Dear sir/madam,

I have bought a computer machine from flip kart in sep 2017 which was not as per description. I made many complains but the only ersult was wastage of time.

I could have lodge fir for forgery but you people know very well that common man is stucked in his day today life and do not have time for all these things.

These are not ethical business practice and you are looting common man hard earned money by such unethical business practices

hehehe grt resolution provided by the flipkart. its a planned loot deliver the defective product. Do not pick the product till customer gets frustate and catch the words of customer that you have denied for refund or replacement and finally deny for replacement or refund. Good business Practices.
I am getting the same reply since beginning but no result.

    Hello,

    I bough a phone from flipkart using 0% emi and had to cancel the order as they could not deliver the product on time. The bill of my credit card got generated before they processed the refund, and bank changed interest. Now both hdfc and flipkart are denying refunding the interest they charged.
    Hdfc is saying that they have given emi amount to flipkart, but flipkart is saying they did not received any amount of emi portion.
    At least one of them are definitely lying.

    Can you please help me in resolving the issue.

    Customer raised a complaint because bank charge the extra interest. We interacted with the customer and informed him that the payment which was done from his end we've refunded that amount for any further interest charges kindly get in touch with the card issuing bank. Closing the complaint from our end.
    As Flipkart has given in writing that they did not receive the EMI part, it is clear that HDFC is lying about the same as they are supposed to refund the amount but they are playing game.

      Order id - od[protected] of pixel 2 delayed by flipkart.

      The phone was ordered on 8th december with delivery promised on 15th dec. However, the product is not packed or shipped even now while the same phone is available for delivery on 18th dec if ordered today, 15th dec and through the same seller - omni tech retail.

      The customer support has no answers and has no idea on how to handle the situation. The blame is put squarely on the seller who doesnt seem to have responded to flipkart's emails about the delay. The only thing they did was apologise but couldnt provide any update on the delivery date. A ticket only has been raised which will give me an update by 18th with no real update on when the phone will be delivered.

      There has still been no effort made by flipkart to resolve or provide any update on this aspect. Good luck to you flipkart for your treatment to someone wanting to buy a flagship product.

      Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay, we interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and confirmed with the customer regarding delivery customer confirmed that he received the product hence closing the complaint from our end.
      Same for me order id OD[protected]. Now they saying by 20 dec they will update about the status.. what is this?? A government department?

        Flipkart delivered wrong product as the product doesn't have 20 degrees tilt function please deliver the correct product with tilt function. This is ledtv wall mounting fixture.             They had a bank offer saying instant discount of ₹10, 000 with all bank debit and credit cards on purschase of google pixel2
            I confirmed the offer with flipkart customer care he said pay the full amount then the offer will be valid
            But i didn’t receive the cash back yet
            And flipkart is denying me the fact that they had such offer and saying it was on selected banks.

              The seller delayed the order. So, i have cancelled it. (Note that i tried to contact the customer care for the possibility of a delivery, but it was useless and i got very cheap response). So, now, since it was a no cost emi payment, the bank has already charging me the interest and emi, but there is still no sign of refund.

              It was stated that i will receive my refund in the bank account by 15 dec 2017 8:56am. So, far, no progress.

              The seller displays that it had refunded, but in reality there in none.

              Please help resolve it. I feel like i am being played a scam.

Today early morning i received a delivery msg from your side that it will delivered today then after sometime i got another msg that your product was cancelled from your side which was not done by me thab i called your customers care he told me that due to bulk booking in huge amount abd seller didn't have phones to give us so the product was cancelled by seller side as yesterday 14/12/2017 around 11:45 pm but while i track my shipment it shows that my products was arrived at barrackpore hub and it was ready to delivered so if seller has no phone to shipping me then how it arrived at barrackpore hub and when it already arrived at barrackpore hub then why they cancelled it.

                Dear sir
                I shyam chowdhury booked a redmi 5a mobile phone from www.flipkart.com at 14th december through my registered phone no - [protected] and very next morning i received a confirmation massage from their ekart delivery team that your product was delivered today and after few hour later i got another massage that your product was cancelled by you than i call flipkart customer care then their ccu told me that due to huge booking seller doesn't have stock so he cancelled the order. But when product was already arrived near my hub and ready for delivery then how he was told that product was out of stock and if the product was stock out then how it reached to barrack pore hub?
                Here i attached all screenshots of related this issue and i requested you to please help me to resolve this.

                      I have informed as i receive the phone that it's unsealed and scratches on phone there is no charger and headfone in that still waiting to refund that i can able to order new one but your costumer service is worst as always no response till last 4 days. Check in picture no sticker of seal there when we remove seal there is some spot which always have to be there this set is used or i don't know about as regular customer don't do this

                          Company providing a false offer like 30 days exchange and when you request for exchange they say exchange is not available and only refund possible. We buy products through offers provided by flipkart with discounted price but when it comes to exchange they say no because offers is over and now price is gone up. Today when i purchased other product they said i will get 15% discount on my next purchase but when tried to buy other product not got any discount. They say it’s only for some products it’s applicable which is not written as condition on app.
                          Company is trying to manipulate with offers and cheating people with time and mobile bill by making us to wait on calls when we call for clarification during customer care calls.
                          This happened within a same week and making us to think not to use these services anymore.

                            Sir/madam,

                            I had ordered a iphone x and one year buy back guarantee having order id od[protected]Total amount was rs.97099 after availing rs.5000 discount on sbi credit card) on 09 december 2017 from my flipkart id having registered mail as v. [protected]@yahoo.co.in & registered mobile no. [protected]. Delivery date given to me was 12 december 2017. It was not delivered to me on 12 dec 2017. I requested on flipkart app to call me back for clarification. I had a talk with your executive and he registered my complaint under delayed shipping and told me to wait till 14 december 2017 for resolution of my complaint. Subsequently new delivery date was given to me as 14 december 2017. But till date i. E. 15/08/2017 i had not received my iphone x. I again had a talk with ur executive on 14 december 2017. He told me that there is some issue with my order and advised me to cancel the order if not delivered by 14 december 2017 and order a new iphone x again. It is my humble submission that i will readily cancel my order if below-mentioned questions are answered satisfactorily by the flipkart's management :-

                            1.) is this level of customer service expected from flipkart?

                            2.) why i would order a new phone from flipkart if i had to cancel my first order due to non-delivery of order and bad customer service?

                            3.) is this not a betrayal of my trust on flipkart as approx. 1 lac of rupees were paid in advance to you without getting any product?

                            4.) what will happen to my money if i cancel the order as i paid rs.30000/- by way of flikart gift card and i aslo availed rs 5000/- discount on my sbi credit card for payment of rest amount? (I did not want rs.30000/- back as flipkart gift card as ther are of no use to me because i exclusively ordered gift card to buy iphone x)

                            5.) how i will be compensated for non-delivery of my order and parking of money with you without getting any service?

                            It is my kind request to look into my grievances and arrange to redress them at earnest.

                                i m writing you this email regarding my recent order on flipkart with my id [protected]@gmail.com

                                The order was successfull and i got confirmation at first, Then the order was cancelled automatically by flipkart. i have read conditions for an order to be cancelled by flipkart is if its ordered more than 1 product of the same item then it may get cancelled. but this was a single order and i needed this mobile phone as i have to gift it to my father as he is moving to a different address away from me and its really embaracing moment for me as this order has been cancelled by you. i have not ordered this product for selling but for my personal use. as a resolution i really require this handset as its liked by my father and if i dont get this product i will have to discontinue using flipkart and raise this towards my frinds and family about my worst experience with filpkart. expecting a reply as quick as possible. my alternate contact on which i will be available is [protected]. expecting a quick response asap.

                                Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation. We interacted with the customer and informed him that order was cancelled from the seller side because of bulk order placed from his end hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                  I brought a headset (Motorola pulse max headset with mic - black color) with 1 year warranty from flipkart. But the left side of headset's audio is not working.
                                  I would like to replace my headset with new one in same model and color. And i can't able to claim my warranty from near by motorola service center (Pondicherry)

                                    This is to inform you that i ordered for a spicebun back cover for samsung galaxy c9 pro and when i received it i found that it was broken on 3rd dec 2017. I raised a replacement request but it got cancelled without any intimation. Since then i have been calling up the customer care and asking for a replacement, i even get an assurance everytime that it will not be cancelled this time but it happens again. Every time i call up the customer care i am being told that they will make sure that the request is not cancelled but nothing is done. They are also not providing me a refund and i am just stuck in the middle. On top of that i get an email saying that please order another cover as the request has again been cancelled. Please let me know who is going to pay for the new cover. I am really disheartened by flipkart.

                                    I have been using flipkart for more than a year and this is the first time i am having the worst experience. If you can't do a replacement refund my money so that i can order it from some other website.

                                    Please check the replacement requests that have been raised in screenshot below.

                                    Either get this sorted or i will have to go to consumer court. I have no idea what you guys are upto but i am definitely not happy. Next time i will think 10 times before ordering anything fron flipkart.

                                      I am nitu biswas, my order id no =od[protected], i placed my order at 1st dec 8.15 pm and then approved the order and it will be seen that the item will be delivered at 8th dec expected but not received. Order delay upto 14 th dec. And i got a mail 13 th december please cancel the order. Its my first order to flipkart but the company does not provide me the item correct time. I am fully unsatisfied to flipkart.

                                      Resolution: We had informed customer that our logistics partner has tried to deliver the product but due to incomplete address the order has not delivered and been canceled. Hence, closing the complaint.
                                      Sir i have recive my orders.but the product that i received is defective or not working.i have many time complain to the concern company.but no responce.sir i m felling insulted.regarding this.on this product i waste my mony i waste my time.now i want my money back.

                                        I've booked mia1 on[protected] paid through credit card on offer @11699 from truenet commerce (Seller) and it should be delivered on[protected] but till now it is not even packed and it is showing as seller is processing your order i've called customer care many times but they are not solving the problem

                                        On[protected] i booked same mobile mia1 from same seller @13999 and kept cash on delivery and the product is shipped same day and they attempted to deliver the product today i. E on[protected]

                                        This clearly shows that flipkart is not delivering the products to the customers who booked in offer period and through discount sale and making customers to cancel

                                        This shows that they are giving offers but not delivering the product so that they can sell the product @ 13999 after that offer period

                                        I ordered MiA1 on flipkart on[protected] and the delivery date is[protected]
                                        by paying(11, 699) through credit card and the product is not even packed till date..

                                        today i.e on[protected] i ordered the same mobile through cash on delivery (13, 999) and it has packed and shipped today itself from the same seller and it will be delivered to me by tomorrow

                                        this clearly shows how flipkart is cheating people by giving fake offers and not delivering the product (forcing the customer to cancel the order)

                                        Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologized and informed him that due to some issues the product was not delivered to you on time. He agreed .Hence, closing the complaint.
                                        Same issue i am facing from Flipkart. Shame on you Flipkart

I have ordered a product on 8th of December delivery date was 11th Dec But still i did not receive the product Your customer care executive sitting for saying "SORRY" and making fool the customer. Many times i called them but i did not get any feedback mail or message from them. Even they do false promise. Seriously i have frustrated from your poor services
