i have ordered Asus Zenfone 3s mobile for 10 days before, but while opening front camera black dot will appear, i have requested as a return and replacement. (flip kart staff told no replacement and i give an instruction to follow . )
i don't want instruction that all .. i want only the mobile replacement...

    Hello [protected]@flipkart,

    Today i have received below sms from flipkart team, that my order has been cancelled.

    "cancelled: sorry, mi a1 (Black, 64 gb) with order id od[protected] has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts. Please check your email for more details."

    But i had not received any call from courier guy and infact it was showing to be delivered on 24/10/2017

    I called customer care, and person said that seller didn’t dispatched item while app was showing package item has reached nearest hub.

    So flipkart team issue between you and seller team. Solve and give proper solution for this. Otherwise people not trusted you and shopping item in flipkart.

      I had purchased two products from clipart.com
      1. vency creation tracking ID FMPP[protected]
      2.
      Shaily Retails with tracking ID FMPP[protected]
      Both the products were supposed to be delivered by 21.10.17. But the products are yet to be delivered. No updates regarding the delivery has also been intimated to me.
      One product of Vency creation was delivered in the evening of 25th October 2017. However the other product of Shaily retails is yet to be delivered. Flipkart officials are contacting me know to intimate that the product has been misplaced in transit and it will take more time to locate the consignment and to deliver it. Flipkart persons are insisting me to cancel the order. I had purchased the product in Diwali offer and now as the product has been misplaced by Flipkart persons in transit, to avoid their failure they are insisting me to cancel the order . It is requested that my consignment of Shaily retails with tracking no. FMPP[protected] may be delivered to me at the earliest.

          I ordered tv on 24th sep 2017, got delivered on 3rd oct 2017 and installation commitment date was on or before 9th oct 2017. It is still not done even after 24th oct 2017. I m calling every time to flipkart team where they are apologising for delay and giving me another date but nothing is happening. I have not even opened the box. Onida customer care is also calling me frequently but no technician is contacting. Its highly irritating to see the box lying in home. Also i am loosing out on warranty on this product as the zero date is already started. I am highly frustrated with this. I can not even return this item. What am i supposed to do now?

            I had ordered redmi note 4 mobile on 16th oct, 2017 in diwali offer at rs. 9898 and got a notification that it has been dispatched and shipped and even reached till ahmedabad hub but on 23rd oct, 2017 the seller/courier service provider cancelled without any intimation and initiated the refund process.

            Calling up on flipkart customer care, they simply denied any kind of assistance in this regard and suggested to reorder without any offer. The executives were least bothered about the discrepancy that they made and rude to even talk.

            I am not interested in the Rs. 500 gift card that you have offered, to my raised complaint.
            Simply make me available my order of redmi note 4 (grey, 64 GB) mobile in the amount I had earlier ordered it for which is very well reflected in the above pictures I have uploaded.

            I am still ready to re-order.
            Its a request, don't try to lure customer's trust with such gift vouchers.

            Dear forum, after recording my experience with flipkart with this forum I am getting verbal consolation from flipkart in form of a calls. But the problem remains the same but situation is more ugly With no solution. It seems they want me to withdraw the complaint or mark it as solved. Till i urge is to make me available the handset in my earlier price.

              I have placed onida led tv order through flipkart on 23 sep 2017
              Delivery received on 12 oct 2017 in poor condition i had requested to flipkart to cancel my order and refund but they total refused for same saying cancelling order time is over whereas product was in transit for 20 days.

              Now no one came for installation or checking condition of this tv yet 24 oct 2017

              Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologized and informed that as he doesn't want installation now, we will proceed further with refund request as per his requirement. He informed that he wants compensation with Refund. Apologized and informed him that compensation is not in our policy. Asked him if he wants to proceed with refund. He disagreed and informed that he wants compensation also. Hence, closing the complaint.

Denied the customer request of 24% interest and informed we can only help him with the refund or with installation.                 My self prakash parmar. I am working as it head in leading manu. Company. I book redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb). My booking no is : od[protected]. Delivery date is 25.10.2017.

                This is regret to say that your customer care team and delivery system is very poor. We found that there is no synchronization between this two departments. Due to this system i become a victim. Let me tell you whole episode.

                16.10.2017 on mon, oct 16th '17 11:44 am, i book redmi note 4 (Gold, 64gb) mobile for my sister for bhaibij gift. Delivery date is 25.10.2017.
                17.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show dispatched to ahmedabad.
                18.10.2017 i call at 01.46pm on [protected]. Customer executive told me that my product is reach at rajkot and disptched before 04:00 pm. I asked for courier no but they not
                Share any courier no.
                19.10.2017 i track the order via website. It show received at kalawadroadhub_raj.
                24.10.2017 i received the sms at 09:11am that my order is cancelled.
                I shocked because order is not cancelled by me. Thatwise i call on [protected] about the issue.
                First i talk with mr. Anand and tell him everything but he is not able to help me. So i told him to connect with higher authorities. Then
                I talk with one other person. I ask him name but he dont tell me his name but only say the inspection department name. Again i tell him whole story but he refuse to help
                Me by his marketing style. Then i tell him to connect with me who able to help me
                Then i connect with mr. Vipin but nothing happend.


                Conclusion of the story:
                Due to delivery department and customer care representative not work properly and your customer become the victim. Maybe this is flipkart new system or strategy for increase the sale or anything else. Anyway i dont want to tell anything about this. My request is only this kindly send the the product. I want product. If it is not possible then book new order on behalf of me in same price 9899 and deliver product earliest.

                Due to filipkart i am not able to give gift to my sister in time. It was really very bad diwali of my life and all credit goes to filpkart. You are requested revert by return mail without any marketing style. I attached order details, recording calls to you for your reference. Hoping positively from you else i have no choice just file the compilne in consumer foram.

                Very bad service I have been trying to order this phone redmi 4a 32gb grey from flipkart but it's say seller can't deliver to my place and I have tired putting 3 more pincode but it still says can't deliver to those pincode also i[censored] don't want to sell why are you guys selling online
                I have ordered my product(MIA1 phone) in flipkart on 9th of December and it was supposed to be delivered by 12th of December. But it shows it is still processing my order.That's why i made contact with flipkart customer service and raised complain against the seller. But all goes in vain. The experience of other customer o[censored]nexpected cancellation and receiving of damaged product from the same seller is making me more tensed.                         I have purchased ifb front load washing machine in big billion days. It is defective peice and raised the call to flipkart that it it not working.
                        They keep on my requests on hold for around a month now and not replacing my machine though it is completely defective.
                        I have called the ifb guy he also confirmed that the machine is defective. This problem is also known to flipkart persons. Still they are not listening to my query and not replacing the machine. I have lost my 18000 rs.

                          I placed an order for mobile phone redmi note 4 dark grey colour (4gb ram & 64gb) & made full one shot payment through card. The order placed through flipkart on 22 september they give me promise delivery date on 26th september order id od[protected].
                          After that without confirming me, this order automatically got rejected from their end & they assured me on 3rd october as per their policy money will get refund within 6 days but its been more than a month now neither i have received mobile nor amount.
                          Return order id[protected].
                          We continuously tracing up filpkart`s seller support team but every day we get same revert as they need to check at their backhand and you will call in 48 hrs but i haven`t received any such call still i get automatic revert on mail stating "your no. Is not reachable". So to provide solution on this issue i have shared another 2 contact no. Of mine but still status is same.

                            Mene flipkart se diwali sale me1 mobile phone (Infinix hot 4 pro (Quartz black, 16 gb) mon, oct 16th '17 1:17 pm total amount ₹5, 999 through cash on delivery jiski order id od[protected] ye hai, purchase kiya jo or iss product ki delivery 23rd oct ko honi thi lekin 23rd oct ko delivery nahi hui. Mene customer care par call kiya to unhone bataya ki aapka delivery address or pin code miss match hai to product deliver nahi ho sakta. Unhe kafi der samjhane ke baad unhe bataya ki aap mere old product ke address bhi dekh sakte hai jo ki same hai. (Kyonki iss se phele bhi xiaomi mi max 2 order kiya tha jiski order id od[protected] ye thi same address par delivered hua hai.) lekin unhone maanne se bilkul mana kar diya. Mene unhe meri complain likhne ko bola to unhone phele mana kar diya fir kaafi der tak argument karne ke baad unhone complain id dee jo ki in[protected] hai. Kuch der baad mene fir se status jaanney ki kosis kee to mr. Muddssar inamdar ne phone pick up kiya unhe bhi fir se poori situation batayi lekin unhone bilkul rude tarike se ek dam clear mana kar diya or kaha ki ye cancel ho chuka hai or ab aapke pass ye product delivered nahi ho sakta aap new order place keejiye mene unhe kaha ki mujhe jis rate par ye product mene order kiya tha (5999 rs) utne me hi mujhe new de do to unhone fir se mana kar diya mene unhe apne senior executive se baat karwane ko kaha to unhone clearly mana kar diya or bola ki wo bhi aapko yehi bolenege. Or unhone kam se kam 5 times hold pe rakha lekin har baar yehi kaha ki senior executive se baat nahi karwa sakte or wo bhi aapko ye batayenge fir mene unhe meri complaint likhne ko kaha to unhone usme bhi mujhe unhone clear mana kar diya. Fir mene unhe kaha ki mujhe logistic or wishmaster ka mobile no de do to wo bhi nahi diya 15 minute tak ye sab argument karne ke baad mene unhe unki complain higer authority se karne ko bola iss argument ke regarding to unhone fir bhi meri call senior executive ko transfer nahi kee. Last time aakhir kaafi der baad hold pe rehne ke unhone meri call transfer kee senior executive mr. Vishal. Unhe poori problem samjhane ke baad wo bhi kuch der tak silent mode me rahe or fir beech me hi call disconnect kar dee. Jabki mene unse ye bhi kaha tha ki isme customer ka kya fault ye to flipkart ka fault hai.
                            Fir se mene customer care executive ko call kiya to miss. Survhi ne call pick up kiya unhe bhi fir se saari situation detail me samjhayi fir unhe meri complain likhne ko bola to unhone mujhe comaplain id in[protected] dee. Or bola ki aapka product 26 oct ko delivered ho jayega or aap tan tak ka wait kar leejiye. Jabki track karne par product reached nearest hub bata raha hai. Flipkart kee site se.

                                On 23 october, i received my order maybelline color show lipstick but i didn’t get my preferred color. I ordered red color but i got the lipstick of coffee break color. I didn’t have return option in this product till now. Kindly collect your product from my address and exchange and send me my selected product.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Till this time, flipkart is fail to lift faulty washing machine after 17 days of complaint. Complaint was lodged dated 07.10.2017, when samsung service engineers declared the washing machine as defective when they visited us for installation and demo.
                                  I have to talked to your customer care several times, but result outcomes zero.
                                  Every time, your customer care executive assures us sending samsung service engineer stating a part of procedure for return, but no service engineer attend us till date.
                                  It seems there is no certainty in your assurance given by your customer care.
                                  In view of above, flipkart is requested return the product and refund entire amount without any further delay since the washing machine is declared as defective by samsung service engineer only and you are unable to arrange inspection of the same.

                                    I ordered hp core i5 6th gen - laptop on 15th oct. 2017 from flipkart.com. My order id od[protected]. Laptop would be delivered by 23th oct. 2017.

                                    But today i got mail from flipkart "your order is cancelled" and item was unable to delivered because some problem create from your site.

                                    Yesterday i called at flipkart's customer care they says u have to order again for this item. But the problem is that now this item price is around 41000 rs. And i ordered it in 36230 rs.

                                    Flipkart's customer care executive says that now u have to pay new price 41000. Please tell me is it right to pay 41000 at now?. I already pay this amount from my credit card and from my site there is no any problem. Actual problem is created from flipkart.com. So why i pay 41000 rs. Now? My fault is nothing in it. Its directly cheating with customer.

                                    I request to "indian consumer court" please do inquiry on it as soon as fast. I already registered complaint on flipkart.com but no one gave answer to me.

                                      I ordered a product "ifb tl-rdw 6.5 kg aqua fully automatic top loading washing machine" worth of 14333/- on 22/10/2017, with reference id : od[protected]. At that time delivery scheduled to 27/09/2017.
                                      But i rescheduled to 06/10/2017. I got this message from them

                                      Hi customer,
                                      Greetings!
                                      We are unable to meet the delivery time slot chosen by you for the delivery of the below item (S) in your order od[protected]. Our apologies for this situation. We have chosen a new delivery time slot for you, but you can still change this from the "my orders" page
                                      Delivery will now be attempted by monday oct 16, 2017 between 07:00 am and 09:30 pm.
                                      But after 16th oct october also i did not received the product. I spoke to customer care several times. After one month when i calle them i, e on 22nd oct 2017. They said product can be delivered on 24th october. But just by sending a mail they cancelled my order, taking blame in the account of the seller.

                                      I bought the item on big billion day with an offer 1, 466/- with my sbi debit card, now product is 2167/- costlier than when i purchased. When i asked customer service executive, they said they will refund the same amount, being a middle class man spending such a large amount and waiting for more than a month. I request you re book the product for same amount.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had ordered for a mobile phone - honor 9i from flipkart with order id – od[protected] on 15th october 2017. The same was reported to be delivered on 23rd october 2017. But unfortunately the same has brought to my office address (Shipment address) on 19th of october. I was on my home town by that time and requested the courier person (Ekart logistics) that i will be back by monday – 23rd october only. Again i called the courier person and informed that i will be available by saturday – 21st october 9 am and he is ready to deliver me. I had reconfirmed the same on 20th oct evening too.

                                        By 9 am - 21st october i received an sms that my order was cancelled and refund was initiated. I talked several times to your customer supervisors mr. Sarbjith, mr. Sumit. From the different calls, i understand that it was a mere mistake happened from the logistics guy and none of your customer representatives / supervisors in the front desk could revert it back.

                                        Hence request your kind attention on the following points

                                        • i had given payment of rs.14758/- to your account on 15th october 2017 and was expected to get the credit back by 31st october 2017. Losing the financial interests and the value for money for the 15 calendar days

                                        • lost all the diwali offers obtained (10 % additional discount for hdfc bank, exchange offers for my old phone) for the existing order. Even the phone is not available in the cart now.

                                        • the phone was ordered for my wife on her birthday on monday – 23rd october.

                                        All my calculations were shattered because of a mere mistake happened to your teammate (No lapses were made from my side in the entire order)

                                        Hence if you feel my dissatisfaction is genuine in all respect, request you to honor the commitment made to the customer. Every online purchases made by us is truly based on the relationship & trust we keep with the company. All these customer dissatisfaction will end up in losing one more customer ……………,,,,

                                        May not be a big deal for you….
