I bought a Moto G 2nd Generation through Flipkart on 16th November 2014. The IMEI number of my handset is [protected]. The hand set speaker refused to work couple of weeks ago. I approached the Moto G authorized service center Vellore Tamilnadu with proper bill copy on 6th of May for repair under warranty. Since then almost 9 days have been passed but the service center is not in a position to fix this problem and asking for more extension. The service center receipt Number is VLR/MG/15/00204 WO DATE 06 May 2015.If service center is not able to fix the problem early, they need to offer a free replacement instead of taking so much in fixing the problem. I am traveling to US next week and in the absence of my hand set this will really create lot of problem me during the travel. I therefore request you to please look in to the matter with some urgency and let me know how quickly my hand set can be repaired or an alternate hand set is given to me. Thank you so Much.     I purches Mi4i new phone from flipkart within 2days phone heating like a heat machine. I have facing problems if ear & brain from heating the phone. Flipkart is not ready to help me so I decided to done suicide. Flipkart & it's employees are responsible for my death. I have no money to buy a phone but I took loan from someone but flipkart & it's team behave so rudely so I am ending myself. Flipkart & it's team is responsible for my death

      I have ordered Mi4i mobile to my wife and she received mobile yesterday without ear phone. Its very amberising for me that I can't gift her complete set. For a company like flipkart its not expected. Is there any system to check consignment before sending to customer. I am sorry but next time while online shopping I will not go with flipkart.         Hi, This is to inform all flip kart users that never buy any this..i am repeating NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART. Such a bad experience i am experiencing the worst experience by buying a YOTA PHONE from FLIP KART.. First of all FLIP KART sent me useless new YOTA PHONE which was offered @ a price of 6999/- .. By the price i was under impression of amazing deal i am getting on flip kart. But may be it was my life's biggest mistake. not may be...it was surely a biggest mistake of my life. What in a hell they are dealing with the customers ...what they are thinking o[censored]s, , , .. we are giving them business & they are fooling us around buy sending us worst PRODUCTS they have.. Firstly they sent me useless YOTA phone which is not working the day i got it out from the box. Now its been 10 days i am calling them every day twice for the info but every time they are saying our technical team will call you...& every time i am telling them that your technical team calls me & cut the phone but the person to whome i am telling this is again a useless for me...bacause every time there's a new guy who tells me that sir we cannot help you only technical team will call you & give you the solution. & yes one more thing i would like to add in it...that after requesting twice everyday as i've mentioned before that i call them twice everyday so i've given them my alternate number because the reason they give every time that we've called you but your no. was not reachable or not audible & they use to call us by system generated calls & they cannot call customer twice because its system of FLIPKART not to care for customer if he has not got solution in one call or the customer has not got contacted at once... so they keep on hold the problem of customer to the customer & leave them for the next day. I mean what a failure of there system... & this is how they are harassing there customers who are blindly trusting them buy paying them without checking there products. I mean its not there fault its the INDIAN system they are adapting... even i am writing all this on consumer complaint portal & i know that nobody is gonna take care of this complaint... so i am writing this just to remove my tension & frustation.           I ordered a Samsung B600BE battery.I received the order after raised complaint in customer care. but not received genuine battery i went to samsung service center they told me battery is duplicate.i called customer care and told all information they told dont worry product will replace within 6 days but after 3 days request has been cancelled by flipkart due to item unavailability.After called they told we will refund your amount i asked what about 15 days wasted and asked take action against your seller but representative not given any satisfy answer. i request to flipkart if seller dont have any original product then immediately cancel the order dont send duplicate product and its happened then take immediately action against that seller. After all its not about business you must maintain original quality and customer satisfaction.

            Hello, On April 29th, I had purchased one Lenovo A7000 in Wednesday sale and my order was confirmed first. But next day, I got a message that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. Then, on May 6th, I again purchased the same mobile and my card was charged and order confirmed. Later same day, I got a message in the evening that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. This time, I called the Flipkart's customer care number and talked to one customer support rep and he told me that there is some technical issue and I insisted again and again to tell me that technical issue but he said he can just say "technical issue" and don't have exact details. Then, I wrote an email and got a reply that this was due to a technical glitch. Then, I again wrote in reply to that mail that this same thing was told by your customer care rep when I called on May 6th, but I want to know the exact reason. Also, it was mentioned in the mail which I got on May 6th after my order cancellation that Flipkart's team tried to call me - whereas no call was placed from Flipkart to my phone number. Then, I got a call from Syed AM from Flipkart's customer support team on May 11th and he apologized for the whole incidence and then said that he is adding the item to my cart and then I can make the payment and I will get the mobile for sure this time. Then, again he called after a few minutes and said that I have added the item to my cart and requested to make the payment. I made the payment on May 11th itself and got a message that my order has been confirmed via email and SMS. Then on May 12th, I got a message in the evening that my order has been shipped and will be delivered on May 14th. Then on May 13th, I got a message at around 06:44 pm that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. Then again I called Flipkart's customer care number and told their customer support rep the whole issue. He put the call on-hold twice to check the things and later said that this is due to some courier issue in your area and apologized for the whole scene. There is no courier issue in my area as I had ordered one Moto E2 in March from Flipkart and that was delivered very nicely at my address. And second thing is that if my area has some courier issues then why when I am checking on Flipkart's website by putting my pin code, it is showing standard delivery in 4-5 days. Then on May 14th, I got a mail from Flipkart support team that "We have checked with the logistic team and there was a mistake from their end as courier service is available in your area and please process the payment again." I SIMPLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE DOING SUCH ODD THINGS. I request you to kindly take some strict action against this nonsense going on by Flipkart. They have charged my card thrice in the last two weeks and sent messages first that my order is confirmed and then cancelling the order. It is a matter of great shame for Flipkart's management that they are doing such odd things and having this kind of low-class services. Regards, Himanshu

              Registered number - [protected]... Had ordered a Nokia lumia 640 mobile handset and have paid the full amount for it. I have been waiting since the last two days for the product. Moreover, Blue dart is a very unprofessional courier service and has the worst customer service. Blue dart has been lying about the premises being closed whereas I have been waiting for the product at home.                 i bought a Asus zenfone c ZC450 on 3rd of may its camera clear so i registered a return.from flipkart techical team a person called me on 5th of may and he said that he will send a smartcheck link but i not received it till 7th of may they called and said the same without sending the link after that i not got any calls from them. i bought this mobile to gift my sister's bday.it on 10th of may .now the mobile is not longer needed please refund me.my order id OD[protected] please help me on this thanks, mowliram

                  I ordered a product from Flipkart OD[protected] on Sat, May 09, 2015. I got a message on 12.05.2015 that the product could not be delivered since I was not available at home. Hence e-kart logistics person came to my place and went back without contacting me on that number which is given to flipkart. Next day I raised a complaint to flipkart and asked them to give me a call when the courier person comes to my address. It seemed that the flipkart didn't take the complaint seriously as the same thing happened next day and I didn't get any call. On the contrary, they said that they don't have contact details as they have nothing to do with e-kart logistics. This shows the lack of accountability on flipkart's part as they were trying to absolve themselves from the safe delivery of the product. again I raised a complaint for not calling me back as requested and i didn't receive a call back for today as well If Flipkart cannot ask the courier services to contact customers in case of non-availability of the customers at the delivery address, then y do they take down all the details of the customer. Can't they just make one call to the customer and that could have solved the problem then and there. Since I was not at home at the time of the delivery of the product the i could hence collected the package from the courier's facility in the city provided that I would have had the number which Flipkart straight denied to give. This is pathetic way of working and a way pathetic service. If one mere call could solve the problems then why to complicate things. Please don't expect the customer to sit at home and wait for the flipkaart person to come and deiver. there are other priorities. It was my last visit to this online shoping website considering their poor delivery facilty, lack of flexibilty and lack of accountability. BYE FLIPKART

                      I brought a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from Flipkart; order no OD[protected]. I found issues with battery life of the product. I placed a replacement request and Flipkart has asked me to install Smartchk app for diagnosis. This app needs activation and I am still waiting for two weeks for Technical Service to call me and provide activation PIN. Every time I call customer service they will assure I will get a call in next 24 hours, but waiting from 06/05/13 until now. And then they closed the request without any explanation on 5/14. This is not a good way of customer response. I reopened for replacement request, either provide me a new handset or refund my money back. This is not good for flipkart. Please resolve this case as soon as possible...

                          I have bought an Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC from Flipkart. The AC arrived on 27th April and installation was supposed to be done on 29th April. However no one called and turned up. I place a complaint with Flipkart on 30th and was promised an installation on 2nd May. Again the same issue. Now the installation was promised on 4th May. Today they sent me an message that the installation will be done on 6th May. Today is 14/05/2015 and still my product hasnt been installed. As u can see on the product details, company assures you a full warrant of 1 year and a compressor warranty of 4 years. When I called up Daikin, they said that they do not honour warranty if the product is bought online. So I called up Flipkart, they are not able to give a proper answer. I have waited for more than 15 days, harassed and tired down by Flipkart executives. I am finally calling them to take the product back and return my money back. An you will not believe it, the executives are still asking me to wait more. They are not properly taking my request to return the product. Dont buy this product as they will not provide you with any warranty and the harrasment is never ending. I believe that such a practice is maligning the reputation of your company.                               Fri, 3rd Apr'15 I bought a Fridge (Electrolux) through Flipkart on Fri, 3rd Apr'15 The next day I found this fridge defective and was heating up badly. On Date: 05/04/2015 I requested for the return of the product. After numerous phone calls and emails I got a Technician on 12th May 2015 at my home. Technician came and said within 10 seconds that there is no problem with the fridge and its heating up is normal, I again told him that normally a fridge doesn’t heat up that badly otherwise why would I raise a complaint. He later argued saying that the kitchen temperature is high that’s why the fridge is heating up. He didn’t listen and to my surprise took his bag and simply went away. I called customer care and they said that there system is down and they can’t assist. I redialed and called again and suddenly there systems were working and said that they cannot do anything with the issue I have raised.. The worst service, I have experienced with FLIPKART as I was told that a product can be returned in a month time Details are here OD[protected] Purchase Date - Fri, 3rd Apr'15 Product - Fridge (Electrolux EC060PSH 47 L Single Door Refrigerator) I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I expect a much higher level of service and I am quite disappointed.                                 I purchased a JBL Wireless Speakers on 21st Arpil 2015. To begin with I was given a used product with items missing in the pack. I filed immediate return. It took several day (1 week) there was no notification. I had to call Customer Service only to know that the Seller did not have a piece. I then filed for Cancellation. I have neither got any infofmation nor any assistance about the pick up. I have to call Customer Service every time ( 11 Times. ) I am promised the same that it will get picked up. But I don't receive any information and the product is not being picked up. Look into the matter and kindly resolve. It truly is annoying and terrible at your end to be so callous.
