Today also technical visit was not done. I hv been patient for these many days (10 days) daily i hv been talking to you customer care executives. Only reply that i get is tomorrow it will happen.. You hv been testing my patience. Refund my amount. This is the limit. Im going to see this legally. I have all the conversation that i have done with your customer service executives and your technical social media team. Laptop amounts about 48k. You this as a joke. This is the kind of service you do to your customer. You will face the consequences.

      I ordered for 'royal oak l 3 seater leather recliner manual' on 23rd september 2017 for an amount 35550 rupees during the discount sale. It was supposed to be delivered on 30th september 2017. I contacted the customer service on 1st october 2017, when i did not receive the item nor was there any tentative date of delivery. I was told that there was a delivery delay from the seller and it would be resolved in a 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours, i contacted again. Same another 48 hours deadline given. Again and again and again, they are going on giving deadlines without resolution. I even asked for cancellation of the order and refund since there is no option for me to cancel. For that also, they are giving deadlines. Worst is they do not give complaint number. There is no facility to complain by email also. So, there is no option to keep the proof of complaint. Hence, flipkart is shamelessly and ridiculously not caring and resolving the problem. I have even warned them of legal recourse, but they don't care. I want them to send the item immediately or refund the money immediately

        I received damaged washing machine product and i immediately raised return request but after two week also i got assurance from flip kart, technician will contact and visit your site, but nobody has contacted yet not even refund has initiated.

        On return request initially got response as seller has refused to return the product but still flip kart assuring about refund but after technician visit.

        Its on long hold but no action yet taken.

          I bought the phone via flipkart on 14th of august.in under a month, i started getting display problem. Now the phone is completely out of order. This is spoiling my daily routine. I would like to know the course of action to be taken. Since it is a moto product and there are no retail shops for the same, i am puzzled as to what i should be doing. It is really unethical to sell a faulty product. When i tried calling the customer care, i couldn't get connected to the customer care executives. Please resolve this issue immediately as it causing me emotional stress of having cheated upon. It is highly unlikely for a phone to malfunction in under a month unless it was faulty when it was delivered. Shame on you flipkart for dispatching faulty products in the name of discounted sale.

            I have ordered for a lap top from flipkart in exchange offer on[protected] and the order no. Is od[protected]. Amount rs.26090/- paid by credit cardthe lap top was ready to deliver on[protected]. But the courier people refused to deliver the item due to the reason that the exchanging lap top had some complaint. When i contacted the company they informed me that the refund will come within 7 bank working days. But it has not happaened after 7 bank working days.
            I complained to the co. On[protected]. They replied that the refund will be coming within 72 hours. But it has not happened after 72 hours.
            Again i complained on[protected] by e-mail. Then again they replied to credit the amount within 72 hours. Now 96 hours are over. But no reply. I am attaching the copy of complaints.

              I placed an order of cycles for kids on 21sep2017 and the promising date was on 6th of oct 2017, but the product has not been delivered. I called customer care centre many times, but they could not resolve the issue and replying that the product delivered asap without mentioning date. I took this problem to the manager also, but no use.

              Adding fuel to the fire, customer care people kept me on hold for 50 min many times.

                      I have purchased a onida 43 inch smart led tv on 6th and the deliver to me on 8th october with faulty display. I raised a complaint and they said that they replace this by 12th october but they dont after that they told to replace by 14th but also failed and ow they saied for 16th but they dont take any action still.                         During the sale days, yesterday (14th oct '17), i ordered lenovo k8 plus from flipkart mobile app. There were 2 offers applicable on the product. One is the phonepe offer which gives you 20% cashback upto rs.200 and the other is hdfc card offer which gives you "instant" cashback of 10%. The "instant" cashback is not yet credited (Been more than 24 hours now), let alone "instantly". When i got in touch with the customer care, they said the offer is not applicable for the product. I sent them screenshots stating that the offer is clearly applicable on the product i bought. They can't even give a reason why the offer is not applicable. I asked them to transfer my call to a senior executive and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I patiently waited. And after 20 minutes, they disconnected my call. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the worst customer care service possibly available. I suggest no one buy anything from flipkart as they're total fraud and do not care the least bit about their customer base. If you want to buy something, go for sites, which place customers their top priority.

                        I request grahaksuraksha to help me get my problem resolved. These sort of companies deserve nothing but ultimate ban.

                            I had ordered a pair of slippers from flipkart in september. It was a cash on delivery order hence i paid the amount of rs391 but the quality of the product was very poor and unfortunately i had to return it and ask for a refund. On asking for a refund i was told that it would be done in 7 working days. That did not happen sadly. The company has still failed to provide the refund of the product even after a month and have been harassing me by asking bank details and other personal questions ever since. Somehow, my regular bank is not capable enough to receive refund from them and they refuse to redeem the money in my flipkart account wallet so that i can buy something else from it and be done with it.

THE GOOD THING THAT CAME OUT OF THIS WAS THAT THIS TIME AROUND I DID ACTUALLY GET MY REFUND IN 24 HRS.                                 -this request is regarding the failure of service of trimmer.
                                As the battery of trimmer heats a lot like it goes for burst and not even fit to the battery section so its not working.
                                -as per the request, i am charging it for 8 hrs. But there is no meaning of charging.
                                As the battery of trimmer is faulty.
                                - i am expecting replacement of this product asap.
                                There is lot much expectation from nova products but this trimmer is faulty product.

                                    I ordered a haier fridge online on 8 oct 2017, details as under
                                    Haier 310l frost free double door
                                    Order od[protected]
                                    Invoice no. Fabbm[protected]
                                    Invoice date 11 oct 2017
                                    Amount paid rs 21, 999
                                    The fridge was delivered on 13 oct 2017. A technician came on 14oct 2017 and after inspecting it said the fridge was damaged and hence he couldn't install it. He asked me to sign a paper and then went away casually saying someone will come to fix it.
                                    Please immediately refund my amount of rs 21, 999, this is the first and last time i will order a haier product.

                                      My name is reetu gupta from kapurthala punjab. My phone no. Is [protected], i purchase a sony head phone from flipkart online. It is one year warranty from company. After six month above said headphone is not working. I went to service center for repair it but they said that the dealer where this item supplied is not authorized, so, we can not help you, and no writing consent provide about this item. Then i submit complaint against both of sony and flipkart, but no action taken by both companies. Flipkart representative tell that we solve your complaint immediately. But after three months it is till pending.

                                        I had ordered perfect homes by flipkart sirena tv entertainment unit with order id : od[protected]on dated[protected] and the product was supposed to be delivered on 24.09.17 as promised by flipkart, but it was delayed and delivered on 06.10.17 and they informed me that product installation will be on 09.10.17, that too has been delayed. Inspite of several complaints no action has been taken yet.in this regard i would request you to kindly to take action against the company
