I asked for replacement for this product for the smaller size 36, as this product size 38 was quite large to my waist, but there was no exchange option provided to me even though it was in 30 days exchange option and 30 days was not over.
I asked many time with your customer agents and they kept saying me rhat only refund option is there, as seller is not giving exchange for this cloth. When asked rhe reason, they stated that due to price variation you would not get the replacement or exchange option, so only refund is applicable.

As i got the reason from you guys about wrangler jeans is that due to price variation, seller is not providing the replacement for the above product. If it is true then why the same seller provided the replacement for the another product reebok trackpants with same order id (Bought it together with the wrangler jeans) which also has the price variation, infact has more price then what i got it earlier. Both product i bought at same time with the same seller with almost same price variation but for reebok trackpant i got the replacement, but for wrangler jeans, i am not getting replacement. This in simple understanding means cheating and fooling customer about the policy of exchange and importantly i did not find anything on website that there will be no exchange if price varies.
About free and easy return is just a hype. You just make them fool with your # policy. First you say it is easy 30 days exchange policy and after that you dont provide the exchange option, only refund option on clothes. No one does that.
Who will bear the extra now?
Whatever the price change is after that buy, it should not affect the exchange facility. Like myntra, which is your sister ecommerce, provides exchange option many no. Of times on clothes and even for the other product.
I got the replacement and exchange even after the price change on flipkart only by the same seller. Still with one product, there is a lot of drama rather a nonsense is created by you. But for me its suffering and this would be my last purchase with flipkart.
Thug peoples with thug companies. This only violate the customers right which really need to address at consumer court.

    I received my phone asus zenfone 4 selfie on 21.10.17 and found it has manufacturing defect in color. There is 3 dots on back side of phone. I already request for replacement but your service engineer and customer care (Who talk unprofessionaly) are accepted that there is dots on phone. Service engineer prepare a working sheet and mentioned phone defect, it is counter signed by me. After 5 minute, he smartly told me to sign in his phone and gone.
    After that i go to customer care, to know my reust status. Informed that it is closed.
    Flipkart, how can you close my request as phone is manufacturing defected. Its also accepted by your engineer.
    It is true poor service. I am unhappy. Sorry but its true.

      I purchased/ordered two selfie sticks before diwali on flipkart of different rates.
      Now the product is delivered to me and outside the box, its written there that it will contain two items, but after opening it, it will contain only one item and they also updated the status on site that two item delivered, also i got the message for the same that two item delivered. I also complaint this but didn't got any response.

        I made a order on oct. 8 2017 worth rs.532 over online. Till date the product is not delivered but the product was shipped to the location and out of delivery from 16th oct. I have registered a complaint over mail after 20th and i got a response as will be delivered by 21 oct and 22 and 26 also by 29 as email confirmations.

        Also i got an update stating the mobile number mentioned in order details was not reachable or busy so the team can't reach us. I placed an order on paytm simultaneously when i placed in flip kart. They were able to deliver the product on time and during the festive season. But these inefficient guys have updated the details as they tried to reach us which was not done.

        When i spoke to cc exec. On 29th mr. Sameer he was like a parrot repeating the scripts for apology and was commanding in tone stating that it was escalated and would be resolved and i asked escalation which was answered by mrs/miss. Reena.

        After hearing all my blasting the lady said that they were not able to track the product and it was from 15 oct to 29 oct. Hope these people (Flipkart) are not the perfect guys to run the company.

        And she said that due to delay there would be a refund of rs. 65 for shipping charges and they would definitely deliver the product before nov 2.

        I'm writing this for escalating to the organization for such a poor experience with them and would definitely look for a compensation that they would regret.

          I ordered an analog watch online from flipkart website. The analog watch is divine crafts analog, which was later found to be defective. Date of order was 2nd oct 2017 and was delivered on 9th oct. Upon finding its machine to be defective, requested for replacement and the delivery boy from ekart came along with replacement on 18th october. He refused to replace the faulty clock saying that the brand of faulty clock is not matching. I was very surprised to hear that and asked him how come a fake product is delivered. He asked me to submit a written complaint in flipkart, mentioning that brand is not matching. Then on 21st october i came to know that my replacement request has been cancelled. Can you please take an urgent action on this matter and arrange for replacement of faulty product. My entire experience on this incident was very bad. My details are

          It was a few days back, a tunic was being featured in an ad on Flipkart, bt I wsnt able 2 find that tunic anywhere on Flipkart.So, cn u plzz provide me the details on the product?I want to order the tunic.I am attaching a few screenshots...I evn contacted the Flipkart consumer care toll free number but they were unable to resolve this issue

They didn't bring the order to my place and still i saw my order status today it showed refund. The last time they cancelled my order. Its the secound time happening to me please look into the matter. And punish those courier service.

                I have ordered a philips qt4011/15 trimmer for men (Order id : od[protected] from flipkart on sat, oct 7th '17 10:27 pm (Seller:
                Redlinestore). They have given me the delivery date of mon 16, oct 2017. But on date sat, oct 14, 2017 at 5:32 am they messaged me that the seller has run out of stock and will not deliver it. I called to customer care also, they told the same thing. If the product was there to order than only i order it. They should have told that same day that the product is out of stock. Why they took 8 days to confirm this.

                But the message send by flipkart regarding order cancellation reason was price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error. Flipkart sent me two emails for gift card with two different price rs 200 and 100 for my continued trust. Pfa screenshot. When i seen in my account only ₹100 gift card is there.

                Now its simple i need the same product in same price asap or else i will file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this. The screenshot of order is attached.

                    Order id no: od[protected], i have purchased play station ps4 pro 1tb with 1 year warranty (Price of item 35750/- rupees) from flipkart on 17/10/2017, the item is delivered on 23/10/2017 and when i checked everything the warranty card issued one is from middle east countries (India name not mentioned in the warranty card as promised in the flipkart website, then i called sony india customer care ps department and they explained that buying outside india products will not get indian warranty. No reply from fkart, misleading the warranty of the item purchased in flipkart - ps4 pro 1 tb (The item imported from middle east countries). Trying to get warranty or return the product to flipkart but flipkart is escaping from the situation. After seeing the flipkart product details in description page i purchased, please help in this regard.

                      I ordered iphone 6s 32gb space grey on 23rd september. Delivered on 6th october with order id od[protected]. The phone was damaged and not working. Not even charging and turning on. So i contacted flipkart and they said they can provide replacement if i get certificate from service center which i provided them. But after providing the document they are now refusing the replacement and asking me to get my "new' iphone repaired from service center. They are not following their own replacement policy and scamming me. Already two tickets registered with flipkart n[protected] & in[protected]. Please help me here to get the proper resolution.                       Hey Flipkart, If i bought new phone and you sent damaged one. Why should i runto service centre again and again to get repaired it? Why get repaired a newly purchased phone? Its your responsibility to send me replacement under 10 day replacement policy. If not then i will file a case in court.

                          I ordered a scarf from you website on the 17th of october 2017
                          The name of the product - isweven solid nylon women's scarf

                          This product was promised to be delivered on the 24th october 2017 but it did not arrive on that day instead i got an email from flipkart saying that the order will arrive on 28th of october 2017.
                          I called the customer support asking about the same but they did not provide me a proper solution for my grievances.

                          Not only this its 29th of october right now and i still have not received the product instead i got another mail that my product will arrive by 2nd of november 2017.

                          I have suffered allot because of your mistake and i want a proper solution for my concern.

                            I am a victim of flipkart. I bought a laptop from flipkart and i think i did the biggest mistake of my life.

                            First of all the laptop is not delivered in time and once delivered i came to know that they are selling is more then mrp. Mrp mentioned is 39000 and i bought it in during sell after discount from hdfc card in 40000.

                            Once i switched on the laptop. I came to know that there is some technical issues with this laptop as well. It is getting re booted in between with blue screen. This is a severe problem with this laptop and flipkart also aware of the same.

                            After raising my complain, i got a call from flipkart second day and one of the executive confirmed me that the said problem is a known problem in this series of laptops and they also confirmed the same from hp as well.

                            They assured me to take it back asap. I communicated many time (4-5 times in a day) but the executives are very poor and there is no database available to them for communication. Everytime i need to explain the probelm from scratch and they are putting my call in hole for hours.

                            They are not able to transfer to my call to their seniors and not able to provide any resolution.

                            After many calls and requests they arranged my pickup from ekart courier but the courier man doesn't cam here and after some time i got a message from ekart that "customer want to reatin the laptop"

                            I totally surprised and immediately called to customer care and said about the fake messge. After many requestes and many rounds of call they again arranged a reverse pickup and the courier guy came to picked it. But he again denied to pick it up back and said "the serial number is not matching so wan't be able to take it back"

                            This is very pathetic and i was totally puzzled. The product i bought is packed from the day when i received and now they are saying the serial number is not matching.

                            I am loosing my patince now and again called the customer care for the same. The executive named "rupali mishra" put my call for hold in 40 minutes and neither she was able to transfers it to seniors nor she was able to provide any resolution.

                            Flipkart is very fake site and selling duplicate products and after selling it they are not taking the concerns.

                            I am totally puzzled, please help me..

                                I had applied for supervisor post in flipkart thru olx. I got an offer letter and appointment letter from flipkart team aryan and binod heading the team promised me of job and took 7500rs online payment for the same in the month of july. But after paying 7500rs they were supposed to call back for joining. Since 4 months i have been sending 100 mails to their website they say investigation is going on but no call from their side for clarification or the refund is done.                                   I have booked samsung on nxt 64gb mobile on mon 16th oct by kamini mishra and received on 24th oct after paying rs 12, 900.00 but from that day your sending mobile is not getting to on.                                     After received of dell laptop bag when i opend the pack & used i saw bage stiching is opend & its manula stiched by you for non visisble by receied person.

                                    Realy i hade lot of faith on flipcart. But after purchased this bag i lose faith on flipcart.

                                    My humble request do not cheat like me customer whos keepnig faith on line products.

                                      I have booked a oppo f3 plus mobile phone during offer period under buyback. After waiting for so much time, on 27th of this month the delivery boy approach me to deliver the product, but he is denied to pick my phone as he has a doubt about my be phone. He called someone and rejected to deliver my order. When i ask about the reason he replied that your phone is faded with color. But my screen is working fine and there is no touch problem. I have proved the same with that fellow. But the courier boy himself failed to prove my phone is not working. Just because of a small doubt he rejected to deliver the product.

                                      Immediately, i have logged a complaint with flipkart customer care. Again today i. E. On 28th one another courier boy approached me and again the same story repeats.

                                      Let me know, whether i could get the order or not? If not what is the reason? Why should i wait for such a long time? My emi is already processed with my banker, who will bear the loss? Who will compensate my loss?

                                        I have ordered wildcraft travel bag. It is a damaged product. I requested for return for 4 times return got cancelled. I contacted customer care also. They also raised the request for return again it got cancelled and also they gave a assurance that they will pick the damaged product as return. Eventhough the product is eligible for return they are cancelling the request. I am really fed up with the service provided by flipkart. I want to return that item. Is there any way to do this?
