I had booked a refrigerator on 19 or 20th september i. E during flipkart big billion sale, but that product was not derived by them even after 40 days from the date of booking.. Hence i had called to flipkart customer care and told them that can i cancel that order and place new order and they told ok and the refund will happen in 7 days. So i booked a fresh order for the same product and even this product was also not delivered, hence i canceled both the orders and asked for refund but till now they are telling there is some technical issue and refund of both the orders has not happened till now..

Request your kind support in getting back my money refund.

    Guys this is very bad experience from flipkart services, i bought hp laptop from flipkart 25th september 2017 seller: retailnet,
    Product delivered by 04th oct but laptop serial no and invoice serial no. Miss match, both are different when i complaint then flipkart take too much time, he say this type issue we will replace your product so i agree but next time same issue, again laptop serial number and invoice serial number miss match, again i was complain, but flipkart executive every time telling lie, we are sending again invoice but invoice also old with same issue, i followup every 2 days continue since two month, flipkart backhanded team mailed, sorry we are not able to modify your invoice but customer executive told always yes we resolve your problem within 24hr, his always telling lie.
    Seller: retailnet service also bad.
    First time flipkart say please send snapshot of your laptop serial no. And next mail sorry we are not modify of invoice what is this?

      I have not even opened the cover of package in which i have received the phone today. The delivery person handed over the phone at my place and not to me.. When i came back from office i saw the package and wanted to return it but the flipkart customer care agent was hardly able to understand my issue and was not ready to accept my return. Even now the package is unopen and i request consumer care to help me in returning the product

        I recieved Coral bed with oirder ID:OD[protected] on 28 Oct 2017. I called Customer care immediately about installation and it's been told that they will do it by 30 Oct but till date no one showed up. everytime, I calls Customer care. everytime tells 24 hours. Pathetic Service. This is mental arogany to the customers.
        Now this time they told we can't do anything updates will come about installation.

          Hi,
          I regret to inform you that the product I received from Flipkart is not geniuine and a case of dublicasy has been detected, I have already ahd a word with sandisk customer care and they have revert me confirming the same.
          Moreover the customer care executives including the senior person named Mr Chakraborthy denier stating that the product is geniune and he tried to avoid the issue by informing me about the 10 days policy.

          I request you to take strict action against the person's and look into the issue deeply reverting me back with a positive response.

          The product delivered to me was found dublicate by the Sandisk after investigation, as the product stopped working after some days when I informed the company they asked me to send the details of pendrive and post enquiry they mailed me confirming that the product delivered to you from flipkart is dublicate and not the genuine SanDisk product. Also the customer care executive tried to avoid the issue and kept explaining me the 10 days return policy. I want a replace or refund against the product

            The Product which we purchased was a
            Seagate Plus Slim 1 TB Wired External Hard Disk Drive FOR RS 3999

            I had purchased this product on 29th October, and much to our dismay this product didn't work at all. It was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Now we filed for a return of the product and it was supposed to be picked up and replaced by 31st October. The delivery guy came but he REFUSED from taking back the product and providing a replacement for this item as APPARENTLY THE BAR CODE OF THE PRODUCT DID NOT MATCH WITH THE BAR CODE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH THE DELIVERY BOY HAD! So he refused from taking it back. He said some other person will come and take the product on 1st.
            On 1st the delivery boy came and we were unable to take the item due to miscommunication. And I filled another complaint for taking back of the product on 2nd itself, The Delivery boy came again to take the order back but again he was unable to scan the bar code of the product and again refused to take the hard disk back.
            Now on 4th I called up Flipkart Helpline Service and told them this entire issue and they assured me this issue will be resolved by 7th November. No one came till 7th and I got to know that the replacement for the product was refused by Flipkart.
            On 6th I had called up the Flipkart customer care number and told them this issue all over again and the product replacement was supposed to happen today by 8th.
            The delivery boy came today, He tried scanning the product but again he was unable to confirm the number of the hard disk and the number which was provided to him. So he again refused to take the product back!! And tells that he will return in 15 minutes and didn't turn up again. And I recieve a message stating that the order was not delivered because YOU REFUSED FROM TAKING THE ORDER! How is that even fair?
            We are subjected to so much of harassment by FLIPKART! We can't tell you! First you people send us a fake product which is dead and when we ask for replacement you create such issues and send us false messages saying that WE people had refused from taking the replacement of the product.
            We are sick and tired from calling up again and again and asking for replacement of the product as no one is ready to bother and help us out!!

              I have recently purchased a butterfly Rhino 2 Ltr wet grinder on 28th Oct, saturday 2017. Placed return . Unfortunately, they have delivered the broken, damaged piece. I have raised many requests for the replacement, but they are rejecting all the replacement requests. This is my order ID and return ID. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.                 I have ordered for Motog 5s "Mobile"and order ID OD[protected]. Delivery boy came to my place to deliver the product. But there is no product when i was opened in front of him.

                And also packing was not secured and delivery boy was tried to leave as hurry. I was asking him to stop to check the product. and found what was in that.

                I asked him that why didn't you take received signature from me, for this he answered like already I have scanned logo with my mobile.

                This packing was not flipkart i can say 100%, it is normal box with out flipkart label on that.

                Note:: 100% cheated by flipkart.

                I complained to customer care in front of delivery boy and got complaint number "IN[protected]". and took photograph.

                Today Called out to customer care and asked them to provide an update, but they are saying as it will take time and as per conversation they are not serious on this issue.

                Note:: Made payment by on-line to Flipkart while ordering the product..

                Kindly help me to fix the issue.

                      I already feedback you about the mobile problem but you did not reply me.
                      I purchased redmi note 4 gold 4gb/64gb (Flip kart =od[protected] on 14th october 2017. My phone was in 10 days replacement scheme & i complained within time limit.in presence of your technician echo sound was generated but he did not accept the problem. My wife was not agreed with him. After your technical visit you reject the replacement of the mobile. I am facing the problem continuously till today echo sound is generating in my mobile. While my mobile was in under 1o days replacement as per flip kart policy how can you over rule the flipkart replacement policy. My mobile should be replace. Jeeves support advised me that authorized service engineer will help to solve the issue with the product. Service center comes in picture after expiry of 10 days replacement.

                      On 4th nov i went to mi service center tvse in chembur mumbai service engineer mr tarun checked the mobile & told me that no echo generate in your mobile but i am facing same problem continuously till today.
                      I am not satisfied with service center engineer. I request you again please replace my mobile because i had reported the problem within in 10 days limit as per flip kart replacement policy.

                          I bought tv30 wheel chair from flipkart on 20th sept, after i received the faulty chair i asked for replacement on 29th sept. Meanwhile i changed my address on flipkart website and changed by calling customer care as well. After getting call from delivery guy of flipkart i asked him to deliver in my new address, but there were lot of issues occured there also. The delivery guy told me to deliver only in my old address, so i asked flipkart to notify me before 30 mins so that i can reach at my old address to receive the product, which never get happened. This way lot of confusions happened. Then again i asked flipkart guys to update my new address in flipkart site and redliever the product again, but i got message issue resolved. Then i called on 1st nov to exchange again and got response by 4th nov i will get response, but till today, 8th nov no one called me from flipkart. I am very disappointed with such service from flipkart. The wheel chair was supposed to use by patient and after around 1 month i could not the working wheel chair.

                            Dear sir/madam, i have ordered a lenovo laptop on flipkart which was delivered to me on 25/10/2017. But its touch pad was not working from the very time it was delivered. I complained the same to the customer complaint line number and told them the problem about the touch pad. But when the delivery man came to replace the laptop he told me that i have complained about display so he could not replace it. Then i enquired about my complain in the cst care the a lady named megha told me that i have complained about the touch pad only. Now the scenario is that both the delivery man and the customer care executive are contradicting each other and blaming each other. And the finally i did not get my faulty laptop replaced. Sir/madam kindly help me and please get my laptop replaced.

                                Am sorry that i have been cheated. I ordered a moto c plus phone on thursday 3rd november and i got delivery by 7 th november (Tuesday). And when a call comes i can hear the callers voice but they cant hear my voice. I even set the volume to full then too. There is something wrong with the speakers. The caller cannot even hear a word from me. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.

                                  I have place an order of tata sky hd box with 1 month dhamaka 199, on tue, oct 24th '17 6:42 pm, received notification of delivered order status but havent received the product.
                                  Soon after receiving the wrong order status i have called customer service and lodged a complaint on, oct 30th '17 (First complaint). But as promised i haven't got any update on this regard.
                                  The complaint is closed without resolving and even without my acknowledgement. I have raised same complaint trice but not even received single call back from flipkart.
                                  I am very much disappointed from you negligence.
                                  Would like to know the status from your side.
                                  Would never choose flipkart if you loose your reputation.
                                  Now i doubt to shop or refer someone to shop with flipkart.
                                  Hope you rebuilt you values.
                                  With every chat to your customer serve i loose my belief on flipkart. Whenever i call then, the answer would to be to wait for 2 more days. They dont even see the issue on case basis.

                                  Hope you resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  If your are not willing to resolve the issue please let me know, would prefer some other shopping website which are more reputed hereafter.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I ordered the 2 seater sofa from flipkart "hometown belfast leathererette". It was delivered to me on 7th october. I complained to flipkart as well as hometown, there was length issue with sofa. Technician visited on 15th october and agreed to my point that the product delivered is 6 inches shorter. Now after so many follow ups flipkart is asking me to take the refund. Now the current cost is 12500 so who will pay the remaining money if i order again. And i dont want refund money i want my product or the whole amount that i need to pay for new sofa.

                                    As you are unable to provide me the resolution i have complaint in the national consumer forum.

                                      I had placed an order for iphone x on 27th october on the preorder date and selected the option of pay by exchange by my iphone 5s. On the delivery date the guy inspected the exchanged product and said it has minor discoloration from the corners of the display and they can't deliver the product. I asked if there is a way i can pay the balance amount (Discount amount i got in return for iphone 5s), they said there is no such option and asked me to contact customer care. Customer care on 4th told me that you will get a resolution by 7th and we will surely help. I was continously contacting them and they asked me to wait till 7th. On6th early morning 3 am, my product was cancelled by flipkart. When i contacted them on the status of ticket they said your order has been cancelled and we can't do anything. I find it a case of customer rights violation and cheat, wherein i had been given false promises by flipkart. Moreover i was never given an option to pay the balance amount to get the product. Flipkart asked me to re-place an order, i was amazed as the preorder product which is now out of stock can't be ordered now. They asked me to wait till product is available. So my concerns are 1) i should have been provided an alternative way to make payment 2) as preorder product could not be ordered again, it should not have been cancelled. Also during preorder i got a discount of 10000 from citi card, so every product was available and i had to order again i would not have got discount again. So more or less i was in heavy loss. Please raise my complaint, looking forward for a positive response.

                                      We had interacted with the customer, apologized and informed that order was cancelled as exchange product did not meet the terms and conditions for exchange hence, closing the complaint.

                                        Received a stone instead of mobile phone. And no response from flipkart. 20 days passed.
                                        They told me to wait for 12 days. I waited for 12 days and after 12 days they holded me for 1 more day.
                                        After that one more day they again tell me to wait for 48 hours and again after 48 hours they are telling me that i have to wait for 12 days again.
                                        Totally harshed by their services.
                                        I think investigation process of flipkart is never ending
