I am purchased a vivo v 7 mobile o 12-03-18 in flipkart and click return and refund option in the same date 12-03-18, but 16-03-18 the item deliverd to me your courier partner they tell flipkart will collect the returned item.       I received a set of 4 dvds containing watch dogs2 game on 16th march 2018 through courier: e kart logistics, courier awb no: fmpc[protected]. While trying to install it on windows-7, trojan virus is found. I even took risk of installing the game by temporarily disabling anti virus but still no luck. I am quite unhappy with flipcart for delivering virus/malware infected watch dogs2 pc game. Please check the attached snapshot andprovide the quick resolution or else refund my money (Rs. 490/-) along with penalty as it has wasted my several hours since last night.

        The worst online shopping store is flipkart, disappointed many customers.
        Every time when i add the redmi note 5 pro into the cart and than as soon as possible i go for checkout, but what i see is horrible.
        How can any product go out of stock after adding it into cart within the fraction of second.
        This same thing happened to me twice in a row.
        Why flipkart allow us to add this into the cart, if they want to remove it out from the cart again.

          I placed an order of sony headphones worth rupees 6499 through pnb debit card message came that payment is successful and delivery is expected but on the flipkart app it showed that mode of payment is cash on delivery. And the order was still not placed.

            I have placed an order for the redmi note 5 (Gold, 64 gb with order id od[protected] at 12.30pm on 14th march 2018.
            At 12.46 pm on the same day i received mail regarding cancellation of the said order.
            At 13.28pm on the same day i received another email confirming the order and expected delivery of the item by march 15th 2018.
            The item was not delivered even on 16th march.

            On being enquired about the subject order with the customer care executive, he was not able to satisfy me.

            May i know whether the team "flipkart" is able to clarify the subject mishap.

                I ordered philips in-she1515bk/94 wired headset with mic in flipkart on march 19, 2018 at 12.22pm. It cost 10 rupees and for travelling charges 40. Totally 50 rupees. I payed money through online payment. I am eagerly waiting for my headsets, but after at 4.36pm i got message from flipkart telling that "refund initiated". After that i seen my flipkarts orders then it is showing item cancelled by seller. I don't know why flipkart cancelled my order without my permission.
                I got refund through giftcards. I don't want the giftcards. I want only the headsets. Please send me the headsets.

                  I placed my order two weeks back. The order tracking showed that the item has reached the nearest hub which is just 20 minutes from my house but the item was not delivered. When i contacted flipkart, they said it cant be delivered as my pincode and address is mismatch. How is this even possible? If they cannot deliver, the customer should be notified properly. I have not got a proper solution to this. The customer care asked me to place a new order. So again i will give my address and finally they will again tell me there is a mismatch. This is going to be like a never ending loop. Very very bad service.

                  This is my first and now the last experience with flipkart. The worst experience in online shopping. If there was a possibility of giving a negative start i woukd have definitely chosen that. I hope to find some solutiob to this other than me changing my house to some address in their system and then hopefully there wont be such a mismatch. Even the customer service person was very rude. Never again buy from flipkart. I have been buying from other online shopping sites. But such a experince is for the first time. Hope this can be solved.

                    Very bad service. After placing order and order delivery status showing rhe item reached nearest hub, it wasn't delivered. When contacted, they said pin code is wrong and fresh order to be placed. But how can i change my house adress? Very very bad experience. Never order on flipkart. This is the worst excuse.                           I got a call officially from Flip-kart, saying that we are apologizing for the issue, that has been caused. I cannot digest the issue, what they are saying. If in a situation like me, you are going it to gift anyone, being a quality product, while gifting it anyone who is close to you (the lover of Electronics), you have ordered it, the shipment has been finalized by around 12.15 PM on Friday[protected] and suddenly a message gets delivered that it has been cancelled by Yourself (ie. the Customer (Me)) and again the message gets displayed as it was cancelled due to wrong price mentioned by 4.15 PM .Feel it, how it hurts, get physically and mentally depressed.The flip kart Customer care said that it was a technical issue by the seller. My question is that i ordered the product around 12.15 ~ 12.20 PM, automatically shipment has been done and intimated that you will receive the product on Sunday. I received the message around 4.17 PM on the same day. I questioned the flip-kart customer care why it took 4 hours to cancel the order, he said the seller might be busy, before releasing the offer of the product, wont the seller check it before they launch it and even after releasing they might not check it, whether the product price released is right or wrong, is this the right way to communicate. I got the answer like this. Will it take 4 hours to check the product which is released is right or wrong, not the right way to accept the mistake. i am really disturbed feels very much annoyed, wasted all my time to express via telephonic communication for more than 30 minutes and via this email. I thought flip-kart provides me the right solution for the concern. but i feel i didn't get it. Please Flip-kart provide me the best solution for it and it is not the right way to treat your customers. Provide me the best solution in reconsidering the shipment of the product at the same price, so that the seller will be aware while releasing the product before launching it and he should realize it. Do the needful as early as possible.

                            The worst experience i have ever came across. I have order redmi 5a, after missing it twice. It got shipped and almost reached, and i got a message that refund will be done soon. When i checked the tracking in flipkart it showed that the product was cancelled by me. Flipkart support said that it was cancelled by seller to satisfy others... What, to satisfy others will they cancel my order?. Bad service by flipkart. And the worst experience with the seller...

                              I ordered a cell phone which should be delivered to me today as per notificetion msg received from flipkart and as i mentioned work time for delivery it should deliver to me before 5.00pm. I called a courier guy (Refuses to tell me his name) to ask expected delivery time. He argued that he is doing delivery as per his schedule and can not come before 6.00 pm. I asked him then what is use of mentioning work hours in delivery timing. Again he argued on the same saying "aisa hi hota hai" flipkart should take action on such or increase timing of work hour delivery rather than making us fool.

                                The worst experience i have ever came across. I have order redmi 5a, after missing it twice. It got shipped and almost reached, and i got a message that refund will be done soon. When i checked the tracking in flipkart it showed that the product was cancelled by me. Flipkart support said that it was cancelled by seller to satisfy others... What, to satisfy others will they cancel my order?. Worst service by flipkart. And the worst experience with the seller.
                                I ordered today but I cannot get my track order link
                                Seller cancelled my order after payment and not refund yet they show refund completed but payment not recived in my account

                                  I have purchased a philips sound bar on 26th feb 2018 in flipkart,

                                  Product got delivered on 2nd march 2018,

                                  When i opened the package there was just old dvd player instead of speakers without any brand box,

                                  I requested for return on 2nd march 2018 evening,

                                  Return pick up was successfully done on 3rd march 2018 morning at 10 am,

                                  To my surprise on 3rd march at around 9 pm i got a text message, your return pick up was rejected due to missing items,

                                  On 4th march i called customer care on toll free no and explained everything to them as pick up was done yesterday,

                                  Sent many emails and called many times to them till date but my issue has not solved nor i got my refund,

                                  I look forward your support into this.

                                    I seriously have no idea regarding the chargeable amount of 2, 752.11 rs. I am very confident that i have not used my credit card at all. The reason is i am not even in india from last january 2018. And suddenly what the heck i see that i am being charged of this amount in the last month which i don't even know, fortunately i checked my statement and then saw i did not order anything, the fact is why would i use if i am not in india.

                                    I have all the valid proof to show that i have no used this. It can be a big issue, therefore would request you to revert the charges back along with extra charges which was applied.

                                      I had booked acer predator helios 300, on 13- march, it was on sale for 95k. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th march, but it didn't. Then they called and asked to cancel and reorder just now, after the sale ended, now it's priced at 1, 05, 000 which is 15k higher. What will happen next, i am not ready to cancel my order, let the seller send a new piece. I have seen the same problem with another guy, so is this a scam by flipkart??
