Unhappy with mi a1 because of a lot of issues there, i will share with you some point 1. Network issues, automatically closed apps, sometimes getting error or bugs, most drawback is ui is very very poor and less security, and same as more than 10 issues is there, already i told flip kart customer no of items, after that processing finally i got replacement with new phone, but that mobile same issue is there.
Again i raised refund request on 20th - nov-2017, still now no response from flip kart, please help that problem, please refund...

    On 22nd septenmber-2017, i ordered a following maybeline product online from flip kart.
    Order id= od[protected]
    1. Maybelline the colossal kajal o.35g deepest black
    2. Maybline color show blush
    3. Maybline lasting drama gel eye liner
    So i am writing this mail to make you aware about what all fake products you are selling to all your customers. I had bought all these three products and luckily they are from the same brand maybelline which is one the most trustworthy brand internationally but after applying them only once... It started irritating on all the eyelids and inside the eyes and applying that blush made rashes on cheecks thus this is the clear sign that the products which we have received are all fake. To make sure about our confusion regarding the product which we have bought from flipkart is either true or fake, we even called the maybelline customer care number and they even assured us that the batch number of the products are not matching with the real products of maybelline.
    I want response and action regarding should be taken asap or we will take action. I will wait one week before seeking third-party assistance consumer court.

    Customer raised the complaint regarding product duplicate needs to return the product. We interacted with customer and informed that we will process for the refund and arrange for the product pick up but customer is telling that for confirmation of the product genuine he has sent all the products to brand which is in Bombay he dont have any product with him and looking for the refund without pick up denied the request since 3 product quantity cannot happen without picking up the product he told okay hence closing the case from our team.

      I've purchased lenovo k8 plus exclusively from flipkart on october 13, 2017. At first the phone was running as smooth to give me the best ever experience of android nougat, but now, in a time of a month of the purchase the phone is all set to give the worst ever experience of android. The phone is lagging and hanging very much. I've done factory reset twice but still the phone is lagging. I just want my phone to be cured or else replaced. Please help

        I've purchased a product. When i see the mrp on the product it's 1200, the seller is selling for 1250. I have the bill and everything
        I questioned flipkart, how can the seller sell it more than the maximum retail price?
        I believe they then contacted the seller. The seller then put a sale on the item. However, the mrp on site still remains the same.

        Selling price is greater than mrp. The mrp listed is wrong. On top if it the mrp is striken off and sale price is given. So it makes it a fraud sale.

            I made a purchase of micromax 1.5 ton 5 star split ac – white through flipkart.com on 25-09-17 and the same is not working from the day the ac was installed.

            I work in bangalore and my aged parents stay in chennai and this ac was purchased for them. The technicians visited my home totally 3 times. First time was installation and the remaining 2 times was after my escalation of ac not working. When the technician visited my place firt time after the installation, he said that the gas in ac is zero percentage because of which the ac was not working. Hence, he refilled the gas confirming that it will be working good... But, again when i went to chennai during the following weekend, i checked and the ac was not working. So, again i called the flipkart customer care and they assured sending the technician within 48 hours as usual. But the technician came almost after 10 days later of my complaint was made and scheduled the tech visit basis my availability. This time the technician had completely opened the ac inner unit and the outer unit and checked with soap water to identify where is the leakage. Later the technician has confirmed that the ac has a manufacturing defect because of which the ac is not getting cold and the gas is getting leaked.

            So, the technician said that now since the product has manufacturing defect it has to be escalated to the micromax team and has nothing to do with flipkart team. Still i had escalated the issue again to the flipkart customer care team having the faith on the brand “flipkart”. I received a call from flipkart escalation team with reference to my complaint. He said that there was no technician sent from flipkart side and how did you claim the technician had visited multiple times and there is no record found of your escalation’s too… i tried making him understand and questioned him that, then how come the technician’s had visited referring to my complaints saying they have come from flipkart basis my complaint’s. I also mentioned that one representative from flipkart from his personal mobile no and scheduled for technician visit basis my ability to fix the issue in my person. But, the gentleman from flipkart lost his cool and was sounding so rude to me and said that we are not finding any records of your complaint and neither we have sent any technicians from our end!!!

            However, i had escalated the issue later to micromax team. I got a call from a representative from micromax. He said that you had purchased the product from flipkart, so only they have to help you in sorting out your issue and micromax team has nothing to do with your complaint.

            We don’t find time going out to the retail outlets. Hence, we purchase products through online and trusting the brand's. But, the kind of response we experience is very unprofessional and lethargic… why is that micromax and flipkart passing the bug??? Why should the customers undergo these kind of humiliation??? Is this what is their customer satisfaction policy???

            I wanted my product to be replaced asap. It was purchased for my aged parents health issue and for last 2+ months i am chasing for it to be fixed!!!

            I have been tolerating all their humiliations and unprofessional approach for last 2+ months… but, now i want this to be fixed. Pl do the needful.

              I had ordered a perfume from flipkart.com with the order id - od[protected] the product name is
              Jovan white musk edc - 88ml. The product i got is a fake colored water there is no fragrance in that perfume. I have previously used the same perfume so i know that it is a fake perfume. When i complained about it to flipkart they assured me they will look into the mater and resolved it in 48 hrs this was done on the same day when i had received the perfume. That is 9nov 2017 now its 24nov and they haven't refunded or took back the product. I want my refund back. Kindly help flipkart is robbing people.

              The matter has been resolved refund processed. Thanks to this forum else flipkart didn’t responded to my complaint. I doubt I’m going to shop from flipkart again !

                    I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart india (16-oct-2017) my payment was done but still now (24-nov-2017) i have not receive the mobile.

                      I have ordered washing machine ifb trolley from flipkart along with washing machine on 2nd nov. I received the trolley on 6th nov but the washing machine order was cancelled by flipkart on 8th nov due to some issue with their vendor courier partner. Then i had to again reorder the same washing machine for a higher revised price on 9th nov which was delivered to us on 15th nov. (And since without washing machine i didn't had any necessity to open/use the trolley i couldn't check if it was of good quality). Within this time the 10 days product replacement policy of flipkart for the washing machine ifb trolley got completed, however i managed to place a return order for the trolley on the 10th day evening due to its bad quality but mistakenly i placed replacement order instead of return order. So i contacted flipkart customer care to cancel the replacement order and place a return order, they said that their system is not capable of cancelling the replacement and return order son the same day, so they cancelled my replacement order and asked me to give a call back after 48 hours to return the product. Due to some of my personal issues i was not able to call them exactly after 48 hours i took a couple of days extra to get rid of it and called them on 24th nov to place the request for returning the product, and now they denied in accepting my request saying that i shouls have called within 72 hours from the time the replacement request was cancelled.

                      My questions to flipkart:
                      1. All the delay issues that i faced in delivery of my product (Washing machine) was caused by flipkart, and because of that i was not able to know the quality of washing machine trolley till 10 days from the date of its delivery. Now tell me how come your policy of 10 replacement/return justify it?
                      2. I don't understand your logic about 48/72 hours, you said that cancel the replacement order and call back to place a return order after 48 hours? Do you want me to calculate the hours always think about the product next couple of days until you take a return request. Don't we have any other work? Your system is not capable of cancelling the replacement order and take return order at the same time, you should responsible for handling this scenario, why do you want me to run behind you. We are not your employees, we are customers we cant follow up with you every day leaving our reqular duties.
                      3. Also for the second washing machine which is the same that i ordered first time (& cancelled by you) i had to pay 1000 rs extra as the offer available for the first order was no more valid the second one. Now tell me who is responsible for this issue and who should bear this additional cost of 1000 rs (Approx.)? This is seriously a kind of cheating, first show the customers lower price then make them buy it then make their mindset to stay on that product and then cancel the order and again make them buy it again at a higher price. (This is really a crime).
                      4. Why were you not able to take the return order on 24th nov? Understand that its out of the 72 hours window you mentioned, but its not that long as well to deny the return order, when compared with your case of my washing machine cancellation, reorder with high price & re-delivery?

                            I am not sure what flipkart is doing here. I have placed return request twice and they are rejecting it. The volte feature stops working when the phone is in idle state for more than 5 mins. Clearly this is a system fault and not the fault with network!!! This is pathetic service by flipkart. They are not even accepting this rather trying to convince me its jio's fault. How could be it is jio's fault when it works when phone is in active state but stops working when in idle mode.

                            Yesterday i got a missed call from your end, the phone rang for only 5-8 seconds and when i tried to receive it you cut the line. Then got message from them they tried to reach me.

                            Now today i even did not got any call and they are saying you have tried!!!

                              My mobile proximity sensor some times not working properly. Also i am hearing some noise inside the phones body while i shake the phone. The phone is not assembled properly. Technician visit has been completed two times but i am still facing the problem and flipkart extending replacement day by day. Please give me justice.                                   For the order:od[protected], firstly i had to wait for more than 10 extra days to get product delivered and now for installation i had to wait for another 20 days. I escalated the issue more than 5 times but still they are not able to resolve the complaint and still the installation is pending. I am demanding compensation of half the tv cost for wasting my time in escalation which has effected my business.

                                    I ordered one wall shelf with 3 shelves as I opened the package I found one of the first shelf was broken, moreover as design shown in picture while ordering there was 2 designer rods passing through the shelves from back but that rods were not in package so really feel disappointed hope my item is returned & amt to be refunded soon thanks

                                      I have ordered billion capture but camera quality is soo bad, i requested for refund but technician came and checked and his analysis was image is showing pixel properly so its working, wow what an analysis is this is called tecchnical visit any kid can do that only megapixel cant decide the picture quality. Please take it as serious note. Post technical visit i didn't get any call from flipkart.

Mene Rohtak b bat ki thi jo ki mere ghr se 120 KM h to unhone b yahi jabab diya ki 3 din bad dobara aana padega display aane me time lagta h, to sir muje only 15 day ki chutiya allow h or me ye chuti sirf phone thik karwane me krab nahi kar Sakta thaa.                                         I am a regular customer of flipkart since last 3+ years.

                                        I purchased asus mobile phone (Ze500kl) on 9-oct and its gps is not working since the first day. I contacted asus online chat support for troubleshooting. They asked me to do few steps with the phone. However none of those steps worked and then they asked me to take the phone to local service center. The phone is just a month old and within warranty.

                                        The service center people told me that the phone is out of warranty (Which is not correct since i purchased the phone just a month ago). They also said that the imei number on the invoice is not matching with the phone. As per the service center, the phone is showing out of warranty for both the imei number mentioned on phone as well as the one mentioned on invoice. They asked me to get the correct invoice before the phone can be taken up for repair. Flipkart says that they need to job sheet from the service center mentioning that they cannot take the mobile for repair since it is showing out of warranty. Therefore, i again visited asus service center and got the job card as requested by flipkart.

                                        I was also told by asus customer care that as per imei number of the phone, it is a 2 year old used phone which has been repaired 2 times in the past by asus! Shocking! It was supposed to be a brand new phone in working condition and not a used/refurbished phone.

                                        An incident in[protected] was created with flipkart which was to be resolved by 22-nov 6pm. Flipkart contacted me once on 20-nov when my phone was not reachable. Within 5 minutes of that call, i called back but could not get through as incoming was barred on that number. Therefore i dropped an email to contact me again and also shared my landline number. I am available 24 hours at one of the 2 numbers shared with your team. I reached out 3-4 times between 20-nov and 22-nov and every time i was assured the issue would be resolved by 22-nov. On 23-nov, i came to know that the incident was closed without even contacting me and another new incident has be logged with a new sla of 4-dec. The reason told to me was that i was not reachable at both the numbers shared. This is blatant lies and no one from your team contacted me on 21/22-nov and the incident was closed without even reaching out to me.

                                        I am fed up and tired fluctuating between asus service center and flipkart and this case is not proceeding anywhere. I have wasted more than 10 hours on phone with your customer care or visiting asus service center just to see the incident getting closed without any resolution or reaching out to me. I need the phone to be replaced or money refunded immediately. It is not my fault that i was given an incorrect invoice or the fact that the new phone has a manufacturing defect because of which gps is not working or the fact that i was given an old refurbished/defective phone under the pretext of a brand new phone.

                                        I have reached out till level 4 support of flipkart and am not at all satisfied with the response (Rather lack of will to resolve the issue). Request if this issue is looked into immediately and issue resolved on priority.
