Dear team,

I have ordered the product mentioned in attach pic which was outdated and also the quality of the same was too bad which cant be used.
The product was on time at my door step but when i open the packet i was really shocked that how come the dealer deliver such item to customer.
Now there is no option of returning the same.
Look into this case as early as possible or i should take it to upper level.

    I placed an order of the book nso science olympiad workbook on 5 october against id no. Od[protected]. The price mentioned was rs. 120. Adding the delivery charge, the total amounted to rs. 185. The book was delivered on 13 october evening and rs. 185 was paid. But the price marked on the book is rs. 80. Please clarify the reason of paying the extra amount.

      Order numbe od[protected]. Product was delivered on 4th and till today installation has not been done. The customer agents are just disconnecting the call or are sayin to wait till end of day. I initial installation date was 6th october 2017 but that failed. I complained and then got a response that yoh will get a resolution by 12th october.. On 12th i got an email saying that they need extra time till 14th 1pm. As i wroting this i have heard nothing. Did receive an email sayin installation will be done o. 14th but atill has not been done. Made a big mistake by buying a diwali gift from flipkart. Should have paid extra and brought from a local store..

        I have brought lenovo k8 plus on sep 23rd which was delivered on oct 3rd. But i used the phone only from oct 12th. On the very 2nd day, i found out that the mic was not working during the phone calls as the person I'm calling can't hear anything. Kindly give me a solution for the issue on what about the replacement or any other possibilities
        Did you fixed you problem. I am also facing the same issue.
        I m having same problem also . I asked Flipkart for replacement and they are doing replacement.

          Hello sir

          I have place philips 4011/15 trimer at price 999/- as on sun, oct 8, 2017, at 10:18 am, i pay successfully through phone pe for this i have received e-mail from flipkart

          "order confirmation - your order with flipkart.com [od[protected]] has been successfully placed" and in this email, it told about order confirmation and my expected delivery date is
          "your order will be delivered between sun 15, oct 2017 and mon 16, oct 2017." and i am surely expected my order will deliver on that date. But as on date 14/10/2017 04:12 pm i have received an email from flipkart your "hi your refund is successfully done!" it's very shocking for me. I am very embarrassed how could flipkart do this and cancel my order automatically without any reasons. And given a gift cart rs. 100/- after price inflation 1000/- and ending of all deals/offer on competitive e-commerce site. So please deliver my order otherwise reimbursement inflation price immediately.
          I am valuable customer of flipkart and purchase more than 50000/- in a year from flipkart i am not expective this type of cheatings and service

          With big names (Big billion day) flipkart is trying to cheat its customers biggest cheaters!!!

            I ordered a mobile iphone 6s order no. Od[protected] from flipkart on "sun, oct 8th '17 11:51 pm" the seller's name was supercomnet. Every thing was smooth until the day of delivery which was 14th oct 2017. On this very day i. E 14th i got a sms that the package is out for delivery by an ekart service partner with his no.in it.

            As i saw the sms, i was relieved that the person is on the way and would be calling me at any moment. But later i casually logged in to my flipkart app i was shocked to see, it stated "delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)". I immediately tried to call on the no. Mentioned in the sms but in return i herd a voice msg that the no. Is not valid and please check the no. You have dialed. Now
            The reason why i am putting this mail is
            1. How can you give a wrong information that customer is not responding. By what means have u tried to communicate. (I have my miss call notifications, always on)
            2. This is the worst one - the msg i have received from ekart, which has the contact no. Of the courier person was missing a digit[protected], so how the hell i can call.
            Then i tried to track down ekart logistics no. Of my locality bkc mumbai, but when i called the call landed to flipkart customer care and the response which i got from them was really amazing. They just kept on repeating only one thing that they are sorry for what has happen.
            I asked them why are the sending an updating faulty msgs and reports - for that also they have no answers.
            At one point they even said there is come technical error in the msg which they have sent. How can i receive the whole sms along with the link but just a single digit is missing from the contact no.
            I aksed them to provide me the no. Of the courier boy, so that i can collect the package by myself but they were unable to do that also. They are simply saying they cant provide the contact no. I couldn't understand the reason behind this also. If once they have provided the contact no. (Though it was faulty in sms) why cant they send it to me again.
            Moving further-they said they will be delivering the product on 15th oct 17 which is sunday to the concerned address which i have provided for the delivery. Which is by my luck is my office address. So now i have to be present at the communicated address though its a sunday, in a dilemma of weather he will come or not, or what if this happens again tomorrow who should i approach.
            As i called the customer care of flipkart they said they took my complaint but i haven't received any complaint no. Either on mail or via sms.
            And the thing is i have payed all the full amount of 32000 rupees through my debit card.
            Now who should i blame responsible for this action.

              Hello

              I have ordered a 2 tb sony hard disk from flipkart on 7th oct 2017 (Seller - redlinestore). They have given me the delivery date of 14th oct 2017. But today they messaged me that the seller has run out of stock and will not deliver it. I called to customer care also, they told the same thing. If the product was there to order than only i order it. They should have told that same day that the product is out of stock. Why they took 8 days to confirm this.

              Now its simple i need the same product in same price asap or else i will file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this. The screenshot of order is attached.

                Dear flipkart team,

                Really a pathetic service from your retailer. I bought two shoes with order ids
                Od[protected] puma od[protected] nike

                Due to some fitting issues i lodged a exchange request, when the wishmaster visited for exchange he demanded the tags of the shoes which i had nt recieved with the package.

                Except the tags which i had not recvd, each and everything is there as i lodged for the exchanges on the same day itself of the day products were recvd.

                I called several times to the flipkart.com flipkart customer care but of no use. They are just replying non sense that without tags shoes cant be replaced. When i didnt recv the tags then there is not a way i can find it in my package.

                Earlier i was told by the filpkart flipkart customer care that they are freezing the tag option and the next time when courier boy will come he is not going to ask for the tags but the issue was not solved.

                Really a very bad, pathetic and intolerable service from the flipkart campus when a customer has to wait for 15-20 days to find a solution from the retailer when there is not any fault from the customers side.

                The prestige and fame that you as a company holds, this issue might be a smaller one... But when the customer is not happy with the service, it means you are lagging somwhere.

                I didnt recieve the tags with both the products and i want the exchange. Plz do the needful.

                  Sir/madam - i ordered a micromax 81cm (32 inch... With order id od[protected] led on 22 sept-2017 on flip cart which should be delivered by tuesday, sep 26, 2017. But the item was not delivered to me on time and they gave me a another date of sep 28, 2017, but as expected item is not delivered on date and continuously they gave me further dates of sep 29, oct 3, oct 5, oct 6, and i was calling regularly to company customer care. On the oct 6 2017, they send me a msg and ask for some more time till oct 11 2017, to deliver my product but again they failed to deliver my product, on oct 11 2017, they called me and said that the seller is unable to deliver my product, would i like to cancel it and then i cancelled the product. The customer care of company assured me that the refund will be deposited in my account within six days. Now it's oct 14 2017, but they have not escalated my complaint of refund yet. So i contact the customer care again and they told me that your complaint will be escalated by oct 19 2017, and refund will be deposited in my account with in six business days and they know very well this is festival session and six business days means min 10 to 12 day. So they are playing with me and i am very upset with all of this nonsense. So please help me to resolve my problem, so i can get my money back. Please help me.

                    This is regarding the delivery of a product (Office study table) order id od[protected], which i ordered on 20th september by paying full amount and the it was supposed to be delivered by 8th october 2017. But still the order has not been delivered. I have been calling flipkart customer care everyday from 8th october and today is 14th october, and their response is the product will be delivered within 24 hours, but it does not happen. They even say that it is the sellers and the courier company responsibility and not flipkart. My question is then why is flipkart selling the product on their site? I am absolutely disgusted with their services and feel that they are simply fooling around.

                      I had purchased moto e4 plus in bbd sale, it was a prepaid product delivered after 5 days of booking. Mobile received was faulty so i requested for refund, but customer service denied & assured a replacement will be sent after a technician visit. Technician visited & confirmed the fault of the product. Now there's a twist, replacement will be delivered after i will courier the product them back. After they receive the product at their warehouse they will deliver the replacement product.
                      Is this correct, flipkart assures hassle free replacement but this is highly inconvenient.

                            I have ordered a phone from flipkart on 23sep, 17 which was delivered to me on 27th sep. When i opened the brand box no phone was inside the box and i have raised the compliant on flipkart and after taking 13 days they are saying we have confirmed from our seller that we have delivered you the box in intact condition.

                              I am disappointed by your customer service. I have booked tdg bluetooth selfie stick (Black) from flipkart. Its not brand its purly local so i sent replacement request ion flipkart buy not ready totake return when i rasied voice its not brand its local u just talk with custimercare. I

                              A wish master from ekart came but he denied to handover the product to me as he called to his ekart customer rep and then he said the lady denied to handover the product due to some false reason. The ekart delivery wishmaster mentions that customer rejected so now they are returning the product to warehouse.

                              I was really shocked to know about this, as if replacement is approved then i should get a replacement.

                              Please resolve my complaint asap. Other wise refund my money its not small amount rs.394/- other wise i will go to customer court.

                                My flipkart registered mobile number is +91 [protected], so that you can get the details about my order and profile. I have ordered one casio analog wrist watch (Order id: - od[protected] for men during big shopping days last month.
                                My order was booked on 22nd sept and as per your delivery schedule it should be delivered on or before 29th sept. Instead of calling and reminding to your customer executive till date i have not received any confirmation. I got a call from your customer care 4 times. They have assured me about delivery date on 3rd, then 6th, then 9th, then 13th, and now they are telling me about 16th oct. Also, they told me to cancel order and place new order. Why should i cancel my order as i have already paid in advance and it was a great deal. How can i get the same deal with same price. Should i go for legal case as i am getting disturbances and mental harassment and till date they have not sorted out anything. Every time, they have made false commitment and now i am very serious about this matter.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have placed an order from flip kart (Nikon af-s nikkor 50mm f/1.8g lens) on 08/10/2017 and the expected date of delivery is 14/10/2017. For knowing the status of delivery called the customer care and asked whereabouts of it and came to know that the order has been misrouted and i need to cancel the order, again place the order.

                                  The status of tracking in the system is showing that the product is been misrouted in the same city, so if it is the same city why can't this product and why i need to cancel the product and place the order again. That means the product is physically not moved and showing fake tracking status in the system as the courier service is also owned by flip-kart (E-kart logistics), no contact details available in the for this courier service. Please look into and teach these type of e-commerce sites a lesson. Courier details also given below for refernce:

                                    We trusted you for last 5 years we brought so many product we done done more then rs 3lacs rs business with you i recommended to my friends, we gonna close all u r account bz o[censored] r worst cust servi, i gifted mobile to my old grand ma but sent me defective mobile which stoped working in with in 10 days. She was 55 yrs old she dont have any knowledge about the return policy we tried to explain you but no proper response, 6000 rs is loss for me thats not big deal but you broke the trust in future we wont but any product from you and we dont recommend to any any one

                                      As per myself given online order for footista Gallardo boots after delivery this product when open from packing boot stiching is Rong looking like rejected product.pl returned this item and send us fresh &chequed product by whome customer to Flipkart relation running on.thanking u.

                                        I have take one bosch washing machine
                                        Od[protected] was dlivered on 28th sep.

                                        Still it was no installed.. Daily i am calling and they are saying in next 24 hrs it will be install.
                                        As it completed 16 days.. So i dont have option to return.. I have never seen these type of worst service, for delivery i had complained 2 times, for installation i had complained 2 times each time they will take a complaint and will give one date for resolving issue. But issue will not be solved with in given date.
                                        When i rigistered 1st complaint for installation they told issue will be resolved with in 14th of oct but no one has come for installation. Again i had given second complaint they are telling with in 17th oct they will resolve issue. Each time they are giving false commitments. Already it has taken one month from my order date still i can, t use product.
                                        Even worse about your service is without installation in order page it is showing intallation completed.

                                        These guys are mentally irritating me..

                                        Every day i am callinv to flipkart they are saying we will resolve this issue in 24 hrs.. I dont understand how many 24 hrs they will take... Already they have taken 1 month...
