On April 29th, I had purchased one Lenovo
A7000 in Wednesday sale and my order was confirmed first. But next day, I got a message that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed.
Then, on May 6th, I again purchased the same mobile and my card was charged and order confirmed. Later same day, I got a message in the evening that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed.
This time, I called the Flipkart
's customer care number and talked to one customer support rep and he told me that there is some technical issue and I insisted again and again to tell me that technical issue but he said he can just say "technical issue" and don't have exact details.
Then, I wrote an email and got a reply that this was due to a technical glitch. Then, I again wrote in reply to that mail that this same thing was told by your customer care rep when I called on May 6th, but I want to know the exact reason. Also, it was mentioned in the mail which I got on May 6th after my order cancellation that Flipkart
's team tried to call me - whereas no call was
placed from Flipkart
to my phone number.
Then, I got a call from Syed AM from Flipkart
's customer support team on May 11th and he apologized for the whole incidence and then said that he is adding the item to my cart and then I can make the payment and I will get the mobile for sure this time. Then, again he called after a few minutes and said that I have added the item to my cart and requested to make the payment.
I made the payment on May 11th itself and got a message that my order has been confirmed via email and SMS.
Then on May 12th, I got a message in the evening that my order has been shipped and will be delivered on May 14th.
Then on May 13th, I got a message at around 06:44 pm that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed.
Then again I called Flipkart
's customer care number and told their customer support rep the whole
issue. He put the call on-hold twice to check the things and later said that this is due to some courier issue in your area and apologized for the whole scene.
There is no courier issue in my area as I had ordered one Moto E2 in March from Flipkart
and that was delivered very nicely at my address. And second thing is that if my area has some courier issues then why when I am checking on Flipkart
's website by putting my pin code, it is showing standard delivery in 4-5 days.
Then on May 14th, I got a mail from Flipkart
support team that "We have checked with the logistic team and there was a mistake from their end as courier service is available in your area and please process the payment again." I SIMPLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE DOING SUCH ODD THINGS.
I request you to kindly take some strict action against this nonsense going on by Flipkart
. They have charged my card thrice in the last two weeks and sent messages first that my order is confirmed and then cancelling the order.
It is a matter of great shame for Flipkart
's management that they are doing such odd things and having this kind of low-class services.
