I ve ordered a prestige mixer grinder. It was totally broken, one wheel was broken n jar also damaged, when i received it. I ve filed for replacement, there was a response cl from flipkart i had received for replacement that they replace it by 24th nov but all of a sudden they cancel it n didn't respond for any enquiry. I can't imagine a renowned company like flipkart do this kind of neglect n how they provide such broken things and it was expensive also. My order id-od[protected].
I ve paid 5994.00 for it.
Order cancel on 16th nov.
Kindly look after it.

Dear Sir, i have purchased ivoltaa lighting connector cable from flipkart, the cable is not working now. i raised a request to flipkart and they say that they will resolve the issue. i have given complain several times but no proper response. why these flipart people play with customer i dont understand. please take proper action.

      Dear flipkart, why don't you clear things to the customer before he order a product that you can't deliver product in discounted price.
      Now i am very serious. I will not spare flipkart this time until i get my order.
      I have ordered moto g5 plus (4gb ram) on 17th december under "new pinch days" sale via my card and paid rs.9899 already. After then i have received a sms & a mail which state that my order has been placed successfully and confirmed. Everything was perfect till 3.28pm. On today at 3.29pm received a text and mail which state that my order has been cancelled.
      Wow! Again after 7th-9th december sale, same thing happend another time. Last time on 9th december, ordered mi a1 (Order id : od[protected] at 12, 699 via my sbi card, and on 10th december received the same kind off mail and my order had been cancelled by seller. I had contacted flipkart customer service team on the same day but they don't provide resolution except apology and also promise in future if the things happed they will provide compensation.
      As the incident repeated once again, this time i want my order asap, i don't want to listen any explanations. As per policy, i paid rs.9899 for moto g5 plus, order has been placed and confirmed successfully. As the seller/flipkart confirmed my order already, then seller/flipkart has to take the responsibility to fulfill the order at any cost.
      I will do the needful and will take serious action against flipkart unless receive proper resolution and compensation for this harrassment and the ordered product with in 48 hours.
      Countdown begins from now.
      Update - not recevied any resolution for previous issue.
      Now, i can't login into my account getting an error "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute"
      So even our money on flipkart is also not safe.

      UPDATE - 12th Jan'17 :: Just received a call from Flipkart Team, I just spoke to Isha who denied to activate my account and also I won't get my Rs.800 EGV back to my account.
      Its clear that Flipkart looting Customer's money by doing these kind of scams.

        Customer raised the complaint regarding product pick up of 3 quantity and refund amount done for 1 quantity only. We interacted with customer and informed that we will cross check with the logistic partner and get the confirmation whether pick up is done for 3 quantity or 1 quantity. Later as per the logistic partner update we got the confirmation that 3 quantity has been picked up so initiated the refund process for another 2 quantity and told amount will be reflecting with in 3 rd January 2018 he agreed hence closing the case from our end.

          This is a complaint letter against flipkart for first delaying in delivery of replacement order and after completion of return period then cancelling it, i have ordered a gaming laptop "acer predator" from flipkart on 7th of dec. With order id - od[protected] after receiving the product on 12th of dec. The package was tampered by delivery guys who assured me its due to big size of the box they have adjusted it, later i found it was defective and laptop has some screen discoloration prob. After applying for replacement on 14th of dec. Seller shipped the product and was out for delivery on 16th of dec. I called flipkart delivery agent not to temper the product this time so he asked me to come and pickup the package and gave me the address but as my final semester exams were going on i refused so he said will deliver the product at the end of day, later that day he came without new product and was asking me for my damaged product without giving any acknowledgement receipt it felt fishy to me and i refused, i asked him to first bring the new package and exchange it with defective one as it was hand to hand exchange after numerous calls and complaint no one has reached me, and status is showing undelivered due to operational issue delivery agent never picked-up my call on [protected]. After reaching date of delivery i. E. 18th of dec. I called and wrote numerous emails and talked with customer care they assured me to get is delivery in two days but they failed doing so after that one of there executive called from [protected] on 21 of dec. And assured me they will get it deliver in 2 days. After completion of time frame i still have not got my product and on 27 of dec. They cancelled my order stating that we can't reach you on your phone number and delivery address how ironic after all i was the one who trying to reach them, after stalling me for so many days my return policy got expired and now they cancelled my order i'm left with defective product please provide me a solution for unethical and fraudulent business done by flipkart.
          I have been there costumer for 4 years and still treating me like this.

          There grievance guy called me multiple times from +91 80679 88400, +91 80 4291 9500 and arranged a second replacement which was again got delayed but the issue was resolved and i got the product. They contacted me from mail also "Customer Support [email protected]" its their Team social media and has a quick response time. Thank you so much for your efforts really glad for you help :)

            I ordered mi a1 from flipkart on 20th december and it was delivered to me on 26th december first itself i saw some thick scratches on the phone and i used the phone not even one hour and the next day the display is not working it's totally blank. The phone was in standby for hardly 8 hours. Then after sometime the display starts working automatically for nearly 4 hrs and then the same thing happened the display went blank. I called the flipkart customer care they said will process the request. Very disappointed by the seller and flipkart. Don't know why flipkart allowing such sellers to sell products. This seller truenet commerce is selling used and damaged products.
            I was place only one MI 5a in that ID but my order has been canceled very poor I sow many case like that if you are not able to sale properly than why you are seller I don't have a word for your service .
            Mane redmi 5a 2gb and 16gb mobile order kiya but automatic cancel ho gya please provide my mobile order redmi 5a i want to receive mobile. Mane or koi mobile phone order nhi kiya tha fur bhi mara mobile phone order cancel ho gya.

              I have ordered vu 43 inch full hd led tv from flipkart and, and due to bad courier service it's not delivered and i have to pick up it from courier office, after 3 days when installation and demo was delayed, i opened the tv box and i hot screen was broken, so i called the flipkart and ask them from replacement, they says we will contact you back in few days fro replacement, and they don't call me or i haven't received any email, i have called them more then 5-6 times each time they saying same, and now it's 2 months of tv and still my tv was not get replaced, now they says the replacement period is over, what should i do now, i am from very middle class family the amount of tv screen pannel was almost 80% of tv price, i haven't used tv as it's broken. Really bad response from flipkart.

                I have purchased through debit card of kallappanna awade janata sahakari bank ltd ichalkaranji branch - hupari

                I requested return and i had returned mobile to flipkart courier boy on 9 november 2017

                My flipkart return id is[protected]

                I had got email that refund is successfully processed on 11 november 2017

                But till todate refund is not received.

                I regularely called flipkart customer care and email them,

                They provide me one number [protected] and said it is transaction id.

                I went to bank authority and shown this number with mail.

                They told that it is not useful and asking for bank neft detail and through which bank money is transferred.

                I again called and asked for above details to flipkart resolution center but they can not provide these details.

                Now what can i do?
                Where to go?

                I had attached bank details as well as recent account statement showing that there is no any refund from flipkart in this period.

                  Dear sir,
                  This is regarding a phone i ordered on 23rd of sep 2017 under exchange scheme
                  On 28 the sep flipkart official rejected my phone (Supposed to be exchanged) due to screen damage issue. Now i have paid 7599 for a phone which i have never seen
                  I dont understand where is the gap that phone never left flipkarts inventory
                  If somebody is reading this ease help resolve it been 3 months now flipkart is fooling me by saying that my refund has been initiated
                  If there is any law governing consumer interest, please don't allow these fradulant organisations to work in our country
                  They take advantage of the fact that nobody can do any harm to them

                    I have sent a cancellation request for an order, its a prepaid order and rejected the delivery also.
                    Flipkart saying that they will not refund the money
                    I have sent some more than 25 requests to cancel and refund my money.
                    My only question to them why you are making a customer suffer like this since its a prepaid order.
                    Flipkart is very poor in addressing customer issues

                      Flipkart didn't refund my amount of rs.11999/- which they debited for a failed order id order id: od[protected]. I raised a ticket with them and its been more than 2 weeks sincecreating the ticket and 1 month since the failed transaction they have not refund my amount. All interactions with them end up saying i will get refund in 5 days but its not happened till now. Below is the incident. Please help me

                      Hey flipkart you are getting worse day by day i shared my bank details with you 2 weeks back as you said you will ask the seller to do a manual refund.After 3 weeks i get a response that the bank transfer failed and youask my bank details again.You guys had one job to note my bank details correctly and transfer the refund amount and you failed it again..The flipkart customer service is the worst thing you can have and they fail everytime miserably i have never had such a bad experience with other E-commerce players you guys are reminding me time and again why i am still using Flipkart.TGoo

                        Actually we ordwerd 6 sarees in flipkart in oct 16th. I will picked only 3 sarees. Remain 3 sarees retuned. But still now i did't recived my refund payment.

                          On 22 September, I placed an order of Mi 4a mobiles quantity 2, and mamy poko pants diaper qty 2 with order id OD[protected]. As soon as I placed the order, my order got cancelled saying that seller has cancelled your order because of bulk order. The order amount was 13465..then I waited for my money to be credited in my account for 7-10 days. When I didn't get credit, I started communicating to flipkart customer care, after 3 months till date I didn't got my money back. Flipkart customer care reply was our seller had not claimed money from your sbi bank, so you talk to sbi.. SBI is saying they had claimed the money, if they had not claimed they want a letter from the merchant stating that they have not received the amount. Upon contacting to flipkart customer care, they are saying they can't provide this. What should I mean by this.. I am very upset and this amount is a very big amount for me. They have claimed the money on 25 Sept as said by bank.. It is clearly shown in my bank statement too

                            I took this phone through online delivery. There is a problem with it and it's just been a month. It is moto g5 plus. There is errors in storing the clicked photos. When i am trying to check the photos which have clicked it appearing to be in block manner which is not normal. I tried correcting it but not happening so kindly do help me with this. What are the options do i have to resolve this problem

                                On 5th DEC 2017, two fraud transaction were happened on My ICICI debit card account. Transactions are made on FlipKart.

                                1050 and 5520 are the both transactions on FlipKart.
                                Attached bank statement for the same.

                                Transaction is initiated from other person's Flip-kart account and Bank details used are mine.

                                Please help me to find out this fraud transactions.

                                Also I have registered complaint to Pune cyber crime cell before 2-3 weeks, but still I had not got any response from them.

                                If this type of transactions can happen on FlipKart how I can trust ahead on online shopping.

                                Please try to to resolve this asap.

                                  Below are the details of my issue with flipkart as per which flipkart is liable to pay me a sum of rs. 13494.00 in order to settle the issue with my axis bank.


                                  On 26th january my bank statement showing two transaction with flipkart, payments has been made by my debit card with sum rs. 11999, transaction date 19/12/2017 and sum rs. 1495, transaction date 23/12/2017 which i did order anything. I enquired about the same with my axis bank and asked for an order id with this transaction which they shared with me. Transaction id – ecom pur/flipkart/inte/[protected]/191217/09:24 & ecom pur/flipkart/inte/[protected]/231217/17:50. When i shared the same with flipkart, they denied that any such transaction id exist in their database.

                                  So i request you to please look into this matter and provide me the details regarding, what is the item that was purchased, where did it got delivered to and any other specific detail required to raise the fraud transaction issue in the system for this particular transaction.

                                    I ordered mi a1 and coolpad cool1 with sale and another payment offer of 10 %discount on hdfc.
                                    Product was shipped.. No problem
                                    But with ekart logistics which is flipkarts courier service.. They received at my nearest hub... Mi a1 on 18 dec but didnt deliver that to me.. After few days i raised request at flipkarts to either provide reason for delay or contact nber for courier service.. I didn't get any reply from flipkart. On 25 dec my order was cancelled by courier... It is most certain that they didn't want to provide couriers services contact number and any reason for cancellation. And neither they want to deliver. These big sales are only scams to hold back customers money and harassing customers.
