I apologize for posting second time the same issue, as the first time I have not given the enough information and I did not find edit option to make changes..

Hi,

I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on Flipkart on Jan 22nd 2018 with HDFC Credit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cashback on HDFC credit card and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date as Flipkart promised and it's been 90 days I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000.

Please look into the issue and do the needful.

I have attached the Invoice and offers showed in Flipkart.

I even spoke with HDFC Credit card customer care and they said it is flipkart responsible... I am not sure who is correct and who is wrong in this...

    I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on www.flipkart.com on Jan 22nd 2018 with HDFC Credit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cash back on HDFC credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date.. it's been 90 days and I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000. Also I even called flipkart customer care couple of times but they have not providing the proper reason.

    I have attached the Mobile invoice and screen shot of offer applied info from my flipkart account.

    Please look into the issue and do the needful.

        It was said that I would receive my refund money by 14th of March. But still not received. The amount is Rs.699. I ordered two patiala pants.My refund was accepted. I am very much displeased from flipkart's refund policy. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. You should provide good services to the customers. Its more than a month gone.           Flipkart commited wardrobe sale, installation and demo.
          But they did not do the installation and demo, they juts delivered the package and. Till date installation not done. Today they have confirmed on order details section that they have completed installation and demo, i am clueless that why they are lying.
          Flipkart can do this is something i never imagined, but now since they have done this. Great. I will never order anything on their portal.

              I have been advised to talk to costumer support but the grievance numbers are not working.in coming calls are barred on them.

              My account is [protected]. Mehul patel many flash sales passed but i didn't get any device. The phone is added to my buying cart status. But on the flash sale day when i click continue. The processing never ends. And ultimately gets out of stock. The company is least bothered. How come every time the order is not completed.

                I'm chandrakant goyal my registered mobile number is [protected].
                I placed an order for honor 9 lite mobile 24 april 2018 and i was promised to deliver it on 25 apr. Suddenly they changed delivery date to 27.
                Now i called their helpline and they are saying my product is miss routed and it would take 2 more days.
                1st let me tell you their cc team is not helpful, i spoke with rupesh he was so annoying and his way of talking was really bad, please take appropriate action.
                2nd i want to have my product delivered today at any how at any cost else i would have to cancel it and i'll sue flipkart for wrong promise.
                I hope you understand my situation it's very urgent for me to have it today.

                Please please please deliver it today on urgent basis i really don't want to sue you.

                I would really appreciate your prompt action.

                  Flipkart cancel my mi led 43 inches tv which was booked order on 17 the april i had made payment by credit card till now product not yet delivered. They cancelled my order with out my consent or prior intimation worst service my pin no is 104.
                  The executives didn't take my complaint instantly they promised to delivered for last three days but the delivery is delayed, they failed to fulfilled the promise it is comes under deficiency of service on flipkart.

                      I received my order no: od[protected] today containing red hot polyester long door curtain 270cm pack of 4cream crush cream crush 3 eyelet. I had placed order for 2 qty of the said order but when after paying rupees 1702:00 i opened the packet but the packet contained only a pack of 4 curtains while i ordered & paid for 8 curtains...                         I had purchase for thomson smart tv with order id od[protected].
                        I was so happy that i got delivery with in 2 days. But when installation engineer came he said wifi issue is present & i am going to submit report and you will get replacement. After this i got call for second engineer visit from flipkart after waiting and follow up for 3-4 days. Every i got answer that your phone was not answerable.
                        Yesterday again 2nd engineer (Same person which was earlier) visit and again said i am going to give report again and you will receive tv with in 2-3 days. Again today i am getting massage that troubleshooting problem solved and return cancelled.

                        Now i am getting frustrated with flipkart service. Either give me a replacement with fast delivery neither request you for return. Or else send replacemend tv and engineer together. As i don't have capacity to tolerate this thing.

As he opened the packet, we shocked to see a pair of ladies sleeper. Your delivery boy return my payment and ran away. Its very shameful for a company like Flip-kart.                             Sir, my order id od[protected] for sansui 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2017 inverter ac - white deliverd on 02/march/2017 by prepaid rs.29449/-. The product was installed on the same day of delivery and afer installation i found that the remote which i recived with my ac is a universal remote (Jeeves technician told me) so i have raised a request on 4th or maybe 5th march to proivde the replacement of the product as part replacement is not possible as per flipkart. So, flipkart have scheduled a tech visit on 14th march (9 days) but no one came, again they have scheduled a tech visit on 18th march (4 days) this time also no one showed up again for the 3rd time they have scheduled a tech visit on or before 31st march this time also no one showed but i don't know somehow they have updated that the tech visit had been completed and they started with uninstallation process which was done on 6th of april and i got replacement for the same on 11th-apr-2018 for the replaced ac installation was scheduled on 14th-apr-2018. The service engineer came to my place and unboed the ac and i found the same remote which i reviced last time. So i have raised a complainet again and asked for refund again they have scheduled a tech visit on 18th, 21st and 24th april but like last time no one showed and its been almosr 2 months and whenever i am calling flipkart they are just giving me extend dates. Now i am suffering alot as they are continuously asking me to wait again and again and my money is stuck with them.

When he delivered item at that time i told him to return after seeing product condition. Then he said first make return from your id thrn i took after 3 days.. But he made me fool.

                                  My name is alpeshkumar madhad from gandhinagar, gujarat and i ordered redmi note 5 pro. (Rose gold, 4gb & 64 gb) on 25/04/2018.

                                  I was extremely happy because since last one month, i was trying to ordered but each flash sell time i tried a lot but had not succeed.

                                  I was extremely happy that, i was the lucky man on 25/04/2018 because i win the mobile during flash sale and received confirmation message on phone and email.

                                  Suddenly, in second half, again i received order cancelled sms & email, i was shocked that how come you cancelled my ordered, i mean... You people are playing with my expectations/emotion which is not fare.

                                  I have promised my younger brother that i will buy redmi note 5 pro. (Rose gold, 4gb & 64 gb) and he was waiting for it.

                                  Yesterday, after i received the confirmation from your side then i informed my younger brother and you are telling me that my order has been cancelled!!

                                  Now, how will i handle this kind of situation? Could you please help me out?

                                  I belie in flipkart and your brand inspired me a lot so please don't make me disappointed. I want mobile...

                                  Customer raised a concern regarding the cancellation of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the seller due to bulk orders. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order.                                     I have joined flipkart affiliate programme in august, 2017 and in december 2017, they changed their policy that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 5000/- or more.

                                    We have successfully completed this condition and in january we have earned 6000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in april 2018 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in april 2018.

                                    We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                                    They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                                    Please wait for 60 days, we observed that our payment delayed due to less days in February Month, and according to flipkart policy they will transfer the money on 1st of every month. So, if your payment is completing 60 days in middle of any month, then you will get the money in your account in next 1st of upcoming month. I hope i have resolved your doubts.
                                    My problem has been resolved and on yesterday I get my money in my account. Thank you Flipkart!!!

                                    in 5th month 2019 my total approved affiliate amount is Rs. 7528, but after 60 days still didn't get any payment from flipkart. I have contacted through the contact page several times but didnt get any reply.

                                    And after 3 hours 1 more mail received:

                                    You are registered under the organization.

                                    The minimum threshold limit for invoice payment is Rs.25000. Hence you have not crossed the threshold. Once you cross your threshold limit our team will send you a billable number you need to raise an invoice for the same and get paid.

                                    So they decide to 1 lacs limit for payment now, without any notice.

                                    New Mail received by flipkart.

                                    Budget allocation is done based on the past month's performance. Please see if you can scale up the campaign & consume the entire budget we would be glad to allocate a higher budget.

                                    Having said that invoice communication will be sent out once you have achieved the 1lac threshold else the cumulative balance will be rolled to next month.

                                    Amazon Affiliate program is awesome: It is always transferred amount on 29th date in months above Rs. 1000.

                                    So how can I do now?

                                    I write lots of mail to Flipkart.
                                    Till april i have an approved payment of Rs 3233 but till now i have not received the EGV, the approved amount should be more than Rs 2500. Earnings for/upto May'21 will be paid out as per the old threshold limit (i:e EGV Rs.2500/- & EFT Rs.5000/-)

                                    Sent mails to flipkart but no response.

                                      Reebok avenger flip slippers i ordered for 799, size 10. I got another one which is totally different n priced at 467, replacement came with same error, when i called your care team, they said they can only refund, i have done it from bajaj emi card, n they refund will not help me. I got multiple calls from flipkart n no one helped me on this. I either want the price difference refund and a gift card for inconvenience or i want the original product that i ordered.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have purchase panasonic eluga 700 ray at 08 april 2018, within 10 mins filed complaint of heating hanging, speaker, battery draining issue but today 26th april 2018 and i did not get any resolution.
                                        After complaint flipkart arrange technician visit 5 times but they actually visited 2 times & 3 times nobody visited at my place and said issue resolved but its was not.
                                        Still i am facing same issue and no responsible response from flip kart.
                                        Now tell me what do i?
                                        I has tired with this.
