I have ordered the above mentioned phone on 26.09.2017. The item worked in good condition for few days however after few weeks it started behaving weird. When the phone was sent to the authorised center for repair the offcials informed that the given piece is not an authentic model delieverd from their company. The imei number of the phone is not in their manufacturing record. I got really annoyed after the reply and i want the refund of the money and you can collect the item from the address as mentioned below.

    I recently purchased a haier 20l convection oven from flipkart. The order id was od[protected] and i paid rs. 7428 for the item. Usually flipkart intimations on the movement of the item is spot on and we get the item without much hassle. This time the sms i got and the track features in the app gave two different details. And finally when it came, flipkart arranged for a demo service and a man from haier came and showed us how to function the oven. We didn't operate it that day and the next day when i tried to cook food in it. It wasn't heating up the food... I called the man who came for the demo. He asked me to give for replacement. I called haier and registered a complaint they said a man would come. But nobody came. So i gave a return/replacement order. I couldn't check flipkart app for two days and when i checked it again showed a "return rejected" message. Why was it rejected? I do not want a faulty appliance at my home, and how can you reject a replacement order like that without sending a technician? I gave a replacement order again and flipkart has sent me intimation today that a technician will visit. Nobody called or came yet. And the replacement is not yet packed. I have never had such unfortunate experience with any online shopping portals. Either you speed up the process of replacement or please refund the amount i paid for the oven. I did not expect this sort of negligence from flipkart. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and send us a good oven next time.

      I had placed an order for MI A1 in exchange for my Redmi Note 3 Phone. I made sure that my old phone met all the conditions for exchange. It was ordered as a surprise gift for my daughter whose birthday falls on 31st Jan. The new mobile phone was supposed to be delivered on 30th Jan but I had to refuse as the phone that had to be returned was with my daughter who was in college. I requested to deliver the phone on 31st after 3 30 PM as by that time my daughter comes home. As soon as she came, I formatted the mobile and removed all personal information. When the delivery boy from eKart "Monu" came to my place, he was shown the mobile, he took it, delivered the new one, went down, kept standing there for 15-20 minutes, saw me going out and then went back again to my apartment and started harassing my daughter saying that the old phone is broken and he will take the new phone right away. When I went down, I told him to give me a call if there is an issue but he went to my flat knowing my daughter is alone. She called me thru the landline number, I came back in half an hours time and asked him about the matter. How come he delivered the new phone, took the old one and waited for half an hour and me to go out and then coming up again to say that he cannot deliver the new phone. I spoke to his superiors as well at Ekart who were equally abusive. Is this the way Flipkart works?

      When buying products from Flipkart, do the customers need to be prepared for such abusive behavior that can be hurled at them at any time? Sorry, I cannot take this and will approach every possible platform to redress my grievance. Mental trauma and harassment at the hands of a delivery boy is too much to handle.

        As we all know flipkart announced all over web, that honor 9 lite mobile will be sold exclusively only thru flipkart on 21st jan 00.00hrs and citibank offering 10% discount on this product.

        This was also announced in the huawei launch videos.
        I waited and the time came and i was able to buy this phone online but i was not given citibank's cash back offer as flipkart says i had purchased the product by 11.59 pm and not on 00.00am?

        i questioned flipkart, how can i purchase a product which is getting soft launched in your website exclusively one or teo minutes earlier ? i do have a proof that honor 9 lite was actually out for sale before the time given by flipkart, but flipkart denys that its their internal agreement with seller that he can sell even early. Flipkart also says it has displayed some phone serial numbers which cannot avail this offer after 10 days, when they came to know there is a trouble.

        If thats the case why did they advertise this product sale time and offer, if the xyz seller can sell the product anytime? if only few phone serial numbers cannot avail that offer, they should have mentioned that on the website before the sale was opened. One executive called me and asked me why i purchased the product before 12am?? silly how can i purchase the product without access to buy ?

        i do have the invoice and the recorded calls to validate my stand. If seller has access to sell a product before the time advertised by flipkart ? what security do a customer has to avoid such seller to access the database of the customers?? including the card information's and phone numbers .

        As a buyer flupkart is the seller for me as platform and i dont need to know other things. When entire world believes honor 9 lite was sold only on 21st jan 2018 time : 12 am. How do i hold a invoice and dated 20th jan 11.59pm ? based on this offer being denied to me. Is not my fault .. Just to avoid discounts promised to customers flipkart is playing games and publish saying that phone soldout in 3 min and 6 min ??

        if flipkart says they sold only by 12 am on 21st jan 2018..How can i purchase a product before it was launched ? i am not eligible for cash back offer ? my bank statement says payment made by 11.59pm 20th jan 2018? how is this possible ?

        i am loosing rs.1100/- as cashback payable on april 10th by citibank. If flipkart would have advertised that sale will go on or before 12 am, then i would have not be under this trouble..

        Who is the black sheep here ??? flipkart ? or seller ?

        Flipkart customer service Just giving me calls and disconnecting the same. They r sending me emails that i am not reachable.I replied to call me back. I got a missed call again, It last for 2 seconds and disconnect. After a while, I got a call, I did speak to them but in the meantime, the person who called me said, she cant hear me and disconnected the call. Again I got a 2 second ring on my phone and disconnected.

        I think they are calling just to make it feel that they have addressed the issue without solving the same.

        IS THIS A NEW WAY ???

        At last I Got a call from Mr.Vivek, we discussed about the issues again and finally he said the said order is eligible for 10 % cash back. I also requested him to send me a confirmation email. He did send me the same and also mentioned that the first order is eligible for cashback which is the order no :OD[protected]. Hope they keep up their words. Had attached the copy of the email sent by Mr.Vivek. Got to wait and see if the credit happens by April 10th 2018. My special thanks to Mr.Vivek .

        Today being 10th April, i had not get any sign of 10% cash back from Citibank card as promised by Flipkart.Kindly look in to the same and advise. person who was in touch was Mr.Vivek

          Sir /mem. Maine 23 jan ko honor 9 lite mobile order kiya tha. Delivery date between 28 jan se 31 jan ka diya gya tha. Order confirmed ho gya tha. Tab se me daily order track kr rha tha update bhi ho raha tha. 27 jan ko maine order track kiya to update tha ke shipping ho chukka h. 31 jan ko bhi order delivery nhi hua to maine flipkart costumer care pe call kiya to mujhe bataya gya ke mere order cancelled ho gya. Why? Reason ye diya gya ke picked code out of area h. Use pale na mujhe informed kiya gya mere call kerne ke baad mera order cancellation ka massage mere ko received hua. Sir mene 9 days tak phone ka wait kiya aur last date per aap bol rahe ho ke order deliver nhi ho sakta. Ye kya mazzak hair. Abhi ye phone available bhi nhi h main kya karunga aap hi bataya. I'm always recommed flipkart but now i'm not suggesting anybody flipkart. I'm very disappointed & frustrat. I will never order on flipkart in future. Very bad experience ever. Agar courier wall deliver nhi kar sakta to me personally ja ke received kar sakta tha. But mujhe informed to karna chaiye that na.

            Hi,
            I had ordered a product under order id - od[protected] on 20 jan 2018. The selling price put up on the website was rs.650. I had paid additional amount of rs.40 as shipping charge as well. So a total of rs.690 was paid by me.

            But when i received the product on 29 jan 2018, as per the price label on the product cover, this product's actual mrp is rs.428 only which was inclusive of all taxes. I was charged additional rs.222 for this product (Excluding the rs.40 shipping charge).

            This is misleading and illegal act by the seller to sell a product much beyond it's mrp. Hence i contacted the flipkart customer care on 30 jan 2018 and notified this discrepancy. The customer care representative asked me to send the proofs showing that the selling price was above the mrp. I submitted the proofs (Please see attached) and had asked to refund of rs.222 (Which is excluding the shipping charge) as this is the extra amount charged from me for this product. But they simply closed the ticket and did not show any responsibility to solve this complaint.

            Today (31 jan 2018) i received messages from flipkart saying they are trying to contact me on my mobile number [protected] and that i am unreachable. I am receiving all other calls and messages. The fact is that flipkart customer care is trying to mislead this complaint saying that are unable to reach me on my contact number. I also gave an alternate contact number and no one called me to resolve this complaint.

            It is requested that suitable action be taken to give me the refund for the extra charge of rs.222 taken from me and also stop selling products above the mrp.
            If this complaint is resolved in next 5days, i will have no other option that to raise this complaint in the district consumer court for a resolution.

            Refund was initiated yesterday and have received confirmation mail from Flipkart.
            I am awaiting refund amount to be credited to my bank account. I will confirm once the refund is reflected in my account.

              I had made several calls to your customer care for below transaction, but they were not able to confirm for the related transactions. But it is confirmed from hdfc bank for the transaction please check the trail mail.

                I ordered this item from flipkart website and after few days the above mentioned item showing delivered to corresponding address, but the item was not delivered to the person. Actually the receivers address is a hostel and in the website it is showing like item is delivered to the warden. But person went for collecting the item from warden, they told we are not received the above mentioned item from flipkart. They asked same thing later hours but item not received. After that we asked flipkart customer care executive they told we will resolve your issue by next 5days.
                We waited 5days but after that flipkart customer care not responding to phone calls and they are not willing to help our issue.
                Without delivering the item they are cheating customer and even customer executives also not responding well.

                  I have purchased iphone watch series 3 from flipkart and received it on saturday, but since then i couldn’t able to pair it with my iphone 8 plus and i was in constant touch with apple support centre since saturday but there was no resolution
                  As there is no authorised apple centre in amritsar so nobody is ready to open and check whether there is hardware problem or software problem
                  When i logged the complaint at flipkart there representative refused to return the product and refund me the amount one more thing i have purchased the watch at no emi cost but the amortisation i received is at 14% rate of interest per annam

                  I want to return the apple watch as i do not use defective product

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered one lenovo ideapad of amount ₹25490 and amount was deducted from my citibank card ending 3523 but it is not showing in my orders.

                      Got this message from flipkart
                      We have received a request for your order with txn id:tx[protected] and are trying to confirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly.in case we are not able to confirm your payment, we will refund the entire amount to your account/wallet automatically.

                      Now got one mail on 24th jan that we will provide you refund but nothing has been done till now

                      Please look into the matter asap

                          I have been buying products from flipkart since 2016. Throughout this period i have never any problem until now. I ordered a mobile phone worth 15999. But i got defective headphone. So i contacted flipkart customer support. They provided me some amount in my wallet so that i can buy new headphones using it. But one day suddenly they blocked my account. And i am unable to login since then. I called customer support for minimum 15 times but they are not even helpful. They are making excuses. Flipkart now onwards doesn't care about their customers. They only care about themselves.

                          We had interacted with the customer, , informed that the account is blocked since there was an unfair use of token of apology, and informed the account will remain blocked, Customer asked about the 600 rs which he received as token of apology, informed once the account is blocked we cannot do anything much. Closing the case as info has been provided.
                          I have ordered kids shoe. This item still in ALUVA. Showing mismatch pincode. But correctly mention my pincode North paravoor (kottuvally) last time one more item they will delivers correctly my home. But still last three days this item in ALUVA hub. Nobody contact me. Mobile number also mention in that address
                          I had place an order for sunglasses but the product delivered was a wallet
                          Someone hacked my account and I was not able login to my account using my old password, when i tried to change (recover) password using otp, i was not able to recover it. my account was locked with 5k in it.
                          They cant succeed with honesty they are the cheaters and can do anything for money.

                                I ordered FurnitureKraft Metal King Bed With Storage on 21 Jan 2018 and it got delivered yesterday i.e. 29 Jan 2018 and after technician visited at my home I came to know that few parts are missing. As per technician, missing items are the necessary screws and without this installation can't be done.
                                When I reported this issue to flipkart customer care and they raised a replacement request though i emphasized on delivery of missing item.
                                Please look into this issue and raise it to appropriate channels.

                                Issue still not resolved even i dont think so Flipkart guys able to resolve my issue. I am not sure why seller calling and force me again & again to replace a single part of bed as complete bed is defective. I asked for replacement of complete bed but seller and flipkart can't understand the problem. I want a refund as i paid to flipkart for fresh bed not a defective bed...ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE...I REQUEST TO EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T DO SHOPPING ON FLIP KART AS THEY ARE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.

                                I am not sure why this complaint marked as resolve as the issue still unresolved.

                                Also, I wanted to inform you that I got frustrated of FLIPKART ..A FAKE SELLER...who misguides it's customers.
                                A flipkart representative called me and informed me that they are processing my refund and the seller will itself look into the matter later and get my defected bed picked . I have not got my refund till date and not even anyone came to pick the bed.
                                FLIPKART gave me wrong transaction details about my refund...Got to know this from its customer care executive today.
                                Bank is also denying that my amount has not been yet credited into my account. FLIPKART is continuously giving wrong details about my refund...Planning to file a case in consumer court
                                Received the missing item from seller last Sunday and today Technician visited my house and found one item is defective as there is the mismatch in the screw.

                                Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                                      I had purchased lg 49 inch suhd tv (Model no. 49sj800t) on 24th january, 2018 from flipkart.com - order id: od[protected]

                                      The problem is that the serial number on the invoice is different from the serial number mentioned on the back of the tv. This may lead to issues in case of any warranty claim with lg.

                                      Even model number is not mentioned on the invoice, only the size of the tv (49 inch) and resolution (4k) is mentioned, which is very strange.

                                      Moreover, the serial number mentioned on the invoice is so long that it cannot be of any lg television.

                                      Now flipkart wants to replace the tv, but why should i go through the hassle of sending this back and receiving another piece just for a mistake on the invoice and that to by flipkart's own seller omnitech retail.

                                      My tv is installed and has no problem. I have done all the calibration with its picture settings and connected all my devices. Now i'm enjoying this quality product and flipkart wants to hassle me with the long replacement process of a big appliance like 49 inch tv because of a small invoice mistake by their seller.

                                      I would request them to share a revised invoice with the correct serial number. If they want their technician can visit and verify the serial number on the tv then provide me with a revised invoice.

                                        I ordered lenovo ideapad 520 on jan, 18 for rs 80000. I received the laptop from flipkart on jan -5-18. I was in vacation for a week and started working on it. I noticed that it was a defective and used, there were few scratches. When i checked the warranty in lenovo site, it shows 8 month instead of one year. After a few days, laptop was not starting. Bluescreen only shown up with repair options. I called flipkart for replacement, they refused to do so. I called lenovo cust care, they suggested few repair options. I tried it, didn't work. I visited lenovo center, they said hard disk damaged and replaced. Still the same issue. Laptop is defective and not working at all. It's been only a frustration, waste of precious money and efforts because of flipkart.
