maine advance payment karke phone (iPhone 7) kharida or uske saath ACCESSRIOESKHARAB aane par maine complain ki.
ljiske badne unhone mujhe gift coupan diye jo ki use accessrioes ki asli price se kam the,
maine sir[censored]nko asli accessrioes bhejne ko bola. or FLIPKART SE MILA GIFT CARD USE NAHI KIYA.
uske kuch dino bad me flipkart ne mera account ko BLOCK kar diya.
maine poore 1 saal sirf yahi pooch raha hu ki mujhe sirf itna bta dijiye ki maine kya UNFAIR USE kiya hai.
ab 1 saal bad bhi mujhe koi solusation nahi mila hai. mere account me RS/-2500 ka balance hai jo ki expire hone wala hai. m sirf itna chahta hu mujhe mera balance use karne diya jaye uske bad flipkart account ko delete kar de mujhe koi fark nahi padega.
flipkart ne yah saabit bhi kar diya ki online shopping nahi karni chahiye kyuki online chor hote hai.
aap dekh sakte h bar bar flipkart ak mail ko bhej deta hai mujhe, jisme karan nahi likha h ki maine kya galat kiya hai, 1 SAAL SE MUJHE YE NHI BTA PAA RAHE KI KYA GALTI H MERI OR MAINE KAB KI .
lekin yaha complain dalne se aaj aage se flipkart se call aaya
PLZ MUJHE MEWRE ACCOUNT KE RS/- 2500 KO USE KARNE DIJIYE.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We are sorry to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
but why your system added it on my cart and not even allow me 1sec to proceed for the payment.
Ideally in flash sale when product gets added to your cart you will get at least 5min to do the payment.
there is a count in every flash sale and the product gets added to only those many cart.
Either your system is poor and not able to handle the request properly.
or your staff is messing with it.
On Mistore.in or even Amazon's flash sale you will not see such type of ambiguity.
And why should i wait for the next flash sale, I already got it
but it is your system's error.
you should accept your mistake and provide the better solution.
