I purchased following item from flipkart

Since then i have made multiple calls to flipkart
customer care number
Raised complaints, some of the complaint (Incident) numbers are listed below
I got this product on 19/10/2017 and got installed on 31/10/2017,
There was damage in the product which was noticed the next day of
Installation. As per flipkart
replacement/ refund policy, i requested to
Replace the product or refund on 1/11/2017 and got a resolution date for
I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint
On 5th and got another date for 9th.
Today is 10th, no call no resolution, once again contacted the and
Escalated on the same.
This is 6th complaint on the same product, from the day of order am behind
This product for following reasons:
1. Delay in delivery - 2 weeks delay (Resolved after registered 2
2. Delay in installation - 2 weeks delay (Again resolved after continuous
3. Repair in product - - 10 days delay (Not yet resolved, and 2 complaints
No one has come to visit and check the order after installation and
Registering so much complaints.
Now i simply ask them to take back the product or replace it. I need a
Extremely disappointed with the service.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
