Hi,

I was charged twice for an item i ordered online using flipkart and two of the same items were delivered.in the first instance the webdite noted that my payment has been declined, and asked to input all my card details again, which i did. However, i have received no help from the flipkart team and no contact to help with this. All i have received is the repetition of the same thing.

Customer had raised the issue with regards amount has charged twice and 2 mobiles has been delivered
as we have interacted with the customer and and we have escalated this issue to the concerned team as an exception seller has picked up the product and provided the refund to customer and informed the same to customer, hence closing the case from our end.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount was debited twice from customer account. We have interacted with the customer and informed that both the orders have been confirmed. Hence, we have raised a return request with the seller for the refund of one order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 08, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
Flipkart is worst e-commerce site. Better go with Amazon. It's ethical e-commerce site. Good replacement or refund policy with Return pickup arrangement facility. And if for some reason, you are self shipping the product back to Amazon seller, you will get courier reimbursement charges as well.

    The product is very bad. The quality of the material is very bad and the stiches is out from everywhere. This is a waste of money. Don't sell this kind of product. Customer service is in danger.         Hi,

        I have purchased a trimmer (Order id: od[protected] from flipkart on 26th of february'2018 for rs. 699 after all discounts. At today morning when i logged into flipkart to check the shipping status, i got the message as "item cancelled by the seller". Then i mailed flipkart regarding the same, they told me that as the seller didn't meet the delivery timeline, so they cancelled. So my question is, they can contact me and reschedule the delivary, but they didn't, why? Now the flipkart guy is telling me to order again but now the price is increased by 900 rupees. So my request is to delivery the product with the ordered price, i. E. Rs.699.

        Flipkart called me, and told me that it is a mistake of the seller, but when I asked them that, what step you will take against the seller, they replied that right now nothing but will note it for future. So, I want to ask Flipkart, is this the way they are hiding their faults, though the seller is guilty, but the customer need to compromise.

        Just got the message that Flipkart has added a gift card for Rs.100. But for a new order the difference is Rs.900, perviously it was Rs.699, now Rs.1599, for the same product, so what will I do with Rs.100?

          Hello i bought sony xperia r1 dual black from flipkart on 5th march, after using it within one hour i realise phone is getting heat while using any apps or other necessary stuff, i directed myself to flipkart customer care i requested them to exchange this phone to nokia 5 and i said i'll pay extra more money or refund me the amount.
          I didn't got proper feedback and any valuable help or effort from flipkart to my problem. So keeping faith on submitting this complaint..

                  Hello,

                  I'm a flipkart regular customer - sumanth kumar from bangalore, i ordered honor 9 lite on the 7th of feb 2018, and found that there was a fault in the mobile i ordered as the device was getting drained without putting sim. There were no apps downloaded yet as it was new device, i observed that the battery was draining in no time hence i called the customer service asked for a 10 day replacement as per buyer policy which is mentioned in the website.

                  I received a call back asking what was the issue and i explained them they suggested that i close all the apps and restart the phone, which i did many a times, then i called again there was a technician who came and checked the device reseted mobile to factory setting and said monitor for sometime and asked to log a call again if same issue persists.

                  I face same problem again battery of new device drained in no time yet i was to be put sim in the device. I logged a call back option and i got a call back asking to rest the phone & restart, i had to explain each time to the call center folks and they gave same reply every & i they even asked me to take the mobile to the honor authorised service center, as mentioned in the below email, i have called a number of times to get same answer. Today again i logged a call back and i got a call asking same questions, and they claim that the technician said issue was resolved - instead of asking me as a customer - as i'm facing this issue. When asked to connect to higher manager they said there was nobody above the person speaking.

                  If i have to go to authorised service center - why should i order from flipkart? I can might as well go to any dealer and buy the mobile. What do you claim that 10 days replacement policy exists? After many calls and conversions i get same reply, i'm very unhappy with the customer service. Please let me know of the mobile is replaceable? What am i suppose to do next? I will not visit any authorised service center regarding the issue as i bought the mobile from flipkart. Its faulty from day 1. Please do the needful.

                      I bought one product netgear orbi router on 25th jan of 2018 order id : od[protected]. Got the product on 31st and when i opened the box it was completely empty like there was main brown box packaging and then the blue product box only there was literally nothing else in the whole package!! I filled return of the same product od[protected]. I waited almost 12 days i was calling and emailing the customer care or say "support" each day and i was told that it will be sorted within 24 or 48 hrs! Your so-called support team promised me that we have rule that within 12 business days it will be sorted out but nothing happened so i kept calling and emailing you but still nothing happened so finally i complained on twitter and luckily got a response and promised that the issue will be sorted within 24 hrs.in the morning today got sms and mail saying that the seller has cancelled your refund request and also saying that we have seen many return requests so we are unable to process any return request so on and on. There was also stated that you are also banned to login to your account and shop from flipkart! If anyone has done shopping with flipkart than it should mean that they cannot return the product even if the product is defective or damaged! Od[protected] this order when i am getting empty box than any normal human will surely react by returning it obviously! Flipkart has banned my account and i can not use it even if i wish to... Please help in regarding the same...

                        I ordered samsung s8+ (58, 900) and flipkart additional i year extended warranty (2, 272) on 25th jan via flipkart with zero cost emi for 18 months (Od[protected]. The same was delivered on 28th jan. The offer was that the total amount of 61, 172 to be paid as emi for 18 months with no additional cost. As per flipkart communication, emi cost of 6, 448 was waived by the brand and in the card only 54, 724 was charged. But on receiving the first statement, i found that emi amount was higher. On contacting the axis bank, they said that total emi cost including gst is approximately 7, 937. So an addition of 1, 489 is charged for which the bank says merchant (Flipkart) needs to answer. Please can you review and let me know why there is an additional charge of 1, 489 which was not communicated at the time of purchase.

                          My order id-od[protected] on 15th feb i ordered my iphone x n paid them through credit card after 2days on 18th feb i received my product on 18th feb around 2:00 delivery boy gave me parcel i told him to open but he refused n said he have enough parcels to deliver n getting late, he left my place after 2min i opened it n totally shocked there is nothing inside it i took pictures of that n called customer care directly they told me to wait for 3days to check it after 3days they asked me to give 2days more on 24th they called me that seller rejected my request n for further investigation they want my id proof i have them n they ask me to wait 1week till yet not recieve anything n they are not contacting me or not giving me answer m totally fed up with these guys not able to understand what to with them last option is to take legal action otherwise they will not do anything seriously pissed off they are cheaters.

                            I ordered my product through cash on delivery this is not good for consumer it is totally a violation of my consumer right kindly solve my problem my problem as early as possible because i book this phone in flash shale i want this phone and put a penalty on this site

                              I had order a watch od[protected] on[protected]which was promised to deliver on[protected] but i did not receive any shipment, nor any delay msg from flipkart. But it was deliver today evening which made me wait for 3days. And also i did not receive any convincing answer from flipkart customer service executive or the team who made me wait for almost 20mints on call. Based on all this inconvenience i am going to log a legal complaint on flipkart service

                                Recently, ive placed an order on flipkart worth rs 71 only in which flipkart offered promotional discount.
                                After few hours, they just cancelled the order by stating that due to unavailability we are cancelling ur order.
                                Till that, i was unhappy that company like flipkart couldn't fulfill at whatever condition.

                                And today their mr. Kamran customer executive, misleading me completely that order was cancelled due to price error.

                                Then what's the mean of promotional discount and unavailability.

                                Why they can't deliver it to me even they are about to send bulk orders on same address to anyone if he/she placed an orders for sure?

                                Neither they are giving compensate nor they delivering such orders.

                                Requesting you to tell them to fulfill your orders if they provided.

                                Such a bad experience.

                                Never use flipkart again and never recommend again.

                                  I received samsung galaxy c9 pro (Gold, 64 gb) mobile phone at 21 february 2018 and order id is od[protected] when i open the mobile box switch on my phone i found my mobile is manufacturing damage out side mobile edge have no any scratch but inside display is damage same day i lodge my complaints but still no one solve my issue.
