I am ordered redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) on 14 october 2017. My order no is od[protected]. On 23 october 2017 when i was tracking my order, it shows that my order has been return automatically. When i call customer care they are giving various reasons. Firstly, they said that that the ordered has been cancelled from the seller side. Secondly, they said that due to huge ordered product cannot be delivered and they return it. Thirdly they said that the shipment was not properly so the order is return.
When i have ordered the product and online payment has also done so why you return the product with out any intimation.
So, i want the proper satisfactory justification from your side as soon as possible.

    I hv purchased new micromax q463 mobile before 45 to 50 days now i am not able to use even this phone due to unknown problem
    So many advertisement and various application continues coming and unable to clear this through any setting. Without using phone battery will get low within 1-2 hrs.
    I hv purchased 4-5 phones from flipkart this time facing worst experience

      Ordered for redmi note4 in offer and the full amount was paid, but i got message stating that my order was cancelled. When i call customer care they told that the logistic person shifted the mobile to wrong address, so that the order got cancelled. Whether it is right reason, i paid for the mobile, in that case you should provide alternate solution, but without my permission you cancelled the order. It is not a fare and also it is big cheating.

        Order od[protected] with flipkart.com [incident: in[protected]]
        I ordered a phillips trimmer during sale, mrp is 2300 while the price on sale was 999/-. After 6-7 days when the product was not delievered i called customer care, they said they will escalate the issue, same day the order wass cancelled and money was refunded, stating that the seller had given a wrong price by mistake.
        They made a fool of the customer. I have sent multiple mails and tweets still noresponse. I need the same trimmer on the promised price else i need the complete mrp of the product.
        I have checked the review of that seller, everyone has given 1 star to him and have similar complaints, so why flipkart keeps such seller and if seller is cheating then flipkart should take acrion against him, why should customer face the loss. Same trimmer was available for 1200 inr on amazon but i bought from flipkart as it was showing 999/-

          Hi, i have ordered mi max 2 on 17th of oct 2017, the delivery date shows 25th oct 2017, its been 6 days that i purchased the product the status just shows an order is placed no courier or tracking information, i have paid the amount in full and my bank is charging interest for the same, no response from the customer service its, its pathetic service from flipkart, this was a bday present and want this to be delivered before 25th oct if not double the amount of refund and cancel my order, i will wait until 25th before i post this on various social media channels that the big billion day sales are just to con people.

            I am very disappointed for your activities flipkart... I have ordered the product 20th september... But till now i didn't get the product... I called lot of times to your customer care, they told me wait for 24hrs again and again... Hereafter how many 24hrs i am wait..??? Till now i didn't get any solution... Flipkart and bluedart are tie up and make customers as mad... The product was shipped and no generated in bluedart... But i didn't track my product also... The number not found showing like this...               I ordered 1 mobile in exchange offer for vich i hv paid online later cuz of sum reason it cudnt happen so i cancelled ma order n askd for refund... They din refund me yet its been 15 days today... Ma amount is 7810/- m continuesly calling n ur executives r asking me to wait for 24 hours, 48hrs, 2 days, 6 days...                     Hello flipkart,

                    I recently bought vu 39 inch full hd tv which has 2 hdmi and 2 usb ports. Per the description, the usb port is compatible with usb devices.
                    But i'm unable to use this with my phone. This is not per the specification/feature mentioned.

                    The tv was delivered on 8th oct, installed on 11th oct. The installation technician confirmed that this usb port is not compatible with phones.

                    I have raised a request for return that the product is not per description on the 12th.

                    Flipkart sales executives are not understanding the problem i explain. They are not accepting my request. When i asked them to escalate the issue to seniors, an incident in[protected] was raised on 12th oct at 1:45 pm and was expected to be resolved by 17th oct 2017.

                    An executive finally on 12th confirmed that if vu technician confirms usb ports are not compatible with phones they will accept the return and refund.

                    Vu technician is supposed to visit me. It was simple for your team to call up vu technician and confirm the feature.

                    I received email stating they are not able to reach on my mobile while my mobile phone is active. I replied to the email to call me back, called your center back and asked them to connect back and also gave an alternate number. But i did not receive the call back

                    On tuesday 17, i received an email / msg stating they need additional 2 days and my issue will be rectified on / by 19th oct 2017 10:30 am, i had called up your center again on 19th, but was asked to wait for a call till 9pm. Its 4 days since 19th oct. I haven't received call or any resolution for your team.

                    The tv is same state as installed by your technician, unused.

                    I have invested rs.20, 000 unable to utilize the tv and also return and buy a new one with enhanced features.

                    I request you to initiate the return immediately and refund the money so that i can buy a tv with enhanced features from you or any other vendor.

                    Its almost 15 days. You have a policy of 10 days for the customer to comeback. But when complained on the 1st day. My issue is not resolved for 13 days, what's your policy to resolve customer issues.

                    Its been very difficult dealing with your team.

                    Kindly address this asap.

                    Even after technician visited and confirmed that TV is not compatible with USB devices, my return request is not accepted. TV is being replaced with a new TV unit.

                    Flipkart is not understanding that the TV build is not compatible. or the feature dos not exist. Even if they replace 10 times, TV will not be compatible with USB.

                    Why are we consumers being fooled like this.

                    Every time I call up, I have to start the story again.

                    I need a resolution. my money is with flipkart and I'm unable to use the TV.

                      Hello all,

                      I had ordered a led tv (Pfb) few days back from flipkart during their diwali sale. I purchased it with few offers like, exchange of old tv, 10% instant cash back (Using hdfc card) etc. I ordered it on 11th oct 2017 and the estimated delivery date as 21st of same month.

                      I had completely read the t&c for exchanging the old products. Those are.,

                      • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with working condition are eligible for exchange for rs 1000 (100 for pickup)
                      • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with without condition are eligible for exchange for rs 550 (100 for pickup)

                      And no where they mentioned about the brands.

                      I opted with the highlighted.

                      And on 21st oct aug i received call from flipkart for delivery, the delivery person asked me about the exchange product and i said that it is 14inch crt tv provided by government. Then the delivery person said that they wont pick government tv for exchange. I urge with him that nowhere flipkart mentioned about the tv brands in their t&c during the sale and he replied that as instructed he will not able to exchange government tv and he didn’t delivered my order. And he ask me to cancel the order and rebook the same again. Here my problem is, if i cancel and rebook the same is not available. Also i didn’t get those offers highlighted below. Please find the below screenshot of my order.

                      My questions are:

                      Though i was stick with their t&c why i didn’t get my order on time?
                      Flipkart kept my money for almost 2 weeks and ask me to cancel the order, what about the interest of keeping my money in their wallet?
                      Will i get the same product with i ordered earlier with the same offers?
                      Being a online market giant, don’t know how to kept your t&c?
                      Will you alternate you t&c during pre and post sales based on your convenience?

                        It has been a pathetic buying experience with flipkart.

                        The product delivered on 18th oct is not per the specification/feature and photo we saw.

Delivery guy came and inspected the phone and said there is crack in the phone and cannot deliver the phone whereas there was no dent (Check video). I complaint about the same to customer care but till now i have not received any revert whereas mail says that it will be resolved by 20th oct but still no revert. They have cancelled my order and initiated refund without even informing me. This kind o[censored]nprofessionalism was not expected from flipkart. Pathetic service and no solution from customer care after my repeated calls. Still waiting for my revert.

E. 22/10/2017 at 2.30 am that (Cancelled: sorry, redmi note 4 (Gold, 64... With order id od[protected] has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempt.) but i had not received any call from courier guy n infact it was showing to be delivered on 23/10/2017 n everyone was there at my home. I have cctv camera in my building i[censored] people want.. I had complaint to customer executive n my complaint num is in[protected]. I didn't got any reply from ur side. I don't want refund. I want my phone which i got in sale price. Problem was from ur side nin[protected] not from my side that's why i want phone only.

                                    Had ordered 9 pvc wall stickers od[protected] items), i revived only 8 out of it, and the status on the website shows as delivered, and when called to check, they give just junk ans.. On it and 5 persons have taken the call and each person has to take a complaint what a sit work you plp are doing there, do'nt u have a database which saves a complaint once raised against a customer..? What kind of service its so disgusting... That sticker is of just 79rs, and the time i have called u plp for service its more than that amount of product.

                                    I have also ordered a kurti, and it has a security pin in it.. Which is not removed.. What kind of check u plp do before packing?... Where should i carry tat kurti to get the security device removed from cloth?

                                    After calling so many times u plp keep on wait for 1 hr... Just so stupid to wait and u plp do'nt respond.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      Order id-od[protected] contains two product one of them is ifb 23 l convection microwave oven. I got this producton 4th oct 2017 but not as described. As the delivery boy is in hurry so he just left the box to my door and didn't give us the time to check the product and took my signature and left. Then i found i didn't got any starter kit with this product. Then on oct 10 2017 i got a mail from flipkart saying "the installation and demo of your ifb 23 l convection microwave oven has been cancelled." i registred a complaint on oct 13th 2017. But flipkart representative didn't want to give me the starter kit, instead of that they took my complaint as i want to refund but i din't want that. And they started procedure like that so i again have to cancel that procedure of return & refund. I just want the starter kit or replacement not refund and a demo for the product. But flipkart refused to do so
