Hello,
I'm a flipkart regular customer - sumanth kumar from bangalore, i ordered honor 9 lite on the 7th of feb 2018, and found that there was a fault in the mobile i ordered as the device was getting drained without putting sim. There were no apps downloaded yet as it was new device, i observed that the battery was draining in no time hence i called the customer service asked for a 10 day replacement as per buyer policy which is mentioned in the website.
I received a call back asking what was the issue and i explained them they suggested that i close all the apps and restart the phone, which i did many a times, then i called again there was a technician who came and checked the device reseted mobile to factory setting and said monitor for sometime and asked to log a call again if same issue persists.
I face same problem again battery of new device drained in no time yet i was to be put sim in the device. I logged a call back option and i got a call back asking to rest the phone & restart, i had to explain each time to the call center folks and they gave same reply every & i they even asked me to take the mobile to the honor authorised service center, as mentioned in the below email, i have called a number of times to get same answer. Today again i logged a call back and i got a call asking same questions, and they claim that the technician said issue was resolved - instead of asking me as a customer - as i'm facing this issue. When asked to connect to higher manager they said there was nobody above the person speaking.
If i have to go to authorised service center - why should i order from flipkart? I can might as well go to any dealer and buy the mobile. What do you claim that 10 days replacement policy exists? After many calls and conversions i get same reply, i'm very unhappy with the customer service. Please let me know of the mobile is replaceable? What am i suppose to do next? I will not visit any authorised service center regarding the issue as i bought the mobile from flipkart. Its faulty from day 1. Please do the needful.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
