I ordered a mobile lenovo k8 plus during sell by doing online payment but after 7 days i got a sms that your order has been cancelled and refund will be provided and if i want to purchase the same mobile then i have to buy it in new price since the order delievery date is already over (2 days before) it was 20 oct friday i want to get same product with the price which i already paid i want the product instead of refund kindly resolve it as soon as possible

We had interacted with the customer informed that he want the delivery of the order denied for the same is not possible info shared to place a new order as the order is cancelled escalation email shared. hence closing the complaint.

    I palace the order on 16th october for redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) in diwali sale and after all offer price 9, 899/-. Product ship next and expected delivery date was 23rd oct. I was waiting for product and received a mail on 22nd oct 2:33 am we regret to inform you that despite several attempts, we could not reach you for delivery of the following items in the order with order id od[protected]. I was socked when received this mail. No one contacted me no one come for delivery. I called flipkart customer care and got update the our courier partner cancel this order and you can palace new order. Same product cost is 12999/- now so this is a cheating by flipkart and i also wrote to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response so far. This was not expected from flipkart.

    Please stop this cheap try to send me mail to credit gift card 1000 and credit 500 to compromise on this issue. I need the product in same prize to close this complaint that different is 3100/- now. So please take your 500 back from my account i don't need it. You are proving that you are a cheater company.

      I have ordered iphone se 32 gb gray on mon, oct 16th '17 10:47 am (Order id : od[protected], in exchange of my old iphone 5s (Imei no :[protected].
      I already have paid remaining amount by my credit card.

      I have met delivery boy to exchange my phone and get the new one by basic observation he refused to take my phone as he was saying it was damaged. While observing he damaged my phone screen my pulling it up completely at one side (Which is too disappointing as it's now damaged). Then i visited delivery hub to verify it again and surprisingly he told me that it's in okay condition to replace. But then he dialed one number (*#07#) for some verification, which was not performed. So he again refused to take my cellphone.

      But, i am totally furious about your process as flipkart have mentioned only imei number in exchange policy, then from where the hell this weird number (*#07#) number came.

      I have talked to customer representative thrice in last three days and they resolve my issue without making followup by call or by mail. Those guys have promised me that i will get call from number starting with +9180679 twice but not got any call regarding my issue.

      And now today, i got message from flipkart that, they will refund the amount i have paid by 31-oct. I donb't want my money back, i want my phone which i have brought from them

      I am also attaching screenshot of my order as well as their exchange policy, in which there is no mention of their process of checking phone other than imei number.

      All i want is the cost as they caused damage to my personal phone which is too disgusting. As a neutral body, i am requesting you to stop this kind of behavior from this e-commerce giant by imposing heavy penalty on them.

        My order id. Od[protected] a led tv which was deliverd on 18th october but there is no updation by company and the date assured by company for installation is 22 october bt there is no assurance by company how many days it will take. Due to inconvenience i am not able to watch cricket match. So kindly solve the issue and install my tv within 3 to 4 days

          I purchased Transcend Premium Memory DDR2 2 GB PC SD but the item is defective and flipkart executives are saying the item cannot be returned . Neither the product is passing the verification test fron transend offcial web site as it is under 1 year waranty.

                I orders two jeans in flipkart. After out for delivery, order is cancelled and it's showing customer rejected for one order and improper address is the reason for second order. I called the customer care and they said that that is the courier problem they can't do anything about that and if i need the product i need to place new order with increased price.

                Can you please suggest how can i get the solution for this problem.

                  Very disappointing (Order id : od[protected]. Still money not refunded to my account.
                  Ordered iphone 8 for rs 52366/- and later the order got returned and cancelled due to exchange offer didn’t work and until now the money not yet refunded to my card account. Amount of ₹52, 366 paid through credit card-emi and 1st emi is already been charged to my card account.
                  The refund status says “refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 6 business days (Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed.” and it’s almost 20 days.

                    I had purchased redmi note 4 from flipkart on 10/08/2017. I was operating my phone today and suddenly screen becomes blank. It is certainly a manufacturing defect. It was shocking for me and i was really surprised to see this defect in my newly purchased handset. Mi is such a reputed company and i didn't expected it from them. I want the product either to be replaced or repaired as it is under warranty period. Kindly help me please...

                      I had ordered a xiaomi mi a1 phone back on 17th oct and the delivery date given to me was 21st to 24th oct. I'm not saying the promised delivery date is over, but what i'm saying is, there is no change at all when it comes to the status of my order! Since 17th oct. It's been showing 'order is under processing.' i mean come on guys, it's just a phone, not something very big that you'll take forever to process! What kind of irresponsible behaviour...

                        I ordered a hard disk (Wd my passport 4tb) on 8th oct 2017 they sent me an email of order confirmation. On 13th oct 2017 they cancelled it and when i asked them they said the seller has cancelled it without giving me any valid reason. There is no coordination between flipkart and sellers. They behaved very unprofessionally when i asked them for the valid reason. They asked me to place the order again when the price is high. I never cancelled the order it's their responsibility to complete the order. I want them to complete the order at the same price i ordered it.

                          I paid rs 64900 prepaid via debit card.
                          My product was supposed to be packed and dispatched. I. E. 18th october. But still, now it has been even packed till now. Dispatching is far now.
                          I paid rs 64900 via debit card and it was supposed to be packed and shipped on 18th october. And it was supposed to be delivered by 20th to 23rd october but still its showing "seller is processing your order" till now. And last delivery date is tomorrow and still not dispatch yet. I will definitely sue flipkart if my order doesn't get delivered. I want my product to be delivered anyhow. I don't care how flipkart will do it. But flipkart will have to. I have paid rs 64900 and if i don't get my product. I will definitely move to court. If i can pay such huge amount. I can definitely drag flipkart to court. If i can pay rs 64900 prepaid then i can drag flipkart to court also.
                          I was bringing up my issue from the day i have ordered. But flipkart guys ignored. I will surely sue flipkart. Just deliver my product anyhow now. I didn't expect such service even after being flipkart assured. Don't make me regret trusting any using flipkart. If my product gets cancelled, i will seek compensation.

                            I ordered a Ivoomi me3, but after a day before delivery the order got cancelled. I didn't know about it all. Flipkart cancelled it unknowingly and didn't flag a reason. is it okay? cancelled before a day? that's what you do?

                                Hi,

                                I have ordered a branded wireless optical mouse (Vu4) (Red) on 14th oct. Which cost me rs.464. I got the parcel on 21st oct which is 2 days delayed. After opening it i found it a different product black in colour and its was not even working and not the same brand as well.
                                I called up and put a grievance mail as well to the cc of the company for compensation on this order #od[protected], but they are not respecting my appeal which forced me to invite complaints board into this matter. I would like to get help from this forum to give justice. For the time and money the had taken from me.
                                I have all the evidence and call recordings of the deal. If needed i can produce.
                                I need 100% compensation of the product price.

                                    I had placed an order [od[protected]] with flipkart.com which according to the initial details was to be delivered by 20th of october, 2017. However, on the day of delivery on my own cognizance i checked the order status on flipkart, which to my utmost surprise was now showing 23rd october, 2017 as the delivery date. I was provided no updates or intimation of the status change. After submitting a query on the flipkart website, i received an email stating that the order will be assuredly delivered by 22nd october, 2017. But on 22nd evening, when i didn't receive any updates again, i asked the status of my order from the customer care. Which had no solution to my problem except apologizing to me for the delay. The issue that i was facing was of delivery address as my order was supposed to reach on diwali weekend, i had provided my residencial address rather than my office address. As expected, my query wasn't aswered and i am still not sure about my order status. I mean how can even flipkart think of competing with amazon, those guys are of different level and customer dedication is unbelievable. I just hope flipkart learn something from amazon.

He got only one problem from flipkart... I got this product on 3rd october... Still they're not solve my problem.
