I have placed an order on 25th feb18, but till date the product is not received by me when we have crossed checked with the tracker it's shows that product delivered on 1st march 18.

The courier shows as it been couriered through speed post - ad[protected]in and also the id is falsely given in the app as challan.

I have paid through credit card.
I have the payment receipt with flipkart details i would be filing a complaint
In consumer court. If in case i haven't got the proper response from you people...

      I am trying to book redmi 5a from flipkart flash sale. However i succeed to book one phone. But one day before the delivery it get returned (Retured by cusmoter) when i talked to flipkart customer support team they said seller cancelled the product. Then i asked but why they cancelled just one day before the delivery, the representative didn't able to explain.

      Sir, I have an order of Redmi 5a in flipkart.com order no OD[protected], they confirm that order has been successfully done and give me my deliver date, but after 30 min they cancelled it. and give the explanation that 'Due to High demand and Equal Distribution'. I'm booked a mobile phone and they cancel it without any reason.
      After so much effort booked Redmi phone but this idiot seller just cancelled it. Waste of time and such useless seller. Pls don't book any phone. Useless

        I have received 2 ac whirlpool products though i needed one. While i was ordering the first one i got an error message from bank then i ordered again. While i was delivering i was told that there are 2 packages so i thought one would be fan and other would be unit and i signed the acceptance sheet and asked them to keep the products, now when they gave it was total 4 packages means 2 same products, now i am requesting a return flipkart is not accepting it.         Customer raised a complaint stating that while placing the order for 1 quantity, 2 quantities has been ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of 1 quantity. The seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on March 11, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
        They cheated closed request without my knowledge.i got 2times defective mobile.approved return n closed without my knowledge.i want justice.hw can they cheat a honest customer
        I purchase the moto g5 spluse from flipkart &2 days delivered on 21st Feb 18 and 4days I am facing concern with phone account login issue &same was inform to flipkart but they didn't response and said we are not response from my side

          Whirlpool 215 l direct cool single door 4 star refrigerator.

          Right side of the compressor is heavily rusted. So i choose to return the refrigerator. Next day whirlpool technician visited and said its a manufacturing defect. (He did nothing and simply left) next day flipkart cancels return order.
          So either kindly replace the product or replace the rusted compressor.

For equal opportunity they only have to cancel any of my one order... Why did they cancel my both orders.. Please resolve this problem.

              In this case I ordered Redmi note 5 pro 4, 64 gb and during payment bank account deducted 28000 instead 14000 so plz check it and refund my money . I attached passbook of bank account. Plz check it and take action about it.

                I ordered redmi 5a on flipkart but my order has been cancelled after few minutes even confirmation messages were also sends on my number but i don't know. Why flipkart do that. This is not fair and i hate flipkart to buy anything from this shopping app. I try to get this phone from three weeks but all of this week my order has been cancelled. Please help me.

                  Recently tried to buy redmi 5a and was not able to because error pop up "unable to get contact list" and missed the deal.
                  Turns out i cannot buy anything from flipkart because of the pin code and and area location did not match.

                    One of the most worst flash sale experience i had while buying a product from flipkart. As soon as tje flash sale started i was trying to buy honor 9lite but it was showing unable to update contact list error and after few minutes the phone gone out of stock. Really very disappointed with the service of flash sale ever. Its second time that happened with me while buying this phone.
                    If the flipkart cant fulfill the wants than at least don't play with the emotions of the consumer's.

                      Sir i purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart and after 3 days i complained about defect in sound and they sent their technician... Sir technician tried to resolve it but was not properly resolved.. I also complained to him that it's not properly done.. But he said it's better than before but was not as original... I requested for replacement within 10 days but they denied.. As per company norms if customer not satisfied with the product, he/she can claim for replacement within 10 days.

                          Flipkart sent me a faulty phone and i make request within 10 days for return/replacement. No response after so many conversations. Every time Flipkart customer care saying wait for 2-3 days and very unprofessional behavior by disconnecting call. False commitment done by their technician who visit to my place. Phone has hanging problem, works slow and back cover is loose.

                            While placing order of honor 9 lite (32gb), it was showing delivery is not available on given pincode 411037. But when i was trying with 64gb variant, it was allowing me to place the order.
                            What was the scenario please help me with my query as dont want to miss in tomorrow's fash sale.

                              Your product page says "cash on delivery option is not applicable for this flash sale". So this means only online payment is available... But the product goes out of stock in some about 5-10 seconds??

                              How the hell is this possible?? Even god can't check out so fast! To pay through the online payment option one person at least need 1-2 minutes if he has an insanely fast internet connection. How the phone can go out of stock with 10 seconds??

                              You are literally running a scam. Flipkart & mi, you are cheating people with all these nonsense just to create a hype & hoax. You are the biggest fraudster in india.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have taken part in the flash sale of redmi note 5 pro black colour 4gb ram/ 64 gb rom veriant at 12 pm on 7th march 2018 and in earlier flash sale while the flash sale started the phone was succesfully added to cart on 7th march, 2018 but while trying to pay for the phone which was already added to cart, within the next 2-3 second, it is shown as payment failed and item out of stock.

                                This is extremely fraudulent and corrupt behavior and doesn't suit a market giant as big as flipkart. I totally understand that the mi products have high demand and go out of stock in seconds during the flash sale but what i experienced today is completely unprofessional and unethical.

                                How can it be out of stock if i have already added it to cart. Is this a right practice to do business? How can product will out of stock within 2-3 second?...

                                After calling to the customer care, your customer care excutive - mr vikas behave badly with me. Kindly take urgent action to provide me the product as mentioned above. It is really you are making fool to the respected citizen of this society. This is the matter to taken to the consumer court.

                                I am very annoyed with behavior and may quit flipkart permanently.

                                  There might be some Fraud. I wanted to buy Pro model today (7th March 2018). More than 5 of my friends tried along with me to buy this phone at 12PM. But it showed "out of stock" from the beginning both in website and in mobile. But normal version of Redmi Note 5 was available for more than 5 minutes. I think they didn't had any "Pro" model in stock today and faked sale.
                                  My order number is OD[protected] .. placed today and when checked again its cancelled .. talked with flipkart on fb n they said its due to some unforeseen constraints..
                                  what is that now ... took me 3 weeks to book phone and now its cancelled..
                                  i want my order .. do anything and get it delivered it to me asap

                                    I want to buy redmi note 5 pro. But when the sale start at 12 noon. The product did not snow buy now or add to cart. It directly shows out of stock. This was happen to me 3 times. Plz do some thing that every one will get chance to buy the phone.

                                    As my suggestion u can register the customer before the sale an during the sale sale the registed customer can easily but the product. It also help you about the product demand.

                                      Hi, i was planning to buy redmi note 5 pro for that i was ready on[protected] at 12 pm. I have successfully added to it to my cart but when i was going to place an order to buy it after few seconds it was showing me that out of stock and its still available in my cart but not able to buy it. Help me out of this. Thank you

                                        This complaint is being submitted with extreme frustration of an online shopper

                                        As you have known already, online flash sales for redmi note 5 pro has been on since last february. I've been trying so hard to get a click on buy now/add to cart option for the past 2 sales but luck wasnt on my side i thought.

                                        Today, i have tried and finally got to add the phone in to the cart at 12:00pm and while i clicked next on the payment options, the phone was checked out as out of stock which i believe is cheating/fraud by the seller/flipkart whatever.

                                        Considering the goodwill of your company and customer interests need a valid clarification or resolution for this online flash sales fraud
