I recently brought honor 9i mobile phone. I facing lots of problem in this phone. I heard my voice back during call. Phone hang very much. It hang continously for 10 like it's dead. Even i want to start disere applications but it open different applications. So pls give me replacement. I complain in customer care national india. I already complaint in flipkart for 4 times but your customers care officer told me to visit service center.

    I'm booked xolo era 3x mobile 28 octuber and my delivery day 2 November.. I complaint to customer service 8th November for replacement my product. but customer care say always to me wait for the next tech visit then after your mobile replace but today is 18th Nov not resolved my problem by flipkart.           I bought i phone 6 imei no [protected] from flipkart and it was defected product. There were issue with phone as well as year phones and flipkart is rejecting to take responsiblity not only many other costumer are facing the same issue. With in 20 days of purchase i had to visit service centre and the repaired the screen and camera of phone but now alsoi am facing issue.

            I order cycle on oct 14th, 2017. They promised to deliver by oct 27th. From then it got delayed for 3 times. It's been one month, till now the product hasn't got delivered. Today again i received a mail with an expected delivery date as nov 25th. I called to customer care to cancel the order, but they are not able to cancel my order.
            I promised my cousin to buy cycle for his birthday. Because of flipkart he lost trust in me.

              I placed order vide Order ID No.OD[protected] –[protected] for Lenovo K8 Plus on[protected]. I paid for the purchase Rs.8098/- (Unit Cost) [Seller: Indiflashmart] and Rs.90/- (buy back guarantee) thro my SBI Debit card. Subsequently, the said order was cancelled by me on[protected] and claimed for refund. While verifying my Flipkart account, the refund status shows: REFUND COMPLETED. ID No.[protected] for Rs.8098/- (for unit) and REFUND COMPLETED. ID No.[protected] for Rs.90/- (for buy back guarantee). Whereas, while verifying my SB A/c. I learnt that a sum of Rs.90/- has only been refunded by Flipkart. The unit price of Rs.8098/- has not so far been refunded. Frequently, I am contacting Flipkart help centre regarding refund of Rs.8098/- Whereas; the problem has not yet been solved. I have not received the refund of Rs.8098/- from Flipkart side except some convincing and system generated reply which is not in order. On[protected], I received a reply from Flipkart thro email to contact banker with Payment reference no.PZT[protected]Y7R0903 and Bank Txn Id [protected]. My banker (SBI Thiruverumbur Branch: 15301) has clearly confirmed that the said amount has not been credited by Flipkart. Also, my banker has confirmed on[protected] in writing that no such amount was received from Flipkart. The fact was already communicated to Flipkart’s CEO thro’ email. Even though nearly 50 days have left from the date of transaction, the issue is not yet resolved by Flipkart. Flipkart is well known nationwide online shopping Organisation. I did not expect such substandard attitude. Flipkart’s back end team is simply replying without applying mind properly and emailing repeatedly how toregister grievance thro online SBI and advising to contact banker/debit card helpline. Flipkart has sent similar Email nearly 50 numbers. I have contacted Flipkart regarding this issue for more than 100 times but, problem remains unsolved. Keeping public money without assigning any reason is unlawful and offensive attitude as per RBI guidelines. Also, Flipkart is always addressing as “Hi Vinoth”. I am the claimant, I am the Flipkart Account Holder and my name is S. Sivakumar who has placed the order. The said Vinoth is only delivery addressee. It is a small evidence how the Flipkart handling lethargically the grievance of Public. Please note that I am having good regard on Flipkart services and hence, I am issuing soft notices. I hope Flipkart will take necessary steps immediately to refund the credit of Rs.8098/- in to my SB A/C. No.[protected] (IFSC: SBIN0015301, THIRUVERMBUR) without further delay. I am furnishing cell no of my SBI Manager, Thiruverumbur: [protected]. Flipkart may directly contact him for quick solution. I am very frank to furnish, in case more information are required regarding this issue which may please be communicated. Since, it is a very basic issue, it can be easily solved. I want to settle the issue in peaceful and amicable manner.
              I request to credit the amount on or before[protected], failing which, I am forced to file complaints before court of law for getting refund of Rs.8098/- along with interest and to claim damages for the mental agony caused so far in this regard.

              No reply has been received from Flipkart. Repeatedly Flipkaart customer support team is sending same system generated reply (stereo type reply: contact you banker and register complain with debit card customer care) due to lack of knowledge and escalating the issue to next level. My banker has confirmed in writing that Flipkart Administration is yet refund the amount in question. Hence, the problem remains unsolved. Hence, I am being forced to bring the issue to Government of India to seek legal remedy. Keeping public money without assigning any reason is unlawful and offensive as per RBI guidelines. Flipkart has to pay huge compensation for the issue. I am addressing my hard copy of this complaint only in the name of CEO. I am not clear whether CEO of Flipkart is reviewing of customer support team activities periodically. Reputation of Flipkart is being spoiled graduallyin front of public by poor customer support service.

              I have issued so many complaint letters and emails regarding my refund of Rs.8098/. The transaction stated to have been completed on[protected]. It is nearly 60 days going on. The flipkart administration has not yet solved the issue and refund is not received. My banker has confirmed twice in writing the non receipt of refund. I have enclosed the certificate dt.[protected] and[protected] received from my banker’s side. I hope that filikart administration will go through it and solve the issue quickly. Also, I have sent my transaction statement in respect of my S.B.Account as well as all correspondence thro email and all hard copies of correspondence by Speed Post. The hard copies have been duly acknowledged by flipkart. The flipkart administration refuses that no letters were received from my side when I am having valid and proper acknowledgement of Flipkart. I think there is no proper coordination between dealing hands of public grievance and Tappal section, since I am frequently receiving controversial statement regarding my refund. Please note that keeping public money is offensive and unlawful. Either flipkart or banker is solely responsible for the issue and I have to be paid more compensation for the mental agony caused for the past 60 days. If the refund of Rs.8098/- is not credited in to my S.B. account within a couple of days, I am forced to solve the issue thro legal forum and to file complaint with police authorities to investigate the issue. Please verify the attachment. Please maintain utmost integrity in front of public.

                I have booked LG TV (OD[protected] from flipkart and received the product in damage condition then applied for the replacement of the product and still not received the product from past one month and giving deadline but not meet any deadline. now today they are telling me that the replacement of the product has been cancelled and you need to apply for the replcement of the product again.

I order a clarks shoes from this account on 26 oct. 2017 and recive it. The received product was the first copy of my ordered product it is not original product. I call to flipkart customer care regarding this matter and i request to return this product and refund my amount bt after two days i found they block my flipkart account. And then i unable to login my flipkart account and also be unable to return this duplicate product and block my calls. I'm frustet due to online fraud from flipkart. Please help me sir.                   We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
                  Not Providing Original product as Shown in Website - Many false assurance being given by customer care. The quality of service is really going down and the people are really not having commitment to address the issues in time. After three time replacements also I didn't receive original product as per the web site.

                    I had ordered fridge on 7th of november. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th november and that was the reason i had ordered from flip kart because i wanted it on an urgent basis. On 9th nov, i did not receive my order and i contacted the customer care for it. They told me that they were unable to contact the seller and therefore there was late in delivery. She further told me that she will try getting the product delivered on 10th november and she has also raised a request on my behalf which will get resolved by 14th november. Again on 10th november i did not receive my product. This happened everyday till 13th november. Everytime the person used to say me that the product will get delivered the next day but it never happened. Finally on 14th november, i tried speaking to the escalation department. He promised me that my product will be delivered to me on 15th november by 7pm. And again it failed. I don't know what kind of services you guys provide to your customer. Its not that i haven't paid for that item. It's already paid. If you guys have the logistics issue, then pls stop showing the dates which you show on the portal for delivery. You guys are ridiculous. It has been a very bad experience for me. I will never ever try buying on flip kart and will never ever suggest any one to buy from your # site. Just return my money with the interest amount and you guys will have to bare with the loss which i have faced... Such a annoying site... And your annoying customer care department who keep on saying lies every time. You guys should close this site.. You guys can only put your customers in trouble..

                          Please note that i ordered a phone from flipkart.com and order id
                          Od[protected] and then i got to know that the phone is not detecting the sim so i raised a return request but there is only option of replacement so i clicked on replacement then the technician came to our place and told us that this phone is not compatible with "volte" services so your sim will not work on this phone. And then the replacement request got rejected by the flipkart.

                          But i want to tell you that on the website they have mentioned that this phone is compatible with volte services then how a volte sim is not working on the phone?

                          And then i raised a complaint to them and the complaint no.[protected]

                          And i am very much dissatisfied with the flipkart policy.

                          I need my money back.

                          THis is ridiculous that the customer has to suffer due to mistake of others. just like flipkart shown on the website that this phone supports VOLTE service but their own technician came and declared that this phone doesn't support VOLTE that's why the sim not working. and now we are in big trouble because this phone is of no use for us and still flipkart is forcing us to keep the phone and flipkart will not refund our money even it is flipkart's fault.

                          I request to consumer complaint forum to take part in it and do take action against flipkart for their misdeed.

                          You guys have shown on the website that this phone is VOLTE phone but i checked on the motorola website and they have not mentioned this thing so how can you write VOLTE when the phone is not VOLTE. and i need my moneyback.

                            I ordered a mi a1 phone from flipkart which was on sale on exchange offer... They checked my device online and they guaranteed me a discount of rs 3500 on exchange of my device... It surprised me when the courier boy said the device cant be exchanged as it is damaged... When i asked him what is damaged in my device his reply was like..."your colour is gone and at such we take it for a damage"... Yeah i didnt argue with him further... But my grievance is that flipkart should not dupe people showing exchange offer if they really cant give us the offer... Also it was not mentioned anywhere about the terms and conditions of exchange... Flipkart should rather highlight their terms of exchage before advertising such false exchange offers!

                              Hi,
                              I order 2 4 tb seagate external drives from this seller omshakti and if i would have known his reputation before i would have never ordered now for the first time i was sent a non working drive i asked for a refund at that time but i was told sorry only replacement is available so i said no problem i will take a replacement...
                              Now after i received my replacement i opened it infront of the courier so
                              That he can also see the packaging and the drive is different plus opened
                              Package i order a 4 tb i got a 2 tb and teono or temp is written on top and back side of it and looks like this is a 1-2 yr drive is this the kind of service u guys
                              Offer and keep this seller going on with it.. Now i called u guys
                              Regarding refund both were approved by u guys then when the courier came in he only took one of them and not the other one and canceled that one cause he was not told about taking different item...
                              Then i called u guys instantly infront of the courier and i was told i will
                              Be picked up soon again however it did not happen not my acc is closed because ur people requested too many return request on the same item where only one request was suppose to be done...
                              Now i would like u to please give me my money back as one of em has been
                              Given back whose order id is od[protected]
                              But the other one that was canceled by your courier cause he was not given
                              Much info about the return od[protected] i would like u to request a proper refund on it or else i will take this to consumer forum for sending me broken different item and i also seen the review of the seller
                              Omshakti and if i had seen that before i hadn't bought it then... And been
                              Going through all this trouble..
                              Do check everything and reply or else i will get a lawyer for it cause that
                              10250 rs is not a small amount and also why after approving both the
                              Returns one was canceled then again was promised that it will be picked up
                              Soon...
                              Order id ending with 2000 has been refunded to me the one ending with 7000
                              Has not been so i would like that back...
                              Attachments of all the snaps taken are given... Pics of broken and unseal drive and seller review on flipkart
                              Also the snaps of the approved return requests email that i got from u guys
                              ..

                              I never ever faced these kind of problems from amazon or ebay...

                                Today, your executive contact me 11.45 a. M. He telephonic talk me and promise 48 hrs. Return and refund our complaint complete. Last six day many times contact you and your reply every time 24 hrs. Complaint complete. Your 24 hrs. And 48 hrs. Last six days only promise, not my complaint complete.

                                Kindly resolve by to-day complaint return and refund otherwise i have no other option but to go to the consumer court. I am very trouble your promise 24 hrs. Complete the compliant last 6 days.

                                  My order number is od[protected]. I received the item on sunday 12th nove 2017. After the ekart men left i found that the oven top was dented so i rang him up & he said he will bring the replacement item next day on monday. Till date there is no word from them or flipkart and i dont know whats happening. I had bought 3 items ie., led tube lights which i received okay, the above bajaj oven and also a waffle maker. Since none of these items are reflected on my account at the flipkart website i do not know if the waffle maker is also going to be delivered or not. Lack of proper communication from flipkart is extremely annoying and when i sent an email i got a reply that they no longer use this email and directed me to some other site which was not responding at all & kept saying oops oops there is some mistake!!! Extremely aggravating indeed. Please i urge flipkart to expedite the above item in good condition in exchange for the defective one i have here and also the waffle maker machine.                                         I placed on order on 11th oct - flipkart big billion day for the above mentioned product & i paid for it. Its been more than a month still product not delivered/ no assurance on delivery. Instead they keep requesting me to cancel the order after making me go through all the pain they gave.

                                        Multiple escalations
