Unique problem mic works on normal calls when switch on speaker the mic stops working and peer cannot hear my voice.

Checked various forums there are several mic problems but they are exactly opposite to mine. Their the mic works on loudspeaker and does not work normally. No headphones used.

I am order intex fitrist pulzz with order id od[protected] but it is not deliver. I am multiple time call to ekart service no [protected] but they didn't delivered. Then they send the product back..
