.. But he made me fool.
                                        So please return and don't make other fool otherwise flipcart lost his reputation and brand soon...
