I saw a punching bag on flipkart and decided to buy it. But they gave me simply its cover... Unfilled bag. There was no mention anywhere that the product would be unfilled. They showed a well filled bag in the description image. Later on other websites i saw them describing "unfilled" word with the same. So i think this is not in the right spirit of salesmanship. I should definitely get a refund.

      I have complained many times to flipkart for my order id: od[protected]. I have cancelled the same as i got different size product and as per approval they cancelled the same before 10+ days and i got confirmation that will get refund amount within 3 days. I have received mail & message that refund successful but till time i havent received any amount in my fk amount as i have paid from fk account. Even always get response as we have escalated and we will resolved at xx date and on that same day they extend other 3 days so is this way of service?
      Before 3 days fk respod me as i have to contact phone pay instead of fk, i dont know that why you guys cant communicate from your side? I have ordered through fk and now they said that contact phonepay to get refund and phonepay has given me confiormation on mail that refund is not initiated from merchant (Flipkart) side so here flipkart is totattally trying manipulate to me. I really expat response from consumer complain please.

          I had ordered puma tx-3 idp sneakers on 17 october, 2017 at 11:00. I got the shoes on the 24 october. Then that day only, i put it for return and refund request.. Next day the guy came and taken shoes back. From that day, i have been told that my refund will be done in 5-days. I waited for that. I didn't get my refund.. Then i called several times to customer care for my refund. They told it is initiated and will get in two days..
          I have given my bank account three times and verified several times.. Its almost 16 days completed, i didn't get any single rupee. Today its 11/11/2017. Today also they are saying tht refund is initiated and will take 5 days..
          Sir, i want my refund as early as possible. I have attached my order details. Please help me out to get my money..

            Ordered a phone during heavy discount and now they denied giving it to me and seller has revised the price to normal at the very next day, now flipkart has denied taking my exchange phone by saying the phone is heavily damaged. I also ordered the tempered glass for it which was delivered before and now they are also denying to take it back. Now what should i do with the tempered glass and the flimsy excuse flipkart gave me for not taking my exchange phone.

              Regrading spintex mattress od[protected]
              I had 3 issues
              Minor defective in stitching,
              Color not matching
              Quality issues.
              I have raised compliant against the product as quality issues, at the time itself your executive assured to refund. So i didnt mention the two issues as it was accepted. Then my compliant was rejected
              Again i raised compliant with the other 2 issues. I was delayed more than 30 days by saying a silly reason delivery status not updated. Regarding this i raised compliant more than 20 times. Still not even a single step taken against seller side.

              They are intensely making delay to update in the system because they sent us wrong product. I urgently need a technician visit to the product. Without anything they are denying the pick up as it is not matching with the description

              Its totally unacceptable to make us wait for 30days for updating a single delivery status. We are unhappy with this kind of strategy

                I ordered for a tomy hilfigure wallet which got delivered today but it was an entirely different from what was shown on the site. When i checked it on the site, it says "tomy hilfigure multicolor genuine leather wallet" and its sold out and therefore as per the customer care i had to place the return request.
                When i checked the other wallets, i found an another one with the name of tomy hilfigure brown genuine leather walllet"displaying the same picture and the same seller. But as per the customer care, sellers are different and they won't exchange it.

                I must say that this is highly disappointing. The quality of service of flipkart has degraded and is now being worst. I never experienced such a fraud before. I received an entirely different product and now you are not even exchanging it when even the seller is the same for both, i. E." retail net". I am being vexed for the fault on your part.

                This amounts to fraud under the indian penal code as well as the consumer protection act and i will see now what needs to be done in thsi regard.

                        I regret to say that i bought a bharat lifestyle nano fabric 6 seater standard sofa from flipkart on 17/10/2017 which was ordered one month back (Hardly any issue of time delay).
                        The sofa was in very bad condition with lots of defects. I called customer care of flipkart the very next day. They noted down all the defects in sofa and assured me that there will be a technician visit on 25/10/2017. After that, the replacement will be done.
                        I waited till 25/10/2017, but there was neither any technician visit nor any call from flipkart.
                        I called them the next day, and they assured me that the problem will be resolved anyhow till 01/11/2017.
                        On 01/11/2017, they called me and asked me about the issue, which i already told them the very first day. The executive asked me to wait for 24 hours.
                        After 24 hours, there was no call from flipkart, so i called them. I talked to the senior executive. He said that the status of sofa is not showing "delivered". What a pathetic condition...!!!
                        He told that he will update it within 24 hours and i will receive a call for technician visit and replacement.
                        After more than 24 hours, there was not a single response from flipkart's side.
                        I called them the next day, they said that they will resolve within 24-48 hrs.
                        Again i waited. Then they told that my product will be picked up 0n 10/11/2017 for replacement. And now, today is 11/11/2017, still no response and no pick up.

                        If this is the situation of flipkart, i will never ever purchase any product from flipkart. I am really very very disappointed by such act and service of flipkart.

                        Kindly resolve my issue. Call me on my registered mobile ([protected]) number for sofa.

As per the notification provided to me on the verge of me deactivating my account i should have been able to reactivate it as easily as i deactivated it.                             I am having a first time and the most horrific online shopping experience of my life and i believe flipkart is totally responsible for this.

                            Order id od[protected]"kross maximus cycle") placed on 12th oct'17, the first delivery date promised was 18th oct'17 which was extended to 26th oct'17, thereafter 1st nov'17 and then 10th nov and again today i am getting to know a new delivery date of 17th nov 2017. This is understandably frustrating as this a bicycle is for my 12 yrs. Old son who cannot wait any longer..

                            I have been following up with flipkart customer care since 16th oct when i first realized that tracking id (Gati courier id) was wrong. I called the gati customer care and they confirmed that tracking id was invalid. Despite this, i was continuously assured by flipkart customer care to wait and that the shipment will arrive on the scheduled date and time. However, later in the evening i got a "sorry message". This episode is now repeating on every new promised date and this is the 4th time now on 10th nov again that flipkart has failed to deliver the product.

                            I requested an immediate cancellation of order and subsequently a refund. This too has not happened. Flipkart has no right to hold my rs 10000 for, now nearly a month. Understandably, i cannot wait any further and have now to purchase the item from a different vendor.

                            I want to know how to take an immediate punitive action or demand a compensation using consumer court or legal advice. Please help me on next step.

                                I purchased ipro ip[protected] mah powerbank from flipkart with 10 days replacement warranty. It worked properly during this days but after that means after 20 days it is not charging my phone. And i am mature enough so i know how to handle things properly.
                                I tried to contact with company but both contact number and mail id isn't working. And ipro is located in delhi and from
                                And i asked for flipkart for this but they also not responded as expected. After so many tweets they mailed to ask for contact number and time to call, and i replied them 4-5 time then the arranged call for me.

                                  I had ordered yu unique 2 plus mobile phone on 04-11-17 the phone was expected to reach my home address in nainpur with in a week. On 10-11-17 time 01:30 p. M. An employee of post office came and give us a package with proper filpkart packaging and label. On opening that package 4 books were found. Since the time my has been trying to contact flipkart and they delaying by issue giving us different timing's of the day to wait my family has been cheated and lied upon. I would really like some action to be taken against this issue for giving us a fake product, fasely taking our money.                                       It is really unfair as a company with goodwill in market. First 'flipcart' send me product different to my order. Again at my request i was assured for replacement on phone. But after uninstallation arbitirarily it was changed as refund' in place of 'replacement'. Feeling very unfortunate to have deal with flipcart.
                                      After cancillation of refund again i was assured by flipcart in june 2017 that ac (Mitashi) not received as per order will be replaced as early as possible. I m still waiting for genuine support. Thanks.

                                        I have to inform you that i had purchased a pair of nuke revolution shoes few days back from the company. Thereafter i placed request for replacement by size no 8 but but this also did not fit and the company is not responding to my problem despite so many mails i have sent.                                         The customer complaint about the fitting issue. We had interacted with the customer and processed the replacement with size 9 as per the customer request for exchange the shoes and delivered TAT 29/11/2017. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
