I have ordered infinix zero book on 4th of February with an exchange offer on my existing laptop. On 9th February they have cancelled my order after it has been shipped and reached Hyderabad, which is a close facility to my address, without my consent or any prior intimation or communication to me.
Once the order has been shipped I have cleaned up existing laptop for exchange as prescribed by the flipkart. Now they are not delivering the product. I have asked for the reason and I got multiple answers from multiple people at flipkart.
One said that the seller has cancelled my order but I could see the seller selling the same product on flipkart.
Other one said that it's a technical issue with the courier company, which is odd because the product has been shipped by ekart which is an entity of flipkart.
Then I get another mail saying that they want to provide an equal opportunity to all the buyers but I have ordered only one laptop from them. I don't understand what equal opportunity they were talking about.
One customer care executive flat out told me that it was my problem that I bought a laptop from their site and he would never buy it from flipkart. I don't understand why someone would want to work in an organization which they don't believe in.
They suggested me that I should place a new order from them for the same product. They have jacked up the prices. This whole incident constitutes to misinformation, cheating, intentional harm to possessions, false advertising and also a possible discrimination.
I want a strong action taken against flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
