Hi, i have ordered mi a1 on 17th of oct 2017, the delivery date was before 21st to 24th oct 2017. But whenever i was tracking the product it's showing only one thing that is seller is processing your order. Today is 21st i'm checked the order status same "ordered is processing not even packed or shipped. I don't know about product. Is it original quality from xiaomi or somewhere else assembled the product. I loose the hope and respect from flipkart. Hereafter i don't prefer online payment for online shoppers. Horrible and worst experience.

How many days a seller will take it to process or else diwali and dussera offers are all fake or you people making us fools. I request flipkart not to allow these kind of sellers who won't respond, who won't delivery product on time, whom should we contact now. I called to flipkart customer service they said that it is not updating it will b delivered before promising date. Till now i had good feeling on flipkart now i need to think and shift to other online services. Please look into the issue and do needful

        I order this product on big billion day (23rd september), so i got this product at 999 rs/. (Paid via net banking). First expected delivery date was 12th october, then flipkart delayed to 16th october, after that 19th october and 21st october. Then i got a call from flipkart and they told me to cancel the order. I want to know why flipkart show off their company if they can't keep promises!

          The item is not ready for dispatch after 4 days of order. Flipkart is taking money from consumers and not delivering the item. This has happened to me the second time in a month. It becomes really annoying in festive seasons when you are depending on the item which you paid for with your hard earned money and flipkart disappoints.

          I get a call from [protected] on 22nd october 2017 at 8:30 am saying, 'the libas kurta is out of stock'.
          Me: "i can see it in stock"
          Caller: "you will get refund"
          Me: "i don't want refund"
          Caller: "then you will have to cancel and pay 200 rupees extra for the order"
          Me:"i will not do so"

          They are waiting for item for getting out of stock. Item is still in stock as i am mailing you right now. This sort of harrasement is the second incident from flipkart in a month. And as a doctor, i can see that flipkart is taking its last breaths.

          Please make sure that my product is reached on time.

            I booked shoes on 10 of october first time the problem is that from 4 pair of shoes one pair of shoes is of right leg after that i complaint for replacement.
            The shoes was replaced but again i faced a problem that one pair of shoes are missing and i again put the complaint on the spot in flipkart the boy who comes he mostly tells me the sizing problem but he doesnt take my shoes i am facing this problem from many days..               Attention concerned,

              Iam writing this to inform you about the problem i faced because of online purchase of your products.

              Regret to inform you that it's the worst experience i had in whole life, i should say it's my mistake i choose flipkart for the same.

              1) i have brought an sansui 1.5ton inverter a/c delivery was on time, but when it comes to after sale service, installation, when i brought item the installation appointment date was given on 18oct17, i have called your customer service agent they have advised me the technician will be coming on time, when i called your service provider jeeves they also advised me that they will be arranging a technician before 09.30pm. I have waited for whole day until 09.30pm no one turned up and didn't show any courtesy to inform me that technician will not be coming. Only the answer i can hear from your customer service agent is "sorry sir i can understand your problem".

              After all this issue technician came next day, who was not professional and rude. Seems like he is paying me to the installation, he made my home a mess by leaving all the dust and all waste leaving in my room, and even the outdoor unit stand was not fixed properly. Please find the attached photos for the same.

              Very next day your service provider called me to convey apology for what ever inconvenience caused, it's really appreciated he accepted his mistake, but it's not the solution for what the problem i faced.

              2) brought 3 oreient fans, same was delayed for delivery. Flipkart send an mail saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and were compensated by offering inr200/- which is not reflecting in my flipkart aap

              3) brought a haier fridge, delivered on time again after sale service, no technician turned up on promised date from flipkart, even after several calls to the customer service agent same was rescheduled to 23rd of october, that too not looking at customer convenience.

              4) brought a onida tv. Delivered on time, again one of the worst service... After sales, installation, called your customer service agent well in advance to avoid the problem i faced before, your agent confirm that they will not repeat same, called two days before to confirm my contact number and make sure to avoid the incident and problem i faced on all other orders, the agent confirm will do the needful, again called in the morning to remind them, but still no use.. No agent have taken any initiative to avoid the service discrepancy. When i called again in 1730 i requested to speak to the senior call center agent mr. Viswanath, who advised me to wait till 1900. And said my request is in progress, i don't know why all your staffs are giving false promises, they even don't know who is the technical service agent, and they are not ready to share the contact number of technical services.

              When i called again at 1930, i spoke to mr. Sameer who introdused as senior call center agent, who cut the line. Was like no respect to the customer, what ever i asked only word i can hear is, "sorry i can understand your situation" still no solution for my problem.

              Again i called at1945 one mr. Gautam call center agent attended the call and he was not ready to transfer my call to the senior was giving reason of all seniors are busy, and particular agent is not sure about the flipkart policy's, as per him warranty of a product brought from flipkart is starts after installation, not from the purchase date or delivery date. He put me on hold online for a long time as i should cut the line and leave.

              Sorry to inform you that none of your agent got a solution for my problems, even though it's flipkart or their service agent fault, the customer have take all the inconvenience caused by them.

              Because of all this problem, i have wasted my 3 days anticipating a positive reply from flipkart in favour of customer.

              Now i realized, flipkart they don't bothered about the customer as long as they receive money. All flipkart service providers are cheater, where giving wrong information/false promises.

              I am writing this to escalate this issue to the higher management, at least to make some initiative to make changes.

              I know iam not going to get any kind of assistance, but it's my duty to inform you about your services.

              Hope you will look in to the issue and come back with a prompt solution.

              How you can mark as resolved if you haven't taken any action on that. Until now my TV & Fridge installation process is not done. Have given all details to your customer service agent. Which one you have shown as resolved OD110433931501300000 the compliment was your service provider have kept my home messy. Have kept photos for your reference. He left the duct holes like that.. with out filling it properly.. Tell me what action you have taken on that to mark my complaint as resolved.               We have tried reaching customer multiple times to discuss the issue about your concern but couldn't reach you. Installation and demo is done hence closing the case.
              I have bought a Thomson 43 inch Tv from flipkart . After 8 months use TV Screen turned Black and screen is no more working.

                I received product at 2:30 pm on 20 oct 2017 and raised return request at around 3:00 pm same day, as i received cheaper variant of the product i purchased.
                But flipkart kept on delaying the customer support call and later rejected the return. This behavior is not only unprofessional but unethical as well.

                  Dear all,

                  These companies now a days run deals and offer luring customers of their lame and fake promises.

                  Even dell confirmed that flipkart sells old/used/counterfeit products in sales.

                  I also recently became victim of flipkart big billion days.

                  Recently ordered a laptop worth rs 42k from flipkart in bbd sale 38k.

                  Laptop sent were complete counterfeit and non working on opening of box straight away. Reported to flipkart. After wastage of 10 days. They replaced with again counterfeit product which is again not working.

                  I just request you all to avoid these sales as these companies sell used/counterfeit products in bulk especially in sale.

                  Dell has confirmed product is not new and counterfeit vide dell case no.[protected]

                  You can also check with dell.

                  Just beware.

                  Avoid flipkart please.

                  When customer contacts them they say to visit brand service center, even i[censored] report the "return" with in their return timeline.

                  So beware their all policies, returns are all fake.

                    I order a lenovo k8 plus on 24 september 2017 but the phone was damaged display (Screen flickering when brightness lowered). They said that there is no pick up in your address so u courier it. Then i courier the mobile through dtdc courier but they rejected. Again i send then again it rejected by the flipkart ware house. And now they saying wait 24 hours our vacant team will call u back for solution.
                    For flipkart 24 hour = no specific day
                    From oct 12 to oct 20 i just call them thrice in a day but they won't do anything only saying one line wait for 24 hours our vacant team working on your complaint.

Touch screen is not working and numbers are coming continuously, preventing me from using the phone. Apparently the numbers get stuck up preventing the touchscreen from being used.                           Flipkart has made fraud with me. I ordered asics gel - nimbus 18 4e list price of rs 11999/- and offer price of rs. 5966/- i. E. At 50% discount.
                          Flipkart sent me resembling brand of asics shoes base model i. E. Gel - contend 4 with listed price of rs. 3999/- which works out rs. 2000/- at offered discount.
                          Packing, stickers, invoice, colour shape of shoes are as per gel nimbus 18. It is difficult to differentiate without going in depth. As the size was uk11 in place o[censored]k 12 in shoes only, unfit for me, so went in details.
                          It is a fraud being done by flipkart on regular basis. If caught, they say, we will refund your amount and take back the product.
                          If a habitual regular thief do such and when caught can he be freed on return of theft money.
                          This issue must be in the knowledge of public and taken up to consumer court.
                          First i would like to get the explanation from flipkart before going to highlight the issue and approach consumer court. I have all pics in support of my complaint.

                          It is very easy way, cheat clients, in case caught, refund.
                          All the branded items being sold through Flipkart are duplicates. Anybody can sell any item without any varification but 10% dates commission to Flipkart. I clarified with Flipkart marketing. U can market any local, duplicate product with any brand name. They say it is not their responsibility. They can exchange or refund. That's all.
                          Shame.
                          Flipkart is doing fraud by selling duplicate products. I have all proofs with vedios. Flipkart is silent on the issue. Other honest online shopping sites will also be effected due to fraud companies like Flipkart.
                          I expect Flipkart either to except the intentionally cheating made by them or ask me any clarification. They are selling the product which they don't have.

                              I. Placed an order for mac book being order. No-od[protected]. L got the package on 20/10/17 at brokeg condition of the seal from ecom express courier service. Due to the brokage condition of the seal i refused to accept it.
                              When i request to currier man to show the material inside the broken seal package. But they told the material can't be shown before the payment of the material.
                              Please cause and enquiry and inform me of the fact.

                                Hi all,

                                I booked product on flipkart on 16th oct 2017 and my order id is od[protected]. Company provide delivery date on 18th oct 2017.
                                But till now (I. E. 20th oct 2017, 14:47) my product not delivered.
                                I called many times in flipkart customer care and every time customer care executive misguide me (On 18th oct cce told me your product will deliver today before 07:00 pm). But product not delivered, when i called after 007:00 pm on 18th oct cce told me our ekart logistics work on 9:00 am to 07:00 pm so your product will deliver 20th oct. But till now i cant receive my product.

                                Still you are not provide exact reason, why delay delivery and 2nd I booked phone for festival. Flipkart promise date is 18th Oct, if you don't give promise date 18th oct, I can't book my product on your website.
                                I did buy from market.

                                  I have requested for a return of product but flipkart is not picking it up they are giving false statement that they will pick it up. 3 consecutive days they are mis behaving and blaming me that i am not picking up the phone..
                                  Moreover the courrier boys are giving slang languages... From one week i am continuously calling customer care but they are not helping me... Now i am helpless

                                    Hello i have actually ordered redmi 4a32gb in flipkart order id - od[protected] on 16th oct 2017and it has been shown that it will be delivery by 21st oct 2017 and on 20th oct 2017 it have got an msg like you are order has been canceled without giving any information to the customer how u can cancel the order. Then i have contact to filpkart customer care then they said the seller has been cancelled u r order i ask to replace my order he. Said no we can't customer should only order again to get the product then the mobile is out of stock now how so plz make sure that my order replace or delivery it. Plz

                                      Due to late receipt i cancelled the order for two items worth rs 269/- on 27 sep 2017. However even after 24 days, rs 269/- have not been credited to my acct. Though as per flipkart refund has been processd with ref number 74332747273727201629100. I contacted my bank also with this ref number. However issue not yet resolved inspite of telephonic complaint with flipkart
