Dear sir,
On 27 sep 2017, i ordered online "moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) from flipkart (Order no : od[protected] and which i received on 29 sep 17. While using the same i felt that the touch screen is not working well so on 02 oct 17, i put return/replacement request (Return id -[protected]). On 07 oct 17, flipkart sent their technician for checking/repairing the same handset in my address. While checking the set, technician also felt that touch is not working perfectly so he done the factory resetting and return the mobile back to me and told if you face the same issue again in next 2 days then you can put the return request again and will refund the amount (Which he given in written also). Same day after 3 hrs only i felt the same problem so i put the return request again on 08 oct 17 but this time flipkart rejected the return request. As per flipkart customer care executive, they already sent their technician so now they are not going to replace the handset and now i have to visit the nearby service center of that handset company.
Now there are few question to flipkart:
1) wats the meaning of 10 days replacement warranty if they are really not int to replace the handset within that time frame also.
2) as per customer care executive, now i have to visit nearby service center for this issue. But flipkart suppose to know that service center always repair the handset, they don't replace the set easily thats why we purchased the handset through flipkart not from the local retailer moreover if there is problem with touch then also service center can't do anything as it require replacement only.
3) while speaking to customer care executive and even senior supervisor (Mr shivam raghuvansi), both of them told me they don't have any option to put complaint or to take any request for the same. Now tell me how can i contact to flipkart back office or concerned department if i want to speak to those people as flipkart customer care executive is not ready to take call back request also.
4) flipkart technician already felt the problem and he only told and even gave in written that if problem remain same then we can put the complaints within 2 days and the same statement is updated in flipkart website also but then also flipkart is not ready to replace/refund.
Last but not the least, i think its better to do shopping through amazon instead of flipkart as amazon is much better then flipkart in term o[censored]ser friendly, friendly customer care executive, easy to connect with customer care executive.

    Hi team, i ordered a lenovo k8 plus phone from flipkart on 24 sept, was delivefed late from the delivery date on 5 oct. On the same say a raised a replacement request as the device is faulty. I was supposed to receive a tech visit but no one showed up till 10th. I called up flipkart again and complained about the same stating that i need a new device as this is faulty and i have a flight to australia on 14 oct. The advisor raised a replacement request and stated that the new phone will be replaced on 13oct by 12 pm. Today when i checked, my order replacement was cancelled. Luckily me flight got postponed to 27 oct. Now i contacted flipkart again today, and the associate replied that the replacement request e as cancelled as the reason for replacement was not feasible. I clearly repeated the faults in the phone
    1. Microphone not working properly
    2. Touch and fingerprint sensor not working during charging
    3. Frequent call disconnections
    4. Phone not reachable all the time
    5. Device hangs and restarts frequently.

    Now the associate stated again there would be a reach visit. Even after so much delay from flipkart's end they are still looking forward for delaying the resolution further. It's just that i need a new phone asap.

        With lots of struggle and thinking i decided to lodge this complaint against one of my favorite e-com the flipkart.

        Synopsis - by mistake ordered much smaller size

        Problem - received price tag detached, and it came into realization when wish master pointed to it. He refused to pick it up saying the reason which we understood and later i talked to different flipkart's csr and they all have assured the issue will be resolved by xx dates, but so far no resolution received as every wish master comes and states the same 'tag detached' reason and leaves. Roughly i have waited around 7:00 hours by interacting and explaining the same issue all over again. Every call went around 23 minutes... I believe i will have correct resolution if this come across flipkart's notice.

          What a # flip kart. My order is not delivered in 1 month and i received a mail that they are not able to deliver and the flipkart will refund and compensate me for the same. But when i said to cancel now they are even not cancelling the order. They just block my 35000 rs. Its transparent fraud activity. I am just suggesting to save your self from this site.in earlier days this was the best website but now they delay orders, send duplicate materials and now will also block your money from their bull # process.
          The sellers available in flipkart are fraud.

          I just want my money back and cancel this order.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I had placed a order in flipkart on 20th sept'17 and they promissed order will delivery is on 3rd oct'17 but after over the promissed date i have called somany time and they always do fake promissed now total four promiss failed and till now they are not sure when product will be delivered as ekart tracking id also wrong. I'm verry worried as i was paid rs.10, 999/-for this product. So, in that case what should i do kindly advise me or do the needful...

              I have orderd white shoe in size 8 and it came size 7 and it was too small. So i returned it then they came collected my shoes.. They said within two day it will be refunded... I got the message of refund transaction failed... They said to give correct neft details... After that i have gave corrrect details... Then it shows (Bloop we are not able to process refund update)... Flipkart has not refunded my money (Rs.525) back..

                Received message from flipkart that product ordered will be delivered by 7:00 p. M.12th october 2017 on contacting delivery boy (Wishmaster), he replied i am late today, will deliver product by 11:00 a. M. 13th october 2017, till now i have not received the product, and message i received from ekart is (Undelivered: swisstone gr022-slv-bl... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com could not be delivered today since we could not get in touch with you. Very strange, it was i who was contacting them, very bad experience with flipkart - such a great company but sorry to say with zero moral values.

                    Hii i am yatin. I ordered toshiba hdd on 8th-and it was going to deliver today. Suddenly today i got msg that your order has been cancelled. I haven’t did anything. Company canceled the order. And refund my money. They are saying that the order has canceled because there is technical problem in price. I have paid 3999/- for 2tb hd’s in offer days. Now they are not delivering the product. And saying that try to understand will providing you 200rs gift coupon for inconvenience. But i want a product not a refund after 6 days. Today they are telling me they can’t deliver the item. I asked them that theywere sleeping for 6days to get an idea about technical error. They are avoiding. Please help me. Will do case against them in consumer court.

                      I have place 3 pack of weight loss nutra green coffee powder form which cost for rs 225 per pack. But i received arabic green coffee which was rs 160 per pack in grain form. But still i was charged rs 225 plus delivery of rs 50 per paket. The item was sold by saudager healthcare, vijay nagar indore. I received the packet on 11.10.17 ann contact flipkart on the very hour. Then they said that my packet will be pick up by their wishmaster but till date the paket was not pick up. They also said that my problem will be solve only after 14.10.17. Now i have been going some training and i told them that i have to change my address. Why us it taking such a long time to solve my problem when it was their fault.

                        I have placed an order on 24th sep 2017 with order id : od[protected] and got a lenovo k6 power mobile.in this mobile only one sim was working. I thought of going to return the product but wish to go to service center for further check. Then it is found that the sim 2 pin is broken and this is damaged piece. I asked for the servicing but the lenovo people said it is not covered under warranty as it is damaged product and completey mother board needs to be replaced. So i called customer service of flipkart and talk to executive regarding the same, he advice me to visit the service center, since i was luckily in service center only so the flipkart executive also talked to lenovo people and said you take in writing from service center that there is defect in mobile. And he loged the complaint with incident id in[protected] and told me to wait till 13th oct. Now today i got a call from flipkart and it was said that i have to again talk to lenovo service center people and got mobile message containing customer service center of lenovo which can be easily obtained form google. Flipkart is not taking this matter seriously and not helping me in refund or replacement of the mobile. This is highly unacceptable. Flipkart is selling the damaged product under the sale. I want my money back or i need a new replacement of the product as early as possible other wise i will not pay the bajaj emi loan account : 457ecf50239977. The sale which was going on flipkart has defective mobile and flipkart is helping mobile company to sell this defective product to the customer. There has been three four similar cases with my friends as well. Also on the return request they are arranging the technician visit instead of returning the money or replacement against their 10 day replacement policy. They are not even honoring their replacement policy.

                          My name is sridhar chowdary chintala i have purchased a 64 gb samsung memory card on flipkart dated[protected], amount paid through online on same day rs 899. After 6 days they cancelled order and simply saying product is not avilable with that cost. Before taking the order they don't see whether product is avilable or not. They are collecting money and keep with them for 10 days and after that they are giving refund.
                          Please take the action on them. It will helpful to so many people.
                          And iam also asking to flipkart to deliver my product which i ordered.

                            We have bought many items with the same address provided in my flipkart account. But when i recently ordered one item (A book) the delivery boy called me and said your package is ready. But i recieved a message after two days that the order is cancelled... How irresponsible flipkarts delivery is. Its pathetic. How a multi national company can appoint these type of guys as your delivery boy. Where is my order?... When i called him back he said that he will deliver soon as possible. Then where it is??? Its a serious customer service issue.. And you have the responsibility to solve this problem...

                                  I bought a mobile in flipkart site and i got it after 10 days. The mobile is overheating due to that i am unable to talk in that even a single minute, it is heating at the top of the display where we keep that beside our ear while talking in phone, i am really disappointed with the heating problem feeling like it may blast in few minutes if i continue to talk in that. I requested for refund of the mobile but they are not accepting and even they are not accepting request for replacement i escalated the issue, even then the senior level executives also not helping me, they are just saying sorry.. But i spent rs. 10, 000/- i am in a position where i couldnt get help from any of the flipkart executive, could you please help me in getting refund for this mobile so that i can buy another mobile in flipkart only..

                                    We order the Moto c mobile at day of last Sunday.they given order date 12 of this month.they are not delivered the ordered item till now.can please check what is problem of the order.

                                      Sir,
                                      I ordered a usb 3.0 sandisk extreme pro pen driver from flipkart on lighting deal at 1479rs.
                                      I placed my order sucessfully and pay using online fund transfer.

                                      After 5 days of placing order flipkart cancelled my order without my concern and gave me reason that " the price of this item is changed to 8397 rs.

                                      Is it right to change the product status to cancel after full payment.

                                      I need this product at my booking amount. Please help me

                                        I have ordered memory card on 8th october and the seller has cancelled it today without my knowledge. I want the product. This is against the consumer rights. Send the product as you are supposed to do.
