Complaint marked as Resolved At the second time, again customer service told me to cancel the product and reorder it. I directly went to the nearest courier hub where my product is, and asked about it. They showed me the damaged flipkart outer cover, but the laptop cover and the product was completely okay. But at the time I asked about this to the customer care, they told me that, the product is also damaged. So there is no mutual understanding between these two. Outer cover is very large compared to inner cover leaving empty spaces inside and hence the cover got damaged. Please take care of packaging. Anyway I'm satisfied now.
