This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 7th dec 2017 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 69, 990/-. Now, on 11th dec when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 40, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, i sent an email asking for a replacement piece and got no response there as well.
I did some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of 7-9 oct this year, on the exact same laptop, and by the exact same seller retailnet. I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving them.

Complaint marked as Resolved I placed a fresh order at Rs. 1, 09, 990/- and have got the refund of Rs. 40, 000/- after the product was delivered, as was agreed upon. Hence I am closing this issue. Although I am happy about this, I also wished that I was given the discount right upon ordering, rather than having to pay the higher price initially and then getting the refund.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by RahulKr19 They dont even respond to emails after claiming 24 hour response time. Were somehow quick to provide refund and close the matter.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised the complaint regarding product cancellation, we have interacted with customer and informed to place a fresh order so that price adjustment can be provided. Later customer place the order and finally looking for the price adjustment amount in the bank account we have processed and initially he agreed that price adjustment amount received in bank account hence closing the case from our team.

These guys don't know how to operate their workforce.
I bought a sd card from Flipkart online, which eventually came out to be a fake product. Now these guys have only a "call me back" option, which means I can't make a call myself, instead wait for one of those agents to call me.
Once they call back, the line gets disconnected every now and then. I just can't speak with any supervisor as well. They don't call me back on their own if a call is disconnected.
End point, I am still expecting a resolution of the issue unfortunately.
Rotten service, rotten company. I will make sure this gets spread out in every social media platforms.
