In the Flipkart Recent summer sale in month of May, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, the smaller dial version Bluetooth variant which was being offered to me at an effective price of 9449/-
After making of payment and confirmation of order, I waited for 2 days beyond the promised say of delivery being 9th May and them for in touch with Flipkart Customer Support Executive and found out that there was some logistics problem.
As the order was meant as a gift for my mother recently diagnosed with Type-II Diabetes, I requested the executive to take their time to deliver the product and refrain from cancelling it, which was reassured by them and I was promised delivery of the aforementioned product till 14th May .
To my surprise the very next day I received a notification that my product was cancelled due to logistics issue .
I'd like to clarify that there was no attempt to call the provided contact number by the said delivery agent for delivering the good.
I will receive the paid amount but such kind of deficiency in service is really a bummer from the likes of Flipkart and limit the options of choices for the buyer, as the sale is over, I'll have to simple shell out more money for the same product.

I have a flipkart account which I am not using for a long time. Now I unable to login to my accont because I don't remember password and I'm not even getting OTP.
Account was created using a Phone number (+91 [protected]) and there is no email id attached to my account.
Please resolve the issue quickly so that I can access my account.

This mail is on behalf of my order Id OD[protected]. Samsung Refrigerator which was delivered to me on 30th April in exchange of my old refrigerator .On 1st May a person from Jeeves comes for installation at that time we found instead of 20 years compressor warranty there is only 10 years warranty mentioned, and also door of freezer was damaged, pics of same has been attached. We asked guys to repack same raise a request for return and refund. Your worst customer care take request and told me they will resolve my issue by 11th may, we request them my father is diabetic patient, my mother is chronic Asthma patient, I have two 6month old girl child all there necessary medicines and milk we are storing in refrigerator, In 10 days I have talk with at least 60-70 new person from customer care and no helped me everyone just do a wrong promise or told we are escalating I don't know to whom they were escalating suddenly today they cancelled my request for refund return, when I call them again they take request now for replacement and asked to wait another 10 days, On 12 th today again they rejected my replacement warranty also.

I have ordered one Samsung 301 litre double door refrigerator from Flipkart on April 27 using no cost emi facility via my icici bank credit card. Since product was damaged i did not shared the otp, so product got returned. When i contacted the Flipkart customer care, the executive told me that i need to place a new order and the damaged order won't be reshipped. So I placed a new order for the same product and same seller. But when i checked in the next day morning i saw that the seller has already placed a new replacement order for the damaged product. So i have 2 orders in my order list for the same product(1. A fresh order, 2. Replacement of damaged order). So i cancelled the replacement order since it was not shipped and fresh order was already shipped. I cancelled on April 30 and it has mentioned the refund will be initiated within 4 hours but still after waiting for more than 12 days i did not get the refund and order status is still cancellation requested and not showing as cancellation approved. Since i cancelled the product even before its shipped. The cancellation should be approved within 24 hours. I have contacted Flipkart customer care for more than 30 times, but still nobody is able to provide me a solution, they are saying its due to some technical issues with Flipkart site and i have done nothing wrong.
Main problem is that every month i need to pay the emi for the product that got cancelled. When checking the credit card statement i can see 2 emi's generated, only one is required. My dad passed away recently so its very hard for me to pay unwanted emi's. Kindly help me here at the earliest please.

Whenever I try to reactivate the account It shows the following message

I've fully paid the due amount of flipkart pay later and kindly require an NOC to process my education loan

Today I got the offer and I ordered the mobile Redmi Note 9 Promax aurora Blue 6gb Ram 128 gb storage I paid for the same through Google pay I filled all necessary details I have not recieved any conformation for the same . How will I know what is happened and what is not . Payment has been credited from my bank account

Hi I ordered a laptop on 8th May and got delivered on 10th may but received a dead piece I tried to replace the laptop but the Flipkart given me a date which is 30th may which is 20 days for me to keep a defective product. Sir Flipkart have a policy of 7 days return and replacement which Flipkart have violated Ii need a quick replacement of laptop

Dear sir, I am Chintu Kumar my order id OD[protected] I ordered freeze on 18th April, my fridge is not working since delivery date, I made return request on which technician came to check and told it was bad and said it has leakage. Still canceled my return 3 times, please solve my problem by giving refund or relpacemet. The family members taunts everyday, if this continues, I will become mentally unwell, please help me.

I ordered a helmet sticker and they sent me bike indicator it's just amazing to see what I ordered and what I got and there was no return policy wow, and After spending like 1hr of my time taking to the CUSTOMER CARE finally they accepted my replacement request and i waited like 1 week for the product arrive and now for returning and replacing the product i show wait like more 10 to 15 days more WTF I posted review on that product and I'm not able to see the review after posting it even crazy right. You can fool people but not like this Flipkart shame on you not even showing review what CUSTOMERs write on the product and they(Flipkart) say they highly value CUSTOMER service itseems ### i thing i can tell u people is don't waste your money on such kind app (Flipkart)

I had bought a Addidas sneakers but received a cheap quality different company product, even after raising multiple complaints my return request was not processed . I had talked to the customer care executive multiple times as well but they had declined my request.

I do pay emi but because of blocked account they provide me a link to pay but in may they didn't provide me pay link so now i will have to with penalty because Flipkart team. And i am not able to contact Flipkart team because thier number cannot be reachable any time . So please help me out for this problem.

Suddenly i got many OTPs from different apps and sites including flipkart.
When i opened msg i could see OTP for Flipkart pay later payment .
At the same moment opened flipkart app and i saw order placement for Nike air max priced Rs. 5161. that i wasnt ordered.

I m using pay later from last 1 year kyc having active status till 2030 and i have no dues or pending til now... Actually i was not using from last 1 month... Butright now i checked and the option is disabled blocked status but y

He called me at my number then told me that I am in your society and after 10 minutes a massage come in my mobile that call is not connected so pleased call delivery person...then I called that person about 10 times he picked my call and cut without any answer... This is your service so you should punish him or log a camplin on him and one investigation must be done on my companion
