Flipkart has tried to deliver a used washing maching, there was enough water inside the drum and everywhere even warranty card was also in wet condition.
In front of flipkart courier person requested to open and found as used condition. Immediately i have marked as delivery chalan to returned and signed it. Delivery person spoke with someone from flipkart hub and informed me that it will be replaced on same day.
I checked customer service, umashakar from flipkart commititted to check with internal team and get back to me. But i didn't get any responce. But i use to get everyday flipkart automated call to reattempt delivery or cancel, i have selected as reattempt delivery. Yesterday again i have check customer care they told they don't have any update and will be update soon, today i got a call regan singh, from flipkart stating the i need to cancel the order and will be refunded my amount.
But my concern is if i will go fresh order it will be around 30k as there was multiple offer during deepwali, the difference amount has to be bear by me.
1. Flipkart has wasted our dhanteras and deepwali festival due to this.
2. Flipkart team doesn't have proper update and taking too much time to resolve that to without any proper any proper resolution.
3. Regan singh (Flipkart executive) told me that the water inside due to quality check from flipkart and but i think bosch company will be doing quality check before handover to seller. Or flipkart has their own quality check department for every product.
4. Courier person and courier hub (Kudlu) person are committed that is out of scope.
5. There would be some way to resolve my concern either customer has to fight for everything.
