My scheduled product was not delivered at requested address at 1st floor of my residence.

Moresoever the delivery people misbehaved and verbally abused my wife when requested for doorstep delivery.

The product was banged at roadside outside the main gate of my residence... We have video of the deeds of the delivery people.
This unwarranted behaviour is not accepted. Kindly redress or allow me further appeal to higher authorities including consumer forum.

Customer informed that the WM's who visited his address this time were very helpful and he was happy with the service. Informed customer regarding the behavior of previous WM we have taken necessary action and we shall ensure such issues are minimized. Customer agreed and he informed that previously conversation started due to address issues however, the WM spoke very rudely to his wife. Informed customer we shall take necessary action against this incident. Customer agreed. Solving the case.

    Hi,

    First time i have order the mobile phone (Od[protected] on 8th oct 17 and same has been received on 11th oct 17. After open the box first time for use on 18th oct.

    I observed many problem and getting slow charging issue and fast draining issue, one and two time reboot issue and same informed to customer support and log the request on same day on 18th oct,
    But after many reminders and followup with customer support for mobile replacement but they not proper update for replacement and wrong time is showing on website as per the expected time 23rd oct and also not updated tech visited.

    Still replacement phone is not received and they told me sorry for delay form vendor and tech visit and they take action on vendor for further service and you please wait again for next update on 28th oct, they have no update and time for further return and replacement the phone.

    So finally overall service and product quality is very bad, i am not happy with that product because first time getting many issue and facing your service and delay shipping issue. And now i am not waiting for new replacement it's already too long.

    So please i request you return the faulty phone and return the my money on flipkart balnce.

            I am ordered redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) on 14 october 2017. My order no is od[protected]. On 23 october 2017 when i was tracking my order, it shows that my order has been return automatically. When i call customer care they are giving various reasons. Firstly, they said that that the ordered has been cancelled from the seller side. Secondly, they said that due to huge ordered product cannot be delivered and they return it. Thirdly they said that the shipment was not properly so the order is return.
            When i have ordered the product and online payment has also done so why you return the product with out any intimation.
            So, i want the proper satisfactory justification from your side as soon as possible.

              I hv purchased new micromax q463 mobile before 45 to 50 days now i am not able to use even this phone due to unknown problem
              So many advertisement and various application continues coming and unable to clear this through any setting. Without using phone battery will get low within 1-2 hrs.

                Ordered for redmi note4 in offer and the full amount was paid, but i got message stating that my order was cancelled. When i call customer care they told that the logistic person shifted the mobile to wrong address, so that the order got cancelled. Whether it is right reason, i paid for the mobile, in that case you should provide alternate solution, but without my permission you cancelled the order. It is not a fare and also it is big cheating.

                  I ordered a phillips trimmer during sale, mrp is 2300 while the price on sale was 999/-. After 6-7 days when the product was not delievered i called customer care, they said they will escalate the issue, same day the order wass cancelled and money was refunded, stating that the seller had given a wrong price by mistake.
                  They made a fool of the customer. I have sent multiple mails and tweets still noresponse. I need the same trimmer on the promised price else i need the complete mrp of the product.
                  I have checked the review of that seller, everyone has given 1 star to him and have similar complaints, so why flipkart keeps such seller and if seller is cheating then flipkart should take acrion against him, why should customer face the loss. Same trimmer was available for 1200 inr on amazon but i bought from flipkart as it was showing 999/-

                        I ordered 1 mobile in exchange offer for vich i hv paid online later cuz of sum reason it cudnt happen so i cancelled ma order n askd for refund... They din refund me yet its been 15 days today... Ma amount is 7810/- m continuesly calling n ur executives r asking me to wait for 24 hours, 48hrs, 2 days, 6 days...                               Hello flipkart,

                              I recently bought vu 39 inch full hd tv which has 2 hdmi and 2 usb ports. Per the description, the usb port is compatible with usb devices.
                              But i'm unable to use this with my phone. This is not per the specification/feature mentioned.

                              The tv was delivered on 8th oct, installed on 11th oct. The installation technician confirmed that this usb port is not compatible with phones.

                              I have raised a request for return that the product is not per description on the 12th.

                              Flipkart sales executives are not understanding the problem i explain. They are not accepting my request. When i asked them to escalate the issue to seniors, an incident in[protected] was raised on 12th oct at 1:45 pm and was expected to be resolved by 17th oct 2017.

                              An executive finally on 12th confirmed that if vu technician confirms usb ports are not compatible with phones they will accept the return and refund.

                              Vu technician is supposed to visit me. It was simple for your team to call up vu technician and confirm the feature.

                              I received email stating they are not able to reach on my mobile while my mobile phone is active. I replied to the email to call me back, called your center back and asked them to connect back and also gave an alternate number. But i did not receive the call back

                              On tuesday 17, i received an email / msg stating they need additional 2 days and my issue will be rectified on / by 19th oct 2017 10:30 am, i had called up your center again on 19th, but was asked to wait for a call till 9pm. Its 4 days since 19th oct. I haven't received call or any resolution for your team.

                              The tv is same state as installed by your technician, unused.

                              I have invested rs.20, 000 unable to utilize the tv and also return and buy a new one with enhanced features.

                              I request you to initiate the return immediately and refund the money so that i can buy a tv with enhanced features from you or any other vendor.

                              Its almost 15 days. You have a policy of 10 days for the customer to comeback. But when complained on the 1st day. My issue is not resolved for 13 days, what's your policy to resolve customer issues.

                              Its been very difficult dealing with your team.

                              Kindly address this asap.

                              Even after technician visited and confirmed that TV is not compatible with USB devices, my return request is not accepted. TV is being replaced with a new TV unit.

                              Flipkart is not understanding that the TV build is not compatible. or the feature dos not exist. Even if they replace 10 times, TV will not be compatible with USB.

                              Why are we consumers being fooled like this.

                              Every time I call up, I have to start the story again.

                              I need a resolution. my money is with flipkart and I'm unable to use the TV.

                                Hello all,

                                I had ordered a led tv (Pfb) few days back from flipkart during their diwali sale. I purchased it with few offers like, exchange of old tv, 10% instant cash back (Using hdfc card) etc. I ordered it on 11th oct 2017 and the estimated delivery date as 21st of same month.

                                I had completely read the t&c for exchanging the old products. Those are.,

                                • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with working condition are eligible for exchange for rs 1000 (100 for pickup)
                                • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with without condition are eligible for exchange for rs 550 (100 for pickup)

                                And no where they mentioned about the brands.

                                I opted with the highlighted.

                                And on 21st oct aug i received call from flipkart for delivery, the delivery person asked me about the exchange product and i said that it is 14inch crt tv provided by government. Then the delivery person said that they wont pick government tv for exchange. I urge with him that nowhere flipkart mentioned about the tv brands in their t&c during the sale and he replied that as instructed he will not able to exchange government tv and he didn’t delivered my order. And he ask me to cancel the order and rebook the same again. Here my problem is, if i cancel and rebook the same is not available. Also i didn’t get those offers highlighted below. Please find the below screenshot of my order.

                                My questions are:

                                Though i was stick with their t&c why i didn’t get my order on time?
                                Flipkart kept my money for almost 2 weeks and ask me to cancel the order, what about the interest of keeping my money in their wallet?
                                Will i get the same product with i ordered earlier with the same offers?
                                Being a online market giant, don’t know how to kept your t&c?
                                Will you alternate you t&c during pre and post sales based on your convenience?

                                  It has been a pathetic buying experience with flipkart.

                                  We recently bought a samsung washing machine (Order id-od[protected]| samsung 6.5kg semi - automatic top load washing machine).

                                  The product delivered on 18th oct is not per the specification/feature and photo we saw.

                                  The same is in a packed/unused/brand new condition with us as we want to return the product at the earliest. Please initiate the return and refund the same amount by the original payment method.

                                  As a customer we have all rights reserved to return an undesired product and seek a refund or replacement for the same.

                                  I brought the above mobile just 15 days back .It raised a problem like hanging and display problem
                                  In social media he advertising fake to buy minimum price mobile but when completed his instructions he denied that promise he his fraud not to waste please people time for your advertising fake...please...

                                    I am a big fan of mi phones and mi a1 features force me to buy that phone and i did so. I have been buy this phone from one of nearest retailer, who has bought from flipkart.

                                    Soon after 4 days phone started hanging and not responding even after power off and reset it is in same condition, when contact to retailer he simply said go to mi service center. This is very disappointing and lacking the faith of customer towards redmi who has spend 15000/inr to buy this most awaited phone.

                                    Here i have attached invoice and video of that defective phone looking forward either replacement or refund.

                                      I online purchase product - krx20 kg combo 9 home gym - od[protected] on date 24 sep 2017 from flipkart, and delivery date is 11 oct 2017 but product not get me i call flipkart customer care they promise date to me 17 oct 2017 but till date no product got me. Also i paid rs.1629/- in advance amount of product. Flipkart cheating me.

                                        I had ordered a redmi note 4 which I didn't get on time order id is OD[protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.on due date they talked of not giving the order because of our area falling under non serviceable region without any prior information. This order was urgent for me.please help me getting my delivery.
