      I regret to say that i bought a bharat lifestyle nano fabric 6 seater standard sofa from flipkart on 17/10/2017 which was ordered one month back (Hardly any issue of time delay).
      The sofa was in very bad condition with lots of defects. I called customer care of flipkart the very next day. They noted down all the defects in sofa and assured me that there will be a technician visit on 25/10/2017. After that, the replacement will be done.
      I waited till 25/10/2017, but there was neither any technician visit nor any call from flipkart.
      I called them the next day, and they assured me that the problem will be resolved anyhow till 01/11/2017.
      On 01/11/2017, they called me and asked me about the issue, which i already told them the very first day. The executive asked me to wait for 24 hours.
      After 24 hours, there was no call from flipkart, so i called them. I talked to the senior executive. He said that the status of sofa is not showing "delivered". What a pathetic condition...!!!
      He told that he will update it within 24 hours and i will receive a call for technician visit and replacement.
      After more than 24 hours, there was not a single response from flipkart's side.
      I called them the next day, they said that they will resolve within 24-48 hrs.
      Again i waited. Then they told that my product will be picked up 0n 10/11/2017 for replacement. And now, today is 11/11/2017, still no response and no pick up.

      If this is the situation of flipkart, i will never ever purchase any product from flipkart. I am really very very disappointed by such act and service of flipkart.

      Kindly resolve my issue. Call me on my registered mobile ([protected]) number for sofa.

        I had deactivated my flipkart account a couple of weeks back. As per the notification provided to me on the verge of me deactivating my account i should have been able to reactivate it as easily as i deactivated it. However i am unable to access my account and the app asks me to contact the help centre.

          I am having a first time and the most horrific online shopping experience of my life and i believe flipkart is totally responsible for this.

          Order id od[protected]"kross maximus cycle") placed on 12th oct'17, the first delivery date promised was 18th oct'17 which was extended to 26th oct'17, thereafter 1st nov'17 and then 10th nov and again today i am getting to know a new delivery date of 17th nov 2017. This is understandably frustrating as this a bicycle is for my 12 yrs. Old son who cannot wait any longer..

          I have been following up with flipkart customer care since 16th oct when i first realized that tracking id (Gati courier id) was wrong. I called the gati customer care and they confirmed that tracking id was invalid. Despite this, i was continuously assured by flipkart customer care to wait and that the shipment will arrive on the scheduled date and time. However, later in the evening i got a "sorry message". This episode is now repeating on every new promised date and this is the 4th time now on 10th nov again that flipkart has failed to deliver the product.

          I requested an immediate cancellation of order and subsequently a refund. This too has not happened. Flipkart has no right to hold my rs 10000 for, now nearly a month. Understandably, i cannot wait any further and have now to purchase the item from a different vendor.

          I want to know how to take an immediate punitive action or demand a compensation using consumer court or legal advice. Please help me on next step.

              This is wrt my purchase through flipkart

              I purchased ipro ip[protected] mah powerbank from flipkart with 10 days replacement warranty. It worked properly during this days but after that means after 20 days it is not charging my phone. And i am mature enough so i know how to handle things properly.
              I tried to contact with company but both contact number and mail id isn't working. And ipro is located in delhi and from
              And i asked for flipkart for this but they also not responded as expected. After so many tweets they mailed to ask for contact number and time to call, and i replied them 4-5 time then the arranged call for me.
              On that call they told me to ask company and then come to us, now also i mailed them to arrange call still they haven't called me.

                I had ordered yu unique 2 plus mobile phone on 04-11-17 the phone was expected to reach my home address in nainpur with in a week. On 10-11-17 time 01:30 p. M. An employee of post office came and give us a package with proper filpkart packaging and label. On opening that package 4 books were found. Since the time my has been trying to contact flipkart and they delaying by issue giving us different timing's of the day to wait my family has been cheated and lied upon. I would really like some action to be taken against this issue for giving us a fake product, fasely taking our money. I would like to be given the proper product in perfect condition with either the amount of money we paid or another product of our choice as compensation

                    It is really unfair as a company with goodwill in market. First 'flipcart' send me product different to my order. Again at my request i was assured for replacement on phone. But after uninstallation arbitirarily it was changed as refund' in place of 'replacement'. Feeling very unfortunate to have deal with flipcart.
                    After cancillation of refund again i was assured by flipcart in june 2017 that ac (Mitashi) not received as per order will be replaced as early as possible. I m still waiting for genuine support. Thanks.

                        Now please consumer team i want my justice because flipkart team fraud to flipkart own customer. I want my refund or compansation for goodwill as flipkart team promised too me.

                        Flipkart Team called me today they approved only Tv amount refund but not provide me compansation against duplicate LED provided me, flipkart team promised me they provide tv amount refund and also provide compansation both but now they denied about compansation.

                        Note : Flipkart Team cheating with me, i assumed i paid for original LG branded LED but that's a duplicate & defected multiple issue in this LED provided me im very frustrated & very trouble with flipkart service, Please Consumer Team provide me TV amount refund and compansation both because flipkart team promised me they provide both.

                            We made a complaint about returning a the damaged product we haven't received the material it's been two days already the mobile we used to order the item got lost and before loosing it there was a message say the return is cancelled due to some reason but the person spoke to me informed me clearly that it's possible to replace the item.                                   I purchased following item from flipkart

                                  Item description: perfect homes by flipkart carol queen bed

                                  Since then i have made multiple calls to flipkart customer care number
                                  Raised complaints, some of the complaint (Incident) numbers are listed below

                                  I got this product on 19/10/2017 and got installed on 31/10/2017,
                                  There was damage in the product which was noticed the next day of
                                  Installation. As per flipkart replacement/ refund policy, i requested to
                                  Replace the product or refund on 1/11/2017 and got a resolution date for
                                  4th november

                                  I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint
                                  On 5th and got another date for 9th.

                                  Today is 10th, no call no resolution, once again contacted the and
                                  Escalated on the same.

                                  This is 6th complaint on the same product, from the day of order am behind
                                  This product for following reasons:
                                  1. Delay in delivery - 2 weeks delay (Resolved after registered 2
                                  Complaints)
                                  2. Delay in installation - 2 weeks delay (Again resolved after continuous
                                  Complaints)
                                  3. Repair in product - - 10 days delay (Not yet resolved, and 2 complaints
                                  Raised already)

                                  No one has come to visit and check the order after installation and
                                  Registering so much complaints.
                                  Now i simply ask them to take back the product or replace it. I need a
                                  Resolution asap.

                                    I ordered mobile through flipkart last week but while at the time of delivery the update came as address mismatch and ekart logistics was ready to return the product. Called flipkart representative and requested him to give local logistics contact number or to give the delivery location or courier office where i can collect the product. But representatives are not ready to disclose logistics office details or delivery persons details.

                                    I collected delivery office details from google and tracked myself to reach flipkart courier service office and brought the product. This is terrific!

                                    Next time the same has happened and i cancelled my orders.

                                    We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating after giving different pincode also we are not delivering. Informed address and pincode should match and there are some places where our logistics will not be able to deliver. Customers feedback has been taken, also informed that unless we get a confirmation from the logistics we will not be able to share their location. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                                      I had ordered a redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb, order no: od[protected] from flipkart and got it delivered on oct 17. The delivered mobile was defective as i could not make any calls from the phone.
                                      I immediately raised a return request. Meanwhile i restored my phone and the phone seemed to work fine.

                                      The customer care person i spoke with for replacement told me to wait for 3 days (?? The return period is only 10days) to see if technical issue occur further and denied my return request.

                                      But unfortunately my phone got dead on 4th day of this conversation.

                                      The customer service i received later was absolutely horrible as he told that he cannot help because of the expiry of return period (!!! It was u who asked me to wait in the first place!!!) and also told to consult any redmi customer care (Seriously??).

                                      Multiple mails later to service team (Amarpeet singh, nitish sharma, etc) resulted only in wasting my time, i called flipkart service again, who told me he will arrange a technician to check the phone before nov 4th (I haven't received a single call, mail or msg even asking for my location) and will take a decision on return or refund.

                                      I can only come to the conclusion that flipkart customer service team has deliberately postponed (Denied) my return request so that 10 days period be over.

                                      Please help me to get my amount (Rs10, 000) or even i am ready for a replacement.

                                      I got it replaced :) They arranged a technical visit and found that my new phone is defective. Thus they provide replacement with new handset. Thanks to Flipkart and Consumer complaints forum.

                                        When u people fail to deliver or pickup a product on ur promised date, then u must compensate it within 24hrs. Firstly u fail to keep ur promise then u ask to wait for a week further n above all u people will compensate it after the issue is resolved...
                                        This is shear stupidity... It simply means do a mistake n then choose a punishment on your own...
                                        How can u ask for this much patience...
                                        M not able to use my ordered product... Not getting a refund... N ur customer executive says they will give me a gift card as a compensation after 24hrs of pickup...
                                        U people are totally harassing ur customer n forcing me to stop shopping with u.
                                        M not even 1% convinced...
                                        N why flipkart can't provide a contact number of the concerned delivery head office...
                                        Every other company provides a contact number of delivery head office in a particular district, so that istead of wasting time with ur customer executives we may contact them directly.
                                        I[censored] really wanna solve my problem, start providing compensations within 24hrs of delay.
