On 21 September, I placed an order of Mi 4a mobiles quantity 2, and mamy poko pants diaper qty 2 with order id OD[protected]. As soon as I placed the order, my order got cancelled saying that seller has cancelled your order because of bulk order. The order amount was 13465..then I waited for my money to be credited in my account for 7-10 days. When I didn't get credit, I started communicating to flipkart customer care, after 3 months till date I didn't got my money back. Flipkart customer care reply was our seller had not claimed money from your sbi bank, so you talk to sbi.. SBI is saying they had claimed the money, if they had not claimed they want a letter from the merchant stating that they have not received the amount. Upon contacting to flipkart customer care, they are saying they can't provide this. What should I mean by this.. I am very upset and this amount is a very big amount for me. They have claimed the money on 25 Sept as said by bank.. It is clearly shown in my bank statement too.. In my previous complaint, they agreed to provide me an email in that email they have mentioned wrong amount and wrong transaction date.. Bank is asking the email with right transaction amount and write transaction date then only they will solve
