I have ordered mobile phone and which become a not good. I requested flipkart to exchange or refund but company is telling they don't have replace or refund policy. Flipkart doesn't have exchange or refund policy they are communicatiing. The policy was not clear. They are not helping about my order. It's totally disappointed of flipkart. The policy like cheating consumer in e-commerce industry.

Flipkart is not consumer friendly and after ordering mobile, the device is up to mark in camera and size, design. I have planned to change the device and asked for return or exchange but they are telling they can't do that. It's totally illegal business in e-commerce industry. Am not gonna use flipkart in future. Bad experience by indian e-commerce business

We have interacted with the customer and and customer informed that don't want to communicate about the issue customer is not happy previously resolution given. Customer disconnected call. Hence closing the case.

    I was ordering a washing machine cover in october 2017 and got the same in the next week. But it was top loading washing machine cover actually i ordered front loading type. And i replaced the same within the next week but the replaced item is not suitable for my machine. I send the request for refund and and the cover picked up on 19 th october and i got a sms refund will be credited in your account on 24 th october. Upto this time the amount not credited in my account. Many time a contacted the customer care people and they told initially sorry we forgot to give the refund request and they will correct in nov 02nd.in nov 4th i contacted again in customer care at that time they told refund already processed and deposited in your account on 24th october. This is cheating. All necessary details are attached for your ready reference. Please do the needful to get my refund at the earliest.

              I have purchased tv table in flipkart online marketer on 17.10.2017, paid full amount by using my credit card during diwali festival and delivery has scheduled on 3.11.2017, seller has unilaterally cancelled my order, as well as delivery promise has not fulfilled with out mentioning any reason, more dramatically the same seller is selling same product in flipkart and amazon with higher prices.
              In this context i have complained to flipkart services twice in two weeks, their response is highly deplorable,
              In this matter iam complaining on seller and flip kart service provider for non fulfilling of sale and breaching of trust, cheating of consumers and pay for compensation and pay for liquidated dameges.

                I have been wrongly charged around 8k from flipkart which is a fraudulent activity. I was not notified, no otp was sent to me. Neither the message for the amount deducting from the account has come. This is asking to pay 12 emis. The total amount has been deducted from my credit card account.
                I have purches vega vhsh-18 hair straightener for this last month. I don't know how they have charged 8k!
                I want a proper explanation, else i will go for consumer forum for charging me wrongly and will take necessary step.

                        Am writing this post with pain that how such a reputed organisation like flipkart, biggest ecommerce giant in india treat their customer. With such huge promised and fake assurance of support. It was such a pathetic display of service and support form flipkart that i never even faced with any naive ecommerce startup.

                        I had bought a king size bed (Order # od[protected] on big billion sale which was suppose to be delivered by 30th oct but got delivered on 3rd oct and was installed by hometown team on 6th oct. Product was defective such that there was 4 inches of gap between the top head and base which was not shown in promotional pictures displayed on flipkart.

                        I immediately registered a return request on 7th oct as return option was not enabled on my account. Customer care assured me that issue will be resolved in max 48 hours. I waited patiently but nothing happened and i called them back again on 9th and they had no clue what happened. Then they updated the product delivery status still says delivery pending and till the time merchant update the delivery status as 'delivered' they cannot initiate a return. Then they lodged a complaint and provided me with complaint # in[protected] and asked me to wait for another 72 hours and mailed me that issue has been put on priority and will be resolve max by 12th oct incident: in[protected]

                        But nothing happened again and i receive a call at the end of the day stating same what has been told before. They again provided eta of 48 hours and told me on mail to resolve the issue by 14th oct, max by 6.30 pm (Incident: in[protected], and here i was writing the post as nothing happened.

                        While i was writing the post, at 6:42 i received another mail (Incident: in[protected] stating "we apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 17 oct, 3:30 pm to get back to you."th

                        After 17th oct, dates keep moving forward until i posted on their twitter page again on 22nd oct. Then following up with them on 24th, 25th and 26 oct daily at least for 2-3 hours just to waste my precious time to get the same lame excuse to allow them with more time. Even they provided the final pickup date as 25th oct but nobody showed up and the dates keep getting extended (1st nov, 2nd nov, 4th nov or 7th nov). Am mentioning all incident id's provided on mail:

                        This is insane and a never ending loop. Such irresponsible behavior from flipkart is unimaginable and unacceptable. I have spent whopping amount and feeling cheated now. Now i have serious questions on flipkart credibility and i will not going to suggest anyone to buy from flipkart. I have even attached the defected item sample pics.

                        For once i can understand there can be a problem but such a repetitive pathetic service and excuses are intolerable. If anyone can tell who is responsible for the pain i suffered in all such process, my wasted time to be in line waiting for your customer service and followups, the amount i wasted on such product and the trust i put on your organization. As a reputed ecommerce company you must be aware what is the importance of lost time.

                        I request you to please help me with this as am continually paying interest for this product and it is in installed condition in my master bed, could get scratch as it a usable area unless it can be taken back asap. Also due to defect even if i use it could posses threat and harm anyone with that big gap between top head and base.

                        Kindly help me getting that returned and getting my amount back with interest that i paid and endless hour of torture i received while chasing them like an # and getting false assurance. Also have1 audio file recording as an incident proof of fake assurance from flipkart.

                        Flipkart team called me on 6th and 7th November stating seller is not responding back and it is been very long and we cannot keep our customers in pain. Give us 24 hours and we will be initiating your refund for sure as it cannot be updated right away due to some technical issue facing right now.

                        I allowd them another 24. Hours and they returned with updated status of my return as rejected and instead blamed me that they provided alternate solution and i denied so they are not refunding my amount.

                        All calls are on recorded line and never ever flipkart provided with an alternative neither did i approve any such thing.

                        Am in utter pain kindly help me. Feeling looted.

                          The problem is that i bought gift cards worth rs.2000. Flipkart gave the option of converting this amount in their wallet. Since i dint want to use this immediately i thought my money will be safe in the wallet, and i can buy whenever i feel like. There was no communication on the site that the money will disappear after one year from the wallet else i would have quickly utilized it. I see that my rs. 800 disappears (Pending amount inthe wallet), one day. Gift cards and expire but how can money in wallet expire. I feel so cheated. I contacted customer care and requested them to put the money back but they have refused to do so. Please help me get justice from flipkart.

The camera performance also not good as i excepted. So i contacted with flip kart customer executive to exchange the mobile. She said it can not be exchange. Only can replace it and also i said if the new mobile will be higher price tan this i m ready for pay it. But still nobody wants to take that response. I am tried to several ways. Again i am request you to exchange the product i will go for the higher value. I hope you understand & co-operate me.

                              With an amount of heavy trust i ordered a lg brand 6 kg front door washing machine on 2nd of oct 2017. I had to gift this to a relative but the purpose was not surved as it was delivered about 10 days late. But i understand sometimes this happens. Ok. But when the person sent by flipkart came to install this he found the product was damaged (He only opened it for the first time). He suggested me to return the product, the very same day i requested for the return. Since then, i have got calls from 3 different lg showrooms ranchi, dhanbad and jhumri tilaiya. They said they can exchange the product if they get some confirmation from flipkart. They are also saying that thats why we ask people not to buy products from e-commerce stores, really??? After some days i stopped getting calls from every where. Now, no one is talking about refund or exchange. The pick up date has also been extended twice and now its 13th nov 2017, only god and flipkart knows whats happening with my product.
                              Should a customare wait for like months for a washing machine?
                              I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible because already i'm so much frustrated and hopeless on this issue. Please dont make me regret on the decision of buying it from flipkart. With a hope that you will do something to keep ur customare faith, and if you cant do anything please refund the money on given account details to this account.

                                I have booked two refrigerators and i cancelled one refrigerator because of wrong address and second one was cancelled by flipkart customer care person by mistake. I am following for refund for past 20 days but i haven’t received my money back. On 27th october i got a call from flipkart and they accepted their mistake and they said because of their system issue they were unable to process the refund so they got my bank account details and ifsc code for manual transaction. They said to wait for five business days that istill 3 november 2017. I have not received any update regarding that refund till date. I have called many times to flipkart customer care but they are still asking do you want to cancel this product. They are not moving this case in right way i am not getting any solution from them.                                 Whenever I update complaints here I am receiving call from flipkart customer support and they are saying they will resolve the issue in 24 - 48 hours. But as of now no positive reply. nearly 25 days passed still they haven't processed my payment. Total amount is 20, 696 they haven't refunded my money. I dont have money to repay my debts to credit card. Now i am in situation of paying interest.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have ordered a study table (Od[protected] and was delivered on oct21 and supposed to be installed in 2 days. No concerned team contacted in those two days and when i escalated i have got a call from the installation guy and he wasn’t ready to get in installed in my preferred timings and finally he accepeted on saturday oct28. But no one came on that dat to install and when i called the support team i didn’t get any help. Later i have been raising multiple requests through e-mails, phone calls, twitter social media and there was no fix to this. I have also raise the return request as they are not installing my product. They have rejected my request. And worst thing is they have already updated that the product is installed from the back end.
                                  Please consider this and make necessary actions on them. They need a lesson to be learnt to pay fine for this and i don’t need uninstalled this product anymore.

                                        I tried an online transaction for the mobile redmi note 4 amounting rs10, 999/- from flipkart on 7/10/2017 time 11:22pm. I have contacted flipkart many times asking them to refund my money, but they are not providing any proper information regarding above mentioned issue.
