Purchased hitachi from flipkart on 26th march and deliverd this product (Rs. 40000) on 28th march and installed this product on 29th march 2018. During installation found skretch marks on out door, same has been communicated to installation person, person who turned for istallation were new they did not installed this product properly. They installed tilted one side, outdoor unit also not put with screws they just make sit outdoor on the clamps, they also asked rs. 300 more for putting existing clamps as i did not buy new one from them. They damage my indoor as well and water is dripping continuously. At my place there was a existing connection fitting were available, installation ppl took all pipes and other thing which were in outdoor box. Now a days flipkart sending robbers to install your product so beware.


When i contacted to flipkart they did not respond so far. Its fifteen days from now but no solution provided. When i paid the whole amount they flipkarte is not responding.

Its my humble request kindly do not buy any product from flipkarte

    Dear sir,
    I have ordered a lg 43 inch tv on date 16th march 2018.
    Tv was delivered on 19th march 2018 and was damaged.

    I called flipkart customer care and requested for replacement.
    Technecian visited on 24th march and approved for replacement.
    Next day i got sms for getting tv on[protected].

    Till date i have not yet recieved tv. Almost on month is completed.

    My due for installment is on[protected].

    How can i pay without getting my product.

    Please help.

    I Ordered TV On 16th March 2018 & Today Is 23rd April 2018. ONE MONTH PASSED STILL THERE IS NO RESOLUTION .

    My 1st Installment Of EMI Is On 28th April 2018. Who Sholud Pay ??

    How could you make someone's cart empty after adding into cart? is that you don't have enough phones to satisfy customer needs? How someone can buy product like this which goes out of stock in 2 seconds. very pathetic service by both flipkart and MI. just goto hell

      All the time they changed the product price and increase the discount % to make fool o[censored]s..
      It means there is no act to fix the pricing of any products or they save taxes against the prices..
      Its a serious matter for sales tax department also.. I have all the proof against this.

      One thing more to catch your attention..
      I ordered a window ac from flipkart.com on 28th march 2018 and they promises to deliver that product by 3rd april 2018. But the didn't deliver that product and gave me a reason that address was not proper and reschedule it by 9th april 2018 and add some landmark on it. But after doing everything they didn't deliver the product and self cancel the item and update it "too many attempts provided" but can't deliver so "as per shippers" request returned the product... But at the same time they delivered another product at the same address on 9th april 2018 at 8.00pm and its the same date when they self cancel the first product at 10.21 pm.
      If they don't able to deliver the product then why they promised...

      I have purchased Epson 664 Black ink toner via order no. OD[protected] Invoice no. FAAWJW[protected] dated[protected]. The product is duplicate as ink quality is very thin and we have used one bottle out of 4 ordered but would request you to collect remaining ink toner bottles and refund our amount.

        refuse to deliver at home.

        Hai i am a regular customer of flip kart. Recently i have ordered packet of mummy poko pants. The sales agent refuse to deliver it in my home.. They said that i have to travel 7 km for collecting that particular product. Previously sales agent had delivered products in my home itself. That's seems that it is possible to deliver at my address itself. If i travel this much distance for collecting products, i can brought products from the market...

        I have ordered vu 32 led tv from flipkart. Tv installation is done but sound is unable to recognized which produce from tv. It has a defect.
        I have created 5 time to fix the issue or refund my amount.

        Defect product i cant use in my home.

        5 time technician came and visited and he mentioned issue resolved and customer is not happy. But my tv issue is not received, always technician providing wrong information.

        All the employees are not capable to resolve the issue.
        Every day I am getting calls from different people and they don't know what is the communication is going and what to respond to customer.
        Always promising fake promise stating that we are working on it and we will fix it.

It remains like that for many days thereafter, and I am unabble to use the phone. Kindly take note and replace the instrument immediately, without delay.

          It's sad to say that flipkart service can't be assured anymore... First of all, packaging quality was poor, before it was good now not good.
          Secondly, after giving products and paying cash, they always ask for signature, but this delivery man didn't take my signature and went away, now the message didn't come to me that i have already paid him... Then later on u guys will ask me weird things... This is very bad... They should take signature once piad...

            On[protected] i took part in the online flash sale for mi tv on flipkart. I had successfully added the item to my cart and was on payment page feeding my cart details when the item runs out of stock.

            Are they seriously trying to suggest there are people out there who can feed their payment details in less then 30 seconds. Kudos to them for making a fool of people and making them either use remember their card details on their portal. Or they are trying to say all the units were sold for cash on delivery.

            1 tv costs 39, 999 rs and if they really sold all the units for cash kudos again to flipkart for promoting cashless transactions.

            Anyways my complaint is how can an item go out of stock in less then 15 seconds after being added to the cart. Sorry to say this but i am no superhuman to make payment and checkout in less then 20 seconds.

            So i request consumer complaint forum to look into this matter.

            I hope flipkart doesnt come up with the excuse that the time in screenshot is 12:03 pm. So it prolly got sold up. Note the tabs i have open next to the flipkart page, after the item went out of stock from the cart. I did a search and found out this wasnt the first time. Hence the complaint

              My order was subject to deliver on 10th april 2018 and time slot they mentioned is 08:00 am to 12:00 pm but my order is delayed.
              I got updates from flipkart that your order is reached at satellite hub and out for delivery at 08:47 am and the distance between satellite hub and my residence is hardly 10 km.
              I am writing this at 12:15 pm.
              How come this much time taken by flipkart.

                I’ve ordered an item in flipkart. The item has to be delivered at my address on 10 april @2pm but i called the ekart person and asked to deliver my order before 2pm. I even offered him that i will come near him and collect and he replied in a positive way. But when i’m calling him he is not answering my call always and he is cutting my call. I want a solution about this issue asap. I want a call from you asap regarding this issue
                This is not the 1st time many times i’m facing this problem only from flipkart orders. Even amazon or any site is better than flipkart in service towards a regular customer.

                    If you want to verify the product status you can contact the Technician who has visited. His contact no is [protected]. He told me that we can not replace the product, we can only repair. But I want to replace the product or return the defective product. Please provide me the contact number of the seller. I have tried to search the contact number of seller on flipkart. But no contact of seller is given on Flipkart.
                    I don't know, What is your policy on giving seller permission to sell product on Flipkart. At least you should provide contact of the seller. Where we will search your seller? And it's flipkart responsibility to provide full information of the seller to consumer.
                    Please take it serious it's not good for your business. There are lot of competition in market. If you behave in this manner you will not survive in market for long period.

                    Why Flipkart did not provide whole information about the seller?


                    I don't know why you are not able to provide good service after selling the product?
                    Please put some focus on this otherwise Flipkart will be in history only. Worst services are provided by Flipkart. I have faced issues many time.

                    Today onward I will not purchase any thing from Flipkart. this was my last purchase.

                        Dear team,

                        In reference to the reference number: in[protected] on flipkart raised on 4th of april 2018 there is no appropriate answer and the problem still remains the same. The executives are simply changing on their statements. One of them saying the tat is 24 hours the other saying 48 hours and so on. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis as huge losses are being suffered on our end.

                          Customer has raised the complaint regarding the different product received. We have interacted with the customer and apologized for the issue. The seller has provided refund for the same on 23rd April, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                          i have to return my order due to mismatching of product i want the cover of redmi note 4 mobile they send redmi 4a cover - Comment #3063958 - Image #0
                          Same problem delivery delay complained 100times but still not solve the problem ordered the product .expected delivery timing was yesterday but still not recieved the product

                            I bought gionee p2m's battery on apr 9, 2018 from your website "flipcart.com". The battery is too big to be fit in my gionee phone. Its order id is od[protected]. Its tracking id is fmpc[protected]. I want this battery to be return just now. The battery is very thin from the original battery of my phone gionee p2m. And i want my money back just now. Do as fast as you can.

                              Very very worst seller without informing to me phone got returned. This is very very worst experience i had with flipkart. There shipping blindly to other cities and cancelling the orders. There not able to ship the goods city like nellore and misrouted to kurnool. There shipping the good with sleeping mode. So please awake and ship propertly next. I don't believe this flipkart going to ship property.

                              I tried to reach them in toll free number then there saying that parcel went to misroute that why seller cancelled that Order.How come without intimation there cancelling the order.This is my worst experience with flipkart delivery.

                              Kindly change the Complaint status to unresolved.I did 't get any resolution for Cancellation of my Order from Flipkart. I have planned many things based on receiving this order.I never hope on this seller & Flipkart sleeping delivery.

                                Last 3 day (6 april 2018) i m waiting for my order redmi note 5 pro, everday i ot messge that today (10 apri; 2018) my order will be deliver but still not deliver and in the end of day status of resceduled. Can any one tell me what the hell i going on il. I tried to contct with fipkart but no one is ready to take the responsibility. Flipkart making fun with all o[censored]s and it can not handle the sale of mi.

                                  I received product on 08.03.2018 (Alcatel tablet) from date till now. I send so mail and calls for return request to flipkart. Flipkart not accepting the any return request from my side. They inform only replacement no return. If replacement product same problem means. What i should do. That tablet is not good performance once i open the package that day itself i send return request to flipkart. Its very slow and poor quality working condition also very worst.
                                  If i put charging 30minustes it will be charged just 4% only. Flipkart multiple technicians came to check the device; they are also accepting that its bad quality and poor build. That product very worst is compare to basic 3g mobile is fast than that tablet. Am not satisfied the product.

                                  So my request is that please return this item and refund my money also
                                  Please solve my issue as soon as possible

                                  Flipkart not give importance to customer satisfaction. Past one month i spend my time request to them for return.flipkart not consider anything.that is huge Amount i spent of rs.9999/- .But they Give importance to there seller return policy . I don't ask money in my account. Alteast they take return and refund money in my flipkart wallet . I buy anything that money. What i do product performance very bad means How i use. They Don't think about customer situation.

                                  From date when I purchase i keep on sending mail to flipkart they not take return product. After flipkart not accept my product. they informing to give service center finallyI give authorized service center alactel tablet on JULY 28th 2018 . Now Alcatel tell service center informed IMEI NUMBER is Vary From INVOICE AND ALCATEL TABLET. Now they not do service . Flipkart cheat my money and sell duplicate product.I have proof for this now I attached INVOICE and TABLET BOX MENTIONED IMEI Number Vary. Regarding this i send mail to flipkart on 27th Sep 2018 . They get back this query on 10TH OCT 2018. HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT .Already i wait to more than five months. Am not use the product even single day . Flipkart not get any loss. I only get loss money, time, energy all.I am middle class Family they cheat money and product . Pls return back my money.

                                    I ordered lg ac in flipkart.

                                    In website it was mentioned as 2018 model year but when they delivered it was 2017 model year.

                                    I raised this is a concern to flipkart and they made a technical visit with the help of jeeves consumer service and realised that they have delivered 2017 model and they agreed to replace a new product which will be b which will be 2018 model year.

                                    That even the second time they delivered the 2017 model.

                                    Why did they provided the wrong information in the flipkart website or why did they deliver the wrong model a product that to continuously second time.

                                      I was purchased above mentioned mobile on 6 april 2018 this mobile not good condition and its display problems i m doubt about about flipkart that they were may sell all defective, old and problems product to people because its happening many time with me last december-2017 i was purchased infinix hot 4 pro mobile this is also having defective mobile after purchasing any problems arise you people arranging service man all replaced and return depending on your assigned service man in that terms you 10days returns or replacement policy may over then what can i do? Now days flipkart fooling all people to with dealing defective or useless or senconds products i am sorry to say that flipkart is cheating people flip kart is big cheater i think in future any purchase better with amazone
                                      I don't want to any your service man i need hand to hand replacement otherwise i will go to consumer court because its happening many times with me.

                                      Flipkart sending a service man but I am not want to service man because of I m not used any single bit on mobile even though flipkart customers executive convention to me service man only check the mobile and what happen in current problems that only reporting to us anything he will not do service in mobile thats why I m allowing service man to check the mobile and report to flipkart I m not allowing any kind of service in new mobile

We have interacted with the customer, apologized and informed customer that technician visit has been arranged. As the issue was not resolved by the technician, seller has approved the replacement. Customer has confirmed that replacement has been delivered.

                                      For order OD[protected], customer complained about the display issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Requested to get in touch with the authorized service center/ brand.
