I have ordered samsung galaxy on8 on 24th march, 2017.
And i have received mobile handset which is packed in galaxy on8 mobile box.
When i switched on my mobile handset, it also shows galaxy on8 only.
However, when i checked imei of my mobile handset on 18th january, 2018, it shows that the mobile is samsung j7.
Hence, i have complained same with flipkart for it.
Flipkart has accepted the delivery of wrong product and also agree to pick up the product and refund amount charged.
Hence, the wishmaster from flipkart has come to pick up my mobile handset on 19 january, 2018. But he has not accepted it as the charger and earphone look like it is used and cancelled my return request.
I again contacted flipkart and explain the above things, and also suggested to mention the details of my return case. So that the wishmaster does not have any issue with it.
But again when wishmaster came to pick up mobile handset on 22nd january, 2018 and he refused it to pick up as the mobile handset model number is of samsung j7.
Therefore i again share all the related information with flipkart and requested to share it to wishmaster who is going to pick up the handset. So that handset return would be hassle free.
But this time on 23rd january, 2018, wishmaster did not came to pick up mobile handset. Hence, again at 06:30 p. M. On 23rd january, 2018, i contacted flipkart for not picking up my mobile handset. The flipkart customer support executive had assured me that on 24th january, our wishmaster will pick up mobile handset and we have shared all the information to him to complete this pick up.
Now on 24th january, your wishmaster has crossed the limit.
Without visiting my home and without reviewing mobile handset, he had cancelled my return request quoting that the mobile handset is damaged. And above fact has been informed to me by flipkart customer support executive by call at around 05:00 p. M. I have also confirmed that wishmaster has neither visited my address nor reviewed mobile handset.
Now again at 06:00 p. M. Another customer support executive call me and after explaining all the details he informed that we escalate your issue to concerned department, they will reach you can resolve your query.
It becomes harassment for me to deal with flipkart.
Flipkart accept that they have delivered wrong product and also agree to refund me amount. But they did not sent their wishmaster to pick up mobile handset and keep on giving me different dates for pick up to delay or refuse refund of payment.

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart has picked up the product and refund the amount to me.
However, they take 28 days to complete all of above.
But yes, they have resolved it.
