I have ordered gionee a1 (4+64gb) variant on 18th feb 2018 and it is delivered by flipkart on 20th feb 2018 to me. Mobile box is sealed packed but inside it there in only a used mobile, charger and datacable, and nothing else is there. It is return in the product description that there is also a transparent cover, glass, user manual and a ejector pin. Nothing is given to me. Overall it means product is not genuine and it is a used one, that why i am asking for refund to flipkart. But flipkart is giving me replacement. Till now (23rd feb 2018) in replacement process no action is taken at all. And they are also not refunding my money.

Please do needfull

Therefore, i will advice do not shop anything from flipkart.

      This is nikita chopra. My account is blocked by flipkart without any prior. On 18th feb 2018sunday i tried to place 2 orders of 3638/-, 2749/- via pnb netbanking for which amount got debited but order was not placed. I dint get refund of that amount yet. Debit msg attachment is attached herewith.
      Further, since those orders were not placed i tried to place those 2 orders via hdfc netbanking. Order of 2749/- and 4558/-got placed but i dint get orders yet and my account got blocked. Now what about my orders and amount?? Will i get my orders or will i get my refund.
      I called up so many times but none helped me. No call from customer care is received yet.
      Refund of total around 15000 rs. Is due.
      Is this way flipkart provide their services. No one from back end team called up. No one from customer care is helping. Should i take help from consumer forum to get this sort out. This is the worst experience from flipkart ever being a regular customer.

      We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to Customers Flipkart account.

        Multiple transactions hit my father's savings account with Axis bank (He did not buy anything, or the debit is with him and even the card info is kept in private) unfortunately it happened when he was out of coverage. He received transnational sms next day. As far as I know OTP is required for every transaction, I dont understand how this many transactions happened without OTP?
        This is a serious issue, when searched on internet, I can see many similar cases, what I have notices is, this transactions happens mostly with Flipkart and Axis bank!! This is really annoying.
        even after taking so much precautions you loose 45k rupees from your hard-earned money, how can we trust these big names.

        When I called Flipkart customer care, they say they cant take a complaint as their system is down and I have to call again after 4 hours.

          Never expected this from flipkart. I was waiting to buy the REDMI NOTE 5 PRO bated breath. REDMI NOTE 5 PRO went for its first flash sale on[protected].I was in the flipkart app ever since 11:00 A.M to but a phone which was supposed to release at 12 PM. phone went to sale at around 11:59 A.M.I managed to get a phone into the cart.I was directed to CASH ON DELIVERY option as it require time to enter card details. Finally, I was asked to enter captcha to verify that I'm a human. I tapped on PLACE ORDER, Instead of placing an order, It showed the product became OUT OF STOCK.all these steps took less than 10 SECONDS. Very disappointed :( ...what does that supposed to mean.I actually placed an order even before it is released and went OUT OF STOCKS even before it come to sale. Very Very unhappy about flipkart!

          P.s Time was acccurate, I clicked the BUY NOW option as soon as IT APPEAR!

            I ordered 1. A watch 2..5 watts led bulb and a flipflop totaling rs. 655.00. I paid through a gift voucher for rs. 500.00 and remaining through net banking. When final payment is completed, i just checked my order. There is none showing in the 'my order'.

                I ordered kodak tv...but picture qality is not perfect as described on website. I want refund/replace...but my total procedure are failed ang waited about 25 days...such in this time odered tv in another shoping site...i dont have replace tv i have refundable amounts because i allready baught this poduct.in this durations i want call flipcart customer excutive but his not resolved my problems. Flipcart return delivery policy says 10day repacement...but i give so much time and flipcart waste of time. Flicart return policy says in last stage...such...as...The field executive may be refuse to accept the return if any of the conditions are not met. For any product for which a refund is to be given, the refund will procedsed once the return product has been received by the seller.

So we interacted with the customer and apologized for the inconvenience and provided him the replacement of the product and confirmed that the replacement product is delivered and is good condition and no other issues.                   I have purchased Samsung galaxy on Nxt phone in the month of 23 Sep 2017.
                  while delivery courier person cancelled my order.
                  but till date i didn't receive my refund from Flipkart.
                  they have provided transaction Id same inquired in my SBI credit card customer care they mentioned no refund from Flipkart.
                  Flipkart cheating customers for giving fake dates and ids of transactions.

                  one more order on 13th Feb 2018 micro max phone by mistakenly ordered.
                  still no refund from Flipkart.

                  please take a issues on high priority.

                    I have purchased a wooden bed (Order ID: OD[protected], it got delivered on 23rd Jan'18.

                    Warrenty of the product is 1 year. (Covered in Warranty - On manufacturing defects, like polish and termite issue)

                    On 15th Feb'18 middle beam (in which plyboard get supported) of the bed broke, so I called customer care. Customer care told me to do followup myself with seller.

                    Within 20 days of purchase middle beam (in which ply-board get supported) of the bed broke, so I called customer care. Customer care told me to do followup myself with seller.

                    I contacted seller (Nidoo- Contact number -[protected]), Seller said product is with you, its your problem. I told him that it is under warranty, but he said the same statement, its your problem, I cannot help. There is no warranty of the product. You can contact local carpenter and do whatever I want.

                    I contacted local carpenter, they said it broked due to termite issue. Wood was infected with termite. It seems that seller did a superfical finishing & sold it. Normally wooden beam last for years'.

                    I again contacted Flipkart, they said we are not producing the product. I need to do whatever seller is saying. When I asked about the warranty, they said they cannot help as seller is denying to help. They said that I would have thought before purchasing the product.

                    When we buy product from Amazon & seller don't help even it is warranty, then Amazon replace it. I am forced to say that Amazon is better in every aspect.

                      I'm asking this because i bought a redmi 5a from flash sale of flipkart. After receiving the phone i found that its not properly working with any earphone. I have used lava, samsung, syska & mi's earphone as well but i faced same problem. One of shop keeper friend confirmed me that your phone is defective. Now i am asking asking flipkart to take it back as 10 days warranty is working. On official support they said we will send a technician. After that i got calls from unknown number said calling from being flipkart. And we will not take it back, just go to mi service center. Then i said what is 10 days replacement warranty. He said - no warranty. This is the phone number from which i got called - [protected]. Now i feel like cheated. They are selling defective phone and dont want to take it back.

                      Let me clear few things here step by step:
                      Flipkart, MI & Jeeves have some kind of mutual understand to pass on 10 days after that no replacement warranty will be applicable.
                      Today i visited to MI service center they confirmed me that motherboard of this phone is defective but denied to write any letter of acknowledgement, They said we can provide "DOC Certificate" only and after that your warranty will become void so before doing this ask to flipkart.
                      Flipkart representative said - no sir dont do this. Our tech person will visit for sure.

                      Now they are just opening new tickets every day of tech_visit and no one is coming and in the evening they closed the ticket by saying visiting have been done.
                      After that new ticket gets open.
                      The unknown number is belongs to sandeep name person he is at jeeves i got to know about it today. that i mentioned in my complain above who called me yesterday and said we will not give any warranty to you. Go and ask to MI, is now assigned today for visiting my house. He dont came to my house till yet. I called him and he said i will tell you when i will get time.
                      I can proof that he will not come here because i have cctv installed in the entrance of house.

                      Its clear that jeeves & flipkart are making fool of their customers. Its your bad luck if you got a defective product then dont expect any refund / replacement. Those days have been gone. They will make you fool by just making a on paper tech visit and no one will come to you in reality.
                      I am writing all of this just to share my experience with the web users to stay away from flipkart and buy anything from them at your own risk.
                      I have a lot of proofs, call recording & screenshots to show to the court that they are selling defective products and thinking to file a complain against them.

                      I booked mi note 5 2pic for me and my brother, but its cancelled after booked, and i also get a message from flipkart that your order has been placed, and i saw on my order that this item has cancelled by seller, this is not good for flipkart and also for peoples . and plz stop this ridiculous flash sale...

                        Last time i order a boots bt courier company was not contact with me and my product was cancelled. I m unsatisfied to flipcart company.. Flipcart company have the power to change the courier company bt they don't..                           I ordered acer aspire 5 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/linux/2 gb graphics) a515-51g laptop from flipkart, while placing the order the specifiction in product page clearly specified that the display resolution as 1920*1080 but i received a model with 1366*768 resolution. When i requested for return the flipkart customer care rejected my request saying the product matches with the specification in the product page. The specification now has been changed from 1920*1080 to 1366*768. So please accept the product return and refund me my money.

                            Hi All, I've also been trying to purchase the Redmi Note 5 PRO since its launch. The issue is that retailers are using Chrome extensions and BOTS to order through Flipkart and Mi Store hence we end users are unable to get hands on the product. Ever since the launch at 12 pm as soon as you click BUY within seconds it displays "OUT OF STOCK." This clearly shows Flipkart & MI are hoarding along with the retailers who are in turn selling the product at a premium of Rs.1500 or more. Biggest fail and a red flag to Flipkart and Mi.

                            I am planned to buy a redmi note 5 pro from last 3 weeks onwards but every week Wednesday 12 pm flash sale starts I am going click on buy now button. It showing this stick is unavailable then what is meant for flash sale every week. This is making fool of the customer.                               I placed order for moto g5 plus (Order id: od[protected] on jan 22.
                              I purchased a jio sim and using with the phonee vodafon. Since in tirupati the vodafone 4g sims (Nano sim) are likeely to available in 15 days. I operated the phone with only one sim. Now when i try to insert the second sim in the slot, i came to know from motorola service center in tirupati that the sim tray is defective and is intended for only slot. Reasons could be
                              1) defective piece from manufacturer or 2) fraud from the retailer.

                              It was a peculiar manufacturing defect...Motorola resolved it after taking time of mine for escalating the issue. One month of time taken for resolving the issue by Motorola. Flipkart may kindly increase the replacement policy from ten days to thirty days for convenience of customers .

                                Dear flipcart,
                                I have not received my phone as i have mentioned wrong pin code as 110076 instead of 110075.
                                I have called in customer care to update pin code.
                                Then i called on [protected] (Bamnoli sort centre, flipcart hub), he told me submit my debit card details and said that it is for verification. Then i received a msg with otp for a transaction of 20000 /-.
                                Courier boy did not even called me once to confirm the address.
                                I mean how you can fool the customers. I am filing the police complaint.
                                I want my phone to be delivered by today on following address as i have already paid online :-

                                  I've book the cellphone redmi note 5 pro black and even i got an option buy now i did it and selected the payment mode also after i saw that product in my card and later got a message out of stock... What the heck is this. Is this how they fool people. How it is possible to get message out of stock after i got that product in my cart...

                                  Called customer care and they keep repeating same answer I am sorry we can't help ya out and all this crap...I don't think that Flipkart can do anything... Even they are admitting it that it was problem from their own side...still...never seen this kinda service from now onwards me and my friends or anyone whom I know will never ever try to buy things from Flipkart worst customer care and services...for sure I'll complain it to consumer court also have all the proof that how much they wasted my time and everything for a simple thing...

                                    Hello

                                    I forgot my flipkart password. My mobile number is registered but the email id in their record is wrong. When i try to reset the password otp is sent to both mobile number and email id.in my case it goes to a wrong email address.

                                    The customer service is pathetic. They refused to help me.

                                    Flipkart representative does not get the technical detail and keep repeating the same resolution which does not work.

                                      I have ordered mnorama year book 2017 and got delivered on 9 february. But after opening it, it was the 2018 edition of manorama year book. I instantly went to flipkart app for replacement and i have received email from flipkart regarding the replacement confirmation. But after 2 days i saw that flikart had cancelled the replacement. I tried one more time and this time i also got confirmation email of replacement but after 2 days my return has been cancelled by flipkart. And now delivery is more than 10 days so i am not getting any return option on your app. What do i do now? Resolve this problem asap unless i have to go consumer forum.
