I have purchased honor 9i on 31 oct 17. Product delivered to me on 06 nov. Product was not as per specification and overheating problem was there. Product was with 10 days refund replaceable warranty. After my complain their engineer is visited and make report. Though he has mentioned that both 4g sim will not work. But he has not mentioned anything about heating. After that flipkart closed the request. And mentioned refund can not be done. Then i asked for replacement or refund again which they are always cancelling. Now again they are asking technician visit for manipulate the report.

    Ordered a phone during heavy discount & now they denied giving it to me and seller has revised the price to normal at the very next day, now flipkart has denied taking my exchange phone by saying the phone is heavily damaged though it is not heavily damaged. I also ordered the tempered glass for it which was delivered before & they are denying to take it back too. Now what should i do with the tempered glass i ordered and pain they caused me?       The order was not delivered on time and was showing as reached guna since 6-nov-17 through "gati" which is the same place as my location, however even after delay flipkart was least bothered about it. When i called flipkart i was informed that issue is due to logistics problem and same shall be replaced withing 02 days. After 04 days issue was not resolved and today the order is cancelled showing as order cancelled by the seller. I myself contacted "gati" and they informed that order delivery was put on hold by seller/flipkart and now is cancelled by them. Now i am asked by flipkart to place a differrent order!!!. This seems like mala fide / bad faith intentions on part of seller & flipkart, you guys accepted the payment upfront and after goofing around for 14 odd days you have cancelled the order as per your wishes. I even doubt whether it was washing machine which was sent through "gati" or some bogus item just to generate docket id. Customer gets harassed, his time is wasted, his money is locked and you guys have a win win situation. Is flipkart not accountable??!!!

          Dear team,
          This is to bring in your notice that recently i bought a mi a1 phone (Order id :od[protected] but the product delivered to me was faulty, it had overheating issue.

          Like a loyal customer who had trust on flipkart and also being a fan of mi phones, i raised a replacement request (Which i regret today), hoping to get a quality product.

          But all these doesn't ended here. Instead of giving me an immediate replacement, i received messages like we will contact you on so and so date.. After receiving these kind of messages twice or trice, finally i called up the customer care and after a long discussion my replacement request was approved.

          But to my utter shock this time also i received a defective piece. The camera of the phone costing rs. 14, 999 was not working. It had some hardware issue. This time when i approached customer care (Within 10 days) i received an answer that according to their policy they cant initiate a refund or replacement and told me to visit mi service center.

          The entire incident was very disappointing and caused a huge inconvenience to me. Here i cant see "flipkart assured - our promise to deliver quality products" getting fulfilled anywhere. Moreover this kind of incidents are a big hit on the trust of customer on flipkart and also raises a lot of question regarding the service being provided.

          Why a customer should suffer for mistakes done at your end. Here both the time a defective product was delivered. If not a replacement, please provide full refund. Stop creating such inconvenience and deceiving customers like this.

          Kindly find a more suitable way of settlement. Accepting your mistake will help to retain more customers in future.

            This month, i have ordered online first time - style in ride tata indica car cover - 1 no. Grey colour with one free bag..
            I received it in poor quality black colour car cover with no free bag
            I returned it and got back as return a different colour black and red and no free bag.. On requesting customer care, i returned it again and i got the same first piece which is dull black poor quality car cover and no free bag..
            They are asking me to return it for refund.. This is not acceptable.. I am asking for correct item which i ordered first but they are refusing to send.

              I had ordered geared cycle ref. No. Od[protected] on nov 18th, 2017 and the delivery was expected b/w 18th & 19th. Although to my pleasant surprise it was delivered by nov 11th, the front wheel rim was found to be deformed (Bent) as a result of which the cycle cannot be assembled and used. The spoke is also bent. Request you to replace asap.
              Moreover the status on flipkart account shows that this product is not delivered.
              Is this really a genuine product delivered verwd through right channel?

                  फ़र्निचर डेलीवेरी करने के बाद फिटटिंग और डेमो करने के लिए बहुत बार फोन करने पड़े। 5 दिन के बाद आपने आदमी भेजे। हमे फ़र्निचर मे 7 difficulties लगे। एसलिए फ़र्निचर वापस करने और रिफ़ंड मिलनेके लिए आपके रिटर्न और रिफ़ंड कम्प्लेंट बॉक्स मे कम्प्लेंट किया। आपेके पीक उप करने के लिए बार बार ई -मेल करने पड़े। हमेशा रिप्लाइ 24 घंटे के अंधर होगा, ऐसा रिप्लाइ फोन और ई -मेल से आते है। आजतक फ़र्निचर रिटर्न और रिफ़ंड प्रोसीजर पूरी नहीं हुई है। आपके टोल फ्री नंबर पर हमेशा एक्सिकिटिव बिज़ि रिप्लाइ आते है। हर रोज फोन और ई -मेल करके थकावट आई.

                    I have ordered butterfly rhino 2 ltr wet grinder (Order od[protected] on 1st of oct & received a damaged product on 6th oct, i have raised a complaint on same day requesting for a replacement, till date every time i raise a return request i get 3 days time for pickup & final day the request is cancelled saying they do not have service in that location.

                    Its been more than a month now, my last two conversations with customer care i have recorded where they have clearly given me a commitment that if its not resolved by a certain date i will get my refund.

                    If i dont get any resolution by 17th as promised i will take all the email commitments / sms & the audio recording to local consumer court & take legal action.

                      First of all i would like to congratulate flipkart services for successfully taking almost 1 month of time to complete my process of samsung basic smart 80cm (32 inch) full hd led tv (32m5100) demo and installation.

                      Really shame on flipkart services. If you people are not able to give proper service just tell. We won't buy any products from your site.
                      It's been one month since i brought my tv. Still i am doing pooja for that tv instead of watching movies in that because of your great # services.

                      This is the last mail i am going to write to you people. My demo and installation process should be done by tomorrow (15/11/2017, wednesday) 6 pm. Otherwise i am going to return your great product and also i will tell all my friends to not to buy any products from this flipkart. I repeat my demo and installation process should get done by tomorrow.

                        Dear team,
                        I have purchase above mobile through online by flipkart. My order id is order id od[protected] and order date fri nov 3rd 17 9:39 am and total amount ₹ 2999 i paid through debit card. I received the product on sat, 4th nov at 9:06 pm. Same day i checked this product. I am not happy with the phone performance. So same day i put return request. But filpkart executives told me that they will not return it. They told they donot give refund amount on this product. This mobile have so many problems. Camara quality not good and software is not performing in proper way. This is 4g support mobile but internet is very slow with this mobile device and what ever they are showing features of this mobile on their sites. Its not up to mark with this product. They are telling this mobile have 8 gb internal storage. But when i checked the mobile. Its showing only 4 gb internal storage. So all most they are cheating the customers. So i am not happy at all with this product. So kindly help me out in my refund the amount at the earliest.

                          Replacement was approved, initiated and subsequently confirmed with numerous phone calls. Just discovered from your website that the replacement proceedings were cancelled, without stating any reason.
                          The incident: item was received and installed by the concerned technician, wherein there was a cracked bolt inside the chair. Immediately after the technician went when the chair was use, the bolt fell apart. Technician came and assessed the bolt and informed that the same was defective and the chair warrants replacement.
                          This is so disgusting and obnoxious, which compels me to initiate my next step, if no action is taken by the flipkart (Thru vendor)

                            Ordered a Philips trimmer for which I made payment through my debit card which was showing in Flipkart account but not updated hence ask me to make cod and confirmed that amount will be reversed one month has been already passed but still my amount has not been reversed contacted customer care so many times every time fake promises they are making no proper resolution within time they are providing

                                I ordered a washing machine. Paid in advance in full.
                                Product came to my city. Every day i get sms out for delivery but gets post-poned for next day. This happened two days.
                                On third day after checking into the ekart office, the product moved out for delivery in night 8:00 pm. At 9:00 pm after an hour, it got cancelled automatically.
                                Ekart says that flipkart cancelled.
                                Flipkart say that ekart emailed that they could not contact the customer (False statement - they spoke to me all three days but could not deliver.)

                                    In reference to order number od[protected], by wrong item selection, i happened to cancel the order before being processed, i got a confirmation from flipkart the amount will be refunded to my credit card by 24th of october 2017, but they never did. I have contacted customer care have also attached my bank statement to show payment not refunded, it has been a couple of days since complained them though i did not get any response. Have been a flipkart customer from years.

                                      I have purchased a Hindware Cleo 60 Auto clean Hood wall mounted chimney through Flipkart online service (OD[protected], product received on 24 October 17. For demo and installation till date pending and today mailed me it has been cancelled.
                                      Request for refund my money.
