I had purchased mobile phone of Panasonic with model as.(Panasonic Eluga I9 Champagne gold ) Repeatedly mobile became stopped. We have requested multiple times for replacement. But request has been rejected. We are in Last day of return period. As per customer care advice we do all cross check, even visit our local service center but they also show their hands free without solve this issue. Request you to replace or refund amount for this mobile . Otherwise I go for legally to solve it.

      I bought a TV on flipkart and it was the faulty one i have reqcived. i have requested for replacement and its been 20 days .. after that there is no response from them.. i keep on calling them for the update and they keep changing the delivery dates and it keeps prolonging with out any update..

      i have ordered it on 4-jan-2018 and today -2/feb/2018 still i have no update

          Redme note 4 mobile phone was purchased on 15th october, 2017 and on 20th january 2018 it has developed problem.
          Problem — the touch screen is not working

          Took it to service centre at btm layout
          Tvs electronics ltd css blr xi
          No.91st floor, 100feet ring road
          Btm 2nd statge above vadafone stores

          The technician took the phone inside for incpection and came out telling that, the button inside the phone has turned to red indicating that, there is water gone inside the phone. But he has not opened the mobile infront of me

          The technician started telling that, though it is in warantee the warantee will be given and i have to pay a sum of rs.8000 for replacing the mother board.
          He had taken rs.118 as inspection charges also from me and handed over the phone stating that, if i pay him rs.8000 he would repair and set right the mobile phone.

          Pl allow me to return to flipkart and get a repalcement
          Also, to inform you that, three time i have contacted the call centre but nothing has been assured so far.

          Pl treat this as most urgent

            Product Id[protected].sole is broken within one months but flipcart don't want to take return though it has 1months exchange offer.Customer care executive says u have to keep the shoes for one months to examine that size and sole quality is ok without wearing the shoes because if I use it I can't return.Flipcart says if I want to check the quality of sole I have to go any authorised quality checking office to take certificate from them .in this time I can't wear that shoes cause if I use it they never take back.I asked the customer care executive to tell the address of manufacturer but he clearly says we don't know the address of manufacturer. I am very disappointed with their behavior.have they no liability?kindly help me to get back my money.is it possible to check the quality of sole only by eye examination?

              They are saying me payment is not processed at bank's end and asked me to visit bank.but I have visited bank nearly 10 times.If flipkart has send the payment then where's the proof of it.they are just providing transaction no. Which I checked at bank end and bank refused for any such transaction.

                I have purchased a mobile xiaomi mia1 on 8 january 2018 from flipkart using my axis bank emi card but they returned my order because of some problem related to exchange. My order id: od[protected]. They returned my order and return id:[protected]. But i didn't get any refund from flipkart. When i called flipkart, they said that they refunded my money to bank. But the axis bank send me statement of emi payment.

                  I have ordered the phone which was ₹12900 on 29/01/2018. It was assured that we would get the product by 31st. But till date we haven't received the same. I had specified the time of delivery. Please look into the matter & send me the item in the given time immediately. [ samsung galaxy on nxt - gold colour, 64gb ram, 3gbrom] we did not expect this type of callous behaviour from such a renouned company.

                          i purchased online aqua pearl max a100 mobile on[protected] @ of 1329/- from flipkart company and it was a defective and garbage piece .It does not work at all. Its all function are dead . I made a complaint to the customer care no. Of flipkart company but the executive did notlisten me properly and talked to me in bad manners .He said that company will not take back the mobile nor it will refund money.
                          He asked me to contact the toll free no. Of the" aqua pearl "company and send mail to the i. D. Of the company . I did it but got no any reply till now. The toll free no. Of the company is dead.

                            - Pigeon Rapido Touch DX Induction Cooktop not working
                            - product delivered on Wed, Jan 3rd '18. We have used this induction just to make tea, make water & milk hot. Suddenly cooktop started tripping and starting, stripping & starting. After some time it started showing spark/light in the circuit.

                            - Want replacement for the same.

                                      I bought a Samsung double door refrigerator.Fortunately it delivered on time but due to personally busy reasons demo could not be performed . So I opened the box n refrigerator is not working. I called customer care n they blamed me to open box n advise me to call Samsung . I went to Samsung n they told me that fridge chip is broken n we are not liable for broken product, ask your delivery party. I called flipkart again n they freaks told me that they mentioned don't open box in their 100 page policy in a corner. There is nothing mentioned in invoice. I went for seller review. it's Omnitech retailer. Every person abused this retailer but in spite to correct they repeatedly blamed me . These companies like flipkart are not costumer friendly, they r seller inspired to dump their broken product. Beaware from them.

                                        Flipkart is a big scammer in Indian market. I have purchased cloudwalker TV on January 22nd, firstly I received a damaged item, the screen was damaged on the below. This was seen by the installation guy from Jeeves, he also talked with the flipkart on phone and confirmed to issue a replacement. The replacement was created and then I was all set with the happy service. The delivery date for me was given on 31 st jan for the replacement order. On January 27 replacement was canceled. I called flipkart asking the issue, they clearly saying we do not have the information. This is the service flipkart gives to the customers. Then some once called me from the cloudwalker and asked what is the issue, I explained them. They also told that we will intimate this to flipkart. Then the issue was escalated to the flipkart(they say like that but no one just cares), replacement was again created for me and then asked to wait till 31st for the technician vist. I was like okay, I will give another chance. Mean time I contacted the cloudwalker team to check whether they are coming or not(1529M this was the ticket number for cloudwalker technician visit), they said that there was no ticket from the flipkart to them about this issue. See these are the fake promises by them. Now today is the the Jan 31st, no tech visit was done and nothing. Every time flipkart comes with their favorite sentence"we have escalated and will get back to you within 3 days". Trust me every time they say this and will not do anything. I have contacted the flipkart like 30 times, messaged them on Facebook, twitter and every possible way. Item is sitting without any use in my home and I have invested 40000 and my first EMI is about to come and flikart is telling it is taking longer time than expected and goes on extending the issue 3 days. Now they gave me the time till 3rd feb, firstly it was jan 27, then jan 31 and now aginf 3rd feb. If you dont know how to handle the customers the why you go on extending the date. Please check with amazon and know better how to solve the issues and how to work on customer problems. They are world class on those matters. This is the reason why they are leading e commerce in India. And you can never beat them. I know this will not resolve my issues. But trust me I am now proceeding towards serious action on this issue
