I ordered jbl t250si wired headphones from flipkart as it was listed as discount price and i got the message of confirming shipment aswell but after some time they have cancelled the shipment aswell the order. This is completely unfair and cheating with customers.
What's the meaning of putting an offer if they can't even fullfill their orders, haven't expected this from flipkart.

Yesterday, i ordered a jbl wired headphones for rs:-349, when company (Flipkart) was offering 86% off on its portal. The delivery was promised by december 6th, but the order was auto cancelled by december 4th and i received that the message "refund amount has been completed". The customer care replies that “due to the huge demand of products, and to provide customers an equal opportunity to avail the said deal, the order was cancelled.”br...

This is complaint regards to the cancellation of my order by flipkart without my permission. I bought the product in cheaper rate from the website on 3rd of december, 2017. Flipkart has now cancelled the order stating that there was price error from seller's end.in addition they have provided me a gift voucher which will come into my account within 24-28 hours but this is not the way of cancellation of order.

I have purchased lenovo k6 power in mid of aug2017. From then onwards there is issue in mic of my phone but i inquired they told me it will be resolved in there latest updates of lenovo. I want to return my product. Its so many days that im trying to return it but you people are giving replacement that too after checking the mobile by technician. A philips induction cooker was delivered today[2/12/2017] but opening the packet, its pug pins are found damaged and the product is unusable. So i request you to replace the product. The screws from the socket of the plug were removed and they were found fallen from it. It can not be connected to the plug. The damage was found soon after opening the packet. I had not done any pos transaction using my bank of india debit card but at 8.14 p. M. On saturday i. E., 30.09.2017 i got a message that i have done pos transaction of rs.647/- on flip kart (Master card no.5264xxxxxxxx7782) which i have not done and the atm/debit is with, me only. But there were 2 other transactions of rs.12063/- and rs.999/- also they might be done on pos only but i am not sure since i am not having...

This is to intimate to you that i had ordered a gioteak leatherette 3+1+1 brown sofa on 17th oct 2017. I was assured by your company that the item will be delivered to me by 02/12/2017. Your online system is also showing the detailed system that it will be delivered by 02/12/2017. But when i enquired about my item today, i came to know that even it has not been dispatched yet by the manufacturer. It is really embarrassing condition for me....

I had bought an ipad on flipkart. The app clearly stated that if i use hdfc card on phone pe then i would be entitled to cash back on phone pe for rs. 200/- as well a discount for using hdfc card of 10%.
Despite several mails and calls, only phone pe discount was credited to my account. The screenshot is attached from the app which clearly states that both discounts, phone pe & hdfc, would be applicable...

I ordered a lipstick(ruby red color, lotus company).it is delivered today.it should be dry but its too oily.. and the color is not the accurate one.generally, it is matte lipstick..but the one which I got is too oily. I want it to be replaced or the money should be returned back....

I ordered a lenovo laptop bag 15.6 inch (Black colour). But the side net covers meant for keeping bottles were torn from both the sides, the pics of which are attached for your reference.

If the customer is paying for something, it is expected to be unable good condition as you are displaying on your website.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same....

When i was raised complain for refund from my mobile app. Account, they people block my account and giving me reply after 7 days and the reply is same common prank, cheating message that you had done many returns from your account though m account is new and using...
