Order from - flipkart internet priv bangalore kar
Ordered a samsung 32"full hd tv from"flipkart internet priv bangalore kar" on 25/11/2017 got it installed on 29/11/2017.
It started giving issues with screen since, it went off couple of times and i was concerned since, it was an expensive product. It looked fake. I contacted flipkart who promised that, it will be picked up for a refund (Also showed on the app that, return approved). Soon after that, i noticed they rejected the return. I than, again called flipkart so, i was informed do not worry it will be picked since, we're here to cover you as merchant who shipped you rejected the return but, we as a brand knows how to take care of our customers.
Till date, this is not resolved. They had sent a engineer from samsung today at my home to check. I did tell him about the screen problem. Guess what, i was told its a feature of it??. How can a screen be shut - sounds fishy. He than, asked me to speak to flipkart for a refund.
I have been calling flipkart more than 3-4 times everyday but, now it seems like they're just ignoring the issue and forcing me to keep the unit = (Please help

In today's world also people like merchant like to fool around with their customer's to earn extra $. no impressed at all. please arrange for a pick up ASAP.

Updated by ashifa1 Please arrange a pickup for FULL refund at your earliest. I feel cheated ordering online specially from a brand like flipkart- not trustworthy anymore.
