An oil filled room heater (Usha ofr 3209 while) purchased online from flipkart on 12-12.2017. The product was delivered on 14.12.2017. The delivered product was defected one. Request was made for replacement.
My order no. Is od[protected] dated 12.12.2017.
Flipkart allotted the date of pick up the product on 19th december, 2017. Thereafter it was extended 23rd, 27th, 28th and now 30th december, 2017. Several promised have been made by them for replacement. But no promise has been kept till date.
I have made many calls to the flipkart for ensuring myself that my product would be picked up, but my issue still got no resolution till today. Through this sequence of events, definition of the word "promise" got changed for me, it has just served for me as another synonym of "deception".
I have purchased this product for giving warmth to my 1 year lad during these winters, but flipkart has made my state such that i have made payment for the product but i have not received the product and i even can't purchase it from an open market as flipkart would not refund my money for its policy. Half winters are gone, what would be the relevance if product got delivered to me after winters.
I have made lots of requests by phone and e-mail for the replacement of this product but all has fallen on deaf ears. So, this time, i am requesting you to kindly get rid of me from this puzzling condition.
I have also lodge a complaint in consumer forum. My complaint number is 557228 dated 29.12.2017
