I got a faulty/ damaged product on 19th of march around 4 pm, so i called the customer care and told them about this and they arranged a pickup or a replacement for, i don't know what they did, they also told me the product will be replaced till 22nd march, but what actually happened is the pickup guy arrived at my house at 6 pm at the same day of delivery and also told us that it will be replaced soon. I wasn't home at that time, my mother thought that he was the guy who was here to replace it, so she gave it and took her sign and left. On 21st march the guy arrives for the delivery of the new product. He asked for the old product and as i told him that it has been picked up, he told that none of our guys picked that up and also we weren't told as such. The customer care says that they called head of the delivery company and checked the details that if the product picked up. The head guy said that we did not pick it up. Now, if the replacement request call was just between me and the customer care and the delivery guys, who else would know that i requested a pickup or a replacement. The guy who was here for the pickup, as my mother told me, had a shirt on with a "... Kart" that means the guy was from some delivery company and he did not report to his headmaster. Love the way the people work, and the way they say that i should check again with the guy who picked up. Who other than the people in the system would know this much information and reach at the exact time when the complaint was registered. Thanks customer care for this support, never willing to buy something online again!!!

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint about pick up issue, we interacted with the customer apologies for the issue and escalated the issue to the concerned an informed product was not picked up from our courier service provider hence closing the complaint from our end.
