My name is dinesh pavse and my complain is regarding ac installation done jeeves through flipkart. It wasn't installed properly as there was a gas leak. Came to know about this through carrier technicians as they told me that the nut wasn't right or so there was a gas leak and that's y no cooling was there. And if carrier had to repair it i would get charged. I paid flipkart for installation so iam facing this issue and it isn't resolved yet. I spoke to a customer advisor and she put me on hold for more than 15 mins and never came back so i disconnected and request ed a call back. Another advisor called me n i told the issue all over again but she started asking same stupid questions again so i got pissed and screamed at her but i didn't use any profanity.. As i was pissed i disconnected. Now i want to know if my issue will b resolved or not.. I have paid upfront for installation and iam unhappy the way iam treated. I need this issue sorted as soon as possible.

      I order a whirlpool 190 litre fridge from flipkart i received the order in evening today. The price of the product was 11k i was in downstairs loading the product to the upstairs i counted the money while i was in downstairs the cunning courier boy name raju came upstairs i just handed over the money to the boy i was busy installing the product he said to me you had given 9k i don't wanted to create a sin he asked 2k extra he had kept 2k extra in his pocket hiding. Please do something take quick action against those frauds courier boy i have the incharge number of gati please dismiss him from the job directly from such scamer.         I recived a damage LG Refrigeator product Order Date Thu, Mar 8th 2018 and Order ID OD[protected]an the replacement product

        delivery date is much larte for that i contact the customer care. They reply Irresponsible. The fault is Flipkart side damage

        product. Then why should i wait for 10 day for replacement product. Already i waited 3 days for delivery but i recived the damage

        product. The back side of the product totally dust an look like old. Even they did not clean it also before sending delivery to me.

        I paied the full amount but flipkart service is worst. why should i give that much of 25000 rs unwantly to their account for 15

        days. I paied in credit card converted into EMI for that also iam paying intrest for not using of that damage product Past 8. Bust

        customer care simply sitting an reply very careless its policy an it will take 10 days of time to replacement. They dont care about

        which is i paid 15 day of interst for 25000 rs unwantedly.

        Installation and Demo Completed: We trust that Installation and Demo for LG 284 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator with

        order ID OD[protected] was successfully done. We hope you are happy with the service provided. Still i did not get the

        replace ment and and how you people gave me the demo when it happen i dont know but i got this demo completed message.

          i have ordered redmi 5a but it has not delivered to my address but to some other address delivered address pin code is also different.it is not a mistake but it is done for gaining money.because when i ordered it the cost is Rs 4999/-and after that its cost increase, and become Rs 5999/- so to gain money it is delivered to another place.
          if such thing is done by such a huge giant e commerce then a customer relia on it.
          i have also talk to the flipkart customer care but cannot solve my problem.

            Hello,

            I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹59990. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered the next day.

            The next day i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

            I have attached the photo of the laptop and the tracking details.

            The seller is retailnet, and the shipment is facilitated through ekart logistics.

            After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

            Now let me put three things clear.
            1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
            2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount

            After this the order got canceled and I again placed an order for the same item. Again same incident happened.

            I want answers.

            At the second time, again customer service told me to cancel the product and reorder it. I directly went to the nearest courier hub where my product is, and asked about it. They showed me the damaged flipkart outer cover, but the laptop cover and the product was completely okay. But at the time I asked about this to the customer care, they told me that, the product is also damaged. So there is no mutual understanding between these two. Outer cover is very large compared to inner cover leaving empty spaces inside and hence the cover got damaged. Please take care of packaging. Anyway I'm satisfied now.

              As per my order it must be deliver in my house which is near to main town anchal. but the delivery boy refuse and he call me to sent somebody to the highway to collect the same.means the highway is half km from my home.And again he warn me from next time you must come and collect from courier office.
              I am a regular customer to flipcart.from next time i am compell to give order through amazone they always give delivery to my home.

                I ordered 2 oppo f3 mobiles. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But i tried to cancel one item but it tooks both also for cancellation. So request to cancel only one item for flipkart executive but she said the order has cancelled. But she did not informed me that both order also will get cancel. Finally the executive cancelled both order also. If i scold she say sorry atleast i am requested to take the cancellation back but she is no response. The worst service i received from flipkart

                    I am trying to buy mi note 5 pro for the 4th time and those liers said sales begins at 12 noon but this is 2nd time that coming soon option has been changed to out of stock directly. There was no option to buy. If they have no phones for the consumer than they should not display this kind of offer. It was a very bad experince i have ever had with flipkart. If they have reserved the phones for the retailers or their closed one then this sales are not supposed to be there online.

                        The photo album product delivered to me without the rings. But i would like to give it to my wife as anniversary gift asap and don't want to return it since it will take another 10 days. So i used the product without the ring.                           Dear sir hamne 26 february ko ek cloudwalker led tv50 inch liya thea jo hame 5 feb ko mila jab installation ke liye engineer aaye tho vo led tv ko install karte samay unhone dekha ki led internal damge ho gya thea jike liye hamne ek filpkart me replacement ka order kiya hame schedule date diya gaya ki tech visit hoga, installation hoga, uske baad 20 feb ko cancelled ho gya, uske baad phir se return order place hua tech visit hua uninstall tion hua, kuch dino ke baad phir se cancelled hua phir 5 march, phir 12 march cancelled hua ab phir se date diya gya sir hame bhaut jayda pareshan ho gye hai😢

                                  I regret to inform regarding my ordered from flipkart. I ordered kobo multi orbitrec excersise machine on 03-jan-2018. But i received on 19th jan18. The product is fully damaged product. I requested immediately return request with photo proof. They agreed and approved. But they informed it will be pickup on 26jan18. But nobody came for pickup. Then i cantacted to flipkart they informed will do 06feb2018. Then i was put leave with loss of pay and waiting for the day. It was not happened. Then they extended to till 15feb2018 also approved for refund the amount. Then i was waited same like loss of pay. Similarly nothing happened. Finally they (Flipkart) confirmed me that we have escalated to higher level please wait till 26feb2018. And 27feb2018 will be processing your refund. Then i was waited on 26 with same loss of pay and the same date i have my family function. But i haven't attended due to the pickup. But nothing happened on that day also. But one thing i want to tell, i called to flipkart on 25th feb 2018 to intimated regarding pick-up and also asked whether really will come and pickup the item or not. But they promised me that, if pickup is not happened then we will process your refund directly. The same conversation proof i have attached. But now they asked to wait till 07march 2018. I think flipkart is cheating me. Because now they extended till 14 march 2018. It will be tomorrow. So kindly help me to solve. Also i have already loss of pay for more than 3days. Because of this. Also i missed my family function. So i need to get compensation due to this with my refund amount. I have not received any amount till now. As per the telephonic conversation with flipkart supposed to get money. But nothing happened.

                                    I am akash pushp johri, email [protected]@gmail.com, i ordered https://www.flipkart.com/chvts-tempered-glass-guard-mi-max-2/p/itmezkw7p7uyvj4h?... this tempered glass from flipkart for my phone mi max 2, but they deliver me wrong product, the product delivered to me is no where close to the description of the product and also the size of the product doesn't match. I called the customer care and told them about this but they say there's nothing they can do as the product is under no return policy. I want my refund as i am not going to pay for a product i didn't wanted and is completely useless.
