My tracking no fmpp[protected] and order no - od[protected], i have not cancle my phone and it automatic cancle it how. I want same product at same price plz hep me i already paid and i am waiting for a week then it auto cancle. Plz help me. I want that product at same price. I also contact flipkart care they accept there fault but they not be able to help me. If there is no garantee to get product then it very bad service sir plz resolve my problem plz resend my order sir.

    Dear sir,

    This is to bring to you notice the issue which i had faced while shopping with flipkart. I have been a regular buyer from flipkart and very much disappointed by the service and feedback received from you cs and backend team on the resolution for a issue faced by me during this diwali sale.

    I had placed multiple order since sep-oct 2017 worth around 50k, out of which one of the order for oppo f3 plus phone was cancelled by your courier partner inspite of the issue been raised and i awaiting a response from your backend team on a resolution, on asking for the reason i was been given multiple reasons by your cs as below.

    1. The order was cancelled as the products delivery was not accepted by me.
    2. There was a mis-communication between the courier person and your cs because of which the order has been cancelled.
    3. The order was cancelled as the back panel had minor scratches etc.

    The issue raised by me was that as i has opted for a exchange of my asus fully working phone for an exchange value of rs 1950 against the oppo f3 plus phone. As there were minor scratch on the back panel of the phone after usage for 2 years, the delivery person reject to accept the pickup. I had raised a issue for this on 17th and was informed that a back office person will get back to me by 20th for discussing the issue and getting a resolution. However without anyone getting back on 17th and 18th, the order was cancel on 19th by your courier partner. On asking the reason i was been told by your cs that there was a communication gap between your cs and courier partner which resulted into the cancellation, without i been contacted for a resolution. Also i was been told that there was lack in communicating the courier partner that as per the revised policy they should accept phone pick-up with minor scratches.

    My phone is still in working condition and i am writing this letter to you from the same phone. Just wanted to ask you that how justifiable is the above think if it happens to you. The phone back panel which cost around rs 100 is given more important than the order value of of a new phone14k. Also the exchange value of the old phone is fixed based on the ware and tear of the old phone usage, else why would you give me a exchange value of rs 1950 for a phone which was bought from your website 2 year back for 11k.

    I am very much disappointed by the behavior of your delivery person and also the cs rep miss natasha sidhu (Email attached below). I am therefore approaching your to let me know is this the way you treat your genuine customer and than just say a sentence that "we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Will take your feedback and see to it that such thing does not appear in future".

    I hope that you will personally look into this issue and do let me know what is the solution for such treatment given to your customer. I had placed the order for getting the new phone and not getting the order reject for a minor issue and a revised policy updated for pickup which was not communicated to your courier partner resulting in the order cancellation. Is this thing acceptable??? Because of this sloppy behaviour of flipkart customer support. I had lost an opportunity to shop from amazon. Also i had made the payment via credit card and had to pay the full money due to the billing cycle date and got the credit of the refund after the billing cycle date.

      I ordered red tape shoe under the diwali sale offer with other 2 products. Order no. Od[protected]

      This product was also available on amazon at same price or may be less, but i ordered it from flipkart because i was ordering other two products. Now at the time of diwali sale the product was selling at discounted price on amazon but now it rates have increased. Further flipkart has cancelled my order without providing any alternate solution. Just refunding back the amount is not the services expected from such a big shopping giant.in this deal, i lost the discounted price for the product and will not be receiving the product at right time. Please look into the matter and provide appropriate resolution. Don't make a sale, but make a customer. Because a satisfied customer tells 3 friends, but unsatisfied tells 3000.

And delivery date was 13th oct'17 but not delivered then i was called in customer care, he said your product will reach on 17th oct'17 due to seller issue. But not delivered then he again extend date on 18th oct'17 but not delivered. Again i called and given feedback then he told me product will reach on 21st oct'17 but till time i can't received and i called many times in customer care but no any one listen to my complaint.           Furniture kraft mumbai is the seller.

          They have given me faulty bed which they are neither replacing nor returning me my amount.

          Both flipcart & furniture kraft mumbai are playing with me & asking for more time to do the rectification. I am victimized for last 50 days.

            With reference to order id #od[protected]
            And tracking id fmpp[protected] (Ekart logistics).
            The delivery of the item was today but the courier guy was asking for the xerox of the id proof. I had my id with me and i even showed it to him but he refused to accept, he was constantly asking for the xerox.

            This was first time i ever came to know that in order to a purchase an item from flipkart we have to give a xerox of the id, i am immensely upset with that. I am a regular customer of flipkart, but this wasn't expected. This service of yours was worst.

            I did not got my product, the delivery has been rescheduled to 22 oct, and i had my reservations today (Train journey). I want the compensation against the product.
            This was the worst delivery service i ever had.

                  Order has been cancel with out any information i did not get even single call from courier side, even though i provided my contact details and address, amount already deducted from my account. Product has to be delivered on 24-10-17 prior to this date they cancel the order. Either flipkart or delivery did not take responsible.                           I purchased laptop from flipkart (Order id od[protected] for my business but the invoice which i received from flipkart is not having my gstin on it. I called customer care for this issue but they denied to menion my gstin on the invoice. Because of which i could not take input tax credit of rs. 4155.
                          I gave flipkart 4 options,
                          1. Mention my gstin on the invoice.
                          2. Take the return request and i will buy the laptop from somewhere else.
                          3. Let me talk to accounts department so that i can explain them my problem and get the invoice.
                          4. Give me contact number of the seller, so that i can get the gst invoice directly from them.
                          But flipkart did not agree on any of the resolution.

                            I had ordered for 22" panasonic led tv from flipkart fow which the invoice value was paid during placement of the order. Tv was delivered on 14th oct and 16th technician visited for installation and demo. On inspection this tv was found to be faulty by the technician and he took photos of the unit and said i need to place request for replacement as the unit is faulty and he will also update from his end. On requesting for the replacement i was told 20th the tv will be replaced. On enquiring on the update i was told by 22nd it will be done as there were some issues at backend, again i called up today to know the status again i have been told there were some issues and they will update by 25th. This is happening everyime i call up and i am not getting any exact status. As per there site they say refund is done with no questions and i have been following up but any commitment from flipkart. The unit is packed and lying since 14 oct

                              It is regret to say that flipkart is doing fake business with the customers. I think they don't have any responsibility to deliver the product within time which is promised. I ordered lenovo k8 plus mobile with tracking number "fmpp[protected]" on[protected]. They promised me to deliver the product on or before[protected]. But in status it is showing that order is not delivered dueto no response from customer. They are telling lies and cheating the customers. No one came are call to me about the product. It is very shameful to flipkart aswell as e cart lagistic services

                                      I order my shoes few day back... Due to festive season i am not checking status regularly... Delivery agent of yours call 2 -3 times.. But due to some reason i am not able to pick the call... Your delivery personal doesn't even bother to read the address of delivery.. Where your delivery shop and and my home is just "half minute" walking distance... Still that delivery guy not even know where there shop is... How silly reply they give... They don't even know in which complex there shop is! They say we can not able to find your address... Sale ko baju ki gali ka address nahi pata... That is total unprofessional allocation of delivery personal by flipkart..
