Flipkart in the name of the "flash sale" are just playing with their customers.
I have been trying to book the redmi note 5 pro phone in their flash sale but the product goes out of stock always within the 1st second of the sale begin time.
Last time also the product came into stock and while filling the details it goes out of stock. Perfect example of : customer buys milk in supermarket and when goes to billing the cashier removes the product from his cart.

I have been trying to take a proof everytime when the sale began but failed. However this time i got a screenshot in which it is clearly seen that the product gone out of stock at 11.59am.
Now using a mobile phone it gets its time directly with the mobile towers so i won't expect a foul play in the timings of the phone as it was pretty well.
Check the attached screenshot and take action against this flipkart which might be selling its products to other retailers in black.
Also stop this sale on flipkart and shift it to other e-commerce site like amazon or other.

How the hell will you find the account details when the product hasn't even booked yet..?? Is this any sort of a joke.
Earlier when the product was gone out of stock at the time of entering address you people asked for order id.
HOw should we provide you when the product is not added in our cart. Also goes out of stock in 1 second.?? Seriously..

    Dear sir/madam,

    I had done one transaction on 2nd april 2018 for red tape shoes of rs.1258 and that transaction was failed as message flash on my mobile so again i placed an order for cash on delivery and od no. Generated, when i asked your customer care team regarding same so they confirm that a od no. Which is generated for cash on delivery and confirm they did not recieved any payment, if i again placing an order to automatically order id change.
    I had placed one order through net banking and transaction was faild so again placed an order for cash on delivery these two things are different. After that executive was saying your amount will be refunded after 7-8 working days if transaction is not successful, still not refund
    I have confirmed with concern merchant payu.in, and they confirm that the amount is deducted and transaction was successful and given transaction refrence no. Kindly find the trail email which i have been recieved from payu.in for the same.

      I have ordered asics gel kayano shoes on 25/12/2017. It get torn out in 4 mths only n want to return it n want refund. Any product had 6mth warranty. I had flipcard invoice soft copy with me. Plz take care of it n refund my money.

      I have ordered Acer aspire 3 celeron worth 13, 990 Rupees using flipkart.com, I got message to pay online with phonepe but I payed with my debit card using link at product page of flipkart my orders, the Transition failed twice but my money was debited, help me, is my money gone?

        Flipkart is a bloody cheat... I had ordered a micromax tv in jan 2018 and i was suppose to get the cash back of it which is 1250/- but today is 10th april 2018 till now i have not received it... Every time i call the support only answer i get is they are working on it they are working on it... Does it seriously takes more den 2 months to give me a cash back??? This is the 4th issue i have reported with in a month... I have lost all my hopes on flipkart i would not buy anything from flipkart anymore and i will never suggest flipkart to any of my know people.

        Also, since i have been cheated and not got my cash back am left with no choice than launching an official fir on flipkart...

        I definitely need my cash back along with compensation for wasting my time and money and also for disturbing mentally by not giving cash back & by giving me the eta...

        I hope this feedback is taken seriously & expected an immediate action on it.

          I bought syska ht100 trimmer from flipkart on[protected].
          Invoice Number :- FAAVUF[protected].
          The trimmer stopped working within few days of purchase. As the trimmer is in warranty period so i want to claim by warranty.
          And also there is no service center of syska in my city i.e Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. Pin Code :-209801.
          So, How should I claim warranty?
          I e-mailed and called syska's customer care service and flipkart many times but no solid response from both of you.

            Myself Papun Sahoo one of your registered customer.I bought a Woodland
            Casuals Shoes, from Flipkart and got it delivered on 4th April. I am
            shocked after open the box because I have order woodland brand shoes but
            received a Proveloge Shoes. After that I called to Flipkart Customer care
            and inform him regarding my issue and he raise a Return
            Request([protected]).
            on 7th april your delivery boy called me and confirm me for the pickup and
            I told him today I am not available at home so please reschedule the pickup
            for tomorrow. Then he told me ok I reschedule this for tomorrow. At the
            same evening I received a sms ( Your Pickup is cancelled) after that I
            called Him (Delivery Boy) ask him regarding the pick up (Why you cancelled
            my Pickup ?) . He Told me Sorry Sir, By Mistekly click on cancel button so
            that the pick is cancelled. So Plaese called to customer care and raise a
            return request again. After That I call to customer care and told him
            regarding the same issue and He raise a Return
            Request([protected]) again.
            on the same time I received a sms form saller( We are unabale to fulfil
            your return request) and after that My ID is Blocked and I am unable to
            login in my account and I told him regarding the same issues. Your CC agent
            told me he unable to help me on the smae. what is the isssue? that is not
            my fault, your delivery boy doing this misstek so why I am suffering ? why
            I am going do anything. So Please unblock my ID ASAP. and Pickup my
            Product immediate basic and Refund my Amount ASAP.

                  Purchased hitachi from flipkart on 26th march and deliverd this product (Rs. 40000) on 28th march and installed this product on 29th march 2018. During installation found skretch marks on out door, same has been communicated to installation person, person who turned for istallation were new they did not installed this product properly. They installed tilted one side, outdoor unit also not put with screws they just make sit outdoor on the clamps, they also asked rs. 300 more for putting existing clamps as i did not buy new one from them. They damage my indoor as well and water is dripping continuously. At my place there was a existing connection fitting were available, installation ppl took all pipes and other thing which were in outdoor box. Now a days flipkart sending robbers to install your product so beware.


                  When i contacted to flipkart they did not respond so far. Its fifteen days from now but no solution provided. When i paid the whole amount they flipkarte is not responding.

                  Its my humble request kindly do not buy any product from flipkarte

                    Tv was delivered on 19th march 2018 and was damaged.

                      All the time they changed the product price and increase the discount % to make fool o[censored]s..
                      It means there is no act to fix the pricing of any products or they save taxes against the prices..
                      Its a serious matter for sales tax department also.. I have all the proof against this.

                      One thing more to catch your attention..
                      I ordered a window ac from flipkart.com on 28th march 2018 and they promises to deliver that product by 3rd april 2018. But the didn't deliver that product and gave me a reason that address was not proper and reschedule it by 9th april 2018 and add some landmark on it. But after doing everything they didn't deliver the product and self cancel the item and update it "too many attempts provided" but can't deliver so "as per shippers" request returned the product... But at the same time they delivered another product at the same address on 9th april 2018 at 8.00pm and its the same date when they self cancel the first product at 10.21 pm.
                      If they don't able to deliver the product then why they promised...

                      I have purchased Epson 664 Black ink toner via order no. OD[protected] Invoice no. FAAWJW[protected] dated[protected]. The product is duplicate as ink quality is very thin and we have used one bottle out of 4 ordered but would request you to collect remaining ink toner bottles and refund our amount.

                        Hai i am a regular customer of flip kart. Recently i have ordered packet of mummy poko pants. The sales agent refuse to deliver it in my home.. They said that i have to travel 7 km for collecting that particular product. Previously sales agent had delivered products in my home itself. That's seems that it is possible to deliver at my address itself. If i travel this much distance for collecting products, i can brought products from the market...

                        I have ordered vu 32 led tv from flipkart. Tv installation is done but sound is unable to recognized which produce from tv. It has a defect.
                        I have created 5 time to fix the issue or refund my amount.

                        Defect product i cant use in my home.

                        5 time technician came and visited and he mentioned issue resolved and customer is not happy. But my tv issue is not received, always technician providing wrong information.

                        Purchased above product. From you on 09 December 2017, but the mobile has started diving problem. It gets a switched off never when I am talking or important conversation is on its way. It remains like that for many days thereafter, and I am unabble to use the phone. Kindly take note and replace the instrument immediately, without delay.

                          It's sad to say that flipkart service can't be assured anymore... First of all, packaging quality was poor, before it was good now not good.
                          Secondly, after giving products and paying cash, they always ask for signature, but this delivery man didn't take my signature and went away, now the message didn't come to me that i have already paid him... Then later on u guys will ask me weird things... This is very bad... They should take signature once piad...

                            On[protected] i took part in the online flash sale for mi tv on flipkart. I had successfully added the item to my cart and was on payment page feeding my cart details when the item runs out of stock.

                            Are they seriously trying to suggest there are people out there who can feed their payment details in less then 30 seconds. Kudos to them for making a fool of people and making them either use remember their card details on their portal. Or they are trying to say all the units were sold for cash on delivery.

                            1 tv costs 39, 999 rs and if they really sold all the units for cash kudos again to flipkart for promoting cashless transactions.

                            Anyways my complaint is how can an item go out of stock in less then 15 seconds after being added to the cart. Sorry to say this but i am no superhuman to make payment and checkout in less then 20 seconds.

                            So i request consumer complaint forum to look into this matter.

                            I hope flipkart doesnt come up with the excuse that the time in screenshot is 12:03 pm. So it prolly got sold up. Note the tabs i have open next to the flipkart page, after the item went out of stock from the cart. I did a search and found out this wasnt the first time. Hence the complaint

                              My order was subject to deliver on 10th april 2018 and time slot they mentioned is 08:00 am to 12:00 pm but my order is delayed.
                              I got updates from flipkart that your order is reached at satellite hub and out for delivery at 08:47 am and the distance between satellite hub and my residence is hardly 10 km.
                              I am writing this at 12:15 pm.
                              How come this much time taken by flipkart.

                                I’ve ordered an item in flipkart. The item has to be delivered at my address on 10 april @2pm but i called the ekart person and asked to deliver my order before 2pm. I even offered him that i will come near him and collect and he replied in a positive way. But when i’m calling him he is not answering my call always and he is cutting my call. I want a solution about this issue asap. I want a call from you asap regarding this issue
                                This is not the 1st time many times i’m facing this problem only from flipkart orders. Even amazon or any site is better than flipkart in service towards a regular customer.

                                    If you want to verify the product status you can contact the Technician who has visited. His contact no is [protected]. He told me that we can not replace the product, we can only repair. But I want to replace the product or return the defective product. Please provide me the contact number of the seller. I have tried to search the contact number of seller on flipkart. But no contact of seller is given on Flipkart.
                                    I don't know, What is your policy on giving seller permission to sell product on Flipkart. At least you should provide contact of the seller. Where we will search your seller? And it's flipkart responsibility to provide full information of the seller to consumer.
                                    Please take it serious it's not good for your business. There are lot of competition in market. If you behave in this manner you will not survive in market for long period.

                                    Why Flipkart did not provide whole information about the seller?


                                    I don't know why you are not able to provide good service after selling the product?
                                    Please put some focus on this otherwise Flipkart will be in history only. Worst services are provided by Flipkart. I have faced issues many time.

                                    Today onward I will not purchase any thing from Flipkart. this was my last purchase.
