Flipkart is a big cheater so do not believe in this flash sale. They say sale at 12 noon at the particular day but at exactly at 12 noon they put out of sale. They are making others wasting valuable time. I wasted my time with them for two weeks. Sold out is added at exactly 12.00 pm. Why do they make like this others fool. Please stop these kind of cheating. If no products available then do not make it for sale. If you have 10 products then sell it in your own office.

    This is extremely fraudulent and corrupt behavior and doesn't suit a market giant as big as flipkart. I totally understand that the mi products have high demand and go out of stock in seconds during the flash sale but what i experienced today is completely unprofessional and unethical.

    I am trying since last three flash sale to buy redmi note 5 pro. Last two sale, it was just hard luck that i couldn't buy it.

    Today, with extreme caution, care and preparation i was able to add the product to the cart. But the product immediately went out of stock while it was in the cart. As far as a fair policy goes, a consumer should be given some time to check out. It was within fraction of a second that it went out of stock.

    Completely fraudulent, rigged and corrupt system.

    There might be some Fraud. I wanted to buy Pro model today (7th March 2018). More than 5 of my friends tried along with me to buy this phone at 12PM. But it showed "out of stock" from the beginning both in website and in mobile. But normal version of Redmi Note 5 was available for more than 5 minutes. I think they didn't had any "Pro" model in stock today and faked sale.

      Recently i have purchased a pc game but after many attempts and communication with the game service provider i was unable to play the game. Therefore i apply for refund and it has been approved and asked me for bank details.
      But to my great surprise the flipcart suddently told me that the product is belongs to "no return" category and your pc has no basic requirement for the game. So clarify the followings:-
      How you have known that my pc does not meet minimum requirement? And from the flipcart page how one can identify that a product is belongs to "no returns" category? Within a span of less than 12 hours how two version for a single issue can be communicate from a flipcart?

        From the day 1 it was damaged and i came to know after using it for sometime.
        When i tried for return, they are asking me to submit the mrp tag which was not there with the product.
        I have been given only the warrenty card and the box.

        When i contacted coustomer care of flipkart and told about my complaint. They are telling me that MRP tag is a must for return and it will never be missing with the product.
        They are not agreeing that MRP tag was not there and the product is a defective one.

          I am order fastrack watch on flipkart order id od[protected] which is delivered 23/02/2018. When i open packet im shocked because inside the packet watch is not available only fastrack box is available.
          Please help me.
          I also complains flipkart customer care but he told me to wait 3 to 4 day. After 4 day i call again to flipkart he told me to wait again 3 to 4 days.

            password recovery of flipkart account

            I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

            I got otp on both email and phone number but it said that "please try again after sometime.." when i input the otp and new password.

            I have tried couple of times and tried to reach customer care but all in vain.

            Also, if i try to sign up as a new customer,...

              I purchased MOTO M on[protected] order ID: OD[protected]. From that day onwards it has problem when switching off and on. when switched-on the cell some shaking lines are appearing on the screen long time. It was continues up to 3 months, after that charging problem occurred. Then i gave to service center for solving the problem. They told me it was charging board problem it has been changed by them. Even though shaking lines are same repeated again after few days i went service center explain about the problem they told it might be mother board problem. After that they called me and confirmed it was mother board problem. They changed the mother board also, but battery charging was not properly it took long time to charge nearly 10 hours and discharging with in 2 hours. On this problem again gave to service center for solving the problem, they told that it was a battery problem, It also has been changed.
              The present situation, 15 hours taken time for full charge 99% . After one hour using it was switched off. Present position is dead position.
              So please give me money back to my account. I will send your phone by courier or will handover to your persons. If not i will go to consumer court.

                  I ordered a combo of shoe(world wear footwear combo[protected], i got the product on 28/2/2018.i tried the shoes and i found that it is tight so i requested a replacement of shoe of 10 number size.
                  Delivery boy came and without any reason he said your shoes can not be replaced, i asked why then he replied that talk to customercare, then i also talked to customercare but no action was taken and they did not replaced my shoes.
                  I request that please replce my shoes with size of 10 number.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have been shopping from Flipkart from a very long time but this time I feels like there is no customer satisfaction. I have placed an order in Flash Sale, i have it successfully added in my cart and then I proceed with the billing but when I enter my cvv and click on purchase. It reflects that the order is out of stock within seconds.

                    As per flipkart policy for flash sale, if you have successfully added your order in cart you will have 15 minutes to do the billing. Then I called customer care and the folks who speak with they were so arrogant and they have no respect for customer and even they don't even understand the meaning of customer satisfaction.

                    I cannot order one single piece of MI TV 4 however the same product is available in the marked and they are even selling multiple orders, means you can order in bulk. You just need to visit OLX.COM and search for MI TV 4, you will get the seller name contact number and the TV itself for few thousand bucks extra.

                    I don't understand one thing if Flipkart is the only supplier, how it available throughout Indian market, which someone has gotten it out through Flipkart itself.

                    I don't have hope with Flipkart now and I believe there is no point of going live for sale next week if it is not gonna be available for customers.

                    I have been trying to order Redmi Note 5 Pro in Three of the flash sales conducted by flipkart.com. But even Once I couldn't see the product Available on the website - - - - - Coming Soon-------- Out of Stock @ 12.00 pm. Third time it was added into my cart but ' Out of Stock' Flipkart is rather selling it out to the black market. Otherwise how these handsets are available in plenty in OLX. com for higher prices...

                        I have purchase the one mobile ph. By flipkart order id is od[protected]. I have receive this product but charger is not working after that i have complaint to flipkart so many time all flipkart executive is provide the different different solution to me. Some executive is say i ll give some amount in your flipkart wallet account and some executive is say to me i ll replace this product. But i have not receive amount or replacement product. I have face this problem in nov 2017. After that 12 dec i have receive one call by flipkart executive she says to me i ll give you 700rs amount in your flipkart wallet account and i have received mail also from flipkart site but till date 06-march-2018 we dont have received any amount. And also my account is blocked. I told to many time every executive says your problem solve in 24 hour but still problem not resolve. My complaint id is in[protected]

                          Recently i ordered for hp 2135 printer for rs.3697.
                          After delivered, i tried to setup and print. But i am unable to print atleast a paper as i am getting error message "access door properly not closed" or "catridge is stalled" even though i closed it properly.

                          I requested to replace or return the product. But they are mentioning that technical visit will happen to verify to replace or not. But no one is coming by their mentioned due date and closing the request wih status "resolved". I tried with multiple requests and they are doing same and each time i request they are saying tech person will come, but no person is coming.

                            This is highly disappointing, the way this issue is handled by unsolicited and fabrication of facts.
                            Without my authorization, you folks keep on playing around with product requests, it seems this issue is forever.
                            First, received defective order, then placed request for replacement as per the policy, waited for 2 weeks, nothing happened.
                            Then suddenly someone from your team canceled and order return with refund and received call too for the same. Now, to my surprise, seller confirms replacement and you give a date of 5 weeks from original order placed.
                            Pls check all call records, that’s a scam going on within flipkart.
                            Now all of a sudden, your seller agrees for replacement. It looks like flipkart is more seller centric then following normally practiced customer centric approach by other online retailers. This won’t pay you.
                            And your seller, he is master of cheapness and flipkart, as you just follow his orders, keepe ng aside welfare of your customers. When he himself is not following his policy, then how dare you folks can force customer to fall in line.

                                I didn't like the service by flipkart as whenever the sale comes it gives fake promises.
                                Today 6th march 2018, there was a sale of mi tv 4 on flipkart at 12pm sharp.

                                I tried to buy it and to my luck it came into my cart, however when i started entering my address and proceed to payment gateway, the page showed "all of the items in your cart has gone out of stock,
                                I am damn sure that i filled my address within a span of 10 seconds due to chrome's autofill settings
                                I don't get it, that how can a product go out of stock within 10-20seconds even after getting into the cart, if it would not have been in the cart, it was understandable.
                                Or do flipkart wants us to carry our shopping within 10seconds wow..
                                I also took a screenshot when the product goes out of stock from the shopping cart.
                                I ask the consumercomplaint board to take strict action against this.

                                Same to same problem happen with me, while i am booking Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB). You must be change your way of booking while flash sale. If your product in cart then that product is not stock out. If i am compare with amazon.in then your website service is very pathetic, you must be change you coding.

                                    I order nikon d5300 dslr camera with 18-140 mm lens. Order delivered on 05.03.2018. The package was sealed but when i open the package there were two toy like plastic made totally broken thing which looks like camera but as i said they were totally broken and can't able to take any kind of picture and also i have received three small iron made pipe like thing. I have added photos and videos. Videos are taken while opening the box. Please suggest me what to do now.

                                    Received plastic made toys and iron pipes instead of my ordered item nikon d5300 with 18-140mm lens on 05.03.2018. The packaging is sealed and after opening there are no traces of camera, only two toy like totally broken plastic camera which can not able to shoot and have no switch. And also i got three small pieces of pipes made of iron. Now please suggest me and give me solutions.

                                      The refund amount of 9572/- yet not received and your team is unable to answer my queries that what is the issue behind the non-refund of payment done by gift voucher.

                                      Every time your time said and communicated the date of 5th march for the above refund. But nothing reflecting till now anywhere and your team appears clueless on the same.

                                      With all this they suggest me another date of 9th march which touches the heights of the ridiculous service. When the seller has refunded the mount on 23rd feb itself whats flipkart doing with my money in flipkart, i hope not shopping.

                                      With this try to suggest me what should be my course of action, approaching a consumer court over this or just think that this amount never belonged to me and quit shopping over flipkart.

                                      Anyway thanks for this awesome experience of digital shopping for a customer.

                                      And kindly upgrade your system and people.
