I got this product on 16/10/17, it was not working properly, as per flipkart replacement/ refund policy, i requested to replace the product on 21/10/17 and got a resulation date for 25th.
I did not got any response nor result, i called the, and raised a complaint on 25 and got another date for 29th.
29th came, no call no resulation, once again contacted the and escalated and got another date for 2nd of nov.
2nd gone, same thing repeated for 6th nov and to 9th nov, now it's gone to 13th nov.
Now i simply ask them to take back the product, no need of replacement, refund or any escalation.
