Flipkart, MI & Jeeves have some kind of mutual understand to pass on 10 days after that no replacement warranty will be applicable.
Today i visited to MI service center they confirmed me that motherboard of this phone is defective but denied to write any letter of acknowledgement, They said we can provide "DOC Certificate" only and after that your warranty will become void so before doing this ask to flipkart.
Flipkart representative said - no sir dont do this. Our tech person will visit for sure.
Now they are just opening new tickets every day of tech_visit and no one is coming and in the evening they closed the ticket by saying visiting have been done.
After that new ticket gets open.
The unknown number is belongs to sandeep name person he is at jeeves i got to know about it today. that i mentioned in my complain above who called me yesterday and said we will not give any warranty to you. Go and ask to MI, is now assigned today for visiting my house. He dont came to my house till yet. I called him and he said i will tell you when i will get time.
I can proof that he will not come here because i have cctv installed in the entrance of house.
Its clear that jeeves & flipkart are making fool of their customers. Its your bad luck if you got a defective product then dont expect any refund / replacement. Those days have been gone. They will make you fool by just making a on paper tech visit and no one will come to you in reality.
I am writing all of this just to share my experience with the web users to stay away from flipkart and buy anything from them at your own risk.
I have a lot of proofs, call recording & screenshots to show to the court that they are selling defective products and thinking to file a complain against them.
