I made orders on flipkart yesterday dated 15/10/207 for iphone 7 (32gb rose gold) with festive offers and payment made thru my credit card. Today suddenly i got an sms stating that refund is under process. My order got cancelled by flipkart, i called customer support on [protected]. I got a return call from flipkart support team from [protected] and these people are not responding correctly. I insisted and requested the customer support executive not to cancel my order, because i never gave any request to cancel. Flipkart executive said the order was out of stock? How can this be possible? Why did flipkart charged me then?? When i got irritated i asked the executive to transfer the call to senior person, he transferred the call to snr executive (Mr. Sarfaraz)? This is how flipkart hide their face once they make mistake? I wanted to speak to senior means a supervisor who is in team leader's post or manager. I was treated as fool, he was not ready to transfer the call, he said no use u will get same reply from all. The reply from him was that the seller could not find a vendor to deliver product so he cancelled? This was 2nd excuse by 2nd executive. He started explaining me the refund process, but when i did not asked for refund how can he do that? He said it will take 6 working day? There will be holiday from 19th oct to 22nd oct, that means i have to wait for more days. Till that time flipkart will keep my money with them and have interest on my money.
