This is regarding order number: od[protected]
The order was placed on fri, dec 8th 2017. When the order is tracked, the website is showing
Tue, 12th dec 2:37 pm bangalore undelivered due to shipment damaged
The order status still shows as delay in delivery but when i called flipkart support, they are saying that the money will be refunded within 8 to 10 days. This is unacceptable. Since this product is still in-stock, why is the flipkart support saying they will cancel the order?
Shipment damage is an error caused by flipkart and has nothing to do with the customer. Since the price of the laptop is now rs. 1, 09, 990 which is more than the ordered price (Rs. 69, 990) how can the customer re-order the same laptop at the original price?
Why does the customer have to pay the price for flipkart's mistake?
Who is responsible for such a mistake?
I request flipkart to take responsibility for their mistake and deliver the ordered product. I do not wish to receive a refund. I want the product to be delivered.
I think this is a scam by flipkart/retailnet (Seller). I found similar complaint on this forum. I think same product cancelled and having the same reason is not mere co-incidence.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Complaint : damaged in transit hence order cancelled
Solution : interacted with the customer conveyed the apology due to in transit shipment damaged condition unable to process customer consignment, refund initiated and completed so closing
