Hi team,

Very bad experience with flipkart this time. I am regular buyer from flipkart online. I never return the products after purchase but this time when i do not like the product with bad quality now want to take refund you guys are now teaching me t&c. Very bad emprastion. You guys are now start making fool to customer by showing hidden wordings.
Not good, so its humble request refund for order no. 'od[protected]' after product taking back.

    I bought mi max 2 from flipkart and it was delivered yesterday, and today it has suddenly stopped working and it's not responding at all. My phone is showing a blank screen and it's not working at all. Please tell me how to fix it.

    The phone is not taking charge, i'm unable to switch it on or off.

    I just got it yesterday and all my data is in it, i don't want my documents to get deleted. The battery is also unremovable so i can't do anything about it.

      Sir/Mam,
      I had ordered some products from your site and today i.e. 16th jan 2018 I recieved a call from your employee from Vaduj. His behaviour on the call was very rude and arrongant. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT TOUR CUSTOMERS. On many occasions I have ordered products in the urban areas, I had no problem there but this time I ordered in my village, your employee doesn't respect the customer.
      This is really bad for a company like flipkart. I request you to take a VERY STRICT ACTION against the employee(vaduj region). Due to this I have cancelled all my orders. This is the worst service given by a high-profile company like flipkart. The employee isn't suitable for your company. I request you to solve this problem immediately. I hope you solve the issue and maintain the dignity and prestige of your company.

          Flipkart cancel my order and increase the price of same product by 5000rs.

          On 14/01/'18 i purchased laptop worth 72990/- i tried paid same amounts by my bank of baroda debit card. But due to daily limit of 50000 i was unable to pay this amount so i call flipkart customar support by their suggestions i bought 25000/- gift card by using different debit card and paid remaining amount of 47990/- through bob debit card. And i successfully orederd my dream laptop.

          Now on 15/01/'18 @7:13pm i received message that your amount is refunded to your accounts without any reasons and price of same laptop is increase to 77990/- by 5000. Now my 25000 are stuck in the flipkart wallet which is not refundable.

          I called them and first they said its due to the bulk order of same laptop i asked them to transfer call to manager.
          Now assistant manager said its beacuse i used international card but i didn't i had all purchased history if they want. And they said ordered it again but price are increase to 5000.

          Now my 25000 are stuck in the flipkart wallet. Flipkart ruined my day i am totally frustrated. They even didn't provide true reasons. Flipkart broke my dream. Now my 25000 stuck i am unable to buy this laptop from anywhere.
          Flipkart cheated with me.

          i want my money or laptop back. Now what is guarantee that they will do same if order it again?

              I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected] After receivd my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box only a warrenty card. Then I placed a return and refund request but flipkart cancelled the request.After cancelled my return request again i placed 3 times return request but every time flipkart cancelled it . I have registered a complain to Flipkart but support team telling that it was rejected and we cant help you because we thoroughly check everything so we cant help. Rs 7500 i have paid for titan watch why should i lie?
              Flipkart cheat the customer. Flipkart gives me a warrenty card worth Rs 7500.
              kindly help me its a big amount and for motherswear i dont recieved my watch please help its a big amount.

                  I have received 72*60*5 mattress instead of 78*60*5 mattress vide order no
                  Od[protected]. I have requested for return vide return id id[protected].

                  They arranged technical visit, but that was not happen sofar and they did not take the pickup.
                  It is requested to arrage to pickup the mattress early. If any transportation charges are needed the same will be paid at pickup location or you can deduct the amount while making the refund.

                    This was my first purchase through flipkart and it turned to be a big mistake. I ordered 1 sandisk cruser blade 64 gb pendrive which i recieved via order no od[protected] on 17-12-17. On 18 i had to go out for vacation and i took it along so that i could transfer my memories in it but to my surprise it was a defective pc sent by the supplier. Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved.

When i checked my account it showed that the product is delivered to my friend but it is not delivered to my any friend.                         I ordered mi a1 from flipkart and when it was bought it was working ok for 2 days and later when i was trying to update the software it is not being updated and 3.5mm jack is not being able to be inserted in the phone i request a replacement and they made a technical visit but they are just cancelling my technical visit by giving lame reasons that my phone is not reachable and all bull #, i tried contacting the technician but his phone is unreachable. Do help me out with my problem, and if necessary i would file a case against flipkart to loot customer.

                          my complaint is not resolved yet, how come you can mark it has resolved

                          I have ordered a sofaset and it resembles completely different from the picture. It is looking like a gunny bag with jute filled and is very hard too. Request you to replace the product or return the money back and i am very disappointed with the product delivered by flipkart. The product is damaged and want for the immediate cash to be returned back to my account...

                          My money is stuck with flipkart and seller is cheating while not giving the product and flipkart is saying that we cannot do anything, please help.

                          Again when I called flipkart they are just taking request again and again and telling we cant do anything as our system is not showing refund though the seller has cancelled my replacement 3 times and has informed me that they are not gonna give any replacement inspite of ordering end number of time against the same order and what flipkart is doing, just taking requests every day...

                            Hi, I purchased 2 loreal professional xtenso shampoos which are delivered on 21st Sep, 17. I had earlier stocks so i finished them first and opened one bottle few days back.
                            These shampoos are completely fake and duplicate. The smell, the texture are completely different and worst. Shampoo is like jelly and not mixing in hand, it is not cleaning hair, rather it made my hair very bad and i had hair loss. I have 2 full bottles left, i dont want to use them again.
                            This made me lose my faith on Flipkart. Rather than giving discount they can sell genuine products. I am sure to get discount people will not go for a fake product. This is not at all acceptable and did not expect it from such a big brand.

                              I ordered a mobile fon on 5th jan and it was promised to be delivered latest by 11 jan. It wasn't delivered tilll 13th and then i contacted flipkart but in vain. Neither the junior (Indore) nor senior (Bangalore) representatives were able to solve my query. They had no information of wishmaster and continuously said we are working on it.. Till today i haven't got my mobile.
                              I want these fraudsters to be compensated for their act of giving me stress and acting irresponsibly.

                              issue : Delay in delivery

                              resolution: Spoke to Customer raised a complaint for a delivery issue, we interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and escalated the issue to the concerned team to arranged for the delivery . Product delivered to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
                              The product was not delivered by the flipkart delivery service. i had to go to the delivery office to get my product in hand when it wasn't delivered for 5 days despite being in the destination city.
                              I was troubled a lot because of flipkart, wasted my petrol to go and get my product, which was supposed to be home delivered. I asked them for compensation and they said WE CAN'T COMPENSATE, IT IS NOT OUR FAULT THERE WAS TRANSIT DELAY. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING

                                I have ordered a kingsize cot from flipkart where in the details section recommended mattress size is written as 80 (Length)*72 (Width). Hence i ordered a mattress from flipkart, which is of size 80*72. After it got delivered, we have tested and seems it does not fit to the cot.

                                Hence i have requested the flipkart customer care to help me in returning the mattress. After repeated call from my side, i got a call from peps mattress team. They asked me to send few pics thru whatsapp, after one day i got a reply saying the mattress can not be replaceable

                                They deny because the mattress not a standard size. And i updated this to flipkart team. Today one of flipkart service guy saying flipkart is not responsible. I have invested money more than 30k.

                                After repeated contact to flipkart, i am only getting dates nothing much. It is already more than 20 days... They have been giving false promise to fix the issue.

                                  Flipkart has blocked my account without giving any prior information or warning. And because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last 6 products costing rs 5500.
                                  The reason behind blocking my account was so many number of return request generated from my side. The reason i generated so many return request was, that i wasnt satisfied by the quality of product or rather i should say all of them were duplicate products..
                                  And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i m not satisfied by the quality of product..
                                  Even if there was any issue with my account rather than closing my return request they could have closed the orders from my account. But these people tricked me and have taken away my 5500 rs.. My complaint number is
                                  In[protected]... Please suggest me how to file a case against them

                                  i got a mail from flipkart saying that my account is been freezed/blocked because there were many number of return request. I returned the products because they didnt satisfy the mentioned quality and as per flipkart policy i can return them within 30 days.flipkart never mentioned that if there were any number of return request the would be blocked. how am i responsible for this?
                                  why is my money at stake?
                                  why am i made to suffer?
                                  i did everything under the policy mentioned by flipkart and now they are denying.using this way they can block anyone's account and so many people's money will be at stake.above all they are not responding or replying to any call or mails.
                                  i kindly request this association to help me out and get my money back.

                                    I have ordered a moto g5s mobile phone and instead of that, i have received a soap for rs12, 000. Its been 1 month now, flipkart is only giving me dates but not resolving the issue. I have tried emailing them but they never respond to my emails. When i call them and ask what is the progress they told me to wait and say that they are working on this case and will provide me the solution as soon as possible.                                       We ordered samsung 6.5 kg washing machine from flipkart on 07 jan 2018 which is delivered on 09 jan 2018. The product was fully damaged. The outside box itself broken which is hide using cello tape. The delivery person must knew this demage but he delivered. We raised a return request within 10 mins when the order got delivered and we wait for more than 5dyas, still no service was provided by flipkart. We called sevaral times to flipkart customer care but they didn't give proper response. They just said that their tech person will visit the product but no one is come. We skipped our pongal bus ticket due to this and wait for the tech person visit. I am totally depressed. Flipkart dindt value our money. My product order id is od[protected].
