We have been waiting n waiting to receive our orders but the it never arrives and then flipkart sends a msg saying parcel was not received by the customer. This is a sheet lie. I[censored] don't have the products say it will be delivered later but don't put the blame on the customer. Be honest in your dealings flipkart we are not fools sitting at this end to reject our own orders. Pls send our orders immediately.

    I have ordered for hexagon shelves. For which FLIPKART have sent all broken pieces of shelves. Now they are not refunding my money. They told us that they ll replace it . Now its working days for all o[censored]s. We ll not be available at all point of time. So we have requested them to pickup the product on sat sun... They are dening againn.. its such a harrasement for us to coordinate things with online shopping .

      Flipkart closed my account without any prior intimation to me. Not only this if flipkart was about to close my account then the company should cancell my open order also rather then shipping it. As a result of which flipkart shipped my open order which were reebok flexweave shoes rather than cancell it ans also close my account which is [protected] without any prior intimation. Now i am unable to return the reebok shoes so received which have size issue and fall under flipkart assured policy. The shoes are amounting rs 9999 which is a huge amount for me.

      Kindly look int the matter and direct flipkart to either unblock my account or arrange the return pick up of the shoes so received after blocking of my account having user id [protected].

      one of my order purchsed from flipkart has became defective. As the item is under manufacturer warranty i need the bill of the same on the demand of the brand service center.

      Threfore your are requested to either allow me to access my account so that i can get the details of the order otherwise araange the same from yourside.

      You asked for patience for about 24 hours which have been passed away but my problem is still not solved ...i visited reebok service outlet also but they did not consider my request and asked me to return the shoes to flipkart only as these fall under flipkart assured return policy...therefore it is requested to you that kindly arrange the return pick up of the same at an earliest.

          I ordered (pack of three) jockey socks from flipkart's official website. In the pack I found the socks are torn and are definitely not the product of jockey. They aren't cotton made but some synthetic material. The product is not worth the price and I found the same material jockey socks being sold by street vendors.
          Apart from this how can they use the name of such a big brand selling fake products at such high rates. They are just fooling their customers. Although I already knew that the product is not valid for return but how can such a company fool its customers by sending damaged and fake product.
          I want my money back as soon as possible.

              Regarding faulty product delivery. Order id od[protected].
              I would like to bring to your notice that on 7th, i placed an order of redmi note 4 mobile through your esteemed website and it was delivered a product on 12th.

              Unfortuntely, the product that i found upon opening the package was not same as the one i've placed an order for. I am extremely disappointed that even after reporting this issue with your coustomer care representative, i've not yet received any revert or e-mail regarding replacement of the product.

              To resolve the issue, i look farword to your reply and a resolution to my problem at the earliest. Plaese contact me at the above address or email id and initiate the process for replacement of the product.

                I purchased honor 9lite on 13/2/18 on HDFC debit card emi option from Flipkart, after few minutes I cancelled the same, but as on date iam paying emi for this product, which I never purchased, Flipkart saying seller refunded the money and contact in hdfc bank, but hdfc saying that he don't receive any money, please resolve the complaint and do it at yours end, otherwise iam going to consumer forum.

                    I received a broken tempered in my package and then i asked flipkart to replace my product, they told me they did replacement, but again i waited for another one week for my product and after 1 week i get to know that the product has been cancelled.

                    When i call flipkart they talk nice and say it will be fixed, i don't understand why do you guys have to fake so much, we payed the money and we are looking for service. Why cant someone send my tempered back.

                    Then when i am trying to call flipkart they are hanging call on my face.

But one day before the delivery it get returned (Retured by cusmoter) when i talked to flipkart customer support team they said seller cancelled the product.                           After so much effort booked Redmi phone but this idiot seller just cancelled it. Waste of time and such useless seller. Pls don't book any phone. Useless

                              Whirlpool 215 l direct cool single door 4 star refrigerator.

                              Right side of the compressor is heavily rusted. So i choose to return the refrigerator. Next day whirlpool technician visited and said its a manufacturing defect. (He did nothing and simply left) next day flipkart cancels return order.
                              So either kindly replace the product or replace the rusted compressor.

Why flipkart do that. This is not fair and i hate flipkart to buy anything from this shopping app. I try to get this phone from three weeks but all of this week my order has been cancelled. Please help me.

                                      Been customer of flipkart since long, never thought it will come to this,
                                      Recently tried to buy redmi 5a and was not able to because error pop up "unable to get contact list" and missed the deal.
                                      Turns out i cannot buy anything from flipkart because of the pin code and and area location did not match.
                                      I am facing this error first time, i have ordered a number of products to same address through same account and never have i ever faced this problem

                                        One of the most worst flash sale experience i had while buying a product from flipkart. As soon as tje flash sale started i was trying to buy honor 9lite but it was showing unable to update contact list error and after few minutes the phone gone out of stock. Really very disappointed with the service of flash sale ever. Its second time that happened with me while buying this phone.
                                        If the flipkart cant fulfill the wants than at least don't play with the emotions of the consumer's.
