I ordered 2 microtek stabiliser from flipkart. They delivered one only and app status shows they have deliver both of them. I am following up from last 15 days but only thing i am getting is a new date. They have agreed that part is missing but they are not delivering the missing stabiliser. Complete harassment of customer. I have paid in advance neither they are refunding money in my account. Please don't buy anything from flipkart

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as seller tried approving return as replacement but same has been not processed through so refund has been done from seller end. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    I just ordered a sony 16 gb microvault pendrive, the pendrive had very low write speeds and eventually it failed one day it doesn t format or copy or nothing

      So i was sitting next to my laptop eagerly to buy the redmi note 5 pro black (64 gb, 4 gb ram) at 21/3/2018. And was even more excited when the product got added to my cart. But... As soon as i entered cvv for payment via debit card the product went out of stock.
      I think it is completely unacceptable that the product goes out of stock even when it is added to the cart.
      Flipkart please do something about it.

        My name is abhishek dutta.
        Right now, i'm submitting a complaint regarding a payment issue of an order placed by me on flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com) on 15th march. The order was for a mobile phone battery amounting to rs. 449 and it was sold by seller 'onlinesiddhi'. The order id is od[protected]For your ref.).

        Now, coming to the main issue, when i was placing the order, i chose phonepe wallet as payment method. When i made the payment for the order, my money was instantly debited but the order was unsuccessful and it showed "payment pending". As i was in a an urgency of getting that product, i tried to reattempt the payment. This time, money was debited again but the payment and order, both were successful.

        So now, as there have been 2 payments for a single order, its their basic duty to refund the first pending amount of rs. 449.
        But, the sad thing is they haven't done it yet. It has been 7 days from that order, my item has been delivered, but still they don't bother to refund it.

        I contacted them almost everyday. When i called phonepe for the first time, they said that they don't have the money and they have transferred it to flipkart. When i called flipkart later onwards, now they turned the table for me and said "we didn't receive any extra amount from phonepe. Please contact them for refund". For 7 days, i have been hearing this and recently, the have started giving dates after dates for refund. But, they have constantly failing those dates right now, and giving a new date every time.

        What the hell on earth is going on? I'm a very busy man and i have a lot of work. For how long should i keep calling them?? Will i ever get my money??? I'm extremely hopeless and confused right now.

        If phonepe doesn't take necessary actions, i won't bother facing them at district consumer court!

          Don't buy on offer exchanging Mobile phone in the pincode-723121, Because 1st time, I booked phone but not excepting by the inexperienced and unsocial delivery boy.But 2nd time same phone booked on Flipkart, then another delivery boy agreed to exchange the phone, when exchange price is quite less then 1st time booking.same inform to customer care but no necessary action taken.This is the only way to harass the common people.

            I bought a power bank in the month of august 2017 and because of the low product quality, i had to replace it and i received the replacement in the month of nov.
            Even the replacement has the same issues., i contacted flipkart and flipkart smartbuy customer service who asked me to visit the service center in hyderabad and get it checked so that if required replacement will be made.

            As per their instructions i went to the service center which was 24 - 28 kms away from my location and got it checked. The service center guys gave me an acknowledgement receipt with instructions saying that someone will come and collect the power bank., and if stock is available, product will be replaced or else refund will be made.

            I came back home and the next day reached to smart buy customer service to check when i can expect the pick up.

            And now they say that the product is out of warranty.

            After providing a verbal confirmation over a recorded conversation and providing with an acknowledgement about the same., they provide such lame excuses.

            There was no superior available to speak about the same and as well as to my surprise there was no one i could speak to.

            I was told that i'd be receiving a call from them which i haven't received

              I bought a product from flipkart. A carom board it is broken there is a 10day replacement I gave a return request they delivered at 2nd march now 27th march then I will call every day on March 20 th I call customer care and I said after 24th march I don't want carom board and asked them to refund. I asked what they will do if they don't process return on time.I asked if they would give whatever I ask if they don't process request on time. But still waiting for refund. nobody has showed up. very Bad service.

                  I bought a Samsung C7 (WM55159 )handset through flip cart on[protected]. ( Invoice Number is FAAOZK[protected]). After using it for a couple of days it shows a complaint in the display and I consult with the service centre. Then they told me that since the hand set is in the DOA period they will issue a DOA certificate on registering a service call. Now I want to check, the procedures to be followed to get my set replaced from FLIP KART on receipt of the DOA certificate from Samsung.

                    I have purchased flipkart musicpods on 11 nov 2017. And after 4 month one side earplug is not working and warranty of this product is 1 year now i followed all the step of replacement and i have already courier of this product to warehouse but status is this..                           I had not done any pos transaction of flipkart by using my bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 i got a message that i have done pos transaction of rs.10999/-, rs.13365/- and rs. 6550/- on flip kart (Rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 which i have not done. Settlement to the vendor and refund the amount and if possible trace the shipping address so that we can find the fraudster.

                          I tried to report the same to flip kart on their website but the domain name cs. Flipkart is not available.

                          Vinod Maurya (my brother) had not done any POS transaction on flipkart by using his bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 but he got message that he had done POS transaction of Rs.10999/-, Rs.13365/- and Rs. 6550/- on flip kart by his rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 but he had not done any shoping even he is never using his card for any payment.                             I had made purchase on flipkart's big billion day sep 21st 2017 for a dslr camera with order id - od[protected] for an amount of rs 43490/-.
                            The transaction was done via phonepe wallet. I cancelled the order on the same day as i was in no need of such expensive dslr as i am a beginner. Flipkart says the refund was reversed to my phonepe wallet but it is not done till now.
                            If i raise an issue, they simply say it was reversed to my phonepe wallet and provide the email id of phonepe without any transaction/reference id which can track that reversal and simply close my ticket without any proper resolution.

                                I returned an item to flipkart on 17march 2018. And got a message that they are processing refund for the order. But till now i didn't get the refund. I have called several times to customer care and they are saying that from there end refund is completed. I have complaint through mail as well but didn't receive any proper response. These people are just fooling customers.

                                  On 23.3.2018 at about 11.30 i have received my order id od[protected]. I gave order for kanak (Shree sugandh) incense sticks only. But you have sent another incense sticks. I know kanak sticks smell. Previously you have sent also. But that received incense sticks are not kanak. Shree sugandh cheating me. There are so may on line shops are there, i am very confidence of your fliplart/com.in this connection, i want to return the incense sticks and arragne what i asked (Kanak). Please intimate me.

                                  Customer raised complaint regarding wrong product received, we have interacted with customer and informed that seller has already processed one time replacement if again issue seller will be processing request for refund. Customer not willing for it hence closing the case from our team

                                    And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                                    Last few months my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                    Entered the code successfully.
                                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have requested for the return of the phone which i recently purchased on 22-mar. I raised the request for return on the date of 25th. But the request is rejected without even notifying me by the considering f techie visit fake confirmation about the resolution. My product has battery draining issue as well as takes long time recharge the battery (5-6hrs). Customer care people are not ready to listen to customers. They talk only about their policy. This is really frustrating. It is an indirect force to a customer to use a faulty product. It is all in their blaming game (Seller rejected, techical issue etc)

                                      Customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated to the relevant team and we have arranged for the technician visit and the issue has been resolved and requested customer to visit Authorize service center hence closing the complaint from our end
                                      I am not sure why you guys are keep on extending the date. First I was promised that the issue will get resolved by 27th March.Now I have received the email that it will get resolved by 29th March. What kind of service is this.

And flipkart give me some not reliable different product and different color ink instead of brother ink.
