The seller delayed the order. So, i have cancelled it. (Note that i tried to contact the customer care for the possibility of a delivery, but it was useless and i got very cheap response). So, now, since it was a no cost emi payment, the bank has already charging me the interest and emi, but there is still no sign of refund.
It was stated that i will receive my refund in the bank account by 15 dec 2017 8:56am. So, far, no progress.
The seller displays that it had refunded, but in reality there in none.
Please help resolve it. I feel like i am being played a scam.

HDFC Bank said they dont recognize any such reference number or no refund is being issued.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for delay in providing the refund. We interacted with the customer and he confirmed on call that he got the refund hence closing the complaint from our end.
