Recently I ordered oppo f5 mobile phone OrderId OD[protected] against exchange of my old phone but ekart is denying exchange due to a spot mark on the screen which is not a defect. As per ur terms and conditions screen should not have any defect in terms of scratch, breakage or dent which is not applicable in my case. I have fully read ur terms and conditions for exchange where nothing is mentioned on the the spot mark. Even I have cleared the quality checks of exchange which is there at the time of order. Moreover it is also clearly mentioned that for a product to be applicable for exchange it should be in good working condition and I am already using this old phone till now. Pls resolve my issue ASAP as I have been your customer since many years and never faced such pathetic experience till date. Looking forward to hear from you in a positive note so that I don't have enough to escalate further. Attaching phone photos for your reference. thanks PRADEESH [protected]

Flipkart people say u people have to register in mircomax company bla bla bla bla... Dey talk abt terms and conditions for d problem.. Instead of providing d solution to d problem dey try to escape with # terms and conditions... Cheaters.. I ll never purchase any items from now on and never recommend anyone in my life...

        Please note that today i received a ceramic vase of 16.5cm in height but the height of this vase shown on flipkart app is 16.5inch which is 40cm.           Placed order on 9 dec 17 through flipkart for mi a1 which should be delivered today 13 dec as per the commitment date. But current status showing it is not packed yet. Complain raised with flipkart also but they are also not sure about the current status or when it will actual deliver.
          Not sure, it is delayed by flipkart or truenet for such a poor service.

            This was the message and after taking the request you cancelled it after 2 days. This is 2 nd time that flipkart are cancelling my return request. The mobile which i have received was not working properly and after. Technician visit the mobile is hanged and not working at all. Will never buy from flipkart next time they make people fool. And the senior customer mrs. Neha is so rude that she doesnt know how to talk to customer, i said i will compain she told me u can complain its ur wish. Worst services from flipkart nowadays better to close it. Technician visit for panasonic p77 (White, 16 gb) with order id od[protected] has been scheduled with our authorized partner jeeves consumer services private limited.                 Request for refund. But my request is still being processed. I hope u will
                Consider it. So please at least replace it if you cant refund it because

                  I have booked redmi note 4 twice and both booking has been cancelle by flipkart. Both booking was prepaid using credit card. Till date i have not get refund.

                    Dec 3rd i received my mi max 2 mobile. That is a not good in battery, signal and hanging. I raised a complaint on 5th december. Some flipkart executive said with in 2days your problem will resolve like ha said. Still i facing the same same problem. He send fake technician he don't know anything even how to see the problem also. I am asking if you resolve the problem ok otherwise i want my refund. The policy is there with in 10 days refund or replacement options. But he said no option is there. Please resolve my issue

                      Happened same to me, ordered product on 7th december it was supposed to be delivered by 13th december. Still not packed,
                      I tried to get flipkart support, they told me they will get resolution in 48hours, means 2 days waiting : (

                      I am sensing this was prebooking of mi a1. They do not have stock in hands hence the delay.

                      Earlier we were able to search for import data on zauba.com but now they assemble it in india so no way to know how much stock they are short to start the delivery : (

                      Most of the orders will get cancelled, i have made full payment of[protected] price + sbi credit card discount 10%), if all of other customer with same issue has already made the payment then

                      Consider 1000 (Min) orders;
                      12000 (Avg price) * 1000 customers = 1.2crore amount is held by seller. Annual interest of 4.89 lakh (4%)
                      Means seller has already earned 10000+ rupees (For 1 week) as interest without doing nothing..

                      Nice move seller,, hope u deliver our products as promised and do not cancel the order..

                          I have ordered a mi a1 on 7th dec, expected delivery date of my mobile was on 11th dec. But my order has been not packed yet. And as i gone through many reviews, i have also noticed that they have sold the defective product. What about the false promises made by both flipkart and true net commerce.
                          And the responses given by flipkart were worst. Didn't expect such a worst response from flipkart.

                          I have ordered mi a1 at 8/12/17 and delivary is at 13/12/17 but in my status the mobile is still not packed
                          I think this is same compalint as given by other customers who ordered mi A1 mobile.i too was victim for this worst service by truenet commerce and flipkart.
                          i really don't know why they are neglecting this issue.

                              I have ordered the ac om march28th 2017 and cancelled it immediately with the order id od[protected] which is 30, 990/- and the amount got converted into emi for 24 months which is monthy 1797/-.
                              The amount is deducting every month after i cancelled the product.

                              How come you deduct the money every month from my cc account after cancelling the product. I want the refund or the product and which i am not going to pay any single paise for the rest emi's.

                                    My order was suppose to reach me on 11th of december and still i haven’t recieved my product. Are you people so not capable of delivering the product at the right time and place. This is the 4th time i am facing the same problem. And this is the last time i am using the # app. Shame on you guys. You take your customers very lightly and so irresponsible towards them. You don’t understand the emotions and sentiments of your customers and also the urgency and need of your customers

                                      Promised delivery date of order was 8th dec, still part not even packed and processed.
                                      Today is 13th dec, still no information about the same. Now it is showing as order's delivery date is 15th dec.
                                      It is annoying. It is my first worst experience with online shopping. It is not only about my order but about promising service for which we are paying.
                                      Same here bro...
                                      Please retweet my tweet with your orderid so Xiaomi will consider Amazon over flipkart as amazon have better customer support and quick deliveries

                                        I ordered a pixel 2 on dec 7 by paying 39500 by credit card. This is not yet dispatched by the seller.

                                        The same seller - omnitechretail, continues to sell the same item on flipkart mentioning two days delivery at my pincode. So its not a case of product availability.

                                        Flipkart has not given any reasons for the delay even after my repeated emails.

                                        Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay. We interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and customer confirmed that due to delay in delivery he cancelled the order and he placed a new order which is delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                        +1. I too ordered Pixel 2 last week. If I check the "Track order" option, its showing no progress. Even its not packaged by now and the expected date of shipping is 15th!
