Hi, this is vignesh i have purchase a mobile lenovo vibe k5 note onnflipkart (04/07/2017). On that time itself i have issue with usb cable. Nmy self have some work so ill take to lenovo care and replace it on/29/12/2017 after my mobile got too much hanging and heating issue also even/in 100 percent charge, mobile will shutdown. So again ill give in to same/lenovo care then they will again put some software then my mobile mic is/not working. After ill submit to replace it on 09/02/2018 untill waiting/for 10 days on lenovo care. Then again my loudspeaker gets, off within a/day. Same as now continue to my mob camera no working properly it shown/like zigzac also very very slow capture on motion, its not like 13mp its/look like 5mp... On primery (Back) camera... Compare to front cam, front/camera gets more better than primary camera. While this much bad experience i never seen before very very worst service with lenovo and bad product with flipkart ill send my inovoice here with work history. {here in work history only login after service in 90 days interval so other complaints or/to be wrote in writtens} pls view it and pls take action on my complaint to/refund my product value or replace it, otherwaise ill raise complaintsnagaints, the seller and the manufacturer on district consumer court... Pls mind it to reply back soonnntotally my camera clarity colapsed that how possible, i dont know... Im totally dissatisfyed with this product... My self - j. Vignesh mail2vignesh.
