I am a student and belongs to a joint family and my family members call me to order anything online but Flipkart blocked my account and don’t now why this happened and I’m facing lot of issues

    I have orderd one product Lenovo Celeron Dual Core (4 GB/256 GB HDD/256 GB SSD/DOS) 82C3A00DIH Laptop (15.6 inch, Grey) from flipkart.com The order id is OD[protected]
    And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my gift card. The amount of rs 19990 is deducted from my gift card . And the gift card amount is not refunded yet. Still its not reflecting in my gift card

    wallet account section.

    And in mail they told that they will credit rs 19990giftcard for token of apology. That also not added till now.

    I spoke to flipkart customer care executives several times (5-6 times through phone and several times through mail) but no use. They are not responding at all. They are acting like very lazy. Sometimes they had cut the phone also. I dint even think about this type of # from flipkart team. This is the worst experience ever in flipkart store. As a customer i dont recommend buying productsfrom flipkart. Because they will give you poor support and service after the order.

      I had ordered black colour headphone but got green colour headphone and used product! Delivery partner stating they can't accept the order . Twice rejected my return order. Without any specific reason. Pathetic and rude behaviour. Hope u will take strict action.

          Dear Respected Authority,

          Myself Yashaswini.K, I am suffering with flipkart return policy and seller "OmniTech Retail" behavior on my return request. Firstly flipkart and seller doing these type of cheating and fraudulent things to customers by providing wrong information before and after purchase of items in flipkart return policies as flipkart has two tounges.

          I have purchased *one plus Q1 pro series tv* in flipkart on 14th feb 2023.
          I am trying to cancel or return my order that i got delivered on 15th feb
          2023 due to the quality of oneplus brand and *still i haven't opened the
          box even seal of box*. Actually I was tried to decline the delivery but
          delivery agent suggested to return the product so that i supposed to raise
          return request but i couldn't able to find return reason as like "*did not like the product*" as mentioned in the return policy by seller and flipkart promised as shown in the screenshot attached kindly verify it. I can see only damaged/defective/different brand received options in the reason of return that are acceptable while returning.

          So i have selected other reason and raised return request and i got call
          from backend team and they said your request got rejected as seller not
          accepted your return request.

          I have raised and connected with customer care executive multiple times and asked this concern then they keep saying irrelevant answers and cut the call. If seller not accepted my return reason(not liked the product) they shouldn't put the same line "did not like the product" in the return policy* is attached screenshot.

          Hence they kept the line they should accept my return request and take the product back.

            I Ritesh Singh, ordered Hirel's Chelsea boots Order ID - OD[protected] which was delivered today. I'm not satisfied with product quality. So i want that boots to be returned. But there is no return option showing in my order page for returning the product which is under return policy. Also they have given only return policy within 10 days.               We bought oppo reno 7 mobile phone from flipkart. After receiving, phone is not working as expected and it switch off automatically multiple time. We initated return request on flipkart and they arranged techinician visit. Techinician accepted the return but now flipkart informed us that seller is rejecting the return. Please help us to get the issue resolved.

                Date of delivery of my parcel is postponed from yesterday to the next day. Expected date of delivery was 18 but now it has been postponed to 20. I can get the delivery only today, coz i will have to go to some other place today. Very poor service from my nearest flipkart hub neemkathana. Kindly deliver my parcel till evening. I contacted with flipkart regarding above matter but the problem is not resolved yet.
                In the end I am submitting complaint against flipkart in your website today!!!

                        Hi on 16th Feb 2022 i have sold my poco m2 pro to Flipkart and they promised ₹5000 for with by giving thank you card as confirmation with amount being credited to my bank account in 24hrs but even after 24hrs no proper response or customer executive has no clear idea about service, multiple times calls got disconnected,

                        my issue resolved after they took it serious when i told them i will file a case in consumer court, Flipkart need to educate customer care executives properly most of them don't know what Flipkart services are and how they work, Concern manager should be blamed for Giving proper KT

                            I have been shopping in Flipkart for more than 5 hrs, it used to be good,

                            but now it’s horrible, one of my item was showing status as Out for

                            Delivery since Jan 12th, and now today’s date is Feb 17th.

                            I have been chatting and talking to customer care since 4 weeks, I might

                            have contacted more than 10 different people from Flipkart support, but none of them resolved issue, and asking same query again and again.

                            I didn’t expect this from Flipkart.

                            If you are not able to deliver please cancel my order, I can understand that, but doing nothing is horrible.

                            Every Day I get call from different team and mention will be resolved 24 to 48 hrs, its been more than 720 hrs as of today, but no proper update on the ticket.

                              I had paid the due amount but the services are blocked.

                                  Mobile number linked to my account is not in service and not being used. I have been trying to reach flipkart to help update via their portal to update my phone number. I cant self service as it requires OTP to be entered in both old and new mobile numbers. Hence i am not able to help, my request for call back has not been fulfilled and i do not know how to contact them. I hope they can help me by raising a complaint here.

                                    I ordered Asus A17 laptop on 3red feb recive the delivery of this asus a17 laptop on 6th feb its a open box delivery.Delivery boy quickly showed the laptop to me .I asked delivery boy first start the laptop in front of me and than go but he is in hurry so he left without starting laptop. When i properly checked laptop the screen frame is open about 1 inch from top left side . I started the laptop there is a serious colour bleeding issue in my laptop a unusual yellow light is coming from bottom side of the display. You can clearly see in the given video both the laptop are same the one on the right side is mine there is colour bleeding issue in right side laptop yellow light is coming from sides of the display. And the display of laptop on left side is normal. I informed this issue to Flipcart that i recived damaged product but flipcart ia not responding to this issue properly and taking too much time. Anyone seeing this complaint please help me Flipkart is not responding to me and unnecessarily give long timeline. Many time i contacted Flipkart customer care but my laptop replacement approval is Pending from past 10 days . Please consumer forum help me

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Purchase the Samsung AC online thru Flipkart. The product was delivered to me in a sealed pack. But at the time of installation, when the packet was open for installation, the AC remote was not in the packet & I informed customer care immediately, and they accepted for replacement. All the details were taken by the Flipkart agent & AC was picked by the e-kart person name Sunil Borle as per the pickup confirmation SMS sent by ekart. After that, I am following up with Flipkart for the replacement but did not get the AC. Every time, when I put a complaint to Flipkart online for my AC, customer care takes the new date & then gives the message they are trying to resolve the issue & which will take another 24 to 48 hrs. This is continuously happening & now the Flipkart website is showing the message that the problem is resolved & issue is closed. But to date, I have not yet received the replacement or refund of the amount. Continuously follow thru with customer care but nobody is giving the answer when I will be getting the AC. Below is the SMS message I received once the AC pick-up was done from the residence.

                                      Adding further input by sharing the Flipkart internal tracking report, which confirms that they had received the product on 24-12-22 which they pick up from my residence, but to me, they are giving misinformation that the product pick-up is pending & the seller had closed the issue as resolved. Now following the replacement of the product, Flipkart has given the option for a refund of the product payment which is pending & waiting for payment. they are simply harassing me.
