The mi note 4 sent to me is defective and when return request made was rejected and even flip kart is not ready to replace the defective phone when the return/replacement request is raised within 3 days of product delivery which is with 10days of return policy.

    My order was expected to arrive by 16th Dec 2017 .but it was not delivered on that date saying "Order has reached nearest hub to you "--"order is out for delivery"--fake reason (delivery attempt failed (door locked)), I was not even contacted by delivery man .Then i contacted him he told me that he will deliver it by Monday (2 days after 16th dec). Then on 18 th dec same fake reason (delivery attempt failed door locked ).Then I contacted your "Support" for this they told me that they will initiate a reattempt after 2 business days .On 20th dec --"order is out for delivery "--same fake reason delivery attempt failed (door locked)...what is going on ?if flipkart is not able to deliver the product I request flipkart "Support" to initiate a cancel and refund request.[Every time order is out for delivery and door locked ...pathetic service]

    Issue: Order cancelled due to locked door while customer informed that this was wrong update

    Resolution: We have interacted customer, apologize and informed that our courier partner has confirmed that the shipment was undelivered- as customer's door was lock. Asked him to cancel the order and requested to place fresh order. also, informed him refund timeline. He agreed.Hence closing the complaint.

      Ordered a pixel 2 handset on 8th dec and was promised to be delivered on 15th. When i spoke to the customer care, they simply said it cant be delivered and changed the date to 18th. The status has still not changed from processing to packed. Doesnt live up to what has been promised. Lethargic attitude and answers inspite of continuous follow ups. When the product says "flipkartassured", this is not something any customer would like to hear.

        I was expecting a bean bag delivery and it was delayed. All i asked was to cancel the order if it doesn't reach today. The so called supervisor was supposed to pick up the call, it was disconnected. I called back and then reached a horrible english speaking person, within two minutes of me explaining the problem, guess what? Disconnected again.

        Spoke to them for the third time, i reached an imran who did not understand anything i said with thick hindi accent. I told supervisor like fifteen times and he transferred the call.

        Guess what? Disconnected and i can't call you guys again.

        Why do you hire these people? Trust me i will go ahead and go to consumer board. I am already sending a mail to your corporate office.

        Hello!

        What is Flipkart? - A mental harrasment company.

        These guys don't know how to operate their workforce.

        I bought a sd card from Flipkart online, which eventually came out to be a fake product. Now these guys have only a "call me back" option, which means I can't make a call myself, instead wait for one of those agents to call me.

        Once they call back, the line gets disconnected every now and then. I just can't speak with any supervisor as well. They don't call me back on their own if a call is disconnected.

        End point, I am still expecting a resolution of the issue unfortunately.

        Rotten service, rotten company. I will make sure this gets spread out in every social media platforms.

        I purchased a mobile phone through flipkart, they didn't provide imei number in invoice, after complaining about 40 days they blocked my account saying that too much of refund/replacement product.
        Where all replacements/refund of my mobile is done by them.
        Whenever their customer support staff calls me the calls gets disconnected, even after giving alternate numbers they didn't try to contact on any number.
        They are just delaying my complain by saying plss wait for 24 hrs we will solve your issue.
        Pathetic company with pathetic service
        Horrible experience faced by Flipkart. I ordered a phone and I received the product as well. Few days later, I got the same amount credited back to my account. I informed Flipkart this issue and they asked me to send the money back. I did and as a proof send a screenshot as well to the mail which they’ve sent . Now after few days, the amount is deducted from my account. My issue is not resolved yet. I called customer care 20 times, either they disconnect or kept me wait for long. No response or no progress after reporting this issue. I submitted all my proofs and details to Flipkart and still they are not working on it. They can just check the mail which they’ve send me and can verify and resolve this issue. But they are wasting my time and money . I need an immediate solution for this issue.

          I ordered a smartphone on flipkart order number od[protected]

          Everything was done correctly i paid with my credit card and order was successful, after one day i tracked my shipment and it was shipped by vision star the seller and received by, konde products services private limited, khasra no. 14/6 gurgaon.

          But then i got sms saying "your order is cancelled and amount will be refunded to you bla bla bla". I called customer care and they say that a seller can cancel a shipment any time.

          My point is when they agreed to fulfill my order and taken the amount, then it is a fraud case to not deliver the product to me and they should pay penalty for this inconvenience.

          sir i had odered a smart phone of one plus nord by a company named
          Konde products and services private limited by payment method of cash on delivery i received my package on 15 july 2021 but the send me wrong phon of Samsung . i have paid 14000rs to their company . I have applied for refund of money of 14000rs on 16 july 2021 but they are not responding to refund my money .

            This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 7th dec 2017 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 69, 990/-. Now, on 11th dec when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 40, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, i sent an email asking for a replacement piece and got no response there as well.

            I did some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of 7-9 oct this year, on the exact same laptop, and by the exact same seller retailnet.             I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving them.

            I placed a fresh order at Rs. 1, 09, 990/- and have got the refund of Rs. 40, 000/- after the product was delivered, as was agreed upon. Hence I am closing this issue. Although I am happy about this, I also wished that I was given the discount right upon ordering, rather than having to pay the higher price initially and then getting the refund.

            Customer raised the complaint regarding product cancellation, we have interacted with customer and informed to place a fresh order so that price adjustment can be provided. Later customer place the order and finally looking for the price adjustment amount in the bank account we have processed and initially he agreed that price adjustment amount received in bank account hence closing the case from our team.

            As Flipkart has posted, this was effected last tuesday (2nd Jan). I am now happy to close this issue now.
            They called at 2:55pm and I was unable to answer, also there was an email soon after asking for a convenient time, to which I replied 3:45 pm and havent heard since. Mailed for a call back after 11pm tomorrow, 19th dec.
            I am facing the same issue today.I ordered the same product from the exact same seller retailnet at 81999/- on 17th Feb and on 18th Feb it shows status as "Undelivered due to shipment damaged". Now when I contacted customer support they have asked me to cancel this order and place a new one. And now the price of that product is 1.09L. When I asked can anything be done to give me that laptop at the deal price they said nothing can be done.

            Always was happy with Flipkart service and this has really disappointed me.

            This has not happened only to me. I see a lot of complaints regarding the same laptop on this site on the various thread. It seems there is something really fishy with this seller. Please help me how to proceed and get my laptop at the deal price.

              I have purchased redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart in august 2017 by my debit card loan emi option. But no any emi debited from my bank account till further. What can i do to solve the matter? Please help me i have already contact my bank account branch manager but he advised me to submit the letter of loan where you have purchased the item.                 Cheating on the part of e commerce i am not able to open my account i'm regularly contacting from last 15 days to flipkart but they didn't solve my case and given time again and again. It's been 2 weeks but no resolution. I'm too tired sending emails and calls in 2 weeks but they don't want to hear anything and ask for more time. How much time they need i don't know... Is 2 weeks are not enough to solve a issue like that. So it's my humble request solve my issue and given a positive response. Otherwise i'll take some legal action in future.

I got an offer letter and appointment letter from flipkart team aryan and binod heading the team promised me of job and they took 4500rs online payment from me in the month of december-2017. But after paying 4500rs they were supposed to call back for joining. After my payment is done their mobile number was in switched off, no call from their side for clarification or the refund.                         Have ordered ivoomi, with order id od[protected] received and used the product. It is overheating and charging was down in 8 hours only. Out of 8 hours only 1 hour used the phone.

                        I have called to customer care and requested to exchange the product with moto c plus by paying additional amount. He was giving some wrong examples and compared flipkart company with retail store outside. I have requested multiples times but not agreed.

                        Could you please arrange as per my request as received product is very bad and replacement product is also may will be the same.

                        Requesting you again to get service as a regular flipkart customer. Hope you understand request as an exception.

                            I have ordered a phone which was on a limited period sale but i haven't got the delivery and it has been marked as delivered and even i got a sms as the product has been delivered, i tried to call the logistics but i haven't got any response they are not even picking up the call, i have complained about this in flipkart also but still no positive results my

                              I have purchased an item from flip kart using the flip kart pay later and
                              Purchased bluetooth head set worth of rupees 3999/- on 4th sept but due to some reasons i have cancelled the order in the same day itself...

                              The order number is: “od[protected]”

                              But flip kart has sent a payment request for payment on 3rd november to my indusind bank credit card and they have settled the payment to flipkart...

                              Here one thing i need to highlight...

                              Even though the item has cancelled why flip kart has sent a payment request...?

                              Ok it happened by mistake till today one and half month finished and

                              Flip kart has not returned the amount back to my credit card...

                              Up now i have explained only half of the problem...

                              Here comes the main problem please read it carefully...

                              I want to close my existing indusind bank credit card and i have paid off all

                              The un-billed amount and raised a cancellation request 31st october 2017

                              And the card is going will cancelled within 7 working like bank people said..

                              So i have thrown my card a side and completely forget...

                              But from flip kart side they raised payment request on 3rd of november, i

                              Don’t know about this...

                              So i didn't checked statement...

                              Now in december again i have received a statement copy and message from

                              Indusind stating that i have to clear pending funds...

                              I have shocked and called the customer support regarding to this...

                              They said flip kart has requested for payment of rupees 3999/- on 3rd

                              November, so we approved like that they said...

                              And also bank people has charged me 1000 rupees for not clearing the

                              Pending payments in november (I. E., 3999/-).

                              Here the complete mistake is flip kart only...

                              I requesting you to take a serious action on flip kart and including the fine

                              Amount (5000/- i need my money back...)

                              My mobile number is: [protected]

                              And the registered email with flip kart is: [protected]@gmail.com

                              I mean to say one and half month back flip kart has taken my money...

                              So i am insisting them to clear funds along with the late fee which was

                              Imposed to me by the bank.

                              Some intruders are seeing this complaint in this portal and they were calling to the particular person and introducing them self as they are calling from so and so... And asking for the bank details...

                              Admin please make all complaint visible to only respective persons...

                              Other wise all cheaters are calling...

                              We had interacted with the customer, customer stated that he couldn't check his ICICI statement as the customer support of team of ICICI couldn't give it, informed that the order OD[protected] was placed using indusind credit card itself and informed that he has to contact his bank for entering the txn in the statement of November instead of September. Customer said he will check this with the bank and asked to close this case from our end

                                  I purchased a i phone se from flipkart app. When i received the product, i observed that there are dead pixels on the screen. We have contacted the flipkart for product replacement when flipkart denied to replace and asked to check with apple for replacement. I have contacted the apple support who responds that product was purchased from flipkart so flipkart needs to replace. Product was delivered with no screen cover or back panel cover as well.

                                  When we informed flipkart that we will raise a consumer complaint they said we can go ahead with the complain and they cannot help or assist use.

                                  I bought the phone from flipkart, why would I need a screen replacement for a brand new phone that I bought for 17000? Does it make sense?

                                      And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my debit card. The amount of rs 1458 is deducted from my bank account and rs100 from my gift card wallet....
