    Order id no: od[protected], i have purchased play station ps4 pro 1tb with 1 year warranty (Price of item 35750/- rupees) from flipkart on 17/10/2017, the item is delivered on 23/10/2017 and when i checked everything the warranty card issued one is from middle east countries (India name not mentioned in the warranty card as promised in the flipkart website, then i called sony india customer care ps department and they explained that buying outside india products will not get indian warranty. No reply from fkart, misleading the warranty of the item purchased in flipkart - ps4 pro 1 tb (The item imported from middle east countries). Trying to get warranty or return the product to flipkart but flipkart is escaping from the situation. After seeing the flipkart product details in description page i purchased, please help in this regard.

      I ordered iphone 6s 32gb space grey on 23rd september. Delivered on 6th october with order id od[protected]. The phone was damaged and not working. Not even charging and turning on. So i contacted flipkart and they said they can provide replacement if i get certificate from service center which i provided them. But after providing the document they are now refusing the replacement and asking me to get my "new' iphone repaired from service center. They are not following their own replacement policy and scamming me. Already two tickets registered with flipkart n[protected] & in[protected]. Please help me here to get the proper resolution. I am contacting flipkart since 20 days and its been a full mental torture for me.

      Hey Flipkart, If i bought new phone and you sent damaged one. Why should i runto service centre again and again to get repaired it? Why get repaired a newly purchased phone? Its your responsibility to send me replacement under 10 day replacement policy. If not then i will file a case in court.

          I ordered a scarf from you website on the 17th of october 2017
          The name of the product - isweven solid nylon women's scarf
          With the order id - od[protected]

          This product was promised to be delivered on the 24th october 2017 but it did not arrive on that day instead i got an email from flipkart saying that the order will arrive on 28th of october 2017.
          I called the customer support asking about the same but they did not provide me a proper solution for my grievances.

          Not only this its 29th of october right now and i still have not received the product instead i got another mail that my product will arrive by 2nd of november 2017.

          I have suffered allot because of your mistake and i want a proper solution for my concern.

            I am a victim of flipkart. I bought a laptop from flipkart and i think i did the biggest mistake of my life.

            First of all the laptop is not delivered in time and once delivered i came to know that they are selling is more then mrp. Mrp mentioned is 39000 and i bought it in during sell after discount from hdfc card in 40000.

            Once i switched on the laptop. I came to know that there is some technical issues with this laptop as well. It is getting re booted in between with blue screen. This is a severe problem with this laptop and flipkart also aware of the same.

            After raising my complain, i got a call from flipkart second day and one of the executive confirmed me that the said problem is a known problem in this series of laptops and they also confirmed the same from hp as well.

            They assured me to take it back asap. I communicated many time (4-5 times in a day) but the executives are very poor and there is no database available to them for communication. Everytime i need to explain the probelm from scratch and they are putting my call in hole for hours.

            They are not able to transfer to my call to their seniors and not able to provide any resolution.

            After many calls and requests they arranged my pickup from ekart courier but the courier man doesn't cam here and after some time i got a message from ekart that "customer want to reatin the laptop"

            I totally surprised and immediately called to customer care and said about the fake messge. After many requestes and many rounds of call they again arranged a reverse pickup and the courier guy came to picked it. But he again denied to pick it up back and said "the serial number is not matching so wan't be able to take it back"

            This is very pathetic and i was totally puzzled. The product i bought is packed from the day when i received and now they are saying the serial number is not matching.

            I am loosing my patince now and again called the customer care for the same. The executive named "rupali mishra" put my call for hold in 40 minutes and neither she was able to transfers it to seniors nor she was able to provide any resolution.

            Flipkart is very fake site and selling duplicate products and after selling it they are not taking the concerns.

            I am totally puzzled, please help me..

                I had applied for supervisor post in flipkart thru olx. I got an offer letter and appointment letter from flipkart team aryan and binod heading the team promised me of job and took 7500rs online payment for the same in the month of july. But after paying 7500rs they were supposed to call back for joining. Since 4 months i have been sending 100 mails to their website they say investigation is going on but no call from their side for clarification or the refund is done. I have got all mails sent by them for proof

                      I have booked a oppo f3 plus mobile phone during offer period under buyback. After waiting for so much time, on 27th of this month the delivery boy approach me to deliver the product, but he is denied to pick my phone as he has a doubt about my be phone. He called someone and rejected to deliver my order. When i ask about the reason he replied that your phone is faded with color. But my screen is working fine and there is no touch problem. I have proved the same with that fellow. But the courier boy himself failed to prove my phone is not working. Just because of a small doubt he rejected to deliver the product.

                      Immediately, i have logged a complaint with flipkart customer care. Again today i. E. On 28th one another courier boy approached me and again the same story repeats.

                      Let me know, whether i could get the order or not? If not what is the reason? Why should i wait for such a long time? My emi is already processed with my banker, who will bear the loss? Who will compensate my loss?

                            I have ordered a battery for dell inspiron. But once i received the product which is defective. I have raised a request for replacement but once i got it, the delivery guy denied me the product saying that there is a brand mismatch. Now neither did i receive the product or the refund.                               My name is p. Neela pradeep. I have ordered dock dr-50kgcombo5 gym & fitness kit on the date of sep 14. My order id is od[protected]. They promised me to deliver the product by oct 5. But they failed to deliver the product on the promised date.

                              Our conversation as below,

                              Oct 5th - i spoked with the customer executive, they told me that the product will be delivered within 72 hours. But once again they failed to deliver my product.

                              Oct 8th - again i called them, and they re-extended the date to 14th of october. Again i waited till that date. But they repeated the same mistake. Product not delivered.

                              Oct 14th - i contacted them, again they re-extended the date to 20th of october. Again i waited for that time. But product is not delivered.

                              Oct 20th - i was so much frustrated and i asked for my refund money. And also they refuse to refund the money with me and they told me that the product will be delivered by 27th of october. Once again they failed to deliver my product.

                              In the mean time i spoked with merely around 20 customer support executives. They did not satisfy my needs. But they mentioned that the problem raised by the customer has been resolved. How can they mentioned as problem resolved without delivering my product.

                              Now today i called them, but now they are telling me that we can refund the money. I dont want my money. I want my product only. How can you do this by holding my money for 1 month without delivering the product? Now i want my product. I[censored] have an option to refund my money, then why dont you refund the moneywhile i was asking. Now the promised date is oct 30. I need the product by oct 30th. If not yet my problem is solved by flipkart. I will be taking some serious legal action against flipkart.

                              Flipkart must be facing the consequences.

                                I have purchased a sansui ac from flipkart.
                                My order id - od[protected]

                                The ac has been installed by jeeves and later found that remote and other documents in the ac pack were missing.

                                Same was informed to flipkart and a request for exchange of the item was placed.

                                Service engineer from sansui alsa has visited and told that he would not be able to provide remote and other documents.

                                The ac is lying idle, moreover it is very clumsily installed by jeeves, kanpur.

                                I request flipkart to kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                Flipkart is not behaving in a professional way, and jeeves technicians behave like goons, apartfrom being unskilled.

                                The drilling made in the wall by jeeves technician (Authorised by flipkart) has been wrongly done, which has totally destroyed the aesthetics of my flat.

                                Flipkart should exchange the ac at the earliest and break off their connection with jeeves.

                                  I am really surprised with Flipkart services & would like to inform you about the details for ready reference :

                                  1. I had placed a order for Laptop from your website on 24/09/17 but the same was delivered on 10/10/17, which is 16 days after the order date.

                                  2. When I have received the Laptop, the outer box of Flipkart was damaged but your delivery boy informed that inner box will be fine & taken away the money.

                                  3. When I have opened the Box the Laptop box was also damaged & I have informed the same to Flipkart customer care that the box is in damaged condition & I have not opened the same, still in intact position.

                                  4. Flipkart customer person has confirmed that we will be replacing the Laptop with new one & you will be receiving the same on 14th Oct 17. But the same is not received, I have called up customer care & they have assured that the Laptop will be delivered on 17th Oct 17.

                                  5. I have received a confirmation mail also in this regard but the same is not delivered on 17th also, again I had called customer care & they have assured me that the same will be delivered on 18th Oct 17. Still the same is not received.

                                  6. On 18th I have called up customer care again but they were not having any reply on the same. Your technician team called me up & assured that the same will be delivered by 22nd Oct 17 & sent a mail mentioning the date @ 25th Oct 17.

                                  7. However the promised date is still not maintained & then again I have called up Flipkart customer care but as usual they were not having any reply on the same. I have received a mail stating that your Laptop will be delivered on 28th Oct 17...STILL THE SAME IS NOT DELIVERED.

                                  8. Today I have received a mail stating that you will receive your Laptop on 31st Oct 17.

                                  I have sent a mail to Flipkart Chairman also but the customer care person is confirming that they will resolve the issue by Monday. I am not interested in Laptop anymore as the same is not shipped till date by the seller (confirmed by flipkart customer care), request you to intervene for my refund & resolve the issue.

                                  There is no solution provided from Flipkart, in fact they have cancelled the replacement also after referring the case to consumer forum. Request you to take necessary action against the company & resolve my issue on priority.

                                    They deliver me a death product i rais complain on same day i got replacement then they cancelled my replacement without any information.
                                    After 8 days when i rais my voice for my refund after i bought new product from market they say take replacement now
                                    When i told then to give me replacement they cancel it and put my case in pending till 8 days and now they came back with replacement what should i do

                                    What the hell is going here with customers.
                                    I want them to take their death product back and refund my money

                                    For every qeary customer will have to wait 4 to 5 days they will call you when they get time for their # solution customer is helpless donkey before them they provide death product and then blackmail you to wait 5 days and then provide you # solutions i m cancelling my other others now.

                                    I also shown their product totheir courier boy Their courier boy confirm that the product i got is death he told them that the product is death on phone but they still ignored my case amd till now it is in pending

                                      On 11th october i have placed a order for washing machine i got delivery by 17th october installation ppl came on 20th and they told that this is defected piece like that so i requested u to replace that item but u ppl told that we will refund that amount since u ppl don't have replacement ok i agree with that one, now you ppl not taking that washing g machine back you ppl giving reason that we are ging to take back that piece on 9th nov, see i have taken that washing machine through emi if you ppl taking this much of time to refund that amount who will pay the interest and also i want to buy new piece for that who will give the money. If we need product we need to pay the money advance and also for refund to we have to wait what kind of service is this i will lodge a complaint in customer court that's it i called you ppl to sort out this problem as soon as possible but you ppl are neglecting the call and what is our requirements you ppl not at all understanding time is so precious i can't call you everyday for this thing i will lodge a complaint in consumer court that's it.

                                        If the product cannot be delivered due to pin code address mismatch issue why the order was approved? Customer care does not care and it's disgusting. Stop cheating your customers. If I do not get compensated I will never ever suggest Flipkart to anyone as it's just f with customer. Bloody cheap way to do business. Flipkart = f kart...

                                        I've ordered Lenovo k8 Plus and Samsung on Max both were not delivered due to pin code mismatch issue which is not acceptable and In past other products were delivered but not this time So go to hell Flipkart.
