Hello team,

This is regarding the order no od[protected] for moto z2 force mobile on flipkart

I've initially ordered the product on 26 march 2018 and the same was delivered on 27 march 2018. There was an offer applied along with the product where flipkart provides the turbo power mod for rs 1.

Unfortunately i had received a faulty product from flipkart and i've raised a complaint after which technical assessment had been done and i got the replacement with a new product.

Ive waited for a month for the offer to be fulfilled and later i raised another query regarding the "power mod offer still not configured". I got a call from mr naren singh, back end department of flipkart saying that offer is not valid as the product is returned and offer can't be given to a returned product.

First of all i would like to clarify you that it was never my intention to either cancel or return the product. I have only requested for the replacement of the product as a defective product was delivered by flipkart.in the process of flipkart replacement procedure, first the defective product is returned and then new product request is raised.

Now, mentioning the reason that product is returned, mr naren singh has failed to provide me a solution for configuring the power mod offer.

I would like to clarify bring to your notice that through out the process, i'm no where at the fault. It is flipkarts fault that a defective product is delivered and it is a software lapse with flipkart that offer is not configured for a brand new replaced product.

Ive repeatedly requested flipkart to either provide the offer as promised or to provide a complete refund by taking the product back but they simply rejected my proposal.

I'm ready to take up the issue to any higher level or a legal authority as it is very clearly evident that flipkart is absolutely at fault.

Customer raised a concern regarding the offer which was applicable while placing the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the offer is applicable for his order and the same can be availed within 30 days from the date of purchase of mobile. hence, closing the complaint from our end.
I got a defective MOTO z2 force and even the turbo power is not original I think. The warranty is void and flipkart has once denied to replace. Actually the seller is fraud and using flipkart brand to carry on his sick business . Just see how many consumers he has cheated by reading his review. If flipkart doesn't acknowledge this fact and save its consumer from such cheats, this just means that flipkart is also a part of this scam.

    And gave pick up dt.22.03.18.
    After that this circulation of mail and messages going on till today.
    Next date is given by you for replacement but no body is come to pick up.
    There are many dates given by you the detailed is: 28.03.18, 04.04.18 and 28.04.18 every time you gave us a time of solution next 2-3 days but no solution done till today.
    Now its a last time for complaining today i want my 959 rs cash return. I already purchase this from another company. So, i want my cash back.
    Otherwise i have to move to some legal action.
    Flipkart is most reputated company in india and this type of behaviour is down your goodwill.
    So help me as soon as.

      The air conditioner bought from Flipkart did not function well and we could not receive help. Finally, the IIT Kharagpur Administration paid themselves and asked a local repair man to fix it. There was link in the pipe, the gas in the machine had finished.

      Please be careful when you buy expensive products from Flipkart. It is now about 11 months that we installed this machine, called Vestar.

      In fact two months later when the machine starts to give less cool air, we began the complain, sometimes in May. There was a lady calling from [protected] with a heavy cracking noise at the background. I called the number back waited for 2 and then 20+ min, all I could hear are recorded voices that say thank you for your patience - how much patience does Flipkart expect from a customer? It is annoying and we do not have time? U have a long way 2 go 2 improve.

        I got a call from Flipkart support, but doesn't get any resolution yet, they don't even know the complete issue and what their customer support promise me.

        I have mailed to the customer support too but didn't get any response, just got the news that Sunday they having off. and customer support promise me date of sunday.

            The flipkart account [protected] is not working since 10th february 2018.
            They said the account is deactivate due to reselling purposes but i have[protected] giftcard at there. They told it will be solve by original payment method phonepe but phonepe unable to refund the use giftcards. They giftcard value is still stay in flipkart account which is not working.

            I want the amount because this is myself.
            Please inform flipkart to log in the account so that i got the amount.
            If logged in then i can transfer the amount to bank of other account.

              Flipkart /ekart has given my personal number as the delivery person's contact number.
              I have contacted the customer care twice and recieved answers that they will resolve the matter as soon as possible. It is two weeks now that they are yet responding. I have been recieving innumerable calls from various customers about the delivery status of their product.

                This order was a replacement of a previous order
                I had ordered a combo of 6 products
                But to my surprise i got only 5 products and that too of different size
                Flipkart said they will replace.
                On replacement also i got only 5 product and different size.
                Seems flipkart is not concerned about what they deliver to the customers.
                They r just supporting the sellers who very conveniently cheat customers and are just there to fill their pockets.
                This always happens with flipkart.
                I want a resolution to this without the gaming of return and replacement. Stop thinking customers are fool.

                  I was trying to book a Nokia mobile phone by selecting EMI option @flipkart on 13/March/2018 while proceeding a order transaction is declined but amount is deducted from my credit card. ₹13220 is deducted and next day filpkart guys are refunded the amount but on 15th March 2018 it seems again marchent has requested the EMI amount bank has transferred the EMI amount to marchent this amount is not...

                  The wardrobe was ordered from flipkart and advance payment also don't approx 20k and they promised for installation by 21st april but still no one turns up and we do follow up but they only calls and reschedule it again and again and neither install nor refunding the money. From 7 days there is mental harassment and time killing from phone calls. They give installation to sone guys in jeevs.com which is also fraud. They keep rescheduling the appointment and tell us we have rescheduled. Flipkart fraudulent sms comes yesterday's 27th april installation completed.?? How is it possible so easily for flipkart to take their money and cheat people like that.. Is this the way you run your market! Refund my money or install the wardrobe today evening 28th april!

                      I bought Moto G5s Plus from Flipkart (Order Number : OD[protected] and same got delivered on time.

                      When I started using it, it gets overheated in only 15 min while talking. I have raised a return request for the same and next day Flipkart has rejected it without providing any reason.

                      Next day again I raised the return request, it is again rejected by stating that they were unable to contact me but I didn't get any call or SMS from any Flipkart person.

                      So again, I raised a return request and this time a technician has been assigned to visit. When technician came and checked the phone, he said it is not heating but actually it was.

                      Technician has given me some paper on which I have mentioned that the problem is not resolved and I am not satisfied with it and signed on that paper. Still my return request has been cancelled by Flipkart.

                      When I again raised a return request again same thing happened, they have assigned a technician. When I called Flipkart asking about this, they replied that according to technician there is no problem with the phone.

                      Now I know that either technician is lying or he has manipulated the report. I have told to flipkart customer care also that seller who sent me this phone have lots of negative feedback on flipkart but still flipkart guys didn't listen to me.

                      I have called flipkart many times but each time they ask for some more time to resolve this issue. Every time I have given them the time whatever they have asked for. After some days I get mail like we have tried to contact you but unable to reach you so we have cancelled your request. But I didn't get a phone call indeed.

                      When I called to flipkart again, they said you have to go to Lenovo service center to get it fixed we cannot process your return and they have cancelled my returned request.

                      My question is Why should I go to Lenovo Service Center if I have purchased phone from flipkart and phone is defective.

                      This complete drama went for almost a month and I am left with no choice but to complain.

                        It's very unfortunate despite being your customer for years you have sold
                        me a product with duplicate parts. As already conveyed to your via phone
                        that I purchased a phone MI A1 on 18/10/2017 under order
                        no OD[protected] from you. The phone was working well for me till
                        yesterday when because of faulty buzzer/ringer I took it to the Mi service
                        centre at Srinagar for repair. Shockingly my phone was returned back by the
                        authorised service centre citing the reason that the phone has copy display
                        installed in it, which I didn't noticed till then and the service centre
                        also showed me the phone with the original display and the quality of that
                        was far better than mine. I had to pay the service charges for getting
                        phone back without repaired.
                        The service centre not only will charge me about RS 5300 for the repair but
                        also the warranty of the phone has been declared as void. I m attaching the
                        declaration of the authorised service centre that my phone has copy display
                        installed in it and also the phone has never been repaired/opened till now.
                        Now it's my humble request to get my issue solved and replace my phone with
                        a original one having original parts.
                        I am afraid all or most of the phones sold by the seller might all be
                        having the copy parts in it which you as a responsible company will
                        investigate yourself or allow me to get it done with the intervention of
                        court. I tried to mail the customer care from another mail id as I don't have access to the registered mail now, though access to the account and phone no. But unfortunately again instead of solving my issue I am asked to prove my identity only through mail, else my request can't be entertained.

                        I recieved a call from Flipkart claiming the issue can't be solved as I haven't returned back phone e in 7 days. How can I know the phone is not in warrant before, how could I know the parts inside it are duplicate without contacting authorised service centre, moreover I need you to send the same here in writing or on mail id [protected]@gmail.com not telephonically so that I can lodge a complaint in the court and also forward the same to press to educate the masses about this fraud also I demand an inquiry on all the phones sold during that period by the seller.

                        You have been continuously messaging me taht you tried to call be but can't be reached even when my phone is very much active and also the last ticket raised by me have been marked as resolved, this may be a routine issue for you but for me this is a serious concern and last time you gave me a deadline of 9th may forresolving issue and not I had to raise another ticket you are saying it will take upto 14th may. Hope you will sincere toward the issue.

                            It is very unfortunate that flipkart customer service crossed all limits to fooling customer .i ordered my chimney on ending of march 2018 it was delivered 4 april sadly i found defective product at i claim for return policy their return policy is so vast as a customer i called them to take away after so many times they come and took away i wait for another 20 days to delivered new product but they are so blunders and bloody fukers they cant even delivering my product. i approached for cusumer court for this .

                              I apologize for posting second time the same issue, as the first time I have not given the enough information and I did not find edit option to make changes..

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased Google Pixel 2 XL phone on Flipkart on Jan 22nd 2018 with HDFC Credit card.. and there was an offer Rs.10000 cashback on HDFC credit card and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date as Flipkart promised and it's been 90 days I have not received the cash back amount of Rs.10000.

                              Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                              I have attached the Invoice and offers showed in Flipkart.

                              I even spoke with HDFC Credit card customer care and they said it is flipkart responsible... I am not sure who is correct and who is wrong in this...

                                    It was said that I would receive my refund money by 14th of March. But still not received. The amount is Rs.699. I ordered two patiala pants.My refund was accepted. I am very much displeased from flipkart's refund policy. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. You should provide good services to the customers. Its more than a month gone. I have not received my money

                                      Flipkart commited wardrobe sale, installation and demo.
                                      But they did not do the installation and demo, they juts delivered the package and. Till date installation not done. Today they have confirmed on order details section that they have completed installation and demo, i am clueless that why they are lying.
                                      Flipkart can do this is something i never imagined, but now since they have done this. Great. I will never order anything on their portal.
