I have ordered l'oreal professional paris absolute repair lipidium serum bearing order id : od[protected] on 17.04.2018, unfortunately a wrong product namely l'oreal professional paris extenso care has been delivered to me. I tried a lot to return this product to flipkart but there is no option to return.
I request you to kindly consider my complaint and return/exchange the aforementioned product or refund my money.

      As soon the clock strikes 12 all the flipkart server bandwidth gets clogged.
      The company is not cracking autobuy scripts etc. And people are selling the
      Product at a high price on olx. Ebay etc. Flipkart is helping blackiers. The product is in my cart. At 12. Am every time when the sale begins. And i click continue. It goes out of stock. Bluffing people or supporting ill ways

          No use of raising a complaints against flipkart in our consumer forum because today ( 25/04/208)flipkart team call to me they said that the investigating team was blocked u r account they will never resolve the issue that was the final.sorry we dont do anything.

          I said that i dont bother about my account what about my 3 water bottles they said that sorry sir, we can do anything for this issue.i was lost my Rs.799 for water bottles & my gift card balance 503 .

          i said that i will go to consumer court, they said that ok sir go, that is u r right.

          I am shocked.

          flipkart was cheated so many customers like me.

                Flipkart deducted 1812 rupees from my account without me ordering anything for that amount. When i complained about it, the response has been awful and no resolution has been provided. Instead of providing with a refund, they are saying that the product has been delivered and seller cannot be refund it. When i haven't ordered anything, nothing has been delivered to my place, nothing is being shown in my order history, they are still telling me no refund. Horrible experience with flipkart. Will ask everyone not to shop from here.

                    Ordered redmi note4, flipkart showed it would be delivered on 19april. I tracked the order and it reached kohima on april19. Today is 25april yet no sign, i talked with flipkart helpline and even asked to give the courier detail and contact so i personally collect it myself but that was denied. Why give a date when they can't deliver n delay for days?!

                    If you are adding the tag of FAssured 6 quality checks ( you get exactly what you ordered) and then also you delivering the wrong product and the delivery boy doesn't allow us to open the parsal in his presence then what we do.
                    I got my new mobile some 2 months back my sim1 slot is not at all working soo right now am using it in slot 2 I want these to be done ...

                      I ordered above product on 1st of april 2018 and i already paid entire amount at that time and i converted my transaction in emi.
                      Now you have deliverd me product on 21st april 2018 and on 24 th apr 2018 one person came for installation who told me parts are missing, so i enquired many persons from flipkart and i asked them to send missing parts and i dont want refund. Now you are telling me they can not provide me replacement or cant send me missing parts and will provide refund only.

                      So my questions are :

                      1. If a seller is sending a product after 21 days how parts are missing and if missing provide me that parts or replace it.

                      2. I am not getting replacement options though i can see same product is available on your portal then why can't you send me missing parts.

                      3. What about my money which your seller and flipkarts has enjoyed for a month, who is going to pay my interest amount when i have not used that product even for a single day.

                      I want same product either replacement of provide me missing parts as soon as possible as it is nearly a month and you all are enjoying on my money which i have altready paid to you on 1st april 2018.

                        I have ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile. I got message that my order is dispatched, but it never reached me. The flipkart authority called me and told to cancel the order. But they didn't dispatched my product, instead they sold it to the black market. Telling me that the courier service did not got your product. This is happening the 2nd time. Other products are reaching to me within 2-3 days but regarding this specific product, the flipkart is supporting the black marketing. They place the order from the users, take the money in advance, but as soon as the product comes from the seller, they confiscate the product to show that the product was never with the courier service, sell it in black market, then call the user to forcibly cancel the order and initiate the refund..

                            I order a samsung mobile after 4 days i received my order but when i open the packet i m shocked. The seller deliver me a packet of biscuit, i raised a complaint with flipkart customer care representative they told me to wait for 3 days, but after 3 days i receive a mail that the my complaint was closed without contacting me. After this they told me to share scanned copy of id proof i shared my aadhar and voter id proof. But they are also blocked my account. And now there are no response to me yet.

                              Hello, i have ordered redmi note 5 pro on 11th april 2018. My order got delivered on 13th april 2018. I found that there is a defect in camera. So i requested for a return process. A technician visited my home and check my mobile, he found that the camera is fault and he approved for return. I got a message that my refund is processed and i will be credited by 24th april. When i contacted flipkart customer service, then said that refund is completed and asked me to check my account. I check my account and i even contacted my bank. But, my money wasnt credited. Flipkart is not worried about their customer.

                                    I got the ac delivery on time but regarding microtek stabilizer, i got the delivery status as misroute (Other city misrouted) on my flipkart app.

                                    I checked with the flipkart customer care and they informed me that there was some issue with product delivery from logistics end and requested me to cancel the product and re-order it and informed that this will not happen in future as this happens very rarely. Then i reordered that product (Microtek stabilizer) but after 2 days got the same status : misroute (Other city misrouted).

                                    I again called the customer care and they provided the same answer, to cancel the product and re-order it. I asked them multiple times to try find the reason that why this is happening but they didn't bother about that and harshly replied to cancel and re-order the product.

                                    At last since i need the stabilizer for my ac, i re-ordered 3 same compatible stabilizer as i do not know that which order will face the issue again. I again waited for 2 more days and then unexpectedly received the same status for all new fresh orders that it has been misrouted to other city.

                                    Similarly this time as well they do not have any reason for that and they asked me to re-order again. When i asked them to escalate this issue, they simply said that there is no other solution for that and cancelled one of the order product from their end.

                                    This is really very frustrating, instead of finding the reason that why this is happening they are disturbing the customer again and again.

                                    Below are the order ids and their date of order placed.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the shipment was mis-routed, we were unable to deliver the order. Confirmed with the customer that the latest order has been delivered.                                       Please note this is to inform u that few days back i experience a very bad thing about flipcart one of your executive highly insulting me and gven me threat for legal action and ban my account for very minor reason after that immediate i make the payment and deactivate my account my relation with flipkart was very long time back u can go through my data u find i purchased so many things with good payment terms... I felt very bad about the conversation of your executive with me its really bad hope u take some action against it. Again i reopen my account in flipkart but whenever i do this some error message from it n i unable to open my account... Request u to kindly help me out to reopen my account...                                         It was mentioned that it has 10 day return policy and now it changed to 10 day replacement policy. They are cheating now. I have sent many mail to flipkart and none of them have proper response and they totally deviate from the topic. I even asked why it is changed to replacement form return but now they are saying that the seller will only accept replacement. My order id is od[protected].
