Flipkart is doing black marketing on redmi note 5 pro flash sale... Koi v product 5 second me out of stock nhi hota hai or bo v 2 times...22 and 28 feb me esa hin hua redmi note 5 ka v... Cart me ja kar v out of stock ho rha hai... Olx mein ek ek jan ke pas 30 40 mobiles kese ate hai jab ki hum logon ka ek v book nhi hota.. Millions phone bas 5 sec. Me hin kese book ho jayenge.. Type karne k liye to kam se kam 7 8 sec lagenge... Kuch to gadbad hai isme... Ye achi bat nhi he flipkart black marketing karta hai... Is issue ke regarding flipkart ko kuch karna chahiye because customer ko problems ho rha hai.. Bahut sare logonko ye problem ho raha hai.. We need a solution regarding this issue

same problem ...it took me 3 second after selecting debit card for payment suddenly out of stock ...this happens two time with me ...flipkart should take action against black selling on olx...after 5 mins on olx same mobile buy same date selling at high prises...how this seller gets mobile why not we...mi store also saying phone not available same mobile from mi store in mumbai baught and sell ...all are milibagt with store staff

    This is my second time m writing to u because no issue has been resolved till now. Still getting the same fake calls n fake updates but no proper answer or genuine reason why it's getting delayed. Now this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. M feeling like i have done a big mistake buying this phone from flipkart. I have also recieved a call from ur side assuring that my issue will be solved by today but again flipkart has delayed the tech visit for no reason as they have been doing till now. I request you to please look into the matter very seriously as m getting fed up and frustrated now because of their irresponsive behaviour and unprofessionalism.in my flipkart app it's showing refund request has been approved but today an executive has called me up saying my tech visit has been delayed to 5th march for no reason. It has been happening to me since more than 15 days now. Its really frustrating. Kindly help me solve my issue as soon as possible.

    So this kind of trick of delaying has been played with everyone. Fake promises and fake tech visit messages but at the end nobody turn up and then again the same story of rescheduling the tech visit. If my issue is not solved now I will raise a complaint in consumer court.i got an update in my Flipkart app of tech visit completed and request approved but no tech visit had been done yet. This is too much now.

    Again my tech visit has been delayed which was about to happen yesterday on 2nd March which later got delayed to 5thmarch and now it's delayed to 7th march. And the reason they are giving me is technician had called me but I didn't responded. I get calls from customer care executive explaining me the reason for the delay and also I get call back when I request it but only their technician cannot contact me. I don't know from where their technician is being contacting me but is unable to reach me.i also asked their technician s number so that I can call him and do the needful but they are not even giving me his number.nor they are giving me information of technicians name and number who was appointed to solve my issue. Even after replying to their mails for providing my alternate number, their systems are still not updated for which I had to call and update my number. M getting so many calls from customer care saying sorry for delaying but doing nothing for me. only their technician cannot contact me is abit surprising thing for me.i request you to please help me as m very much disappointed and frustrated with their service and same fake reasons.

      During the 2nd flash sale of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

      I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

      This is complete cheating of customers.

          I purchase a lg 43 inch tv which got delivered to me on 21st of april. They promised that free installation will be done by 24th of feb. Its more than 10 day., and whenever i call their customer care they arte very rude and warn me not to call. They are not doing the installation and my tv is kept without being used.

          Very irresponsible company with illiterate people sitting in the customer care who don't have the basic sense of how to talk to customers

          When Will you revert. You should close your shop if you can't serve the customers. I had to spent Rs. 2500 on the installation when it should have been given by you for free as promised in the product page.

            On feb 26, 2018 i received a text that showing the deduction of amount rs12, 399.00 in flipkart withdrawl my amount through hdfc bank mctf transaction... I didn't done any transaction on my hdfc debit card no. ([protected]) through flipkart.. But i done transactions on december month 2017 in big billion days... So refund my money..

              Worst experience ever,

              I have ordered a philips trimmer which was around 1600 and there was an offer of it for 1050rs. I have been waiting for my order for around 6 days and they have cancelled it even without informing.

              Are they really kidding me?

              If you cant sell product on offers, dont you just put it in that way.

                This is an important post, read it so that you do not fall prey to #flipkart

                I will ensure no customer faces this ever, what i went through, if #flipkart doesn't launch a compensation policy and penalize itself for such harassment and frauds - then if it requires me to take this with the pmo/consumer, court i will.

                I await response from #mrsachinbansal, he would also be reading the numerous reviews and may be this is also just another one for him..

                Yesterday, was a busy day for me with back to back meetings. The ekart executive called me for delivery of my first iphone, i was excited, i told him to allow sometime as i wanted to take back up of my data (The one i planned to exchange)..
                I quickly completed that and reset the phone to factory setting.. I went downstairs to collect my order.. The courier guy checked my phone and asked for payment. I insisted if may be i can check the packet first but he said that's against the policy, as i have earlier also shopped with flipkart.. For product as big as a tv, i ended up swiping my card.. But amount was big so i quickly opened the packet before the courier guy leaves.. It was lunch hour and so this common place where all courier guys sit to deliver products was quite surrounded by the employees of multiple companies in the sez. I shouted soap, shocked.. The courier guy looked at me and immediately called his boss.. The boss initially told me that the transaction would be reversed however refused later. Meanwhile i called the flipkart my trusted online parter who did not trust me at the time i most needed them..
                1. The executive said your complaint is taken and only post investigation can we decide to refund or not by 3rd march
                2. Reena the sr. Executive was connected who told me that nothing can happen right now. I insisted and said the ekart guy is here please confirm from him, she spoke to him for 2-4 mins but refused to take immediate action instead told me i can proceed with police complaint.
                3. I requested to connect me to her manager who was connected after a while.. But told me that he can only raise the complaint and cannot assure refund because he is not from logistic team.. I requested him to support but all went in vain..
                4. The courier person was there in the premises where i waited for 3 hours for a call back.. But no one was concerned..
                5. I had not even done my breakfast, it was already 3.. When i went back to my seat.. Missed some imp. Calls and meetings too..

                In all this mess.. I became a centre of attraction as people were clicking the delivered soap packet, making multiple videos etc., some telling me my mom had a similar experience like this last week, some saying flipkart is in losses so it's their new strategy, and i was a sorry figure.. Totally embarrassed.. Silently feeling the pain of money gone.. Helpless

                Meanwhile i receive a call from mr. Vithal who tells me i will get the product replaced in 24 hours and no refund because of seller policy.. I still sighed relief, though i was only looking for refund.. Something is better than nothing.. I asked him if the quality of product would be assured.. He replied - madam you can't expect guarantee in online shopping * twice he mentioned that.. I was stunned..

                I was called to police station to register a complaint.. My first experience.. All alone.. It was a bad experience and wrote my complain which i have taken back now..

                Finally i received a call from my relationship manager from flipkart who made sure my refund was in place - thanks..

                In all this, no fault of mine i lost 8 productive hours.. Loads of stress.. Embarrassed.. So much of harassment..
                It took me seconds to choose flipkart for this big transaction.. And it took no time for flipkart to tell me wait till 3rd march, proceed as you like, we don't know if you are right.. No trust even when ekart guy is evident of the situation..

                I am glad i got my refund.. But when i inquired about how do you compensate for this harassment and all i went through reply was we do not have customer compensation policy - oh really, well then may be its customer biasness..
                I asked can you let me know post your investigation where and what went wrong.. Sorry that's out internal process..

                Is this all a loyal customer can expect?

                They are not ready to compensate me for the mental harassment.. Please help!!

Or mera product three days se out of delivery dikha raha. Na koi coll aaaya or na kuchh. Bas msg aaya tha or usme koi number bhi ni tha. Or flipkart baale kah rahe hai ko doosra order place kariye. Ab mai kaha se karu order. Gift tha bo. Koi action bhi ni le rahe flipkart baale. Koi to solution deejiye... Esa those hi hota hai. Mai one month se kah raha sir ekart ko mat deejiye koi bhi product mere liye. But aaaj ye ho gaya. Tell me flipkart. Bekaar service... Worst worst

                          I Had ordered for Oppo f5 on 24th feb, (OD[protected] ordered was supposed to deliver on 26th Feb, I had waited all day but ordered did not cam neither any call, when myself called to flipkart and check the status they says it has been misrouted in same city and this will come on 2nd march only, since I not available in Goa on 2nd march, I had cancelled the order the order and request for refund 18.7k to my cc, I had received email from Flipkart stating that I can place another order and this time they this mistake will not repeat from their site. based on that I had ordered again 4 items since delivery date was before 1st march.

                          Order detail-

                          1. OD[protected] Delivery date was 26th feb, Misrouted, (I had to cancel and re-order, so than I can get new order on time as promised by flipkart) .
                          2. OD[protected] Delivery date 1st march - Misrouted
                          3. D[protected] Delivery date 26 feb, Misrouted
                          4. [protected] Delivery date 28th feb- Misrouted
                          5. OD[protected] Delivery date 1st march - Misrouted

                          My all item I ordered is mistouted, I called customer care to check what is wrong on my address, however everything is correct and this just near to Panjim Hub.

                          I had not received my single order on time and flipkart is charged my 38k on my card.

                          No one is giving correct info, customer care team said to wait for 2 days than you see yourself. if it’s coming in 2days than I may cancel the order and get refund after 7 days, this is totally unethical behaviour.
                          this was great response by Flipkart customer care team.

                          This is Holi festival people are going there home town to celebrate with family, as I am from not so rich, I had order some Holi gift for my family members with my savings.
                          Now flipkart had spoiled my most awaited festival because of their carelessness.

                          If flipkart cannot deliver the things so I had asked customer care team for immediate refund, since the money which kept to buy Holi presents Flipkart is holding it now they said me wait for 7 days as per process, ( if you follow the process than why my item not delivered to my doorstep as per process)

                          I had requested to customer care that I am not going to be in Goa on after 1st march, this is the reason i had selected the item which deliver on my appropriate date. I had request them to give me at least courier company address, so that I will go myself and collect it before 1st March, so I can Go my hometown on 2nd march.

                          Panjim is just 20 minute distance from my address, where Courier company located, customer care team told be very clear ‘’ we cannot do anything’’ ( it means I spend my money on flikart shopping was a biggest mistake)
                          what is use of having my refund after festival get over.
                          what is the use of getting item delivered to my address when I am not there.

                          if flipkart cannot deliver the things on time than make sure to mentioned in your website very clear that it may take 2 -10 days, not just 2 days. this is cheating and flipkart customer care team is useless. they cant contact seller, they can’t contact courier, they can’t contact even me when I asked them to update me, Flipkart customer care team don’t have rights to make outgoing calls.

                          I had asked to escalate this Misrouting issue of all my individual items to seniors management, I had been transferred to manager and super wiser Prashant and shanti, both are useless, they did not do anything for faster delivery. accept making some hidden note which not one bother to read and see.

                          on 28th Feb at 10.30pm, I had customer support, I had told them that last time my order was misrouted so I had to cancel and order again to get on time before 1st march, they had told me ‘’ do not worry this time it will not happened’’ I told her to contact seller and courier company or make a strong note, not to misroute my item this time .
                          Now next day on 1st march I see the status order again misrouted, your customer care team are really useless they don’t help any customer and they don’t take ay actioned even we share all issue with them.

                          Not 1, total 5 item is misrouted on same city, and it happened only with me, 5 times.

                          I need explanation, why Flipkart has done this to me, spoiled my Holi presents and wasted my time writing all this issue, this not supposed to exist you flipkart has taken action when I called and inform them a day before.

                            My Friend gifted me a sony ps4 pro 1tb last year june 2017. He purchased it online from flipkart.com. Now my console has stopped working and when i approached the service centre, they say the warranty will not be honored as the dealer "Game zone" is not an authorised dealer. Raised a concern with sony India and they also said the same. The mrp on the box is for Rs. 32990/- but the amount that has been paid is Rs. 38790/-. Now I am unable to claim the warranty, even though flipkart assured that their invoice is enough to claim the warranty. The dealer is also unable to reach and sony india refuses to help.

                            How can Flipkart allow unauthorised dealers to sell on their website? Isn't this their responsibility to verify the authenticity of their seller before they allow anyone to sell on their website. Please help me to solve this issue.

                            Finally a happy customer. So Flipkart called my friend who had made the purchase and offered to refund the entire money paid for the product.                             I am facing the same issue. I have purchased a PlayStation 4 slim 500gb versionfrom Flipkart on 18/7/2018. The product delivered was faulty and hence I requested for replacement. Later on I came to know that the seller is unauthorised to sell the product and I won't be able to claim service warranty from Sony. In chat with Sony support they have clearly stated that the product is not genuine. Although, the replacement is underway I would like to return the product and get refund for the same into my banking account.

                              I bought a smart watch from flipkart which was delivered on 13th feb. It was surprise gift for my husband who was out of town from so many days. He came back yesterday and i gave him this watch. When we opened this pack so found that this piece is detected and back cover of the watch is not closed after pressing it.                                 I ordered a phone from flipkart, 8 days ago. It is a moto g5 s plus, but the turbo charger that came with it hasn't worked for even a second. Flipkart refuses to exchange the product with the original charger. They have given me a gift card worth 500 to buy myself some # charger, while the original charger is worth rs. 1400. What maths is this???!
                                This is the last time i ever use flipkart and i've already suggested my friends to not use flipkart too. It might have been the first company to start but it sucks balls now.

The return request approval status is still pending even after 10 days. when i contact customer care they say "Your issue has been assigned to back end team and the team will contact you in 24 hrs".                                     I added mi tv in my cart on 27th feb sale. Product was added to cart successfully. When i clicked on place order, suddenly order became out of stock. I am very disappointed with flipkart on this. Atleast you should give us some time after adding it to the cart.
