Please refer my order id od[protected] dt. 16.10.2017 of 2 items, payment made also. I opted exchange offer and got a disount of inr 2000.00 as per your diwali offer. Following your mails and sms it is expected to reach me within 26.10.2017. But all of a sudden, this morning i got an sms that the order of redmi note 4 (The main portion of my order) cancelled for no clear reason. Contacting customer care over phone i came to know that due to some courier issue the order got cancelled. There was no error or guilt from my side. I request your good self, honoring good business policy, kindly give me a chance as the entire problem were with your side, and for that, customer should not suffer even a bit.
If you are not able to provide me the same offers, no need to deliver only the back covers of mobile set.
Please resolve the issue, else, i am bound to contact consumer forum for such fraud offers and attempts by flipkart.
