Flipkart is a big scammer in Indian market. I have purchased cloudwalker TV on January 22nd, firstly I received a damaged item, the screen was damaged on the below. This was seen by the installation guy from Jeeves, he also talked with the flipkart on phone and confirmed to issue a replacement. The replacement was created and then I was all set with the happy service. The delivery date for me was given on 31 st jan for the replacement order. On January 27 replacement was canceled. I called flipkart asking the issue, they clearly saying we do not have the information. This is the service flipkart gives to the customers. Then some once called me from the cloudwalker and asked what is the issue, I explained them. They also told that we will intimate this to flipkart. Then the issue was escalated to the flipkart(they say like that but no one just cares), replacement was again created for me and then asked to wait till 31st for the technician vist. I was like okay, I will give another chance. Mean time I contacted the cloudwalker team to check whether they are coming or not(1529M this was the ticket number for cloudwalker technician visit), they said that there was no ticket from the flipkart to them about this issue. See these are the fake promises by them. Now today is the the Jan 31st, no tech visit was done and nothing. Every time flipkart comes with their favorite sentence"we have escalated and will get back to you within 3 days". Trust me every time they say this and will not do anything. I have contacted the flipkart like 30 times, messaged them on Facebook, twitter and every possible way. Item is sitting without any use in my home and I have invested 40000 and my first EMI is about to come and flikart is telling it is taking longer time than expected and goes on extending the issue 3 days. Now they gave me the time till 3rd feb, firstly it was jan 27, then jan 31 and now aginf 3rd feb. If you dont know how to handle the customers the why you go on extending the date. Please check with amazon and know better how to solve the issues and how to work on customer problems. They are world class on those matters. This is the reason why they are leading e commerce in India. And you can never beat them. I know this will not resolve my issues. But trust me I am now proceeding towards serious action on this issue
