I ordered a redmi note 5 on may 1. It was a standard order and it took many days to reach. It reached my nearest hub on may 6. They assured to deliver on may 7 and the item went for delivery on may 7, 3:14 pm... I waited till 10:00 pm and the product was rescheduled to deliver on may 8 and now it's gonna be 6 pm and the product isn't delivered. I need an answer. This is the first time i'm having such an experienced and i need the delivery by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

The item got rescheduled again for the second time. I don't know what is happening, when I checked the logs yesterday I saw 'Item went out for delivery at 10:45 PM" and the next update was 'Item rescheduled to May 9 at 10:50 PM". Seriously??

    I have purchase single bed through zest money voucher of rs.3939/ i got delivery of bed around 11/04/2018, i contact to flipkart after one day for refund or exchange because it was not comfortable for me i am disable person of age 55 years till today it id unused. Please it is my request to get facility of exchange i dont want refund.

    Yesterday i have complaint regarding my single bed exchange, today morning one call has come from flipkart, some Mr. Rajan was talking he is refusing to exchange he is saying about supplier policy that there is no a policy of supplier to exchange the product, i ask them to give me supplier details that also they are not giving only name supplier they have given i.e. is Furniture kraft.

      Placed some orders on April month. After that My FLIP-KART account was not opening, i tried so many times lo login that account. At-last "It was showing your Account was blocked".
      After that i took my ordered products on may 3rd. Those products were not good.
      I want to return those products.I called to customer support so many times from past 5 days. But still the problem is didn't resolve. so, can you please raise a return request for those products or else unblock my account, so that i will raise the return request.
      I sent so many mails to customer support team regarding this issue. they didn't reply even for single mail.

        Problem not yet solved. Flipkart played with my patience wasted my days I want my money back as soon as possible I waiting too long, and I wanted to talk to Amreen Taj, head of flipkart. Flipkart loves to make stories instead of selling defective products they should write stories how they treat their customers like a dog and hungry about money, employing professional illiterates in their office good job flipkart.

        I purchased infinix hot s3 from flipkart, and i found the camera quality was worst whenever i click picture it automatically blurs and shows a disgusting picture. Front camera is of 20 megapixel but quality is like 1megapixel. I complained about this and they arranged me a tech visit and technician even told me that the phone overheats and camera is bad he wrote a letter and submitted it to flipkart. That day only i called flipkart and asked about the process flipkart told me that technician told them that customers problem is solved and customer is happy, i was shocked how is it possible i called technician at that moment and he refused that he didn't uploaded any such to flipkart. Complain raised by flipkart 15 days are gone i got a call from head amreen taj the way she told me i thought my problem would be solved may be she understood what problems i was facing but oh dear god i was wrong she arranged another tech visit and the same technician popped he visited me and he was even shocked seeing me for the second time he again wrote a complain in a paper and this time i clicked the picture of that paper as a proof and he submitted. After that day i again got a call from flipkart they told me the same thing technician mentioned you are happy i was like this is # are they professional illiterates they just can't even understand what is written i send them the picture i clicked as proof after seeing that paper also they are telling me the same thing and after wasting my 22 days they are expecting me to visit service center i won't go i will go to consumer forum right now because i want justice flipkart has found a new policy of lying to customers until the customers get frustrated. But i am not one of them i want my money back at any damn cost and i will fight for this every minute the way flipkart cheated and lied they have to pay for this harassment. I called technician and recorded his voice even where he confessed that this phones camera having a issue and customer is not at all satisfied. Flipkart played with my patience. Enough is enough either you return my money or i will case. Thank you professional illiterates. L

        Flipkart has not solved my issue they are ignoring and avoiding my problem. I faced and still ffacing problems in this phone flipkart after tech visits and after wasting my 25 days they are telling me to go service center i will not go flipkart have to solve my problem i have voice recorded as a proof and paper written by technician i won't sit down flipkart played with my patience wasted my days and days now its my turn i want my money back or else i will contact higher department.

          Flipkart is the worst company which has cheated and committed fraud by selling me used laptop.

          On may 21st 2017 i purchased hp 5th gen laptop worth 32990. It has 1y year warranty and on april when my battery got dysfunction i claimed my warranty in hp care they reverted back me that the warranty is expired in march 2 2018 which is not possible because i purchased it in may 21st 2017 and they told me to contact flipkart.

          After that i filed my complaint in flipkart in april 10 they said they will solve the issue within 28 april. Such long time, i thought atleast my issue will get resolved but these # employees of flipkart has not solved till yet.. They neither reply to my emails neither call..
          After filing case in national consumer forum in april 25 they called me once and said we will work on it. And solve the issue as soon as possible.

          Its been over a month they had not even courtsey to call hp and resolve it. Flipkart employees are liars flithy cheaters.
          Hope they all die soon.

                    Sir i was about to buy a game but when i was about to buy it from flipkart the payment became successful but the package wasnt ordered. Now iam in great trouble. Usually i trusted flipkart very much. I tried to use help centre in the app and called them but their call didn't came in till now its about 2 hours from the time when i called them. Please help me i didnt expected such a glitch in the flipkart app.

                      The above order id has been misrouted within same city. I had opted for faster next day delivery by paying Rs 70 since the package was urgent for me but while tracking the order found that it was misrouted within same city. Please deliver my order asap. Disappointed with Flip kart. I am attaching the screenshot of the tracking status. I have never faced these issues before but disappointed that I wanted the product badly it got misrouted within same city. Never expected this from flipkart

                        I have ordered for a specific mobile cover of rs.298/- but a different product of poor quality has been delivered on 15th of april 2018. I immediately requested for return of the product as it was not matching my requirement and also the product was defective one and not compatible of that much price. But my replacement request was cancelled without any information to me by end of 10th day and on 11th day the seller is asking money from me for the same product which was not desired and of poor and cheap quality.

                        Today again i informed the seller to collect the product from me and cancel the order as i am not responsible for the payment of rs.298/- for a product of rs.100/- merely.

                          I had purchased this ac on 18 and i raised return on same date due to ac not cooling and doing much noise as well as received one different part which is not seen in picture.

                          Engineer also visited and he has given a report as mentioned the same. But still no one is coming for return back. And i have called more than 40 times, they are just saying it will be resolve today always.

                          Still i am waiting for the same. Do the needful asap else i will go for consumer court.

                          Customer was facing multiple issues with the product.

                          The product was picked up and refund is completed. Confirmed the same from the customer. Email sent confirming the refund. Hence, closing the case.
                          Im order samsung glaxay on nxt (64). First time they cancelled my order for courier partner
                          Of flipkart

                          Im order it again this also cancelled for seller

                          In case this model is available in amazon I'll get it easily within 2 r 3 days

                          I'll never support filpkart for this worst service
                          I have been trying to buy the redmi note 5 pro in the last 3 to 4 flash sale in Flipkart. Everytime I try paying for the phone the payment hold for few seconds and the product goes out of stock. Every damn time!! Flipkart is Very annoying and unreliable side.

                            Issue is i had ordered one school bag for my kid via flipkart and it was cash on delivery when i clicked on cash on delivery it went blank and i could not see the product in my cart so i did again and it was done then. When courier guy reached at my door step i found he was carry two bags in one packet and i asked him i need only one he said you can take either both or none and then advised to take two then go for return policy via internet and said i will come again to get it picked but i cant give you one or cancel one. I did the same paid for two and then went for return policy in flipkart i found some issues in filling the details so i calledup customer care where they said they cant return the bag as it is mentioned it can be replaced but cant return. I am saying if i had to go for two bags it could have clicked in qty rather than to go again to purchase it twice. It was an technical issue then why should i bear the expense. may be it could have happened intentionally or unintentionally from your side to bridge the sales gap. So i want that product to return how you do it i dont know but i dont want to keep these two bags.

                              An order was placed on 21st dec 2016 on flipkart for samsung galaxy s4 (Deep black, 16gb), order no-od[protected]. Payment of rs 18970/- was made through credit card. The product was delivered on 28th dec 2016. Due to charging issue the samsung mobile phone was taken to samsung authorized service center in noida on nov 2017. It was told to me by the service center that it's an old phone, in service since 15th may 2015 with airtel no-[protected], hence it is out of warranty.
                              The same was conveyed to flipkart through email. There is a lot of email communication between me and flipkart. Flipkart agrees to pick up the phone but didn't. Now they have blocked the email mentioning email address, not in service.
                              Flipkart immediately must compensate me for supplying an old used mobile phone to me.

                                I have ordered 32 inch thomson smart led tv and it is not working from 9th day of the purchase. I raise a replacement request on 29th april, and they have given me time to replace it by 5th may and nothing happened till 5th.

                                But when i called customer care, they are keep giving me new time everyday.

                                I called customer care twice in a everyday and they keep saying it will be done tomorrow and when tomorrow come, that say sorry for the delay and provide another timeline.

                                  Pkart..in my opinion you are the worst company in the world. This
                                  Opinion is only based on my last experience with you. When i ordered i
                                  Phone 8plus 64gb space grey on 29th of april for which i made a payment
                                  From my credit card and the expected delivery date was 4th of may 2018.
                                  After waiting for 7 days i got notification that my order has got
                                  Cancelled from the supplier. And after that i have not received the payment
                                  Back yet. You have used my money for 7 days. And coz of that i m unable to
                                  Make any other transaction from my card. If i will not recieved it by today
                                  I will file a case for the same.

                                  Customer complain was his order got cancelled and refund is also not provided so apologized and info given order cancelled from seller's end, also informed that refund is also completed after checking the refund status which is completed back to source, customer agreed and closed the complaint from our end.
                                  I got a call from flipkart regarding my complaint no.cited above telling me that you will get back within 24 hrs but it is now more than 48 hrs & no response from your end. Can you kindly take immediate action as soon as possible. Thnx
                                  I want to cancel my replacement request with order ID OD[protected] as the product is absolutely fine and don't want to replace it so please cancel the replacement request.
                                  Mistake is made on level or slip in which the name, address, amount is mention, they show 2 quantity and price of 2quantity is 718 but packet one quantity

                                    This product is missing in 'my orders' section. My account has been debited by 12999.. Still confused whether it will be delivered or not.. Is this a fraud?
                                    Is asus and flipkart are playing fraud game with the consumers? Order placed information was shared on my flipkart account but was removed and there is no evidence of orders placed on flipkart.

                                      Had ordered a ram on flipkart.com worth rs. 4888.00 inr, they delivered a wrong product in my package.

                                      They sent me an electric water warmer bag which is not usable for me. I complaint to their customer support many times and each time they generates return pickup but no one comes for picking up wrong product and each time they just cancel the request.

                                      I had requested more than 7 times for product return and for my refund but they are always saying that first we will pickup the product than we will do refund.
                                      No one coming for pickup product and flipkart not refunding my amount.

                                      I am tired to give call to their customer care support and each time they repeat same process, they sent me wrong product they are doing online fraud and they are not refunding my amount.

                                      Kindly help me to get back my hard earn money and give me required punishment for this fraud. Order id: od[protected] i have attached invoice. Thank you regards dharmandar [protected]

                                      I just contacted their support more than 4 times in a day and I repeated this step.more than 15 days. After that I applied for consumer forum. I do not know what works for me consumer forum or contacting support more than 4 times in a day

                                      They are just blaming each other and not refunding my amount, pickup boy not coming, customer support saying seller has cancelled we can just initiate request in between whole ### my amount is stucked
