I Had ordered for Oppo f5 on 24th feb, (OD[protected] ordered was supposed to deliver on 26th Feb, I had waited all day but ordered did not cam neither any call, when myself called to flipkart and check the status they says it has been misrouted in same city and this will come on 2nd march only, since I not available in Goa on 2nd march, I had cancelled the order the order and request for refund 18.7k to my cc, I had received email from Flipkart stating that I can place another order and this time they this mistake will not repeat from their site. based on that I had ordered again 4 items since delivery date was before 1st march.
Order detail-
1. OD[protected] Delivery date was 26th feb, Misrouted, (I had to cancel and re-order, so than I can get new order on time as promised by flipkart) .
2. OD[protected] Delivery date 1st march - Misrouted
3. D[protected] Delivery date 26 feb, Misrouted
4. [protected] Delivery date 28th feb- Misrouted
5. OD[protected] Delivery date 1st march - Misrouted
My all item I ordered is mistouted, I called customer care to check what is wrong on my address, however everything is correct and this just near to Panjim Hub.
I had not received my single order on time and flipkart is charged my 38k on my card.
No one is giving correct info, customer care team said to wait for 2 days than you see yourself. if it’s coming in 2days than I may cancel the order and get refund after 7 days, this is totally unethical behaviour.
this was great response by Flipkart customer care team.
This is Holi festival people are going there home town to celebrate with family, as I am from not so rich, I had order some Holi gift for my family members with my savings.
Now flipkart had spoiled my most awaited festival because of their carelessness.
If flipkart cannot deliver the things so I had asked customer care team for immediate refund, since the money which kept to buy Holi presents Flipkart is holding it now they said me wait for 7 days as per process, ( if you follow the process than why my item not delivered to my doorstep as per process)
I had requested to customer care that I am not going to be in Goa on after 1st march, this is the reason i had selected the item which deliver on my appropriate date. I had request them to give me at least courier company address, so that I will go myself and collect it before 1st March, so I can Go my hometown on 2nd march.
Panjim is just 20 minute distance from my address, where Courier company located, customer care team told be very clear ‘’ we cannot do anything’’ ( it means I spend my money on flikart shopping was a biggest mistake)
what is use of having my refund after festival get over.
what is the use of getting item delivered to my address when I am not there.
if flipkart cannot deliver the things on time than make sure to mentioned in your website very clear that it may take 2 -10 days, not just 2 days. this is cheating and flipkart customer care team is useless. they cant contact seller, they can’t contact courier, they can’t contact even me when I asked them to update me, Flipkart customer care team don’t have rights to make outgoing calls.
I had asked to escalate this Misrouting issue of all my individual items to seniors management, I had been transferred to manager and super wiser Prashant and shanti, both are useless, they did not do anything for faster delivery. accept making some hidden note which not one bother to read and see.
on 28th Feb at 10.30pm, I had customer support, I had told them that last time my order was misrouted so I had to cancel and order again to get on time before 1st march, they had told me ‘’ do not worry this time it will not happened’’ I told her to contact seller and courier company or make a strong note, not to misroute my item this time .
Now next day on 1st march I see the status order again misrouted, your customer care team are really useless they don’t help any customer and they don’t take ay actioned even we share all issue with them.
Not 1, total 5 item is misrouted on same city, and it happened only with me, 5 times.
I need explanation, why Flipkart has done this to me, spoiled my Holi presents and wasted my time writing all this issue, this not supposed to exist you flipkart has taken action when I called and inform them a day before.
