Very bad service. After placing order and order delivery status showing rhe item reached nearest hub, it wasn't delivered. When contacted, they said pin code is wrong and fresh order to be placed. But how can i change my house adress? Very very bad experience. Never order on flipkart. This is the worst excuse. If item cant be delivered then why take the order.

    I purchased double door haier refrigerator form flipkart in exchange offer, the wishman has come with new fridge and some problem of delay due to my family members have sleep at afternoon he angrily with some word exchange after that without he seen my old fridge he reported that fridge is not working while actually my fridge is working presently, i complaint against this but still they not listen my complaint please justice me

      The product philips in-she1515bk/94 wired headset with mic, the order has been placed on[protected] on 12.17 pm and it displayed the message will be delivered on[protected]Sunday). Now it is showing that the order has been cancelled by you, an automatic message has come from flip-kart. As indeed i didn't cancel my order. So kindly process my order. Is this the way to place and cancel the order to the customer. Your co operation is highly solicited. Not the right way to treat the customer. I want my product, that is it.

        I got a call officially from Flip-kart, saying that we are apologizing for the issue, that has been caused. I cannot digest the issue, what they are saying. If in a situation like me, you are going it to gift anyone, being a quality product, while gifting it anyone who is close to you (the lover of Electronics), you have ordered it, the shipment has been finalized by around 12.15 PM on Friday[protected] and suddenly a message gets delivered that it has been cancelled by Yourself (ie. the Customer (Me)) and again the message gets displayed as it was cancelled due to wrong price mentioned by 4.15 PM .Feel it, how it hurts, get physically and mentally depressed.The flip kart Customer care said that it was a technical issue by the seller. My question is that i ordered the product around 12.15 ~ 12.20 PM, automatically shipment has been done and intimated that you will receive the product on Sunday. I received the message around 4.17 PM on the same day. I questioned the flip-kart customer care why it took 4 hours to cancel the order, he said the seller might be busy, before releasing the offer of the product, wont the seller check it before they launch it and even after releasing they might not check it, whether the product price released is right or wrong, is this the right way to communicate. I got the answer like this. Will it take 4 hours to check the product which is released is right or wrong, not the right way to accept the mistake. i am really disturbed feels very much annoyed, wasted all my time to express via telephonic communication for more than 30 minutes and via this email. I thought flip-kart provides me the right solution for the concern. but i feel i didn't get it. Please Flip-kart provide me the best solution for it and it is not the right way to treat your customers. Provide me the best solution in reconsidering the shipment of the product at the same price, so that the seller will be aware while releasing the product before launching it and he should realize it. Do the needful as early as possible.

        On continuation to the attached pdf, the issue has not been resolved yet, with no proper explanations, in which i am not satisfied. This is not the right way to close the issue to your customer. I am very much physically and mentally disturbed, wasting all my time, energy in narrating an email to you for the past one week, etc. Sorry to say still i am not at all satisfied with your explanation.Else please escalate the issue to your higher official. Please do the needful.

          The worst experience i have ever came across. I have order redmi 5a, after missing it twice. It got shipped and almost reached, and i got a message that refund will be done soon. When i checked the tracking in flipkart it showed that the product was cancelled by me. Flipkart support said that it was cancelled by seller to satisfy others... What, to satisfy others will they cancel my order?. Bad service by flipkart. And the worst experience with the seller...

            I ordered a cell phone which should be delivered to me today as per notificetion msg received from flipkart and as i mentioned work time for delivery it should deliver to me before 5.00pm. I called a courier guy (Refuses to tell me his name) to ask expected delivery time. He argued that he is doing delivery as per his schedule and can not come before 6.00 pm. I asked him then what is use of mentioning work hours in delivery timing. Again he argued on the same saying "aisa hi hota hai" flipkart should take action on such or increase timing of work hour delivery rather than making us fool.

                I have purchased a philips sound bar on 26th feb 2018 in flipkart,

                Product got delivered on 2nd march 2018,

                When i opened the package there was just old dvd player instead of speakers without any brand box,

                I requested for return on 2nd march 2018 evening,

                Return pick up was successfully done on 3rd march 2018 morning at 10 am,

                To my surprise on 3rd march at around 9 pm i got a text message, your return pick up was rejected due to missing items,

                On 4th march i called customer care on toll free no and explained everything to them as pick up was done yesterday,

                Sent many emails and called many times to them till date but my issue has not solved nor i got my refund,

                I look forward your support into this.

                  I seriously have no idea regarding the chargeable amount of 2, 752.11 rs. I am very confident that i have not used my credit card at all. The reason is i am not even in india from last january 2018. And suddenly what the heck i see that i am being charged of this amount in the last month which i don't even know, fortunately i checked my statement and then saw i did not order anything, the fact is why would i use if i am not in india.

                  I have all the valid proof to show that i have no used this. It can be a big issue, therefore would request you to revert the charges back along with extra charges which was applied.

                    I had booked acer predator helios 300, on 13- march, it was on sale for 95k. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th march, but it didn't. Then they called and asked to cancel and reorder just now, after the sale ended, now it's priced at 1, 05, 000 which is 15k higher. What will happen next, i am not ready to cancel my order, let the seller send a new piece. I have seen the same problem with another guy, so is this a scam by flipkart??

                      I have ordered redmi 4 but order taken as redmi note 4. I wanted it to be replaced with a different mobile (Honor 7x blue color 4gb ram and storage 64gb). Firstly replacement policy is not clear, flipkart says device will be replaced which is not clear on either same model or different make and model as well. When i talk to their representatives, then i realize it's only with the same model which is not right. I want to replace it with a different brand one honor 7x.

                        I ordered acer i3 7130u laptop which is selling at a discounted price during sale and placed order from the seller retailnet and flip-kart assured me of two day delivery and shown that they shipped the product through e kart logistics on 15th march 2:33 am and on 16th of march 2018 i checked tracking details and it showed that the shipment has reached a hub near to me but couldn't delivered due to damage, "note this" i came to know this myself...

                        I have a purchased 3+1+1 soft set from flipkart in january month 2018. I received one damage sofa. I have informed to customer care people and they told they will arrange a tech visit. But it was not happend on time. After few follow ups, seller contacted me and asked to send the pics of damaged item. After sending the pics, he agreed to replace a new peice. And he forced me to modify the rating in flipkart site from 1 to 3. I done it. But he didnot replace the item till today (March 16th). When ever i called custome care, they are taking a complaint and giving one week time. Its almost near to 2 months.

                            Very disappointing experience. I ordered bajaj tc 2007 tower air cooler from flipkart. But unfortunately the product delivered to me was damaged. So i requested replacement for the same. Unfortunately product sent by the omni tech seller was a totally different product. Therefore i rejected the product and did not accept the delivery.

                            Further i contacted the flipkart and explain the issue but they replied that seller is unable to fulfill the replacement request because they do not have the bajaj
                            Cooler in stock.

                            How can i accept the completely different product??? Therefore i requested the refund but still i'm not getting any fair response from flipkart and the damaged product is laying as it is with me.

                            Finally received good response and Flipkart initiated refund process against the damaged product after product's pick up. The amount will be reflected by 31st March 2018.

                            We have spoken with Flipkart and waiting for technician visit.

                              My complaint is that recently i have bought amway nutrilite daily of rs.1485/_ on discount price. While consuming the product i feel quite different and have some problems then i earlier take. As such i think it is duplicate and its cover also seems duplicate. Its a health related products if i get negative results who will be responsible. Rs 1485/_ is not a small amount me. I think flipkart is a guinine firm i have shopped so many things from flipkart, i do not disappointed before but this time i feel its fake to buy amway product from flipkart.

                              Hello, I Nanda Sunar have bought one Amway nutrilite daily few days back on above of number, I guninely feel that the product have adverse result while consuming then before. I feel the product is duplicate and it's cover also seems duplicate. So far health is concern its best to not sold such type of medicine through online. I think flipkart is a guinune firm where I shopped various items from flipkart but this time unfortunately I got duplicate product in fake name. So who will be responsible for my health if I consume such type of duplicate product.

                                My card got debited twice by rs 6999/- on 9th mar, 2018 while purchasing moto c but order failed. Contacted more than 3-4 times but refund not initiated till date. It appears my mobile no has also been blocked by flipkart to escape from complaint. Also, sent my card statement today but no response from flipkart. Worst service. Amazon is better than flipkart. Flipkart misappropriates other's money. Their customer support worst.

                                  I was most awaited for the redmi note 5 pro sale.. I added 2 times in cart but every time after adding cart its goes to out of stock in 3-4 seconds.. I don't don't know how any body can make payment in 3-4 seconds... I already not trusted on flip kart but now its proved i am right.. Amazon is lakhs times better service than you. I will never buy from flipkart.. This phone will buy from mi store or site now but not from flipkart...

                                    Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                                    Entered the code successfully.
                                    After that it was asking please set a new password.
                                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".
                                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      On feb 26, 2018 i received a text that showing the deduction of amount (Rs 10, 999) in flipkart withdrawal my amount through hdfc bank mctf transaction i did not done any transaction on my hdfc debit card (Protected) through flipkart...
