Horrible experience. I am awaiting my refund which as per your customer care has been completed. Amount has been refunded to my citi account but i cannot see it. Citi is asking for 16 digit arn number that flipkart customer care cannot provide. My order id # od[protected], return id #[protected], reference nos #[protected]... Absolutely unprofessional & unethical response team flipkart!!...

Actually we have taken ifb microwave from flipkart in big billion days.
Its has been delivered on 30th september. They had given date of 6th october but till time no one had came for installation and now got a message that installation had been cancelled. Without any information how can they cancel and till now we didnt even got a call from demo person. Is this way flipkart will behave with customers need immediate response....

I ordered iphone 6 space grey on 29 sep 2017 and flipkart delivered me the karbonn k9 mobile handset on 2 oct 2017 and i have also raise the complaint they are saying that they will get back to me on 5th oct but no resolution and positive response provided by cs team till now.

I had pay 26k and got the stuff of worth rs. 5000.

On 01/09/2017 with this ref no, which is in my credit card statement - 75105177246000845566344, by the company called flipkart internet priv bangalore, debited for rs. 988.00. I didn't order anything. But how it was happened to me? In my credit card bill it shows that it was debited for rs. 988/- what is this? Please trace this company called flipkart internet priv bangalore....

On the website it says that the order has been delivered. But, i have not received any order, neither a call regarding the same.
I ordered the item on sep 24th 2017. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd oct 2017. But it got delayed. I received a mail on 5th oct stating that i will receive the order on 6th oct 2017. At 6 pm on 6th oct when i logged on to flipkart to see status of my order it says order delivered on 6th oct 12 pm....

I booked for my home pincode 577533.in flipkart website it was showing tv will be delivered by 3rd oct to my mentioned pin code, but till now i did not get a tv. And in between flipkart courier partner called and told we are not going to deliver your products, its out of pincode so you have to come and collect in some other place. I ordered mobile but it was damaged then I replaced it and when I got new then also was damaged. So I want refund my money but they are not giving .I totally dissatisfied with the flipkart.please solve my problem .if it will not solved then I will complain in police station. Hi.. I placed an order for bicycle on flipkart on 20th september. However its been 15 days but the product has not been delivered. The screenshot attached shows delivery date as 2nd oct.

I've order an product on sep 21st and it is expected to deliver on sep 29th. But still the product is not delivered to me. My product was shipped through gati kwe and its still in transit, when i contact flipkart customer, no proper response from them. I want service gesture from flipkart.

My order id: od[protected] i have place my order on fri, sep 22nd '17 and i got delivery on sun, oct 1st '17 but when the courier give my order he has taken delivery charge to me. Please notify me that if the delivery charge is free or i have paid it before then also i have to pay delivery charge to the courier if yes so then, give the detailed receipt of it to me within 4 days and also give me the reason of taking delivery charge....
