My Friend gifted me a sony ps4 pro 1tb last year june 2017. He purchased it online from flipkart.com. Now my console has stopped working and when i approached the service centre, they say the warranty will not be honored as the dealer "Game zone" is not an authorised dealer. Raised a concern with sony India and they also said the same. The mrp on the box is for Rs. 32990/- but the amount that has been paid is Rs. 38790/-. Now I am unable to claim the warranty, even though flipkart assured that their invoice is enough to claim the warranty. The dealer is also unable to reach and sony india refuses to help.

Flipkart was prompt enough to resolve the issue for us by refunding the entire amount. I would really hope they check the authenticity of their sellers in the future. But, thanks a ton flipkart for all your help and understanding.

How can Flipkart allow unauthorised dealers to sell on their website? Isn't this their responsibility to verify the authenticity of their seller before they allow anyone to sell on their website. Please help me to solve this issue.

Customer raised a complaint stating that authorized service center is not providing service under warranty. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 08, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
Finally a happy customer. So Flipkart called my friend who had made the purchase and offered to refund the entire money paid for the product. Really appreciate their prompt response to tackle an irate customer. I would really hope they keep a tab on the authenticity of their sellers. Thanks a ton flipkart.com.
I am facing the same issue. I have purchased a PlayStation 4 slim 500gb versionfrom Flipkart on 18/7/2018. The product delivered was faulty and hence I requested for replacement. Later on I came to know that the seller is unauthorised to sell the product and I won't be able to claim service warranty from Sony. In chat with Sony support they have clearly stated that the product is not genuine. Although, the replacement is underway I would like to return the product and get refund for the same into my banking account.

    I bought a smart watch from flipkart which was delivered on 13th feb. It was surprise gift for my husband who was out of town from so many days. He came back yesterday and i gave him this watch. When we opened this pack so found that this piece is detected and back cover of the watch is not closed after pressing it. So i want to replace this watch.       I ordered a phone from flipkart, 8 days ago. It is a moto g5 s plus, but the turbo charger that came with it hasn't worked for even a second. Flipkart refuses to exchange the product with the original charger. They have given me a gift card worth 500 to buy myself some # charger, while the original charger is worth rs. 1400. What maths is this???!
      This is the last time i ever use flipkart and i've already suggested my friends to not use flipkart too. It might have been the first company to start but it sucks balls now.

        I raised the return request under quality issue for a shoe i purchased. The return request approval status is still pending even after 10 days. when i contact customer care they say "Your issue has been assigned to back end team and the team will contact you in 24 hrs". Every time i call customer care they repeat same words, but i didn't get any call from that team.

          I added mi tv in my cart on 27th feb sale. Product was added to cart successfully. When i clicked on place order, suddenly order became out of stock. I am very disappointed with flipkart on this. Atleast you should give us some time after adding it to the cart.             And on 26th night feb 2018 it stopped working...             customer had raised the issue with regards to product not working

            as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the concerned team
            as customer had raised the issue post 10 days of the replacement, so informed customer to visit Authorize service center, as customer has also spoken to authorize service center and they have informed customer to ship the product so that we will repair the product and return him back. But customer is not ready to ship so provided all the details to customer hence closing the complaint from our end

                Hello team,

                I buyed a honor mobile in flipkart on 13th and i received mobile on 15th evening. From 18th onwards i'm facing hot of issues with this mobile later i given a call to flipkart about issue so they given some guidance to resolve the issue but even i faced the same issues so i kept a replacement request. So a they arranged a technician who do know any thing and any knowledge he work as a washing machine repair not mobile repair. So later i called to flipkart again and i explained the issue what i faced with technician.. So they said they will try to resolve the issue asap.. Again the flipkart said they are arranging other technician but they arranged the same person again who don't know any thing.. This is the way flipkart doing with the customers. They are not giving the replacement and they are not arranging the proper technician.

                  I just initiated the return request of my watch on the date of delivery itself as per the company's policy but it already 15 days passed but my pickup could not happened.

                  I am making several complains on a daily basis since last 15 days but no help at all from the company i am getting.
                  I spent about more than 15 hours of my time in complaining this issue but a complete zero response from the company's side. At every complain i am getting a revised date but in actual no solution id given at nay date.

                  I am just regretting now on buying the watch from flipkart.
                  I just want my amount refund and a compensation for the time i spent in complaining all the time.

                  Since last 15 days they are harassing me by giving a new date.

                      Mi note 5 pro mobile purchase option only sale which is started on flip kart dt.28.02.2018 time 12pm. I was waiting for sale as soon as sale started the mobile come into cart the timing of that time was 12pm as soon as i started visiting the payment mode the item was out of stock. Two time i was facing same problem.in the outside marckit this mobile be saleing in extra 1000 rs.
                      Flipkart sale all stock to market in black.

                      So i request a strict action taken on flipkart.

                          Acer Switch One Atom Quad Core - (2 GB/32 GB EMMC Storage/Windows 10 Home) SW110-1CT 2 in 1 Laptop (10.1 inch, Black).

                          With reference to the order id; I received the product in a sealed pack state. The Tablet is working fine. However; the keyboard that came along bundled with the product was malfunctioning as it was not working when the tablet is attached to the key board.

                          on 6th Feb-2018, A complaint was logged and a tech from 3rd party (CMS) was sent next day (7-feb-2018) by the Acer customer support to inspect and the engineer de-assembled the Tab to troubleshoot the issue. The issue was not solved.

                          Another engineer visited after few days with the spare for the key board but that did not fix the issue.

                          The whole product was replaced by flipkart as the issue did not got fixed.

                          The replaced product had the same issue.

                          Next the engineer visited with the new keyboard as a replacement but still did not got fixed.

                          After 24 Days of communication and escalation the product was picked up for refund on 01-Mar-2018. Finally refund is now initiated and hope the amount gets credited back in 10 days.

                              I ordered a basketball ring and it is severely damaged. I have not received my new order since i have placed the return request.

                                Mera product prepaid tha and order date tha 23 rd february and delivery date tha feb 27th '18. Lekin avitak meri product delivered nehi hua kyu? Flipkart is fraud. Kab mera product delivery hogi? Mera product prepaid tha is lia flipkart mere sath dhoka de raha he. And the delivery service provider ekart is very bad. When i call them they tell me that the product is not there. And mere phone pe out for delivery ka sms ayi.

                                  I have purchased lenovo ideapad 320 (Model 80xv)
                                  There have some problems during setup
                                  I have tried windows 7 professional 64 bit and 32bit also
                                  Wondows 10 professional 64 bit and 32 bit also

                                  Touchpad doesn't work
                                  Cant be detected properly

                                  If i have tried to call flipkart they says me out tech support have call u and visit to troubleshoot but all technician called me from company's number and said me to install teamviewer to take action

                                  But how can i do install the teamviewer app without mouse support

                                  Lenovo had fraud with all customers
                                  And flipkart also support him...

                                    I placed an order on Date: 12- feb-2018
                                    PrintStar 116 Toner Cartridge through www.flipkart.com. my order ID -- ODOD[protected]. after received my order when I opened I saw a reject small size paper roll inside the box. Then I placed a return and refund request on Dt. 19-feb-2018 to the flipkart(Return Id:[protected]), unfortunately it was cancelled due to not attained the IKART person mobile call and then again placed another return and refund request on Dt. 22-feb-2018 to the flipkart. Unfortunately, instead of return request, it was wrongly inputed replace request by the flipkart customer care. Now tragedy is today on Dt. 27 - feb -2018 product came to my door by IKART PERSON, but it was rejected by IKART due to VERIFICATION FAILED.
                                    So, kindly help me for refund cash.

                                      I ordered a book, 'no onion nor garlic' by srividya natarajan. The time of delivery mentioned was quite long. I called up once, where i was told that i would get my book. However after few days i got a message that i would be refunded by 27th feb. Unfortunately, neither did i get the book nor did i get a refund. I wonder why flipkart takes orders of things which they cannot deliver. After getting their message i purchased the book elsewhere. But i have no idea, whether i'll have my money back or not.
