I bought a product from flipkart which is damaged on delivery but when i asked for it to be changed they don't want to change the product.     I have ordered and paid for new washing machine but our great fraud flipkart has sent a old/display product used machine, and this is not enough when i registered complaint then product was out of stock they told me to wait till product get in stock for replacement, now after two days product was in stock so i register replacement now they are turning round and round with their so called process that technician will come and review but i didn't get any technician at promised date and they are purpose fully wasting their 10 days of replacement policy so that product need not to replace and we will cheat customer very smoothly, please help to take action legally.

      Sir, i have bought a new phone le max 2 from flipkart in diwali sale but the product is defeated and their service executives are telling me that go and get services from service center. Even the worst thing is they once sent their technician and technician also told me that this phone has problems but now they are saying that it can not be replaced.

        Where he said the first time he swiped he said it showed error and the 2nd time again he swiped amount 4079 and it got debited.
        My conplaint is that he withdrawed a total amount of 8158 .
        And i need back my 4079 which was debited wrongly.

          I had accidently ordered a samsung refrigerator by paying rs 10708 through my sbi atm card when i cancelled this order it shows 'return accepted and amount of rs 10708 will be credited to your account within 7 working day after that i had order a new refrigerator and again pay 10708 for that. I had told my family about this that the order is cancelled and new order will delivered to them because i didn't resides with my family because iam defence person and on duty this time. Now courier goes to deliver and delivered that refrigerator which was cancelled and my family member had taken it because they new that order was cancelled and this must be new order. After that i called customer care of flipkart and they advice me to not open that order and they assured me that it will returned back and payment will be given and also advice to take the new order. Now already 7 days had been passed and no resolution from flipkart. The only thing i want is my money because i need it my family need it. The seller omnitech retail had called my poor parent and saides that they will not return. Kindly help me. Customer care are saying they backup team is working and now they said that they can't do anything.

            I ordered wonderchef cookware set of 4 pieces from flipkart when i ordered it was showing 4 pieces but when it was delivered to me i got only three pieces. A mini fry pan was missing then i report it to flipkart and then they said they will replace it send the new one to me. As they told me replacement was done but after the replacement i got the same parcel which have same three pieces. Then again i complained about it to flipkart now this they said they only can refund. They neither will replace nor will deliver the missing item. I wait for 15 days but not get my full order. Is there any way from which i can get my missing item?. Please help.

              Buying iphone8 worth 60k from flipkart. I think, was biggest mistake.

              After all spending my harden earned and saved money to buy this phone.

              Product delivered to me has scratches on it.

              Flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected]] was rased on 14th oct for resolution

              Time given to resolve this issue was 18th oct 9pm

              But very sad to say that no resolution has been provided till now 23oct17.

              When contacted flipkart team over phone, heard repetitive sentence “our backend team is working on it, please wait for some time”

              Also few of them were very rude on call...

              Specially hearing from them this “there is nothing in their hand to do more then just raising the complaint.

              Please help here to resolve this at earliest.

                Dear sir,

                It is matter of great concern and i am very disappointed to write this that i have order swayam cotton bedding set. Order no. Fmpr[protected] which i received on 17 oct 2017 but what i received was only comforter and other accessories which included a bed sheets and a pillow cover were missing in the packet. Therefore, i was compelled to return the product on the same date

                I have received several messages from flipkart that they would pick up the products but i when called your representative they refused to come and promised to come tomorrow which they never did.
                I am a regular customer of flipkart but i never face such issues in the past and i never expected such a pathetic service from your side.
                Kindly do the needful.

                    My scheduled product was not delivered at requested address at 1st floor of my residence.

                    Moresoever the delivery people misbehaved and verbally abused my wife when requested for doorstep delivery.

                    The product was banged at roadside outside the main gate of my residence... We have video of the deeds of the delivery people.
                    This unwarranted behaviour is not accepted. Kindly redress or allow me further appeal to higher authorities including consumer forum.

                      Hi,

                      First time i have order the mobile phone (Od[protected] on 8th oct 17 and same has been received on 11th oct 17. After open the box first time for use on 18th oct.

                      I observed many problem and getting slow charging issue and fast draining issue, one and two time reboot issue and same informed to customer support and log the request on same day on 18th oct,
                      But after many reminders and followup with customer support for mobile replacement but they not proper update for replacement and wrong time is showing on website as per the expected time 23rd oct and also not updated tech visited.

                      Still replacement phone is not received and they told me sorry for delay form vendor and tech visit and they take action on vendor for further service and you please wait again for next update on 28th oct, they have no update and time for further return and replacement the phone.

                      So finally overall service and product quality is very bad, i am not happy with that product because first time getting many issue and facing your service and delay shipping issue. And now i am not waiting for new replacement it's already too long.

                      So please i request you return the faulty phone and return the my money on flipkart balnce.

                              I am ordered redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) on 14 october 2017. My order no is od[protected]. On 23 october 2017 when i was tracking my order, it shows that my order has been return automatically. When i call customer care they are giving various reasons. Firstly, they said that that the ordered has been cancelled from the seller side. Secondly, they said that due to huge ordered product cannot be delivered and they return it. Thirdly they said that the shipment was not properly so the order is return.
                              When i have ordered the product and online payment has also done so why you return the product with out any intimation.
                              So, i want the proper satisfactory justification from your side as soon as possible.

                                I hv purchased new micromax q463 mobile before 45 to 50 days now i am not able to use even this phone due to unknown problem
                                So many advertisement and various application continues coming and unable to clear this through any setting. Without using phone battery will get low within 1-2 hrs.

                                  Ordered for redmi note4 in offer and the full amount was paid, but i got message stating that my order was cancelled. When i call customer care they told that the logistic person shifted the mobile to wrong address, so that the order got cancelled. Whether it is right reason, i paid for the mobile, in that case you should provide alternate solution, but without my permission you cancelled the order. It is not a fare and also it is big cheating.

                                    Order od[protected] with flipkart.com [incident: in[protected]]
                                    I ordered a phillips trimmer during sale, mrp is 2300 while the price on sale was 999/-. After 6-7 days when the product was not delievered i called customer care, they said they will escalate the issue, same day the order wass cancelled and money was refunded, stating that the seller had given a wrong price by mistake.
                                    They made a fool of the customer. I have sent multiple mails and tweets still noresponse. I need the same trimmer on the promised price else i need the complete mrp of the product.
                                    I have checked the review of that seller, everyone has given 1 star to him and have similar complaints, so why flipkart keeps such seller and if seller is cheating then flipkart should take acrion against him, why should customer face the loss. Same trimmer was available for 1200 inr on amazon but i bought from flipkart as it was showing 999/-

                                      Hi, i have ordered mi max 2 on 17th of oct 2017, the delivery date shows 25th oct 2017, its been 6 days that i purchased the product the status just shows an order is placed no courier or tracking information, i have paid the amount in full and my bank is charging interest for the same, no response from the customer service its, its pathetic service from flipkart, this was a bday present and want this to be delivered before 25th oct if not double the amount of refund and cancel my order, i will wait until 25th before i post this on various social media channels that the big billion day sales are just to con people.

                                        I am very disappointed for your activities flipkart... I have ordered the product 20th september... But till now i didn't get the product... I called lot of times to your customer care, they told me wait for 24hrs again and again... Hereafter how many 24hrs i am wait..??? Till now i didn't get any solution... Flipkart and bluedart are tie up and make customers as mad... The product was shipped and no generated in bluedart... But i didn't track my product also... The number not found showing like this... Wat i do... I[censored] called bluedart means they show the hand to flipkart... This is prepaid... Obviously you are playing with prepaid customer only... Hereafter how i believe you flipkart... Till now you only gave me a mentally disturbed and tension only... Not product...

                                        We had interacted with the customer, he said he got a call form Blue dart team to cancel the product and place the new order as the flip-kart is not sent the product with correct packing hence customer cancelled the order info provided place the new order and informed the refund TAT apologized and closing the case.
