    We made a complaint about returning a the damaged product we haven't received the material it's been two days already the mobile we used to order the item got lost and before loosing it there was a message say the return is cancelled due to some reason but the person spoke to me informed me clearly that it's possible to replace the item. We are purchasing so many items from flipkart now this happens again and your asking to write an essay about this to get your attention.

      I have called so many times. I have paid through debit card twice and money deducted from my account which is still not refunded by them. I have filed a complaint on 31 oct and everytime, they are extending the time of this issue.

          I purchased following item from flipkart

          Since then i have made multiple calls to flipkart customer care number
          Raised complaints, some of the complaint (Incident) numbers are listed below

          I got this product on 19/10/2017 and got installed on 31/10/2017,
          There was damage in the product which was noticed the next day of
          Installation. As per flipkart replacement/ refund policy, i requested to
          Replace the product or refund on 1/11/2017 and got a resolution date for
          4th november

          I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint
          On 5th and got another date for 9th.

          Today is 10th, no call no resolution, once again contacted the and
          Escalated on the same.

          This is 6th complaint on the same product, from the day of order am behind
          This product for following reasons:
          1. Delay in delivery - 2 weeks delay (Resolved after registered 2
          Complaints)
          2. Delay in installation - 2 weeks delay (Again resolved after continuous
          Complaints)
          3. Repair in product - - 10 days delay (Not yet resolved, and 2 complaints
          Raised already)

          No one has come to visit and check the order after installation and
          Registering so much complaints.
          Now i simply ask them to take back the product or replace it. I need a
          Resolution asap.

          Extremely disappointed with the service.

            I ordered mobile through flipkart last week but while at the time of delivery the update came as address mismatch and ekart logistics was ready to return the product. Called flipkart representative and requested him to give local logistics contact number or to give the delivery location or courier office where i can collect the product. But representatives are not ready to disclose logistics office details or delivery persons details.

            I collected delivery office details from google and tracked myself to reach flipkart courier service office and brought the product. This is terrific!

            Next time the same has happened and i cancelled my orders.

            We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating after giving different pincode also we are not delivering. Informed address and pincode should match and there are some places where our logistics will not be able to deliver. Customers feedback has been taken, also informed that unless we get a confirmation from the logistics we will not be able to share their location. Customer agreed and closing the case.

              I had ordered a redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb, order no: od[protected] from flipkart and got it delivered on oct 17. The delivered mobile was defective as i could not make any calls from the phone.
              I immediately raised a return request. Meanwhile i restored my phone and the phone seemed to work fine.

              The customer care person i spoke with for replacement told me to wait for 3 days (?? The return period is only 10days) to see if technical issue occur further and denied my return request.

              But unfortunately my phone got dead on 4th day of this conversation.

              The customer service i received later was absolutely horrible as he told that he cannot help because of the expiry of return period (!!! It was u who asked me to wait in the first place!!!) and also told to consult any redmi customer care (Seriously??).

              Multiple mails later to service team (Amarpeet singh, nitish sharma, etc) resulted only in wasting my time, i called flipkart service again, who told me he will arrange a technician to check the phone before nov 4th (I haven't received a single call, mail or msg even asking for my location) and will take a decision on return or refund.

              I can only come to the conclusion that flipkart customer service team has deliberately postponed (Denied) my return request so that 10 days period be over.

              Please help me to get my amount (Rs10, 000) or even i am ready for a replacement.

              I got it replaced :) They arranged a technical visit and found that my new phone is defective. Thus they provide replacement with new handset. Thanks to Flipkart and Consumer complaints forum.

                When u people fail to deliver or pickup a product on ur promised date, then u must compensate it within 24hrs. Firstly u fail to keep ur promise then u ask to wait for a week further n above all u people will compensate it after the issue is resolved...
                This is shear stupidity... It simply means do a mistake n then choose a punishment on your own...
                How can u ask for this much patience...
                M not able to use my ordered product... Not getting a refund... N ur customer executive says they will give me a gift card as a compensation after 24hrs of pickup...
                U people are totally harassing ur customer n forcing me to stop shopping with u.
                M not even 1% convinced...
                N why flipkart can't provide a contact number of the concerned delivery head office...
                Every other company provides a contact number of delivery head office in a particular district, so that istead of wasting time with ur customer executives we may contact them directly.
                I[censored] really wanna solve my problem, start providing compensations within 24hrs of delay.

                  Register email id is [protected]@gmail.com and register phone number is [protected], flipkart delevered me an empty box and wheni complaint about it they took 5 days time and told me that the product was delevered to me and they could not help me, now when i try to mail them they keep on saying that this email id is not register with us though i am mailing them with the register email id. Flipkart has looted my 15000 and is now denying to give me my product back. I have ordered redmi a1 of price rs 15000, pics of the empty box that i received is attached below.

                    First flipkart said for 23 then 28, then 30. Then 6 nov. Then just postponed that return/replacement and now they are refusing to give return/replacement. Pls help me to get replacement or refund of order..

                        That i had bought an earphone in august 2017 and that i got a father
                        Because i got another company, but my money has not been found on my
                        Credit card till date! Not only this, whenever i talk to flipkart's
                        Team, they are giving me a date on the date and on this day ie
                        09-nov-2017. The last date for making money was given but the money
                        Was not received and now flipkart is not giving money to the father
                        And neither the earphones!

                        बहुत शर्म की बात की Flipkart अब एक धोखेबाज़ कंपनी है! जैसा की मैं आपको बता देना चाहता हू की मैंने अगस्त 2017 मे एक इयरफोन खरीदा था और जो कि मुझको किसी और कंपनी का मिलने के कारण मैंने बापस कर दिया लेकिन उसका पैसा आज तक मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड मे नही मिला है! यही नहीं जब भी Flipkart की टीम से बात करता हू तब वो मुझको डेट पर डटे देते जा रहे हैं और आज के दिन यानी 09-Nov-2017. पैसे बापस करने की आखिरी डेट दी थी लेकिन पैसा नहीं मिला और अब Flipkart ना ही पैसा बापस दे रहा है और ना ही इयरफोन!

I received some messages and e-mail they said that your mobile pick up on 9th november and today on 9th november they did not respond me after that i called again to flipkart com. And they told me that your item will pick up tomorrow. What is it. At, last i say that pls pick up my phone urgently and give me another one. Or if you never do that then pls refund my money.

                              I got this product on 16/10/17, it was not working properly, as per flipkart replacement/ refund policy, i requested to replace the product on 21/10/17 and got a resulation date for 25th.

                              I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint on 25 and got another date for 29th.

                              29th came, no call no resulation, once again contacted the and escalated and got another date for 2nd of nov.

                              2nd gone, same thing repeated for 6th nov and to 9th nov, now it's gone to 13th nov.

                              Now i simply ask them to take back the product, no need of replacement, refund or any escalation.

                                  As per call received from escalation team on 4th nov, i was ready for tech visit which was done on 6th nov, at 3.45 pm, technician arman (Contact no – [protected]) was checked all setting and accepted for dull display and dull camera quality. He promise that he will update the same report to flipkart and company will take decision of refund or replacement as per policy.

                                  Today surprise to see the updation that issue resolved and return rejected.

                                  Earlier 2 tech visit was done that time same technician was visited twice and he updated fake report in front of me.                                     I got a moto e4plus phone on october 19th 2017. And within two days i requested flipkart for a return (21st october 2017).in between i got a call from flipkart stating that the return request has been cancelled and they have put a new request. After waiting engineer came today for technical visit (9th november 2017) and also approved this phone is faulty. So i missed the confirmation call because i was on a meeting. Within minutes i got a mail from flipkart stating that my return request has been rejected. I was waiting for a replacement right from 21st october and now since i was not able to attend the call they rejected my replacement. When spoke with customer care they told the complaint has been forwarded to concerned team. So only one thing i want to know - whether i will have to use this faulty product lifelong or will i be getting a replacement?

                                    I dont know whats wrong with the technician who is visiting us. A technician visited me, approved the phone is faulty and took my signature. But when I got a text message stating that Technician visit has been scheduled again, I spoke with customer care. Sorry to say that the answer which CC gave was disgusting. "Technician visit has not been done". In between flipkart CC and their technicians I am suffering here. And also if things are going like this I wont be able to attend the confirmation call because If this faulty phone hangs when you are calling What will I do. ? Gave alternate number but I dont have alternate phone use my number.

                                      Order i'd od[protected] i have ordered nikon camera on 16-10-17 with my credit card. And flipkart have sent me and empty box (Full of him bars) on 20-11-17 l. At the time of delivery at our doorstep my father received the opened box from their's courier partner. When my dad complaint about the open box, that courier boy said they also received box as opened for more details call to flipkart. So after 2-3 hours when i reached home nd i found case of camera's box is also opened from the bottom and it was full of vim bars, there was no camera inside. Through 20th october to till now i have reached to flipkart several times. But they have always send me the same text about "we are working on it, you will receive a call very shortly" in between 21 days i have only received two times call but they also kept me waiting for more 10 days which has been expired yesterday. Please help us into this. This was not expected from flipkart.

                                        I have ordered this phone on my home address (Port blair) last month but the phone was dead on arrival and when i requested for a return/ replacement. Flipkart asked me to ship it back to the seller for a refund. Which i did with the blue dart. (Tracking id:[protected]).. But the seller 'true net commerce ' refused to accept the shipment... And after several days of calling up the customer service (Horrible experience) flipkart ppl said to take the shipment back from blue dart and they will arrange for a fresh return req and pick up by them...
