I have ordered flip cover for nexus 5 dated on 23rd oct 2017 i have received it on 27th oct 2017. When it was checked cover was found over size so i have requested for replacement till then my order has been cancelled 3 times yesterday i also register a complaint having no[protected], but today also cancellation message has came to me for that again i have complaint to your customer support but till now my issue has not been solved. So as we believe on flipkart please solve my complaint

    Hi team,

    Order od[protected]

    I had placed an order bosch washing maching and got this product delivered on 25th oct, 17. The installation demo was supposed to happen on or by sat, 28th oct 17. No body visited my place. I had called the flipkart customer executive to look into this complaint. For which he said, he will raise another complaint (Incident: in[protected] and arrange the installation person to visit by nov 3, 17. Nobody has visited my place until now. I have the product at my home which is not used and unpacked.

    I have contacted flipkart customer service many times for resolution. No resolution has been provided. Not happy with their service.

      I odered a book from flipkart and it said that the book will be delivered by 6th november. I was out of town on 4th november and my mobile phone was also not working. When i came back home i got messaged that the delivery boy came that day but there was no one home so he returned. And today is 6th nov and i still son't received the book and i have to gift it to someone. I also don't know the delivery boy's phone number.

        grievance - refund not credited even after 24 days (urgent)

        I have ordered "samsung galaxy s7" on flipkart on 6th of october, 2017 and i have cancelled that order on 12th of october, 2017. Flipkart is claiming that the amount (25, 990 inr) has already been refunded but till date i have not received the same in my credit card statement (Axis bank).

        Flipkart also claims that they have refunded that amount on 14th of october, 2017, however they are unable to provide the transaction id.br...

        Flipkart service is pathetic delivery done. Money taken and package was tampered and tv panel was damaged. We raised this with them as soon so as we came to know once their technician came for tv intsallation and ever since then we have been following up and till today it has not been taken care of. If people in this jet age would have ample of time why do you think they would not walk up to the showroom and take these kind of things. People like us think online shopping would make our like simple but online shopping website like flipkart make our lives even more difficult. We trust such online shopping websites and you people ruin it all. Have some courtesy at least from the customer service point if view and have this done asap. You are forcing us to something that we wouldnt want to do. Who the hell do you think you are. Why do you forget the reputation of your online shopping website is already at stake and with these kind of issues u r just adding negative reviews in your kitty. Get this fixed asap. Other wise in the near future in the world of online shopping the name flipkart would just become history and at that time u would think what better we could have done or what could be done to get things right. Better are those prevention steps now than being sorry later. That's it i[censored] are liable to take the. Money rightfully u should also take responsibility and have this fixed equally

            Sir,
            I purchased a product vide id od[protected] on dt. 25.10.2017 and received on 30.10.2017. But when product received it found different model and used product. So i put up the return request on dt:- 03.11.17, 04.11.17 & 05.11.17 but concern courier service not pick up product and said different reasons like "we cant receive the request from flipkart or cant receive the order photo from flipkart" like that. Today again happened the same. I again contacted with customer care of flipkart and again put up the request. But now i m tired with bad service of flipkart. So i requested to pick up the return product and give me refund charges of product to me.

              I ordered puma shoes from flipkart. They didn't give me notifications and the product was returned automatically without giving it to my knowledge. They also didn't give me any notification on my registered email-id.
              I again placed order for the same product at a higher price.
              They told me to change my number which i changed. I asked them to update my number from call which they did.
              Again the product was not delivered and i didn't get any notice on my mobile number or email-id.
              They again said to change my number and i did and the whole process was repeated again and they changed my number. My product is still not delivered. And today (06/11/2017) they told me that they cannot change my address or phn no.
              If this was the case then they should have told me earlier. I would have done it manually. Now i have to play double price for the product and i wasted a month. This also costed my national football trials.
              If this matter is not solved and justice is not done then i have to file a complaint. Your flipkart executives have no knowledge how to handle. They are insufficient.
              Now the price of product is so high that i cannot afford it. All because of flipkart.
              Now i want the product or a compensation for my wasted time.

                  I am purchase a product vlcc facial combo (Diamond, gold, pearl & party glow) flipkart after paid full amount. But the above product delivered without diamond facial kit to me 8 october 2017. Regarding above incident i have lodge a complaint on customer care 8-10 tme and also email it. But my problem not resolved, every time your excutive tell me your resquest is not lodge by last excutive.

                      1. The phone gets discharged within 30 minutes.
                      2. T he phone gets heated up to 46 degree.
                      3. You have no service center for leeco in pune.
                      4. You do not take back phone after 10 days of purchase. 10 days is too less time to get the fault.in fact it takes more time to adjust with the working of chinese phones.
                      5. Mobile shop say that leeco company is closed down. Service center closed down in march2017.

                      My question is why flipkart sold phone to me even when every thing is closed. It means it is a case of cheating.
                      My request is you give me the address and phone numbers of working service center or replace the phone or refund the money rs 11490/-
                      If you are a group of genuine people then i am sure you will solve my problem

                            I have ordered mobile phone and which become a not good. I requested flipkart to exchange or refund but company is telling they don't have replace or refund policy. Flipkart doesn't have exchange or refund policy they are communicatiing. The policy was not clear. They are not helping about my order. It's totally disappointed of flipkart.                             Flipkart is not consumer friendly and after ordering mobile, the device is up to mark in camera and size, design. I have planned to change the device and asked for return or exchange but they are telling they can't do that. It's totally illegal business in e-commerce industry. Am not gonna use flipkart in future. Bad experience by indian e-commerce business

                            We have interacted with the customer and and customer informed that don't want to communicate about the issue customer is not happy previously resolution given. Customer disconnected call. Hence closing the case.

                              I was ordering a washing machine cover in october 2017 and got the same in the next week. But it was top loading washing machine cover actually i ordered front loading type. And i replaced the same within the next week but the replaced item is not suitable for my machine. I send the request for refund and and the cover picked up on 19 th october and i got a sms refund will be credited in your account on 24 th october. Upto this time the amount not credited in my account. Many time a contacted the customer care people and they told initially sorry we forgot to give the refund request and they will correct in nov 02nd.in nov 4th i contacted again in customer care at that time they told refund already processed and deposited in your account on 24th october. This is cheating. All necessary details are attached for your ready reference. Please do the needful to get my refund at the earliest.

                                  I ordered a mobile phone form flipkart on 17th october 2017 and there promise date was 26th - 29th of october which is now history, when i called them the give me another date now it was 2nd of november, after that it was also history and now the date is 6th of november.                                     We see that the product was delivered to you on 12/10/2017 and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Request you to get in touch with the authorized service center/ brand.
