I ordered 1 piece Redmi Note 5 Pro 6GB variant{Order ID: OD[protected]] on 4th April 12:01 p.m via CoD[Rs 16, 999/-] from Flipkart Flash Sale after trying for many weeks.After 8 hours in the Evening Flipkart cancelled the order due to limited/shortage of stocks.Even in Order status they are showing "Item cancelled by you" when clearly the Item is cancelled by the seller.When I contacted them asking for assistance they did nothing except to issue me an apology.My question is how can Flipkart cancel the order themselves and show "Item cancelled by you" in the order status on 4th April 9:58 p.m when the order was cancelled much before that?The reason they provided is that due to high demand of the item and due to limited stocks with the seller.How is this even justified?I know it is a high demand item and that's why I already wasted much time trying to order it and then when I was successful they cancelled my order due to limited stocks and that too when I ordered only 1 piece.They mentioned that they had to cancel my order as "the seller can fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item".Then why did they even confirm my order in the first place if they had limited stocks.This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract.Thanks and regards.Now I want to order the product with the same details but without having to go through the hassles of Flash Sale again as it will again take many more weeks.All proofs are attached in the pictures below.If I don't get any support here for my wasted time and effort, I am more than ready to escalate this issue further via Consumer Court

Complaint marked as Resolved They didn't solve any complaint. They called me on my phone number and told that the order was cancelled due to bulk order. However, the allegation of bulk order is totally false as it was the first time I ordered that mobile and that too only a single piece. I know this thread is old and I don't expect them to do anything now but still I wanted people to know that they did nothing and simply changed the resolution statement as resolved.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Abhishek Gupta Sarma They simply gave the fake reason that the seller cancelled the order due to bulk orders but this is the first time I ordered a Redmi Note 5/Pro from my account.They are simply misleading and fooling their genuine customers and the resellers those who are truly placing bulk orders by using scripts and softwares-Flipkart are doing nothing about them.They didn't even bother to give any compensation for the wasted time and efforts.A big thumbs down from my side.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has raised the complaint stating the order was cancelled without his consent. We have interacted with the customer, apologized and informed that order was cancelled as per seller's policy due to bulk order. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Both are cheating the client .
Even if the service engineer come for service they did not solve any issue and simply left ..
And i ur order it was mentioned that service manager solve the issue ...totally rubbish.
