So here is my story!! I am a frequent buyer in flipkart, every time just do my window shopping on and search for something which i like, kinda habit you may say, so far everything was good. But problem started when i booked a redmi note4 someday back with "big diwali offer" with many blaa blaaa discount and yes!! As i said i am the one who booked the phone with back cover and tempered glass. So tempered glass came early before i received the phone and i was not at all shocked. As usual like normal i just opened and checked the product but not very intensely and after then problem started when i was about to receive the phone then delivery boy told that imei no which i put for an exchange that is wrong i put actually i just changed middle two number (Ex - if right is 1144 but i put 4411) but rest was 16 digits out of 12 digits was right. As per their rule and so called policy says if buyer had done any mistake to put any wrong imei number then they have right to cancel the deal though nowhere has mentioned at the time purchase (If you put wrong imei number then deal will cancel), so here was one bumped but again they refund the money but the problem was when i asked them return my tempered glass then they told it cannot be replaced or returned because as per policy is not possible. But when i purchased the tempered glass i ordered phone+back cover+tempered glass all together but when i am not using the product then what shall i do with tempered glass but customer care executive was not listen to me at all, in fact many time i asked "may i speak to their respected higher manager, they told me wait and hold the call for 20 mints long and another time 30 mins long. Evan first time they told we took a complaint against your product and they will call me back yesterday which was 26th oct 2017, but nobody has called up rather i called again and was seeking for help. Now this is how whole thing is stand up. My point is very simple, sometime understand the situation of buyer, can flipkart tell me what should i so with this tempered glass, what is the use of it, they simply waste my money because i believed their product and service, and also i would like to mentioned that tempered glass is very poor quality, even though i asked for replacement which is under policy that is also they are not helping me. So i feel too aware to all my fellow people who everyday check many products online like flipkart and thought they are giving huge discount so" why not go for it "sorry but yes!! You can be crooked like me but flip kart will say" safe and secure pay. Easy returns. 100% authentic products " - sorry people that tag line exactly before you buy the product from flipkart.

    I have purchased a laptop there is a deal for exchanging my old laptop for 2k. Actual cost of my old laptop is 25k.

    At time of delivery, the delivery boy denied to accept my old laptop because 2 keys in keyboard are missing.

    I have raised a complaint that delivery boy denied to accept my old laptop and deliver new laptop.

    Even before the complaint got resolved, they have cancelled my order. Now they are saying the old laptop shouldn't contain any damage and should be fully functional.

    Too bad experience, very bad customer care and service.

        Hi i have raise a replacement complaint against faulty product. But customer care & ekart person take my concern very carelessly. And every time gave me tat.

        According to all what this happened i have created a very bad image of flipkart in my mind and i never suggest anyone to buy any product or service from flipkart.

        Four time ekart person came to my delivery address but he did not deliver the product and give me same excuse.

          Dear flipkart,

          A brief overview about the problem:
          I ordered an ifb microwave on 5th oct 2017 and got it delivered on 9th oct 2017.

          The pos machine of the ekart delivery person had some network issues as told by him, so even after swiping my debit card, according to him the payment was not successful.

          Hence, i paid him the total amount rs. 9, 799 in cash.

          But after sometime i received a message of debit of rs. 9, 799 from my bank account as well.

          I called the ekart delivery person and he said that the money swiped through my card has gone into the flipkart account and now i should contact you people to get the debit card money refund.

          It's been more than 17 days but i have not got any refund or any clarity regarding this.

          Its almost every other day that i have to call flipkart customer care and explain my issue every time. Its very cumbersome.

          I was told that till 25-oct-17, flipkart team would solve my issue.
          But as usual i did not get any call or solution.

          Note: we have already shared the bank statement evidence to you through order - email facility.

          I did not expect such unprofessional-ism from flipkart.

          Kindly do the needful.

          We have also sent e-mail to the customer for raising online dispute with bank. He agreed and hence we are closing this from our end.

            I have ordered an onida air conditioner on 24 th september with my credit card. My order no od[protected]. The delivery was promised 29th september. My complaint no. In[protected]. After then they delayed my item saying for wait 24 to 48 hours and till now as on 27-10-17 they did not deliver my item and their team member mr. Arpin has threatened me that whether cancel my order or wait for the delivery. For this delay i lost diwali offer by amazon and other sites and my amount 30000 was blocked in my card. Flipkart service is so poor they even now they are not conforming the delivery.

              I ordered a mobile phone of lenovo 6 months back and it's microphone stopped working. I again purchased lenovo phab which was delivered defective and flipkart is not supportive to replace/refund.

              I am a customer who had bought ₹ 60, 000 worth products and flipkart is zero supportive.

              Don't buy products from flikpark, they are selling scrap now. Flipkart has lost the market faith.

                I have a bought an mi a1 on 17th of this month. I have found that the product is having damage, i have requested for the return policy on 20th october. From then onwards no one properly turned up and today again as my request someone called me and told i have to wait till 31th of this month which is quiet absurd. I had two other policies (Buy back and damage protection plan) which i cancelled during the replacement time which i need (Can pay). Again i have a bought a tempered glass for the phone and i have used it and now the product is getting replaced, and for the new product i need to buy a new tempered glss. Why should i buy it again due to the product damage? I am very unhappy with your product and services carried out, really upset for not turning up for replacement even after 7 days. Kindly do the needful.

                  I ordered a diwali gift for my in-laws on the 13th of october (Order # od[protected] whose price was slashed by ~15% within 12 hours of placing order. Flipcart doesn't provide any option to contact seller so i had to cancel the order on 14th october (The item still being in their possession) and re-order again on 15th october order # od[protected]​0 to be delivered by 25th october. While flipcart was quick to charge my debit card it has been two weeks but i haven't received refund of my first order and my new order hasn't been delivered.

                  There customer service sucks with the only answer being "we shall contact you shortly" every time you contact them. They may be making mega sales but their customer orientation is zero in comparison to amazon india. Such a crap company with no place to even register online complaints.

                    The transaction failed during placing an order on flipkart and amount was deducted, flipkart denied that amount has not been received from the bank hence no failed transaction details are available with them. I had a written confirmation from the bank that the amount has been received and confirmed by flipkart and thereafter has been deducted from my account. I have been constantly contacting your representative and request has not been processed yet. Its been over one month now. Every time new dates are provided by the representatives for resolution of the issue.

                      I had ordered Moto c plus phone from Flipkart and received the phone on 24 the september but I had some issues with my phone so gave a complaint for the same. Technician had come to resolve my issues and wrote a report of complaints in the phone but he reported fake to Flipkart and my return request was cancelled. since then I am calling Flipkart almost every damn day but I am really very unhappy with the service as it's not prompt and my problem remained unresolved.
                      Somehow I managed to get other technician visit for the same but again same thing is repeated.
                      I am just irritated because of worst service provided by Flipkart and still am having issues with my phone.
                      It's been a month I have received my phone but I am not able to use it because of defective product provided to me by Flipkart.
                      Even there is no courtesy to call back to customer to inform about the problem.
                      Also technician gave a reason of insufficient time and dint have manner to speak to the customer and solve the problem.
                      It's my request to solve my phone issue and provide me with a refund.
                      I hope my words are fallen on ur deaf ears.
                      As there is no attachment option in this; I will be sending a copy of technicians report to Flipkart through my personal mail ID.

Sansui persons told me i[censored]nauthorised person installed the ac warranty cannot be claimed.. And flipkart send the technician but he told me ac is defective so it is not repaired...                         Kindly ignore the previous comments, We had interacted with the customer, customer confirmed that the product is been serviced, later he stated that he have another query, customer stated that he wants to add his GST number in the invoice, informed that we do not have such a provision and denied politely. Customer did not have any further queries hence closing the case.

                              The delivery was expected on 20th oct but the date was extended to 23rd but it was delivered on 24th oct. And the installation was scheduledfor 23rd oct but it was extended to 27th oct and it's 28th oct now no man has come for installation.
                              The worst thing is that every time i call the customer care they tell lie that it will be done by this time very confidently but nothing happens so. If this is the way they serve then i would recommend everyone not to buy any product on flipkart

                                  Hi I bought new mobile in Flipkart and it has 10days of replacement warranty from the seller, unfortunately mobile finger print scanner not working after 19days of my purchase and I visited the brand service center as it covers the warranty. for my surprise they replied that as it is not even 30days from the date of purchase they will issue DOA (Defect on Arrival) certificate and by producing that certificate i can get replacement for new mobile from the seller. Same message i conveyed to Flipkart asking for replacement and they denied by saying 10days replacement window closed and i need to visit the service center for the issue, , , and i questioned Flipkart, mobile brand itself ready to issue DOA why cant seller accept it and replace the mobile, is my mobile manufactured by the seller or someone else?immediately Flipkart called and asked for DOA certificate for replacement .On 24thOct i submitted the DOA to flipkart after that there is no proper response from Flipkart and when i called them i use to get an answer saying our "Backend team is working on this you well get a call in 24 to 48 hours" I want to go legally on this issue please suggest me ?

                                    I ordered mobile oppo f3 plus on exchange offer on 16/10/2017 and my delivery date was 23/10/2017. I didn't get my product yet & so many times i talked with your customer supporter, they gave me assurity that my product wil get in next two or three days all the times. Now i am loosing my patient and i am going to cancelled my order and i will also complaint in a consumer form that flipkart didn;t comlete their promised.
                                    I am giving you last warning. If my product wil not deliverd till 29/10/2017, i'll cancelled it. My roder details are given below :-

                                    Spoke to the customer father on [protected] as registered mob no is not reachable regarding this order cancellation issue. Apologized, informed him, customer did not get any proper update about the shipment status when it will get delivered, also we have taken so much of time to deliver this order, however we have failed to deliver this order, hence he has decided to cancel the order, after this cancellation seller has refunded the same amount which has paid by him for this order, however we have taken this feedback, we will ensure you that going further such things won't be repeated which is impacting our customer experience. hence we are closing the case.
                                    my rating will be negative infinite(minus ka infinite)...

                                      Below is my last mail to flipkart yesterday but no reply yet

                                      Hi customer support

                                      At below trail mail you added 1 statement.

                                      We're sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled due to an unexpected courier related issue and the shipment was returned to the seller by 'ekart logistics'.

                                      If above stated is a fact then why your executive @ fb messenger is stating that we are working on your concern, we will get back to you over phone (Attached are some of yesterday's & today's screenshot of chat between me & flipkart fb messenger). That means either you people from customer support or guy from fb messenger is understanding me fool.

                                      Now you all wants me to utilise my skills to spoil name of flipkart by highlighting ur tag flipkart in spoiling way @ facebook & twitter, then you just wait. Kindly keep one thing in mind if customer can keep you one step ahead then he can again stressed you at bottom level also & you as a flipkart company wants me to do the same.

                                      I would be expecting now coming last favourable mail from flipkart otherwise now i will come in action for what i stated above.

                                        I've ordered 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and sandisk ixpand 128 gb pen drive which cost 1499 rs each and i did paid the money online and on the day of delivery flipkart seller cancelled my order in diwali festival.
                                        I ordered it on sat, oct 7th '17 11:14 pm and my delivery expected by fri, oct 13th '17 and the status of order didn't change till fri, oct 13th '17 and than they cancelled my order and refunded my money.
                                        And the refunded me 2798 and my remaining 200 rs was locked in phonepay.
                                        When i called there customer care they told me that there was price error. If there was price error that they should have figured it out on the next day of the order placed that is on oct 8th '17. But they didn't, they used my money for 7 days and canceled my order.
                                        I want that 128 gb sandisk ixpand mini flash drive and at same price. It is wrong to fool people and use there money for some day. I don't how many more people they have cheated. I guess they are fooling people and using there money and giving them back after there work is finished. I also think that they might be fooling people and taking there money and investing it, gaining the profit on that money and then returning the money back.
                                        I want that ixpand drives and at that rate (I. E. 2998).

                                        They didn't do anything, they simply marked as resolved. They just apologized and did nothing. This complain was not resolved from my side..

                                        And I don’t want your apologie I want that product!!
                                        Atlist give me 1ixpand mini flash drive for that price(i.e. for 1499).

                                        You should have figured out the price error as soon as the order is placed, but you figured that out on delivery date.
                                        I've seen many cases like this that they have ordered the product, paid the money and the order is canceled on the day of delivery.
                                        I don't want the refund, I want the product. How can you do this to anybody. It is your responsibility to keep customers out of problems and keep them happy.
                                        I was very happy for 7 days that finally I will get that product, but after the cancellation of order I felt really very bad. That was the most depressing moment in my life.
                                        You should give that product, at least 1 sandisk 128gb mini flash drive.

                                        Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology explained the return terms and condition even about order cancellation unable to process customer requirement hence closing.

                                        Bahar 8000 Rs ka milta hay aur flipkart muzay 1499 Rs me de raha tha esliye complain kar raha hu...aur uuper ke paise kay tere maa ke gand mayse nikalu kya??
                                        Aur tu beach may tag qu dal raha hay, hum log dekh lengay kya karana hay...kuch aacha nahi bol sakata to muh band rakh madarchod...Saly fake user...
