I have booked MI TV 4 from Flipkart during flash sale(one of the biggest scam of Flipkart) on 23rd March which got delivered on 28th March.. But still till today no installation has been completed by Flipkart side while writing this on 7th April even they mentioned the date of installation as 29th March.
Whenever you call on customer support they'll say to respond after 48hrs but no one comes back.

It's been a long time I am trying calling to them asking for there quick support but it seems they don't care.. They got there money and that's all..

Jeeves who are responsible for installing the TV haven't informed me about installation even after giving so much time to them...

It seems like I am doing a mental torture to myself by seeking there support..

Please ask Flipkart to take responsible step as they show in there advertisements and app/site because I can't see any responsibility from there side..

Yes the jeeves is a cheater seller ...n flipkart is a useless site...
Both are cheating the client .

Even if the service engineer come for service they did not solve any issue and simply left ..

And i ur order it was mentioned that service manager solve the issue ...totally rubbish.
So as of 10th April, any update on your TV installation?

    Hello,
    I am not able to login in my flipkart account from 25th march and i need to pay around 2k+ in flipkart pay later but i am not able to login so its impossible to pay, moreover, i am getting mails and messages that i need to pay before 10th april. I called more 5-6 times for this issue but flipkart customer care never gave me response and everytime they said you need to wait 24 hours. I don't know what to do.

    2. They're mailing and texting me for payment.

        I tried to buy MI tv in flash sales for several times like 5-6 times on every Tuesday and Fridays but could not buy it. It goes out of stock within 0.002 seconds. If that is the case then company should not it on sale if they don't have such a small inventory. It wastes our time. I understand if it would have been named as lottery then it's acceptable. If it is marketed at sales then sufficient no. O[censored]nits must be kept for sale. It should not waste time of buyers. I would like to know no. Of clicks u get as buy option and the no o[censored]nits u keep for sale. If it is marketing stunt then I feel its wrong practice of publicity by wasting consumer's time. Same complaint i would like to make against MI company but its not available on list of companies.

            I had purchased flipkart gift voucher on 01/03/2018 from aviva dollar dream portal amounting to rs.2000/- and out of the amount i had purchased two items on 5th. March 2018 that was delivered to me on 11th march 2018. After that, surprisingly, nothing could be done with the gift voucher as the same has been transferred to a different "wallet" without my consent/knowledge wherein i have nothing to do as whenever i had an effort to place an order and payment thereof online in flipkart site, it is showing as "invalid card" in the respective page although balance amount is there in the voucher. What is the fate of the voucher that belongs to me?

            Please note that my name Is Malay Mukhopadhyay and the Voucher No.[protected] by which I ordered two items having Order nos.OD[protected] & OD[protected] that were delivered on[protected]. Followed by that orders, no trace of the Gift Voucher in the Flipkart online site that was opened by my user id. and password. No positive reply received from "Customer Support" mail or contacting over phone as the voice of the Customer executive of Flipkart was not audible and non-distinct. I like to know the status of the Gift Voucher as still today I do not have any whereabout of the same. Request you to solve the matter as quickly as possible. I am in no mood to talk to customer executive or send any mail to customer support.

            No reply generated from the Flipkart customer support till today.
            This is why i avoid using these so called gift cards, because once the money goes in, there's no way to get it out without buying something.

              Why are you guys not replying to my emails?

              I am highly disappointed. I had recently consulted a friend of mine. He has said that there is no product such as yonex 07 made by yonex. This product is fake. I would like to return my product as it the doesn't match with the picture given by the seller. The yonex sticker inside all the shuttles is missing and also the structure of all the shuttles is different from that given in the picture. It is a fake product that is 5 years old. Also the white cork from the shuttle is coming off with just a tap. It is a defective product. I would like to have a refund to my phonepe account asap.

                      As i have ordered my note 5 on 23rd march 2018, i paid through my net banking and cancelled the order on the same date, it should have been refunded to me by 2/4/18, but it didn't and flipkart customer care 's poor service is telling me to check to bank dn bank said we don't stop anyone s transactions and even the given number of transactions id doesn't match with the appropriate serial number of bank, i asked them to produce a chaque on my name and send me, they said its not possible and 24 hrs 24 hrs waiting i have to do and no point. Beware of flipkart and don't payment until you get the product.

                      I have ordered a note 5 and paid through my atm at COD, but when I swiped, money has been deducted from my account Nd I got a msg as well as you can see that in my screenshot of pass book. Now Flipkart is not helping with anything rather than they said that on the 31st it ll get refund to me by 2/4/2018. And still It didn't. And very hectic reply from Flipkart.

                        I have received a call from soical media specialist mr. Rajan kumar. He told me that flipkart not provide any resolution to me. He denied for help me.
                        Mr. Sachin bansal and mr. Binny bansal. Both are not take any action against this fraud. Mr. Ranjan said to me that flipkart done the verification and found that the product has been delivered to me.
                        But the actuality is, my i have received only empty box. My product (Jbl flip) not available into the box.
                        And also i shared all document (Address proof, reachable contact number) for the verification. Almost 15 days passed but no one come for the verification.
                        Flipkart doing fraud with me..

                        Mr. Ranjan said to me that""do whatever you want to do, but flipkart not able to help me""..

                        This is not acceptable statement from any customer side.

                        Please help me.

                            I have ordered a competitive exam preparatory book (Od[protected]) on 2nd of april by pre payment mode on flipkart which was to be delivered on 5th of april. But on 05th april i was brought into notice that this product is not gonna delivered at my pincode even though at the time of purchase of this item my pincode was accepeted as my area is serviceable. Now they are asking me to reach their nearest hub which is 8 km away from my locality to collect my package which is not ethical
                            & i don't have extra time, effort and money to reach and collect the product which i have ordered as option for home delivery.
                            Now i am left with no option as they are not assisting me in any favourable way.

                            As the book is important for the preparation of my exam and i couldn't afford another 5-6 days of waiting for the delivery of my book (If i order this book again on another e commerce site)

                              Ipro power bank is the worst product... When i started to use this product... Sometimes it work and after 2 months its not work, not provide the the benefit of the power bank...in 2 or 3 min it discharge and if i plug it into charging then it shows fully charged, its not working...                               I have ordered, Carrier 2 Ton 3 Star BEE Rating 2018 Split AC - White (24K ESTER PRO- 3 STAR/CAS24ER3N8F0, Copper Condenser) against order ID no. OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 39490/-.
                              But yet did not delivered till date at my home. Status updated on site to delivered material to me.

                              HOW & WHY.
                              My order not delivered. Courier people sold my product to black market and saying courier wrongly deliver someone, please cancel your order. Now I am not anything in this. They only cancelled my order. I complaint to your customerscare, but they are also not do anything on this.

                                Sir i made a transaction11990/-rs on 26 march 2018 for oppof3 and my transaction was successfull but order was not placed.11990/-debited from my account so i send a mail for this issue.. Since from that date i send 3mail and contact to customer care but problem not solved and customer care harashed me and told me transaction not sucsseful contact ur bank. When i contact my bank they leave a msg that my transaction was successful and advocate to contact merchant. I[censored] want to check my sbi complain status online then my complain i'd is [protected] and mobile no. [protected]. (To check visit sbi complaint status).
                                Transaction no. Is [protected].
                                Then i try to contact with ur customer care and ur cs care put me on hold for 5mints and then not answer.. Really i mentally harassed if don't solve this issue within 3days i file case against u.. For harashing frauding cheating.. Its urgent plz solve this issue..

                                  I ordered 1 piece Redmi Note 5 Pro 6GB variant{Order ID: OD[protected]] on 4th April 12:01 p.m via CoD[Rs 16, 999/-] from Flipkart Flash Sale after trying for many weeks.After 8 hours in the Evening Flipkart cancelled the order due to limited/shortage of stocks.Even in Order status they are showing "Item cancelled by you" when clearly the Item is cancelled by the seller.When I contacted them asking for assistance they did nothing except to issue me an apology.My question is how can Flipkart cancel the order themselves and show "Item cancelled by you" in the order status on 4th April 9:58 p.m when the order was cancelled much before that?The reason they provided is that due to high demand of the item and due to limited stocks with the seller.How is this even justified?I know it is a high demand item and that's why I already wasted much time trying to order it and then when I was successful they cancelled my order due to limited stocks and that too when I ordered only 1 piece.They mentioned that they had to cancel my order as "the seller can fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item".Then why did they even confirm my order in the first place if they had limited stocks.This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract.Thanks and regards.Now I want to order the product with the same details but without having to go through the hassles of Flash Sale again as it will again take many more weeks.All proofs are attached in the pictures below.If I don't get any support here for my wasted time and effort, I am more than ready to escalate this issue further via Consumer Court

                                  They didn't solve any complaint. They called me on my phone number and told that the order was cancelled due to bulk order. However, the allegation of bulk order is totally false as it was the first time I ordered that mobile and that too only a single piece. I know this thread is old and I don't expect them to do anything now but still I wanted people to know that they did nothing and simply changed the resolution statement as resolved.

                                  They simply gave the fake reason that the seller cancelled the order due to bulk orders but this is the first time I ordered a Redmi Note 5/Pro from my account.They are simply misleading and fooling their genuine customers and the resellers those who are truly placing bulk orders by using scripts and softwares-Flipkart are doing nothing about them.They didn't even bother to give any compensation for the wasted time and efforts.A big thumbs down from my side.

                                    This is to informed that i have purchased DIVA Aqua VX (IFB) with Order Id OD[protected] on cash on delivery delivered on 30 March 2018.

                                    When unbox it, it is noticed that it is damaged on both the side, on the same day i have created the replace order for the product and asked for the refund of money. The same has been communicated to Flipkart by creating incident. After 6 days no action has been taken. Even flipkart customer care is not responding on phone when tried to called them by register no. So it is my request that please help to reoslve my issue ( Replace the product and get the money immediately). Waiting for reply on this.

                                      I requested to replace this product as the size of the product was too small. I placed the request within 10 days and in my mobile app it shows that the product is been returned. I called to check the status, I spoke to Anirudh, he said that the product cannot be replaced because the seller has cancelled the request.

                                      Can you please tell me how can the customer connect to the seller. This is the service you provide.
                                      Very disappointed by Flipkart.

                                        Never expected this from flipkart. I was waiting to buy the redmi note 5 pro bated breath. Mi tv went for flash sale. I was in the flipkart app ever since 11:00 a. M to but tv which was supposed to release at 12 pm. Tv went to sale at around 11:59 a. M. I managed to get a tv into the cart. I was directed to cash on delivery option as it require time to enter card details. Finally, i was asked to enter captcha to verify that i'm a human. I tapped on place order, instead of placing an order, it showed the product became out of stock.
                                        When a item already is in my cart how it can be out of stock. This logic is pretty simple. Even mi site has 24 hours to checkout but in your case even after adding in cart it goes out of stock which is logically incorrect. Please repair your software.

                                        Due to overwhelming response from our customers the product got out of stock real quick. Please try placing the order in the upcoming sale.
                                        In my opinion it's a trick adopted by Flipkart and many such online sites. They have limited stock and they actually overbook the item and then cancel excess orders. This is not first time such instances have happened.
                                        Such instances have happened in past too. Sometimes they offer a product for a very low price and then also cancel the order stating pricing errors.

                                        These are part of their analytics tricks and online consumers fall pray to that.

                                        Also I personally feel that all MI Products are of inferior quality.
