Ordered onida 138.78cm (54.64 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv with 2 years of warrenty for a net worth of rs.55563.
Ordered on 12th of october and got it delivered on 13th of october.
Installation was scheduled on 16th of october and no infromation of technician was shared with me. Neither the technician landed in my place.
Called regarding this, flipkart said that i've asked to postpone the installation (Which irked me, blaming someone for their fault is not a good thing to do)
Flipkart again scheduled on 20th of october, still neither the technician information from flipkart nor the techincian turned up. Made a call again and all they could say was sorry for inconvinience we will schedule soon.
Flipkart again scheduled on 23rd of october and still the same story.
After calling today, they have scheduled to get back with a response on 25th of october.
I am not sure how many more times do flipkart want to do this.
The response i get all time is, "sorry for the inconvinience and we will schedule a new date". I am not sure what the hell escalation team is doing over there. There is no point blaming a person who picks the call, the escalation team is just useless to be precise.
On a general note,
1. I am not the first customer to go through this. I've been seing a hell lot of complaints like this in this particular page.
2. I am jus unsure, flipkart don't want us to open the package as the return policy won't be covered neither they wanna send a technician. So ridiculous.
3. Why do flipkart promise 2 day installation when they can't do that. A fake way of attracting people.

Updated by Ascalon Now again postponed to 27th, do flipkart do any work? Failing everytime us not an issue but got no updates everytime is an pressing issue.
