      Dear sir/madam .
      I had ordered matrix haircare products from flipkart as an after care measure for my chemically straightened hairs but the products were packed from outside and open inside. I even matched the details with original products and it was total copy so used the products but it cause more damage to my hair. And the result my hair again curled plus more frizzy and dry. When i contacted matrix they informed their products are not available online or in retail. I contacted flipkart but the response was that they are seeing into it and told it belongs to no returns category and they hope i understand. It has not only damaged my hairs but brought down my moral too. Cause after 10 days of expensive treatment my hairs became worse. I have confirmed from matrix that the products are spurious.
      I want the matter be resolved on urgent basis and strict action taken against the seller as well as flipkart for selling duplicate products. And pay for the physical damage and mental agony i have faced because of the use of above-mentioned products. And also near the expenses for repair of my damaged hair

        I had placed an order (Order id - od[protected] on 2nd march 2018 for grocery. Till 9th march i kept on getting message for rescheduling of the the product delivery. Now on 9th march within the delivery time frame the seller had trying calling me but my number was not reachable for that 5 mins (Delivery slot was from 7.30 - 10 pm, vendor tried calling me at 8.30 pm and i got cancellation message soon after that) so he sent a report to flipkart saying customer not rechable and flipkart cancled the order instantly. I want to know is it a way you serve your customer??? If it can be rescheduled multiple times from your end, is it not your duty to make a 2nd attempt to reach customer??? (Though their vendor is ready to deliver it on 10th march, flipkart didnt take any attempt to cross verify with vendor to confirm) a very bad service provided by you #flipkart... Not expected... Not going to place any further order and i will make sure no oder is placed by friends and family with this feedback untill i get the same order delivered

                I have bought a dell laptop (Dell inspiron apu dual core a6 7th gen, 3565 laptop (15.6 inch) for 19990 k from them for my personl use.

                When i received laptop from them, i saw that there was some problem with laptop screen. Laptop screen shows

                Pink/green horizontal lines. Immediately i informed them regarding my isseu. I have been talking with flipkart

                Customer care for more then 2 weeks and still they are dragging issue and told me you will soon get technichian

                Visits and then we will replace your laptop.

                Then after 2nd day i got a call from flipkart technitian executive and he told me contact to "dell" regarding this

                Issue. When i contact "dell" customer care they noted my complanits and told me you should contact flipkart to

                Replace your product.

                It's already been 2 week, still my issue is not solved by flipkart!!

                Really i my experiece with flipkart is very very poor! Very bad custome services!

                Please think twist before order through flipkart.

                  I brought u. S. Polo shoes from flipkart in november and within no time it got cracks and its leather started to get apart in less time.
                  Hence we have just opted for good brand but actually we haven't got much good result using the product. I got very unsatisfied seeing the poor quality under brand name u. S. Polo. We can hope that you can provide us with some solution to our problem.

                    I ordered the predator helios 300 laptop yesterday 8/3/18 from flipkart as it was on sale for women's day at rs. 59, 990
                    Today when i tracked the order, it shows that it has been damaged during shipment.
                    I called up flipkart customer care and informed them of the issue.
                    I was asked to cancel the product and order it again but the price of the product has already been increased to rs. 80, 990 as it is not on sale anymore.
                    What's the point of putting your products on sale if you can't deliver it at the displayed price. Why am i supposed to play an extra 20, 000 to get my product?
                    I don't need a refund, i want the product i ordered for.

                    Spoke with the customer & said the shipment is damaged in transit so requested to place a fresh order with the current offer available.
                    Customer wanted the order in the same price, hence denied for the same & closing this case.
                    Asking me reorder the product at the current offer doesn't solve my problem in any regard. I have ordered a lot of products from Flipkart before but this is the first time I have faced such idiotic customer service. And asking for a feedback after not solving my problem at all was just rude and disrespectful. Discount offers make no sense to Flipkart anymore it seems.

                          Flipkart closed my account without any prior intimation to me. Not only this if flipkart was about to close my account then the company should cancell my open order also rather then shipping it. As a result of which flipkart shipped my open order which were reebok flexweave shoes rather than cancell it ans also close my account which is [protected] without any prior intimation. Now i am unable to return the reebok shoes so received which have size issue and fall under flipkart assured policy. The shoes are amounting rs 9999 which is a huge amount for me.

                          Kindly look int the matter and direct flipkart to either unblock my account or arrange the return pick up of the shoes so received after blocking of my account having user id [protected].

                              I ordered (pack of three) jockey socks from flipkart's official website. In the pack I found the socks are torn and are definitely not the product of jockey. They aren't cotton made but some synthetic material. The product is not worth the price and I found the same material jockey socks being sold by street vendors.
                              Apart from this how can they use the name of such a big brand selling fake products at such high rates. They are just fooling their customers. Although I already knew that the product is not valid for return but how can such a company fool its customers by sending damaged and fake product.
                              I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                  Regarding faulty product delivery. Order id od[protected].
                                  I would like to bring to your notice that on 7th, i placed an order of redmi note 4 mobile through your esteemed website and it was delivered a product on 12th.

                                  Unfortuntely, the product that i found upon opening the package was not same as the one i've placed an order for. I am extremely disappointed that even after reporting this issue with your coustomer care representative, i've not yet received any revert or e-mail regarding replacement of the product.

                                    I purchased honor 9lite on 13/2/18 on HDFC debit card emi option from Flipkart, after few minutes I cancelled the same, but as on date iam paying emi for this product, which I never purchased, Flipkart saying seller refunded the money and contact in hdfc bank, but hdfc saying that he don't receive any money, please resolve the complaint and do it at yours end, otherwise iam going to consumer forum.

                                      I hav buyd a mi note 5 phone, today I was trying to return the phone 6 hrs ago, they were giving me refund but now when I m tryng to proceed it, they are giving replacement! What kind of joke it is? Why they doing that in such a inappropriate manner, playing with their customers??

                                        I received a broken tempered in my package and then i asked flipkart to replace my product, they told me they did replacement, but again i waited for another one week for my product and after 1 week i get to know that the product has been cancelled.

                                        When i call flipkart they talk nice and say it will be fixed, i don't understand why do you guys have to fake so much, we payed the money and we are looking for service. Why cant someone send my tempered back.

                                        Then when i am trying to call flipkart they are hanging call on my face.
