I have order the moblie phone on flipkart, which was support to be delivery on 10th march 2018. but still now it not delivery. also if i call the customer care. these are not giving or support with the proper information. also these are cutting the call saying that we are transferring the call to senior. also these are saying that some problem with Ekart logistics. but i do know who is Ekart. what is the link with Customer. i have made the payment to flipkart. flipkart has to solve the issue. where flipkart is not taking the responsibility. instead of flipkart backend team is call me and asking me to cancel the order and place a new order. which i have done for first order. on second order also i am facing the same.

    With amd a8 6th gen, 8gb ram, 2gb amd radeon r5
    Having price 29k but i got *used* 80tj00d9ih with 4gb ram, amd a8 6th gen, no graphic card 2 days left for warranty
    I ordered a replacement but again i got 80tj00d9ih
    Finally i decided for refund
    In this whole process i missed my lectures and my attendance is 61% now i want penelty from flipkart for my loss
    Worst experience from flipkart don't buy

Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
    Sir, you give discount so much, why do you ask for so much delivery charges. I want a book that has been set in my cart but you are asking for so much delivery charge. I will be obliged if you despatch it without delivery charges.

        Received one smartwatch[hsn:85176290], order id:od[protected], order date:[protected]. The product that i had ordered was quite different from the one that i had seen on ad. The product does not have sim card slot and an adjustable knob. Still i thought its ok but on charging the battery does not charge at all. I therefore would like it to be replaced with a better and more look alike apple watch.

          I bought one product netgear orbi router on 25th jan of 2018 order id : od[protected]. Got the product on 31st and when i opened the box it was completely empty like there was main brown box packaging and then the blue product box only there was literally nothing else in the whole package!! I filled return of the same product od[protected]. I waited almost 12 days i was calling and emailing the customer care or say "support" each day and i was told that it will be sorted within 24 or 48 hrs! Your so-called support team promised me that we have rule that within 12 business days it will be sorted out but nothing happened so i kept calling and emailing you but still nothing happened so finally i complained on twitter and luckily got a response and promised that the issue will be sorted within 24 hrs.in the morning today got sms and mail saying that the seller has cancelled your refund request and also saying that we have seen many return requests so we are unable to process any return request so on and on. There was also stated that you are also banned to login to your account and shop from flipkart! If anyone has done shopping with flipkart than it should mean that they cannot return the product even if the product is defective or damaged! Od[protected] this order when i am getting empty box than any normal human will surely react by returning it obviously! I also demand refund with additional amount for the stress from which i am going through... I won't accept refund only. These online shopping sites does consider us like customers fools. Doing such cheap tricks to block account and does not respond to respected customer forum complaints also... Please i request you to please look into this matter and consider...

            I bought nika magic hose for bike and car wash, flipkart offered 15 m hose lenght at rs 594 including delivery charge by cod option, i got different color it offers and also hose lenght only 5m. So i request replace the product or give my amount as soon as possible. They said nika magic but no name in tha box. Its pressure also less not force for wash.

As i want to inform you that i have ordered an product (Shoes) on 23 of feb from then till date i did not received the product. When i called to them they says that they have taken the complaint told to wait but till now there is no resolution from them. 2 times i have registered an complaint but there is no resolution. Some times they will give an message that my order is out of delivery and when on that day when ever i call to the delivery boy he is disconnecting my call.
              . At first i have order an saree but it is also delay delivery and from them they have called me and request me to cancel the product. I'm totally irate with the service.

              Kindly do the needfull on this issue.

                Yesterday i received the delivery of my laptop dell inspiron 15 5567 (Order no. Od[protected]. I had ordered a laptop with backlit keyboard but yesterday i found that the backlit didn’t start on pressing f10 key. I talked to a customer representative yesterday regarding the issue and they told that a technician would come to check the laptop by 17/03/2018. If the technician is unable to resolve the issue they will give me replacement of my laptop. Now my concern is that if flipkart has delivered me laptop which in fact does not have backlit keyboard then it must not happen that the replacement is also given with non backlit keyboard. I had confirmed the specifications in questions and answers about the product before placing the order and i had found that the order for laptop i was placing did have backlit keyboard. Since few years i have made some purchases from flipkart and till yesterday i didn’t had faced any disappointments by flipkart team and i hope flipkart will not state that you self have ordered a laptop with non backlit keyboard and hence replacement cannot be made with a laptop having backlit keyboard. I just want to keep it simple for you and me, if the product is defective or product delivered is not having backlit keyboard then do give a replacement of it with backlit keyboard. I’ll be glad to shop with you in future as well if my case is taken seriously and i do not have to face any problems ahead in receiving the replacement of my laptop and in case if you cannot do so then kindly take away the laptop and cancel the order and the emi’s of it.

                I hope flipkart will come up with a definitely positive response and of course a favorable one for their valued customer.

                  We had ordered a redmi 5a on 08.03.18 by cash on delivery at rs 4999 2gp ram mobile on flipkart online shopping, but now in delivery details msg showing that rs 5999. But now in website it also showing that rs 5999. Now we don't want cancellation but they had to sold only @ rs 5999 those who are all booked on 08.03.18. It also one kind of cheating.

                    Hi i had ordered a coin piggy bank blue coloured and it was scheduled to be delivered on 6th february. I spoke to flipkart and they said we will deliver by 10th as delayed.
                    Now they are suddenly saying you need to pick up and pick up point is my building!!!

                    I do not understand this. If pickup point is my own building, why have they not delivered it at my flat, instead of building!!!

                    I have been a long standing customer and now my faith has been shaken in flipkart!!!

                      I have been purchased one back pack from your online system. But after 1 month 11 days, it was in bad condition (Not working zipper - one, fade of logo colur and bad quality of stitching of product.

                      In this sitution has been call to your customer care and your team member said that the return back policy one month only. But my question is the product is 1 month warranty.

                      But in the warranty card there was 1 year.

                            Laptop login problem. Cannot access administrator settings. My laptop does give an error message while logging in. After setting the login id passwords i was not able to access my laptop properly. On changing the id password the notebook is not responding. I would like to install an antivirus for which administrator login is required and hence please resolve this problem of mine as early as possible. I tried to contact through my phone but wasn't able to do so.

                              On 8th march 2018 i tried to order samsung evo memory card along with samsung on nxt 64gb. The total cost of order was 13299. As they wer offering 10% instant discount (Max 1250) i had to pay rs 12049. So i paid amount using hdfc debit card and i received message from hdfc that payment was successfull. But according to flipkart payment was failed but payment was debited from my account so i contact flipkart and they told me to wait for 8 hours but nothing heppend after given time so i went to hdfc as they told me to flipkart becouse payment was successfull from their side and flipkart is telling me to contact bank. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]

                              Customer complaint was while placing the order from Flipkart using prepaid payment mode, amount got debited but order not confirmed, so spoke to customer, apologized and since after checking the details info given as Flipkart did not received the amount, so suggested to contact bank or else raise charge back, customer agreed and closed the case.

                                I ordered a redmi 5a 2gb 16gb mobile phone from flipkart on 1st of march. I am a huge fan of flipkart but this time seller or flipkart cheated me by playing a trick to cancel the product saying "order can not be shipped as pin code is out of coverage".

                                customer had raised the issue with regards to the order placed and order has been cancelled
                                as we have interacted with the customer and told due to non delivery area the product has been cancelled
                                and informed customer to place a fresh order, so customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                  The pen has a mrp of 4300 rupees. Flipkart shipped it to me as free delivery and charged me 4600 rupees for that pen. The pen was waterman expert ss gt roller ball pen. This has become increasingly common for flipkart to cheat customers. I have seen many of such cases in facebook memes. I didn't think flipkart would pull this with loyal customers. Someone should hold them responsible or there should be a framework put it in place to help out customers

                                    I have ordered an acer-predator-helios-300 - g3-572 for 84k (Original price 1.2 lakh, offer price 94k) in exchange for my old lenovo laptop. The guy who came to check by old laptop for exchange didn't accept my laptop. He said that he can't take it because it's battery isn't working. I had called flipkart saying the issues with my old laptop. My old laptop will work only when the charger is connected. The guy from flipkart's customer care said me that they will accept my laptop and i purchased the new laptop because of his assurance. I don't know the guy's name.
                                    Now when i called the flipkart's customer care they are saying sorry. This is the second time i am feeling bad from flipkart. Last year i ordered a xiaomi mi 5 and got a samsung phone. That order was also cancelled. I wonder why this always happens to me. I badly need a high performance laptop like the one i have ordered and i don't have money to purchase it for 1.2 lakh. If i could get the laptop for the offer price it would be helpful.

                                      I beg to inform you that i had ordered a book in flipkart which was confirmed by the seller. But after a few days, the order was cancelled by the seller. His arbitrary decision makes irrepairable loss in my studies. Please help to get the same at the same price as it was confimed.

                                      My most humble submission is that your letter dated[protected] does not give any relief to my problem rather depressed me very much. Your whimsical arbitrary decision in cancellation of such order seems to be breach of contract. As a customer, I am once again requesting you to supply me the aforesaid book at the earliest at the same price as it was confirmed for avoiding any furthur litigation in this regard.

                                        Hello team,

                                        I am complaining this at consumer complaints because as i have multiple times contacted flipkart but got no response also the tech visit was successfully happened and they noted that yes there is a default too but flipkart refused to refund that the seller does not supports refunds but the product was covered under refund policy. After being fed up, i am reaching consumer complaints and also reach courts this time as this is not a faulty device delivered for the first time, i have taken it lightly for previous orders and have not taken any action before this they delivered me a fake sonata watch with non working day date dial.

                                        I want an refund if possible please try to understand your customers, we are not beggars that you react to us like this, even amazon has the worlds best support!
