Flipkart has closed my account associated with my email id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in without any information to me. I have not done any transaction since about one and half month from this account. I don't know why my account is closed. Returning or requesting refund for some product is as per their policy and customer satisfaction. Moreover, i have not purchased or returned any product since last one and half month... Why should my account be closed that to without providing any information to me either by email or sms. I am customer of flipkart since the days when it is selling only books... And purchased many things since these days. Is this a way to behave to a loyal customer? I need to reopen and activate my account

Sometime flipkart itself cancels the order without any satisfactory reason... when you have purchased products with discounted price. But when customer need to return they are starangely closing the accounts. It is very unprofessional and unethical behavior.

We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to Customers Flipkart account.
The order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !

I don't know why but they have blacklisted my account and not giving me anymore festive pass. I am a regular customer and they still blacklisted me.
I had festive pass validity till 31st march still they removed it today.
Even they blacklisted my account once before for ordering two mobiles of the same model.
Sir I want to cancel my extended warranty policy providedby Flipkart as u give time duration for replacement of product as that within 10 days

We purchased a tab Swipe Slate Pro on 03:12:2017(Sunday) via Flipkart Online Purchasing and we have noticed that the USB charger is not functioning.
Kindly help us out by replacing with the new working charger.

    I have ordered oppo f3 plus mobile with order id od[protected] by putting on exchange my redmi 1s but delievery boy has denied to give me exchange by saying that redmi 1s colour is fadding at a small place and when i informed flipkart about that they told me that if only colour is getting gadding than you should get exchange because we do not provide exchange when screen or any other parts is damaged and they also take a complain for the same and promise me that another courier boy will come and he will check the phone but today i saw in flipkart app that they just refund the amount i do not want refund i want new oppo f3 plus

    I also attach image of redmi 1s and you can see that only colour is getting fade and there is no damage in entire phone and screen is also in good shape and I also attach the image of flipkart mail in which they have mention that we will resolve the issue by 14 December

      Sir i bought google pixel 2 mobile from flipkart on 7 dec 2017 against order number od[protected] and expected date was given on 12 dec 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through debit card (The sum of rupees 39999/-) at the time of booking. But the item is not deliver to me up to till date (12 dec. 2017) i contacted flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me and every time i contacted them they are give any ascuse to me... Doesnt know when will be the product delivered by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern company for cheating customers by showing fake estimated delivery date...

Customer has already placed order for same through different ID, hence closed
      I bought boAt bassheads 220 in last month with one year warranty. But now my headset miq is not working pls resolve this problem.

        Respected sir/madam

        I've ordered 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and sandisk ixpand 128 gb pen drive which cost 1499 rs each and i did paid the money online and on the day of delivery flipkart seller cancelled my order in diwali festival.
        I ordered it on sat, oct 7th '17 11:14 pm and my delivery expected by fri, oct 13th '17 and the status of order didn't change till fri, oct 13th '17 and than they cancelled my order and refunded my money.
        And the refunded me 2798 and my remaining 200 rs was locked in phonepay.
        When i called there customer care they told me that there was price error. If there was price error that they should have figured it out on the next day of the order placed that is on oct 8th '17. But they didn't, they used my money for 7 days and canceled my order.
        I want that 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and at same price. It is wrong to fool people and use there money for some day. I don't how many more people they have cheated. I guess they are fooling people and using there money and giving them back after there work is finished. I also think that they might be fooling people and taking there money and investing it, gaining the profit on that money and then returning the money back.
        I want that ixpand drives and at that rate (I. E. 2998).

        If its not possible to provide the product in that price than why didn't you canceled it before?? It was canceled on the delivery day. I want that product, if it was seller's fault than ask him to pay the remaining amount.

            I was delivered with a seal tampered galaxy s7 which was purchased on flipkart by seller truecomretail for rs29999/- with exchange on friday december 8th 2017.
            It was a perfectly packed seal tampered galaxy s7 shipped on monday 11th december 2017.
            When raised a compliant with flipkart they are denying for a refund and wants me to again replace a fraudulent device with the seller truecomretail.
            Where in which flipkart supports fraudulent activity in a direct way.
            Until now no action has been taken towards the seller nor my money has been refunded.

            The seal was broken internally and a fake seal was pasted on top of it which clearly shows that it was done on purpose to cheat the consumers.
            This type of fraudulent activity is supported by Flipkart.

              Hi team,

              I'm a regular buyer from flipkart, i have ordered mi a1 product but what happened here is after paying money flipkart doesn't show any status on the product, not even packed product yet since it's been three days when the product is ordered i. E.in friday afternoon around 12 pm. I have been trying to call n even i contacted to the customer care agents they are saying that my issues is going to be sloved but nothing has happened yet.. They gave me daadline of 12th december, but i am hoping that it would get solved today til 7 pm.

              Let's hope till 7 pm if not then need to take things forward.

                  Initially i ordered a hard disk for my friend and i was not satisfied with its quality, i initiated a refund, after which they are saying the product key is not matching and they wont take back the product. When the product is delivered, we dont check the product key, nor is that mentioned by them to match it everytime a product is delivered. Now they are refusing to take back the product. Meanwhile my friend was in urgent need of hardisk, so he ordered the same from amazon and the product got delivered. They are continuously refusing to take back the product and since all this has happened there is no question that i need a replacement. As they did not deliver the right product, its a flaw from their end and they should help me getting the refund instead of refusing to take back the product.

                      Hi, i have ordered mi a1 on 8th of dec 2017, the delivery date was before 15th dec 2017. But whenever i was tracking the product it's showing only one thing that is seller is processing your order. How many days a seller will take it to process or else these offers are all fake or you people making us fools. I request flipkart not to allow these kind of sellers who won't respond, who won't delivery product on time, whom should we contact now. I called to flipkart customer service they said that it is not updating it will b delivered before promising date. Till now i had good feeling on flipkart now i need to think and shift to other online services. Please look into the issue and do needful

                        I had ordered a pixel 2 on 8th december 2017 during the big billion sales from 7-9 th december 2017.

                        As per advertised offer, the pixel 2 was listed at 61, 000 and flipkart offered a flat 11, 001 on the listed price.
                        Additionally, the offer said an instant discount of inr 10, 000 will be available if you purchase through debit card or credit card (As per t&c).

                        I have purchased the same but i did not receive any instant cash back discount of 10, 000 from the bank. Moreover, i spoke to the customer care before purchasing the phone and they told i would get the cash back.

                        However, its been 4 days and i have not received any cash back, moreover when i contacted the customer service, an individual name mr. Atis denied any cash back offer on pixel 2. The customer care people think we are fools.

                        It is all over the net and there are numerous articles mentioned that the google pixel 2 starts from 39, 999 after flat discount of 11, 001 and further discount of 10, 000 when u purchase through card.

                        Also, please train your staff, they are not aware of any offers. They were mentioning me current offers on the phone. They are unable to understand any questions.

                              I made a call on dec 11 th to roll free number
                              They are simply saying that will get back tomorrow they are denying to connect to manager
                              They are not giving any response or any reason why my order has been delayed
                              This is the worst i have seen
                              This is the customer service they are providing
                              I want a compensation on this

                              We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, checked for the return of the product, customer stated due to delay he had given that phone to his colleague and do not want to return, no further issues, hence closing the case.

                                I had bought google chromecast from flipkart on 12.07.2017. First few days it was working fine. But later on i started facing some difficulties with this device. But now it doesn't work at all. Whenever i switch on the device it shows no signal. I have rest the device a couple of times but it doesn't work at all. It has a 1 year warranty and it has stopped working after 5 months. So i would say that either you resolve the defect in device or replace it with a new one or refund me my money.

We had interacted with the customer and informed since 10 days replacement policy got over and asked customer to avail a 1 year manufactured warranty and asked customer to contact the brand toll-free number "[protected]" for further assistance.                                   And ₹11, 249. The one with the lower price was delivered very next day while the one with the higher price was delayed on many follow up's after 5 days i was asked to cancel the order and order again on higher price and hence fooling the customer on the name of discount.

                                    Hello. I had ordered two kobo resistance bands. Order id is od[protected]. However, upon receiving the parcel, inside was only one band, and that was not the band which i had ordered. Hence i called flipcart and explained the situation to them that i had only one band, and it was not the one specefied, hence i wanted to request a refund. The next day, my product was picked, and the ekart guy opened the product in front of me and saw there was only one band inside. But now i have receieved the payment for only one of the bands, i. E. Rs 1242, whereas i had paid for two bands. Hence a refund of rs. 1242 is pending. I am feeling exploited and cheated. I hope you help me resolve my issue and get my remaining refund asap.

                                      8th december 2017, which was expected to be deliver by 12th
                                      December (Tomorrow). However the status of the order is yet not packed. Had
                                      Words with your customer service team, they confirmed that it wont be
                                      Deliver by time, there is some delay. I have raised a separate ticket to
                                      Track this.

                                      While browsing about seller (Truenet commerce), i got to know about their
                                      Scam. I wonder this is flipkart assured seller still we have number of

                                        Customer raised a complaint because he received a wrong size product. We interacted with the customer and informed him that he order for 72x60x5 size product and the same delivered to him hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                        I accidentally ordered the Panasonic 55 Novo battery instead of the Panasonic 55 Novo that I got, but I wanted the Panasonic 55 Novo battery, now it is not replacing Panasonic 66 Novo, which I have not used anymore Neither is paying back the money.
